This place would get 5 stars if the tram system were working effectively. I know its not their fault, its the citys system. But for us, not having the busses/trams reliably come when requested nor come on a regular schedule was a pain. (Many, many others complained.) We ended up walking to and from Disneyland most of the time which wasnt easy with little kids. If its still this bad, Id pay more to stay closer.
The resort is fine. The high pressure sales pitch before they will hand you your key is incredibly annoying. They definitely dont understand the word NO. Had to tell them at least 6 times that Im not interested in sitting through their ridiculous presentations, and give me my key and let me get on with my vacation. This resort and the St George Utah resorts are the only 2 where they treat you like this. All others Ive stayed at (couple dozen) have been excellent in this regard (they let you have a vacation which is why youre there).
Our room was great. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space in our 2bdrm unit.We spent most of our time at Disneyland but did enjoy the amenities at the resort. Pool was open, hot tub on the roof.I especially liked the coffee bar and small grocery store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Reminded me of pre Wyndham days.Thank you Worldmark for restoring my faith.
This place is not military friendly and will deceive you. They actually canceled my whole account while I was deployed with the military. They violated a federal law that protect service members. Hopefully they read this and make things right before we have to go to court. Please read the Serviceman relief act Wyndham.
Bad experience through the sale system. I would never come back to Wyndham or Worldmark as customer and I will tell every single one I know about how bad it was. Pushy sale tactics, uncomfortable questions, terrible communication and inappropriate hard credit check that lower my credit score without any notice or apology. Since I will live a pretty long life, I will remember this one of a lifetime experience and make sure no one else get to be in such miserable circumstances. The best way to fix it is to rebuild your campaign architecture that is customer based. Build a win win system that doesn’t put anyone in a victim position. Because I do feel sorry for your staffs and employees who were desperately want to sale without knowing what it is like to be a client, and who genuinely can’t even enjoy the their working environment.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was professional and accommodating. Room was spacious and a great place to unwind after a long day at the park. Within walking distance of shops and a shuttle to the park. No pushy timeshare salesman like other places (looking at you, Worldmark Las Vegas).
This place is beautiful and the staff is polite and professional. There isnt anything that they ( WorldMark) hasnt thought of,that you might need for the comfort of your stay. Everything is clean and constantly being cleaned. They have a Starbucks and a little convenience store where you can buy alcohol! This place just keeps getting better and better! Hands down,BEST place to stay if you travel to Disneyland and Anaheim,California!
Pros:- Overall quiet resort and friendly staff.- Location!! This is a great location for people going to Disney parks. Its a short 5 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, where you can take a Disney bus to the park.- Amenities: there is a coffee shop that serves Starbucks beverages and other grab and go food items. Great option to have if you need an ice cream, soda or other snacks on your way in/out of the hotel. There is also a retail store with typical souvenir items and misc toiletries.Tips:- If youre walking from the parks, enter the building on the side by the gym. We appreciated not having to go all the way to the main entrance after a long day at the park.- Parking is $10/night. The first floor is for handicap vehicles and level 2 is typically full if you arrive after 2 pm. We mostly parked between floors 2 and 3.- Check out the retail store. We found coffee mugs and shirts that werent at the parks.
The rooms are beautiful! Washer and dryer, full kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. Rooftop access to watch fireworks at night and enjoy the hot tubs. Last night they had a DJ at the pool till 8 pm. Walking distance to Disneyland ❤️❤️. Staff have been so friendly and helpful. Starbucks and a little store in the lobby making it quick and easy to grab coffee and drinks as you head out to Disneyland. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!
We had a wonderful experience here during our recent visit. We stayed for 3 nights while we were visiting Disneyland. The entire hotel is remodeled, and is so nice. The lobby has a Starbucks and grocery store. This really came in handy each morning on our way to the Disneyland park. We got our morning coffees, and fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks for the day. The lobby also has a Disney gift store for souvenirs! Our room was beautiful, and plenty of space for our family of 5!The hotel is conveniently located on the same parking lot as many restaurants. It was so nice to call in an order to The Cheesecake Factory from our room, and just walk across the parking lot, and into the restaurant to pick up and eat in our room. Especially considering we just drove over 10 hours with 3 kids in the car.The next time we are visiting Disneyland, this is where we are staying!
Its great to have a kitchen and laundry in your unit for sure. But coming back to a room smelling like weed three times a day was frustrating. The system is built to recirculation air from multiple units which isnt an issue unless your neighbor smokes. I made multiple complaints to the front desk but the situation never resolved. Also, the building only has three elevators which makes it tough for leaving during checkout time. The pool was nice and the proximity to Disneyland makes it worthwhile.
What a lovely place! The rooms were very comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the commodities were plentiful. This review is only 4 stars because the room was missing some very odd things (like a sponge and a pen). Overall wonderful experience if you can get over having to clean your dishes with paper towels. Would reccomended to a friend!
Comfortable stay, great accommodations, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check in was quick and thorough. Refrigerator, stove, plates, bowls, cups, microwave, utensils, baking dishes, mixing bowls, toaster, blender and dishwasher included. All areas were clean and well stocked. Roof top is beautiful especially at night, 2 spas, heaters and comfortable seating. 2 pools and 2 spas on the floor level. Grounds are well maintained. Call concierge or front desk and theyre always available and ready to assist you. Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland area
Beautiful resort to stay at. They had everything well managed with the covid guidelines. The only complaint we had was how hard it was to get a reservation for the upper hot tub spa on the roof. One of the two spas were closed making it extremely hard to book a reservation for the other in the same day. So if you plan to sit in the upper spa at the end of your day I suggest reserving your time that morning or ahead of time. Dont expect to just be able to go sit in the spa at your hearts content. The roof top is a beautiful place to go sit at night. It looks over Disneyland and is lit up romantically. They had outdoor heaters for cold nights and plenty of spaced out comfortable seating. Our condo was perfect. We loved the balcony and the kids loved the large pool. It was nice to have warm towels every time we got out of the pool.
I have been a worldmark vacation timeshare owner for many years. We visited the Anaheim resort to take our granddaughter to Disneyland. We stayed 5 days. The resort, overall is excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were great. Minor issue with some other the GFI outlets, but that was solved quickly by me. As an owner, I dont want to attend owner update seminars or sales presentations when I am on vacation and dont like being pressured into attending one of these things. That is the drawback upon checking in. Otherwise, the stay was great. And new, since pre-covid, the resort featured a coffee/deli/snack store, that featured Starbucks coffee.
Clean, friendly staff. Horrible marketing. They ask you to attend a sales meeting or a education whats new meeting, if you decline they charge you $40.00 which is ridiculous...they are not providing you breakfast, or considering you want to vacation. Or not interested in purchase. Furthermore, they are not forthcoming with gift. I was told I would receive free parking for me and my guest as well as a $150.00 disney gift card...in writing and 30 minute meeting. When I got there I received $75.00, had to fight for parking reimbursement, had to fight for gift card still shorted me $25.00, then told 90 minute presentation for something I could not do anyway. Wasted my time, we missed our ride que at CA Adventure. VIP status my foot, the VIP complementary drinks, snacks not available either. What has Worldmark turned into? 😔
It was great. We went to six flags and rode the best rollercoasters ever. We went to California Adventures and the Gaurdians of the Galaxy ride was amazing. We also went to Daisneyland and rode space mountain, Indiana Jones, and the Alps ride three times each. They were that fun. We also watched kinghts fight and pirates steal Christmas
Its a hotel, what more is there to say? A few corners cut here and there, but otherwise pretty good. Nice secure parking lot, nice amenities. Not a bad walk to Disneyland or a few nearby restaurants. At the time of writing this the room price is ~$800, however the quality overall is about on par with a ~$200 hotel in a normal big city. So unless you have a WorldMark membership theres definitely better places.
Nearby Disney Land plus plenty of shopping & eateries nearby. Rooftop hot tubs gives a good view of weekend fireworks show from DLand. I enjoyed the interactive mural just about daily as well as the pool & hot tubs on the garden level. Convenient World Market with a Starbucks.
I liked to stay in a hotel with full kitchen (real plates, forks, spoons, and knifes not plastic, pots and pans are great if you like to cook inside, full refrigerator, microwave, nice bed, pillows are comfy, towels smells fresh and clean, with washer and dryer inside the hotel and nice bathroom. Its a 21 mins walk from hotel to Disney (thats what Google maps showing)When we arrived at the hotel at around 2:30pm the service desk said the room is not ready and being cleaned. Since its Thanksgiving week this should be anticipated, weve waited for 2 hours, theyve not even give any complimentary drinks and food for waited that long, it frustrating and a waste of time waiting for 2 hours. Were planning to go back there but please anticipate ahead of time.
Love this cafe. They serve Starbucks drinks and make delicious sandwiches. They also have a variety of other drinks like wine and beer, energy drinks, as well as all kinds of snacks, and croissants. Highly recommend if you’re in the Resort area and want to grab a quick coffee and meal or snack. Also appreciate their great service.
We love staying at the worldmark anaheim for our Disneyland vacations. The pools awesome, they have a store and deli that makes hot foods and sandwiches. Its very convenient and close to the parks and one of the lots is across the street and easy to hop a tram bus to parks or downtown Disney. Its around the corner from cheesecake factory and the Anaheim garden walk with many great stores. Thanks worldmark Anaheim. 🖤❤
Resort was beautiful and clean. They are taking extra steps for distance and sanitation. The concierge wasnt great. He told us the seminar would only take 15 minutes or so. It took 2 hours! He also didnt book our pool time and cabana like he promised he would, which crushed my 5 year old! Two very nice ladies at the front desk helped us resolve that. They were wonderful! We went to the sales seminar and dealt with a very dishonest salesperson who insulted us and dooped us into two separate credit cards and lied to us about what sort of credit inquiry they do. I have spoken to at least 9 people trying to get that issue resolved and gotten nowhere. Still awaiting a call back after 3 additional calls asking for a call back.Bottom line- the resort is wonderful and clean but shady sales practices definitely changed our mind about buying into the company. Just avoid the seminar.
The resort was nice and clean and most of the staff was friendly and helpful due to out room key issue that wasnt resolved during our stay. It was a bit annoying for us having to go back and forth to the front desk to ask them to open the parking garage, pool, and rooftop pool. Most of the staff seemed to understand since it wasnt our fault and they couldnt resolve the issue for us but other staff members seemed to be irritated by the constant asking to open everything for us. Overall the kids had a fun time we were a bit disappointed in our experience but we are willing to give them another chance but WILL NOT attend a meeting the harassment and disrespect once you decline isnt worth anything they offer for your time the sales rep who spoke to us really ruined the rest of our day and kinda gave the resort a bad reputation in our eyes. Its sad to say but the good didnt out weigh the bad this trip.
Every year we stay at this hotel. We love to stay here. The unit has kitchen, dishes, cups and glass, coffee maker. TV in every room. Washer and dryer. It is so comfortable for family. On the top floor there is Spa /jacuzzi which I love to do Spa there and at the lower floor there is swimming pool. The staffs there are nice and friendly and also helpfull.
I stayed at the Worldmark recently with my family and got coffee and snacks at the WorldMarket a few times over the weekend. Esp during covid times, it was so convenient to have food and coffee options within the hotel. Looks super nice and modern too, I think the workers said it was brand new
This place had a great feel to it. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids. It was also nicely decorated and clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. Typical Worldmark standards. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quieter than most. We loved the pool! It was warm and clean. There was music playing that added a fun vibe along with pool side games.
Im actually still here at the moment ...and all I can say is its ridiculously awesome and sooooooooo clean even in spots that really dont need to but they did because they pay super attention to small details wich I like because that shows me / us that they care and want us to have a great stay. All the workers are nice and helpful just the perfect amount they arent fake and putting way too much on it like other places that Ive stayed I feel its genuinely real ....also did I say
Great place! Awesome location, close enough to the beach with an amazing view of Disney fireworks from our room! The one downside was definitely the elevators! They were highly trafficked and a little rattly at times which is never appealing! Overall we had a splendid experience!
We went to visit family who came from out of town. The parking was very confusing as far as trying to find the lobby. We basically walked around way further than necessary but finally found our way. The place itself was nice and I loved the rooftop where we were able to eat outdoors. The pool and spa looked nice too. One family member says shes worked out in the gym on site. Overall grat place except for the parking.
Parking garage is secure and I love the mini mart and starbucks in the lobby. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooftop spa is just spoling and there is also just a rooftop patio to hang out at. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy to sleep in (even the pull out couch)
+ Room was clean and tidy.- Concierge was a little pushy to attend the sales pitch as expected.- Coffee maker was not clean! It was as if the last people poured tea into the the water reservoir. (Picture attached) Always run clean water through the maker before your first use!- Ice maker in freezer was not working.- Towel closet at the pool which only unlocks with a room key was stuck closed when we went to the jacuzzi+ Front desk staff was quick to respond to our needs. They brought us a fresh coffee maker and provided a bag of ice.
So convenient for Disney travellers! The shuttle only has 3 stops and you’re there! Of course clean and beautiful, as all WorldMark resorts are. The front desk employees were great, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants of several price points within a block.
I had out of town friends stay here on a visit. The room was quite nice. A 2 bdrm suite reasonably priced. Close enough for the average person to walk to Disneyland. But the lobby was only adequate. The employees basically ignored us, which was fine but odd...and the elevator was scary. Creaky and slow, it made a clunky sound the whole way up and the whole way down.
Room is average, having stayed in timeshares all over the place this ones main feature is location to Disneyland and if you are on the right side of the building you can watch the fireworks from your room. Service was excellent. John was the young man that came to our room to turn down the bed. He went over and above our expectations. Overall it is a nice place. The room is what brings the rating down because we enjoy staying in the room.
Fantastic place, we had a 2 bedroom apartment.Extremely clean & very spacious.Staff are very welcoming.Only down side was we were apparently able to watch Disneylands fireworks from the rooftop every night but whilst we were there they cut it back to only Friday & Saturday nights
Great Place to stay! Its on the Garden Walk across the Street from Disneyland! They rooms big and spacious. The Beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep after being at Disneyland all day. There are alot of shops in the are if you need to grab anything. From restaurants, and stores. The rooms have a nice view of the city and Disneyland. Great customer service too!
Great location to Disneyland. Only a 15 to 20 minute walk. We booked the 4 bedroom penthouse unit and couldnt believe the sheer size of this place. Almost 2500 sq.ft. Amazing views of Disneylands fireworks right from our own balcony. If staying in a lower room, you can always view from the guest rooftop deck. 3 pools and 4 hot tubs are open year round. Games room is great for kids. Cant say enough about all the amenities. Endless restaurants surround the hotel as well.
The hotel was clean but the workmanship was somewhat questionable in some areas. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bar area was poppin in the evenings. The rooms were comfortable but not upscale. Its worth about $100 per night but being in the Disney area, of course the price is a bit more.Service - 4Food -3.5Rooms - 4Amenities - 3.5The restaurant food options were limited. The food was a hit or miss. If you picked right item, your were good, if not, oh well. The CV Critic
Close enough to walk to Disney without lots of traffic. There are also some good food places nearby that won’t be packed with Disney-goers. The rooms were really nice and have everything you need. They have a pool and several hot tubs—including one of the roof. The only negative thing is having to pay $10/day for parking, but I think that’s pretty standard in the area. We came to the front desk several time to store our bags or get help with things and everyone there was always extremely kind and helpful. I was quite impressed!
The room was so nice! We booked a studio for our Honeymoon and it was more than enough for our needs! The view was great and the $2.50 all day bus pass from the lobby was perfect for our 3 day trip to Disneyland! Our favorite part was the staff! Everyone was fantastic! Particularly John and Wesley were so friendly and wonderful to talk to! John saw us at the 7-Eleven around the corner, recognized us, and greeted us. The staff member that really made our trip the most memorable, was Allie! Wow!! She went above and beyond! We found out that we’re pregnant in the middle of the stay and we told her and her reaction was the greatest we got from anyone! She was so wonderful and deserves the best in her future endeavors!! Thank you Allie!!
Super friendly staff...right near Disneyland, so in the mornings families are all bright and excited, at night its funny to see vacationers crawling back to their rooms, tired from all the fun. Very clean lobby, rooms and grounds. Big multi level parking garage is attached. Easy access to lots of restaurants. Rooms are super nice. They only improvement Id suggest is for house keeping to use glass cleaner on the frames if the room art. Looks like they used furniture polish, haha. Our 2 room suite had a kitchenette and all the acroutremonts, very nice! Nice room bathrooms. Overall a super nice place to stay. Well stay again on our next trip out.
This hotel is usually a great stay. I have stayed here before on a big family vacation and it was magical due to its location being so close to Disneyland and accessibility to the highways. Unfortunately this vacation they were doing construction on our floor and we were never even told about it. We were trying to sleep in on Monday, due to having a 12 hr drive home. This did not go well because at 8 AM there was banging and dripping going on in the room next to ours. It was very upsetting and but a bad end to a great stay. I will be back there again and hopefully the remodeling will be done.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We got there at 9pm with two toddlers who were hungry and tired. I had our stroller and all our food delivered that day and called to double check everything was good at the hotel. My kids have a lot of food allergies so we dont have the luxury of eating out. When we got there they said there wasnt room for us there and offered to move us to a ghetto motel a few miles away. We didnt have car seats or food plus it was already a late night. I started crying because I was so frustrated!! They gave us a room there for the night but said wed have to move rooms in the morning. The first rooms toilets didnt flush and the shower clogged. I didnt complain because I was just thankful they didnt move us. The next day they moved us over one room to an identical room with just as many problems. I wont ever stay here again and Ive told so many people about how horrible the stay was here. It would be one thing if we didnt have kids with us but being in a non functioning room with two small kids. It was one of the worst, if not the worst, hotel experiences Ive ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Awesome amenities and very close to Disneyland. The rooms are ridiculous. It’s literally like an apartment. I mean the room I stayed in was bigger than my old apartment! Full kitchen with stove and fridge and all the comforts of home. Laundry machines in the room and amazing staff on hand. Great view of the city from the roof.
The pool area is great!!! The rooms could be updated. You can walk to and from Disneyland, its only a few blocks. The shuttle is great though if you make it on time. There is a mall close by and great restaurants within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful!
Our room was clean but I was unimpressed by the renovation. We were in one of the completed rooms and there was already peeling paint, the lights flicker terribly and the new cabinets didnt look as though theyd hold up for 10 years until the next reno. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the spa and fireworks from the rooftop lovely and proximity to the parks very convenient.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool area. Close to Disney, convenient shuttle out front- reasonably priced. Couldnt be happier with that portion of our stays there. But if you ever get asked to go to one of their sales meetings, if you dont have thick skin, dont go! The people in charge of those are razor sharp with their insults and dont take the first 20 nos for an answer. Hard to get out of those without feeling like a loser.
Stayed for two night and it was really nice. Arrived early on check in date and they had a room ready for us with in an hour of arrival. Accommodated us with parking and held our luggage while waiting for the room to be ready we took off to Disneyland for the day. The kids loved that the pool was heated.
This is the Hotel to stay at. Very clean property and rooms. Fullfilling Breakfast, Management and Staff are knowledgeable and willing to assist with the almost every vacationers needs. Disney within walking distance. shuttle available. Parking structure and surrounding areas are safe.
The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The elevators can be quite slow for to the volume of people. The hot water was a bit on the cool side, I had a hard time getting warm in the shower. They actually have HD TV which seems to be somewhat rear for WorldMark locations. I have stayed here two separate times, the first time we had a nice view, the second time or view was off I5. Due to the proximity to Disneyland, the views cant all be did. Overall this is a nice location, I would stay here again.
Was a great place to stay. Had a great view of Disneyland and California adventure night of fire show and fireworks. Hot tubs on the roof with great views, the Parking garage was well lit and behind a locked gate. Staff was friendly and was really close to Disneyland... I recommend taking the shuttle to and from Disneyland!
We loved the WorldMark Anaheim. We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. We love staying here for our Disneyland vacations. There is a shuttle to the park and back but we usually just walk it’s really not that far. Great pool area as well for when you want to relax and unwind. And don’t forget about the roof top hot tubs. Highly recommend!
Clean, good service, non- fussy. My family and i do a fare bit of traveling so we have a high standard of the facility we choose to stay in. Im kinda a clean freak, this place met my standard. We have a pretty large group, so we need extra blankets and towels. The staff happily delivered them.My kids especially enjoyed watching the disneyland fireworks from the roof top jacuzzi.
Excellent guest services, you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the observation deck on the roof. The 2 bedroom room is spacious and has a full kitchen. Our room was ONLY booked 10 months in advance so we did not get a favorable view (3rd floor facing street). Additionally, the dishwasher did not work right and would have ran all night had we not stopped it. One shower drained slow and the other had a mildew smell. As an owner I am definitely not satisfied.
Very nice resort. Stayed with the wife, kids and her mother in the Presidential suite. Kids enjoyed the pool options for sure!Great view of Anaheim. Watched the Disney Land fireworks every night from the balcony.Wish we stayed longer to explore the area more. We will be back when our kids are a little older to enjoy the theme parks more.
Pretty close to Disneyland, hotel is nice. Have had several, and I mean several issues with room cards stop working. Like dont even make it up the elevator with a new one wont open the room. And the elevators have had several issues while I have been here for a few days. But other then that the stay has been great.
This place would have gotten 5 stars but...every morning we had a new notice at our door, construction, pool closed, no running water for 6 hours. Which I understand stuff like that happens, but all in one trip with no notice. They should refund some of the points we used for this timeshare. However the employees are wonderful and the rooms are perfect for a family trip.
Like a hotel room except with a full kitchen. They say its within walking distance of Disneyland. Its probably about a mile walk which isnt bad depending on the weather (Id have to do it in 100°+ temperatures). Theres a lot of great restaurants in a little mall across the street from the resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second time weve stayed here and weve enjoyed it both times.
We stayed in room 202. It has a corner view of the pool. Its a little out of the way (far from the lobby), but close to an elevator and easy exit near shopping and restaurants and a bus stop for Disney. Staff friendly, as ever. We love staying here. This is our 4th time, and we will continue. It is a very convenient location, not just for Disneyland, but close to other fun things, as well. The pool is great, and they even have a rather large 1.5 foot deep pool for little kids, that our toddler loves. You can watch the Disney fireworks from the hot tub on the roof!
We stay here when we go to Disneyland and love it. Great service. Awesome employees. I wishthey Would just really update us on any changes or ways to use our points instead of over and over pressure to buy more. Also never use their food purchasing service. We did that and We were charged more than $300. I went to the store later and found out local prices were just like home. We paid about $220 extra and we were ripped off so go buy your own food.
Was a nice place to stay as a guest of an owner. Decent normal hotel experience but you have a full kitchen (so no continental breakfast and such). Hot tubs on the roof, nice pools. Not sure how the owner/member experience is. Staff is very helpful and cheerful, fitting of a place down the block from Disneyland.
Family friendly, rooms are nice and very clean, staff are always wonderful and it was apparent they enjoy being there, clean amenities, everyone respectfully wears a mask during these covid times. Close to restaurants, stores and Disneyland(when it opens again)..Love our WorldMark getaways!
I understand updates are underway, we just happened to stay in a room that has not occurred in yet, thus the three stars. It is nice as it has a kitchen with the necessary items to cook and make meals. We always do breakfast there and it really saves money.Once updated Im sure the rooms will be nice. Nonetheless I would stay again because of location is hard to beat.
The location in relation to Disneyland is great. Its less than a mile from the entrance and easily walkable for most people, which saves the parking fee. Rooms are nice and up to the usual WorldMark standard. The pool area is good with a shallow kids pool, decent sized main pool and spa, and a smaller spa in the corner. There is also a rooftop spa area, and the Disneyland fireworks can be seen from there. There seems to be far too few chairs and lounges at the pool, though, and even on a quiet day it was a struggle to find seating.
Really great place to stay. Great amenities, and having a full kitchen saved us $$$s on our Disneyland Parks trip. Nice place, clean, feels up scale. Would give it 5 stars, if only they included free wifi. I really dont understand why they dont include wifi in what you pay for a time-share. They really should.
Nice hotel about a mile from Disneyland. Walkable for sure...but not my favorite walk through busy Disneyland traffic. The suites are really nice and are outfitted with full kitchens. Pool areas are great as well. Staff was nice enough. No complaints really about this place. 4 stars just because Id rather stay closer to Disneyland and the convention center and not walk or drive as far to the more central locationa.
Rooms are ok. Theyre in the midst of a 10 year renovation, so I expect theyll improve. Great location with an ART stop right in front of the condos that will take you to Disneyland in fewer than 10 minutes. Pool is nice and there are multiple hot tubs.Im a bit annoyed they tried to pressure sell us more points. Im on a vacation with my family and Im not going to waste time with timeshare sales pitches. We disconnected the room phone and didnt answer our cell phones to get around them.Staff was friendly and helpful. Theres an on-site Disney employee at the concierge desk to help you with anything.Kitchens are under-appointed. More dishes and additional washing machine soap would be nice, as would a kitchen sponge.
Staff are friendly but are of no help past that. No early check in available, room was not even ready by the set check-in time. Called staff to request extra towels and were told to come down and get them. Overall service is poor. Space in hotel is dedicated to sales teams instead of on site restaurant and/or bar. Gym has a spacious room but not much equipment to fill it. Hotel rooms are also spacious but have small TVs that lack any streaming capability.Has a large pool/spa area that appeared to be kept up well. Did not go into that area.Stayed here as friends had the place booked. I usually only stay at the Marriott and will continue to do so, especially over this Hotel chain.
I saw one of the high end suites and it was very nice, way more spacious than any hotel suite and with a lot of amenities. The food available from the hotel during the meal portion of the event was decent but really barely noticeably better than a normal free hotel breakfast. I did not pay for any rooms or service so I have no idea what that process is like. The sales people were individually nice but the several layers of bird dogging made it feel high pressure. It seems like a useful package but it wasnt for us.
It was very conveniently located to both Disney and a shopping area/mall nearby with upscale restaurants. The one complaint I had was really that their parking structure did not have any attachment to the building and other side elevators in the hotel seemed to be hidden in the facility. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.
The staff was lovely and very helpful at the drop of a hat. Rooms were stocked very well, (although not for our party of 26 with 3 rooms). Comfy beds, even the pullout isnt too bad. Nice pool and spa areas (yes theres two!!) Would most definitely stay again and again.
Staff is friendly and helpful, resort is clean and well lit. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. ART bus stop right outside entrance takes you right to Disneyland, and ART transit ticket kiosk is located in lobby area. Rooms have kitchens, as no restaurant on site, but, several within 2 blocks, including right next door. WorldMark is mainly a membership time share type facility, but, is also available to non members at a slightly higher rate.
Overall it was nice. We shared a suite on the top floor. The room was a bit beat up here and there, but the beds where very comfortable, except for the pillows. The shower had no place to put anything - no shelf, niche, hooks, etc. The towels were hanging on the wall where you had to climb through huge soaker tub to get them, which was uncomfortable to do. A towel bar in easy reach should be mandatory! The decor was appeaing and the balcony was nice, although this location is very noisy, so you really dont want to be out there. The staff was accommodating, as the city had turned the water off from 9 pm until 3:30 am. They gave us bottled water to brush with. One of our toilets was totally plugged. Luckily we had 3 others to use.
Its a worldmark timeshare - you can choose to do the presentation if you want the free gist but it will cost you 1 to 4 hours of your time and your experience depends on who you are assigned too. Ive had pushy and respectful. The resort it self is nice with multiple renovations. There is a hot tub and sitting area where you can see the Disneyland fireworks. The front desk staff are friendly and have great suggestions for things to do and where to save money. The free parking is secured. If you wish you can walk over to Disneyland but we took the Anaheim Resort Transportation - you get tickets right in the main lobby. This is a nice typical Worldmark resort.
Great resort and location! Only 1 mile from Disneyland, and right across the street from the Garden Walk. All the staff we have interacted with have been extremely kind, helpful, and courteous. Brought us up 2 pack n plays and a high chair for our little ones. Sleeping accommodations are good and overall 2 bedroom unit is great. Master bed is a little too firm for my liking, but I know I like a soft bed, so I brought a foam pad which helps.
Staff are great. They spent 2 hours with us to ensure we were able to stay when we arrived from Sydney after a 14 hour flight. We booked via Air BNB however our host cancelled our room whilst flying over. The staff helped us so much, if you get a chance to stay here as an owners guest I would highly recommend it.
This place went above and beyond my expectations. If you can get past the sales pitch at the beginning for guests of owners, you will not be disappointed with what they have to offer. Though we stayed there just because its an easy walking distance from Disney, this hotel became one of the highlights of our trip.
We have a 2 bedroom room facing a busy street. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was at night. The hot tubs came in handy as we did a lot more walking the we do daily. The resort is excellent and clean. Staff, except for staff where we get the parking pass, get a 5. The parking pass people get a 0. The only drawback is getting put in a handicap accessible room. Its fine but its not what I requested. We booked out a year early and expected better.Negatives include the $22 transient tax the City of Anaheim charges. This was a big surprise. This is no fault of Worldmark, it just makes me mad when timeshare maintenance fees are used to pay property tax. Talk about double taxation. We were also surprised Worldmark charges $10 to park. Its sad that we have to over $30 a day in fees to stay after paying thousands of dollars to buy ownership.Like most timeshare owners the thing that makes the most mad it getting the parking pass and getting hassled to attend a presentation to get some money. We are retired and now are on a fixed income. Through the years we purchased the amount points we wanted and can afford for our retirement.Who wants to hear a salesman tell lies or half truths to get you to by more points. Our last sales person told us he would put us on a list so we would not be bothered again. Yep, this was a lie. He told us to contact anytime to address issues, ask questions or fix a problem. This worked for a couple of weeks then he quit returning calls, emails and texts, yep another lie.For this trip several nos were enough. It did not stop until I unpacked the car and got involved. But that was not enough when went to the car a little while she saw us and chased us down outside just before going to the parking lot.I will not do another ownership update because I do need the stress and ruin one day of my vacation to listen their high pressure sales pitch. Yes they tell you its an update only but they check your status and at the end they tell you it needs fixing.
The location is awesome! Just a few blocks from Disneyland and theres a shuttle for a couple bucks to bring you to the park. Our room was perfect for our group, and we could see the Disney fireworks from the windows because our room had a great view of Disneyland and California Adventure. Theres also rooftop seating and jacuzzis to watch the fireworks from. The service was very friendly, but we had to ask for a few items more than once before being delivered to our room. Overall we had a great time and will be staying here again!
Nice resort, very close to disneyland, malls and stores, we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, very nice, had a balcony, washer and dryer.we are new time shared owners, and are very disappointed with the undelivered promises and false expectations, the way the reps handled the sales of the shares were very dishonest and many facts were not disclosed at that time, it is becoming very frustrating to book a room, and keep in mind we are owners and are paying for this services, never had so much stress when booking a room at a hotel.
We had a great time! It was my husbands birthday so we had a surprise party and stayed for Thanksgiving. We stayed in the Presidential suite. It is so nice to be able to have all the amenities of home ! We were able to watch the fireworks from Disneyland and out the other side we could see Angels stadium . The room was beautiful!
The staff here were amazing! They always greeted us with such kind happy voices every time. Whenever we needed anything we asked them and they always helped us. Allie was our most favorite because she celebrated with us when she found that we were pregnant and on our honeymoon. We are definitely going to come back because of them.
Got out of the resort just ahead of the scheduled construction and water being turned off to the entire resort. (Whew!) Be sure to fill your bathtubs with extra water so you can flush your toilets! The property was nice and the room was nice. Free coffee in the lobby was good. We took the city bus to Disney, which picks you up right out in front of the hotel and you can buy a bus pass in the lobby. This worked out well since the walk is over a mile. A good stay over all but Im glad we didnt stay one more day, that could have been pretty inconvenient to not have water.
A close walk to Disney. Fairly clean Resort. They recently did a remodel that look super cheap. I wasnt impressed its a remodel. It gave the place a fancy Motel 6 kind of feel.If youre visiting this Resort you can count on being bombarded by pushy salespeople. Weve gone back several times for Disney and this is one of my main complaints. Plan on having your check-in take a minimum of 30 minutes while you tell the salespeople you dont want to hear another timeshare presentation. They dont take no for an answer very well.
Stayed for a week in a one bedroom, 1012. This was a corner unit situated by the elevator. I was concerned about the noise, but it was not an issue. The benefit to this space was a larger balcony with chairs, perfect for viewing the fireworks. Great visit with no complaint. No high pressure talk when we declined the sales pitch. Will be back.
I would definitely stay here again! This location is actually part of our time share. Overall I was quite impressed with the building and the amenities. We were told it had recently been renovated. We ended up booking the Presidential Suite on the 14th Floor. It is one of the nicest Worldmark locations weve been too. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The overall room was huge. The Master Bedroom, had a walkin closet, it hosted the washer and dryer in a secondary closet, which was a bit odd but not a big deal. Its not like its our house. The Master Bathroom, is enormous, with a walk-in shower with dual heads on both sides about 8-10 long. The Second Bedoom was quite larger with what you would call an average normal bathroom. It had a half bathroom for everyone to use which is in the living room area. It has an open floor concept, the kitchen is very nice, living very large, dining room table enough to fit 6 people no problem.I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to the water preasure and they must have a water softener. You can always tell when you try washing your hands and the soap seems to never come off.I forgot to add, we stayed here because we went to Disneyland. There is a ART transit pass station within the Lobby and the Bus Stop is right outside and takes less than 10 min. to get to the park.
Aside from the mostly painless sales pitch, the experience has been positive. The facilities have been well taken care of and the staff attentive. While it would be nice to add a complimentary breakfast or shuttle to Disneyland the whole experience has been a pleasure.
The resort is beautiful, clean with extra amenities such as a washer and dryer in the room, close to Disney and restaurants and stores, balcony in the room butThey don’t ever clean your room until you leave, I’m curious so why we’re paying for house keeping?? AnywayThe owner meeting we did not mind because as new owners we had questions about it, our main and big complaint is about the time shares we owned and the way it is handled. From the very beginning we were lied about everything such as points, booking a room and the availability, we are trying to book a room for next year and the phone rep told us to get this resort we would have to make the reservation at least 2 YEARS IN ADVANCE!! Are you kidding me? So this is what it takes to be a time shared owner, just ridiculous, better off renting a room at a hotel with no hassle or problems and they will clean your room daily, someone told me not to get into a timeshare, but I did not listened I believed in the lies the sales rep told us, I read the reviews but still wanted to give them a chance BIG MISTAKE and we are paying for it, can someone give a word of advice pleaseFollow up: got a response from Wynham owner he says he wants to contact me directly, the email he provided is not working and my message is not delivered, does he really want to get in touch??? Mr Wyndham owner if you read message please provide a good email address so we can get in touch THANK YOU
The rooms were great and they continue to renovate the hotel when needed. The employees were extremely nice and made me feel very welcome all the time. The rooftop was especially amazing, considering I could watch fireworks at night, while in a jacuzzi. It has a very nice atmosphere to it. If youre heading to Disneyland, there is a bus that picks people up in front of the hotel, however its $25 per person. Instead of riding the bus, I always walked, or got a lyft/Uber driver to take me to Disneyland and back. On top of that, the parking garage is a seperate building from the actual hotel building, which makes it harder to get to my car. I had to take the elevator back to the lobby, go out of the front doors, open another door, go up another elevator, then get in my car and leave. It was probably the most inconvenient part of the hotel. However, the hotel itself is very nice and the beds are comfortable. I suggest trying it out and seeing if you like it. Ill be heading there again.
Stayed here as part of a group for a friends Friday the 13th birthday bash trip to Disneyland (The friend in question is an owner). Rooms are spacious, though the bed in our unit was VERY firm and almost too hard for me. The bathroom was huge and the shower head was great for a tall person, but the water pressure could use some improvement. Blackout shades in the bedroom made resting during the day easy. The employees we interacted with were all great.
The room had a full kitchen and was fully stocked with dish soap as well as laundry soap for the washer and dryer. The water though would be hot when you turn the faucet too cold and would take quite a while to even out between cold and hot, it almost burned my son when I gave him a bath. The pool was nice and had plenty of shade so is able to be used during hundred degree weather. The proximity did to the Disney Resorts was perfect and there was plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.
Not quite there. Theres a lot of construction going on outside, but thats not anything WorldMark can control. So Im not deducting a star for that. My only issue is in the little details of the room. It needs some care to freshen it up. Minor repairs to lighting that buzz, trim work, a fresh coat of paint, and a good floor cleaning, is all it would need to gain that 5th star from me. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The location is close enough to Downtown Disney that we walked to check it out. Didnt go to Disney though. It was only a 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm, and their scary farm. It was much more affordable, and tons of fun.
So my parents are owners here. The place is great and the condos are wonderful. There is no restaurant on site but there are plenty of options about a block away. Disneyland is a bit too far for a walk with kids but not unreasonable. There is a shuttle for $5 per adult and $3 for kids round trip. The pool is heated but it was pretty cold while we were there and its always in the shade this time of year. There were two hot tubs and one 2ft wading pool for kids, in addition to the main pool. There is also a hot tub on the roof where you can watch the Disneyland fireworks every night.Over all this is a great facility... Now heres the kicker... The high pressure sales team tries over and over from the moment you check in, to get you and your spouse alone with their sales guy. They bribe it with breakfast, and $75 Visa gift cards, and promises of friendly hosts to tend to your every need... Its all true... But it comes with the high pressure sales guys trying get you to become owners...
This location is within walking distance of Anaheim GardenWalk. There is also a bus you can take to & from Disneyland, if you dont want to walk. Ive stayed here many times. They have always been friendly & accommodating (I have a motorized scooter for my disability). The rooms are like other Worldmarks that Ive stayed in; nice, clean, generally quiet. If anything isnt working satisfactorily, they will have someone come up to fix it. I do highly recommend this location if you are going on vacation in the area! You also have your own washer & dryer in your room, plus full size kitchens that are fully stocked, then just order your groceries if you dont have a car or dont want to deal with grocery shopping.

2022-01-25Was a guest of a member.we had a 2 bedroom suite. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. Elevators were quick and parking was close. Full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Disneyland less than 10 minutes away. Starbucks in the lobby open until midnight. What more could you ask for?

2022-05-03Great resort! Spa on the roof is my favorite. Towels fully stocked. Check in was fairly easy. Getting my room key required that I talk to someone who tries to schedule members to sign-up for owner education. DO NOT ATTEND THE OWNER UPDATE (high pressure sales presentation) unless you can firmly say no.Shuttle is Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART). On demand pickup/drop-off is incredibly helpful. $6 per day/adult; discounts for multiple day passes. My room was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and ready for my arrival.

2022-02-02The staff is super friendly! The building is beautiful so far even the patrons Ive met are really cool and its just been a really great time. After the long sadness of covid its just kind of nice to add a distance safely communicate with people again. And they have more than one heated pool.

2022-01-04Really enjoyed our stay. There is a shuttle available to Disney for a fee and a free shuttle across the street from a Disney parking lot. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can see the Disney fireworks from the rooftop. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly.

2021-12-05We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Great view of the Disneyland fireworks at night from the rooftop deck. The pool was an excellent way to recoup in the middle of a busy Disney day. We walked back and forth to the park almost all the time. But you can also use the shuttle buses to and from the WorldMark resort. Our unit was spacious and comfortable. And no sales pressure this time. That to me makes the stay so much more wonderful.

2022-03-09We really enjoy coming here. The condos are updated and very nice, and the staff is excellent. Its very convenient to restaurants, Disneyland, and several freeways to get around Southern CA. There is a very nice pool that you can swim laps in when its not busy or enjoy relaxing when it is (although cool in the AM as in the shade then). Overall one of our favorite places to stay in the area.

2022-01-02We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 11th floor and it was great. Big rooms and giant bathroom off the hallway. Kitchen was well equipped too. I wish they had provided a binder with much needed info about things like the TV and DVD player as well as instructions on how to use the microwave...they are all a little bit different. Other than that the place is awesome. Its walking distance from Disneyland and many restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool as well as the rooftop deck with two jacuzzis. We will be back for sure!

2022-04-21Rooms were adorned with kitchenette and cookware. Hotel is close to a Disney parking lot and have multiple options to get to the parks. Great for family stays and theres a good pool with grills for use.

2022-04-02Only gripe was that they make you get your room key from the person trying to schedule you for a presentation. Usually telling someone not interested 3 times makes it clear. Not the case for us, but other than that, great place for families. The pool is huge, no deeper than 4 feet so good for kids. Also a fireworks display is visible from the roof at 9pm every night not to mention they have hot tubs up there as well. Super close to Disneyland with a shuttle that runs every few minutes. Second visit here and both have been amazing!

2022-02-06A few blocks from a 711, a Walgreens and CVS, and very close to Disneyland parks. The rooms are spacious and homely. Beds, couches, and even dining chairs are comfortable. There is also a convenience store and gift shop inside the building. An odd detail is that the entire building smells AMAZING, like a clean home. My only criticism was that the bathtubs were a little shallow.
