I have used WOW Pest control for the past 3 or 4 years (guessing off memory) now. I have never had a problem with bugs since i started using their service. I like that they text you the day before they arrive to remind you. I do wish they sent the text maybe a week before in case i wanted to change the appointment time or it would allow me more flexibility of being home if i wished to be. But thats just a thought.A few months ago after visiting my fathers house i noticed a pretty bad bug problem. I asked if he had a pest control service. He did. They came monthly. I wont name them, but i was even there on the next visit to make sure they were actually doing something. They sprayed but i am assuming their spray was now ineffective? I asked my dad if he wanted to try WOW. He said whatever might help. Kyle from WOW showed up and spent a good deal of time the first visit really focusing on the problem areas. Within 2 months of switching to WOW, i would see 1 or 2 bugs per visit, instead of 20 to 30 during a visit. Now, 3 months later its rare to see a lively bug. I wanted to give a kudos to both WOW and Kyle for helping my dads place. Offering this help means my dad now gets free pest control as i put it on my card. But, eh i love him and its worth not being assaulted by insects each visit.

I have been using WOW Pest Control for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable of what they do and have no problem of explaining if you have any questions. I live in a area where spiders and bugs are very active due to all the trees we have surrounding us. I hired Wow pest control as my first pest control company, and let me tell you, THEY DONT DISAPPOINT!! I use to see a spider every day in my house... But after using them, now i see little to no bugs at all inside anymore. And when i do see bugs, they are DEAD or halfway dying!! So no more worrying about smashing them alive which i would be so scared of 😫. Now i just sweep them up dead as can be. Thank you guys at wow pest control so much and to my tech RODGER😀 super friendly!! Dont ever change your ways and keep being the great company that you guys are!!

I was too was quick in my defense as well. I apologize. Were all human and trying to make our ends meet. Thank you to the entire staff. You all have a wonderful day! When i say i want to keep your business you are saving our lives!!! ❤❤realize how little your business as a customer means to them when you have a gap in your income. Coming from an individual who is transitioning from student to professional who is self employed as well as employed through another enity just to make ends meet while trying to establish myself i totally get the need to be wise and diligent in regards to finances.When i spoke to Lance i was told that he could speak to management regarding my request to have someone spray for black widows. I have an outstanding balance of $50.00 and will continue to be charged per the 1 year contract. I confirmed that i will be paying and re-establishing my payments sometime shortly after the 2cd and then when i asked to speak to management I was told Well i can make most of the decisions. Ok well this is me now paying ultimately for services that will not be rendered. Wow is an understatement. To look at the entire picture of past payment history to determine any further discretion with business is a pretty common good business measure in my opinion. Who am i to them in a nutshell just a liability. I will say the one star belongs soley to the crew ive seen come to my home they deserve more than that one star. Lance you drove the rest my experience way down.
Roger came out today as our regular technician. He was a really nice guy, and very knowledgeable about the pest control business. He did a great job, and we look forwards to having him back.

I have been a client of Wow Pest Control for nearly two years now and I am very pleased with their service and customer support. I moved into a house that was vacant for months and had a bad spider and roach problem. I researched a few companies, read reviews, compared prices, and it was a no brainer. Once service began the bug problem was taken care of, I did get some random roaches a few times, which is understandable pest control is on going. I called Sam and he had a technician come out every time. 👍🏼

Every since the first day of service with WOW Pest Control, I have had nothing but love for them. I pay a low price weekly for service, the technician is very courteous and professional and what ever I need done it has never been a problem. The spray that they use will definitely get rid of and kill whatever is pestering you! Also, the spray is harmless against animals and plants.
I just had to leave a review, they showed up right on time, great amazing work and knowledge of the area. My house had a really bad spider web problem and many other bugs. All my spraying didnt get the job done but now everything changed. From top to bottom my house looks super clean now and cant say thank you enough! I didnt think I would ever be so appreciative of a pest company that i would feel compelled to leave a 5 star review but this co. is the BEST I have ever had! I havent even begun my regular scheduled service yet and so far they have come out twice to first kill off a large nest of wasps and then a few wks later yellow jackets moved in and they came out immediately to kill them off as well. I could of had a real problem on my hands if I was still with Clark Pest (who after being a customer for 4 yrs they just told me they didnt see any nest and left it at that....even called a supervisor to come out to look, re: kept seeing them flying, but he said same thing and just left...in the fall i then found a dead wasp nest that had blown off of my roof!...thats when I decided it was time to find another pest co.)....So I am SO glad Clark was so incompetent, because now I have found the BEST pest co. (only wish I would have UPGRADED to this PRIME service sooner!). Thanks so much guys for caring about your work AND your customers! Continued growth and success to you!

Just found a big scary looking spider dead in the garage. We just had them spray Wednesday. Sometime i think is it worth the price, but when I saw this dead spider i was glad we got it done. If we hadn’t had them come and spray it likely would be roaming the house and could bite one of my kids.

I had to see how Sam would do. He came on time and explained everything to me and shared the options I had. He was then thorough as he cleared webs and treated my home, garage, and shed. He did very well with my dog and when he was finished with everything we needed, he gave me suggestions for additional issues.

Wow! When we moved into our house we had a problem with big black stink bugs and ants, but our house is bug free. I havent crossed any bugs in weeks. This company really knows how to treat their customers and have helped me understand the importance. Why would I ever want to live with bugs again. The last thing I want is bugs biting my kids while they sleep. And take my word, they can get rid of your gophers! Thanks Wow!

2022-07-22I have Wow pest control services for some time and they are amazing. They always tend to my needs and any issues I may be having with my insect issues. My tech they send, Roger, is also Amazing! He is is very personable and makes sure all issues are resolved before he leaves and also provides tips to keep bugs away until my next visit! 2022-07-14I have been a customer of WOW for 2 years now. They are amazing, the management and staff have worked with me around my scheduling (and oddities as I am a little OCD). The tech that goes above and beyond for me every time is Kyle. He is always so courteous, wears booties, and always makes me feel comfortable. One time I had a small issue with the service, and WOW was quick to make it better! I dont trust any other pest company to keep my home free of bugs.

2022-07-13WOW is the best pest control company I have ever dealt with. They are local here in Bakersfield, always call you back, and extremely professional. I especially recommend Roger Hewes, he is the man that comes out to my house monthly. He is quick, professional, and answers all of your questions promptly. I highly recommend Roger. 2022-07-22Roger has been my guy for years, and he takes great care of me. WOW has added new services for mosquito repellent, that are making my summer much better. When I was having an issue with wasps, they came right out, for no extra charge. They are great to have in the rolodex.

2022-07-25About 2 years ago, I had an army full of ants marching on top of my kitchen ceiling. They were circling around all 4 corners, across the walls of the ceiling, in all my kitchen cabinets, and in the garage. Ive never seen so many ants in my life. Aside from the ants, I have spiders and webs issues. Ive called Wow Pest Control and Roger Hewes came to my house. He inspected house and told me what he will do. He sprayed inside and outside of my home. He took care of all my bug problems. He would text before coming out, he is very professional and respectful. Thank you Roger for your awesome services!!!
