Carlos at West Coast Tire & Service is always so helpful with my Audi and they go above and beyond. When I had an oil leak and turbo issues they helped me out tremendously with my car. Now it’s driving great! I can really recommend them to anyone.
Great service and little wait. Office guys got me to Don, the technician, right away. Don spent a good 15 minutes with me and my truck.Opened the hood, examined a bad part, even cranked it up. Gave me a working diagnosis, and advised me what to do. No charge. Car problems? Start at West Coast Tire and Service, on Pontius!
I recommend 100% with no hesitation. The guys here are honest and will take care of you and your car. Ive gone here for years. I have no car knowledge and they have not ever taken advantage of that by overcharging and pushing for unnecessary services. You can ask for Hector, Carlos or Ron Champion but really anyone who picks up the phone there will provide top-notch assistance.
I love West Coast Tire so much I waited the weekend with a flat tire/no car rather than go anywhere else. These guys know their stuff and do an amazing job of getting people in and out quickly. Their strong wifi let me sit outside working on my laptop, theyve always got great tunes playing. Im on my second car with them. Highly recommend.

I dont usually leave reviews, but West Coast Tire and Ron in particular did such a stellar job that I had to leave a review.I had to replace a tire, and Tesla had me waiting for months for a replacement. Ron was able to source an exact match and West Coast Tire did the repair a full month earlier than the Tesla estimate! His communication was prompt and the service was excellent.
Great work and customer service from beginning to end! Ron C. was very helpful and funny 😄. He explained the work and my options very well and even followed up with me a few days later to see how my car was running. I would definitely return and refer friends.
I went to Toyota Culver City and they said I had 7k in repairs on my 2011 Prius and I wanted to get a second opinion. West Coast Tire quoted me $1600 and they were great, kept in touch via text, walked me through all the service items I needed and what could wait and even pointed out where Toyota had billed me for 3 hours of work for something that took 15 min. I will never take my car anywhere else ever. They are all professional, responsive, friendly and great. I am so happy I brought my car here.
Courteous and professional. They patched my tire when Pep Boys tried to tell me it couldnt be done and I needed to replace the tire.They were done in less than an hour which was understandable considering I didnt have an appointment and they were busy.

Friendly service, family atmosphere, went over and above to get my tires the same day I brought the car in, price was good and followed up with a personal text to see if everything was ok with the car a few days after the repair. Brought the car in on short notice for a slow leaking tire. They could easily have pushed me to buy a new tire but instead they quickly received in the shop, investigated and patched the tire at the estimated price. Trustworthy and reliable. Don’t go anywhere else!
Clearly whomever picks up the phone does not care about new business. Called about minor brake light replacement repair (which I already have the bulbs for), and had the audacity to charge between $55-130!? (Vehicle is not luxury and stated the make/model.) Or rather in his words You can do it yourself.... for free. Sure, thats why Im calling you guys because I can do it. /s (I obviously tried to but the brake light casing does not come off and do not want to cause damage, thus why I am trying to get it done at a shop instead.)Must really get good business to be speaking that way though. Never will recommend this place ever to anyone, regardless of what the reviews here say.
Had a slow leak in a tire purchased about a year ago. Called Casanova - brought the car in the next day and it was promptly repaired under warranty. Great courteous, prompt service. They have good coffee in their comfortable waiting room too...

I was referred to West Coast by Ed Little Auto Service in Culver City for my 2007 Nissan Sentra. I called them and spoke to Joe. I gave Joe the print out Ed Little Auto gave me for the items they found. I am very please with the workmanship and communication from West Coast. My car is running well and I will not hesitate to use them again.

West Coast has fixed two major issues with my Lexus. They are fast and reliable, most importantly honest with pricing.
The service agent was Friendly, prompt and professional. I called in the morning and had my car back 3 hours later. And, The tire repair was a lot cheaper than I expected.

I just purchased a couple tires that weren’t in stock. Ordered, delivered and installed same day. I don’t even think they made money on this service.. firestone was $100 more for lesser quality tires. 10/10 highly recommend

My car basically died and I had it towed in to West Coast Tire & Service. Their reviews were like none I’ve ever read before , Basically impeccable, so I thought to give them a try. I needed the car running ASAP so I can pick up my son from the airport for winter break and Joe made sure to get the car inspected right away for me. Mike, the technician performed a complete inspection and It turned out that all I needed was a new battery to safely get the car up and running. That’s it! These guys basically saved the day in my view and prevented me from a total heartbreak as I really thought the worst of my car’s condition. I’m grateful for your care, expertise and promptness. These guys are my GO TO Auto service and repair shop for all my cars.Always straight forward and honest. One case in particular when I took my mothers 2014 MB250 to the dealer and 1 other shop the estimates were around $5k. Don and the guys fixed everything and the car runs great for around $2K. Hard to find this quality and confidence in Los Angeles.
First time buyer. Know very little about tires. Hector was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Told me best tire for my car, checked to see if the specific tire was in stock. Made appt next morning. Hector greeted me/no wait, just dropped off car and Hector called less than 3 hours later and said my car was ready. The place was packed with cars and people and phones ringing like crazy. But you are in and out in no time. Great prices, great people, great products and great service - all in one place. Unusual and truthfully just made me feel SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE TO GET MY 4 new tires!!!!

The pesky check engine light comes on in a 10 yr old car- and for most of us strikes a nerve of fear and financial uncertainty. I had a flat tire due to a nail in the tire. When I went to West Coast Tire they inspected it and said they could repair it. They repaired it immediately, checked and saw it was under warranty and did not charge me. It was fast and easy and the staff was very courteous.Great experience!

West Coast Tire is awesome — super efficient, I highly recommend! My car is older, a 2006 Acura, and the ABS light came on recently. I contacted another shop first and the guy basically told me I would need to get used to driving with the light on and it wouldn’t be worth fixing. I found West Coast Tire online and they had great reviews so I gave them a ring. I spoke to Don and brought my car in, he and his team found the problem super quick, ordered the part and fixed my car a week later. They are amazing, super knowledgeable with great customer service. Also they have a nice upstairs waiting room with coffee and restrooms and they even have an intercom to announce when your car is ready. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!

Paid $145 to diagnose a vaccum issue. Instead was informed of Transmission module problem and CV joint issue that I already was aware of. Vaccum issue was unresolved.

I have never rated a vehicle repair shop on any platform, since they usually underwhelm.I have been using West Cost Tire & Service for all of my tire related issued and replacements for over 10 years. To say that they are a class act is and understatement. Most recently Don took care of me, and squeezed me in last minute while managing a very busy schedule. They too the same professional care of me as always, and the outcome was amazing. I cannot say enough good thing about this tire shop. Ignore the misguided reviews that only outline cost and nothing else. When you choose a tire shop, the level of service, inventory, and ability to quickly source your needed tire(s) is the key. West Coast is the best!!
This is my go to place for my tire needs because it is close to my house but also every time I go with a problem they give it to me straight No BS and helpful. Last time I went my tire pressure was going down fast, Oh No I thought another nail in my tire! It was my day off so I took it and they said they are busy and will take a couple of hours. Ok well I went home and waited and it was done in a couple of hours and they found nothing wrong with my tires. I was glad I checked at least but they didnt even charge me. These are the Good guys.

My family has been loyal to West Coast Tires for about 40 years… For as far back as I can remember they have been fantastic!! They are VERY honest and out of all the different cars (gas and diesel) and types of service we have received over the years there has only been one or two issues and at least one was my dad’s fault! They have even sold us less expensive tires that are the same as the expensive ones! We have gone there for new tires, nails in tires, brakes, oil changes, battery issues…. They have also done a couple of minor things for free over the years. They have a good size waiting room upstairs that has a television, magazines, and vending machines. I can’t say enough good things about them and I can’t recommend them enough!
Service advisor, Hector and technician, Raul did a good job on my car. My car started to shake on Monday and I took it to West Coast Tire & Service the next day. They had been updating me regarding their inspections of the car trying to find out the cause of the shaking. Today I took back my car and Hector explained well about the reasons and the items that they charge. The result is pretty good, I have never experienced such a smooth drive for a while already. Thank you 🙏
Joe helped me out and gave me a great introduction. He walked me through the process of the inspection for my car and let me know they’d text over the results. A couple hours later I had the info I needed and the prices were good so I said go ahead. HIGHLY recommend this shop! I had a surprise nail in my tire and they were able to get the new tire I needed within the same day and installed in 10 minutes (even with a power outage that happened during the day). Hector was great on the phone and Don & Juanito in the shop were super helpful. The ratings are real, this place is amazing!
Carlos at West Coast Tire was amazing. He was beyond helpful and made something kind of intimidating (buying 4 new tires after one blew out) super easy. The service was done in under an hour, and the whole experience was great, from start to finish. I was halfway to work this morning when I got a dashboard notice that my right front tire was low. I remembered that a friend had used West Coast tire and really liked them so I got direction to get there. When I arrived, they were very busy but immediately helped me and put me ahead of the line because I was late to work. It turned out I did not have a nail it was just the tire was low so they filled it and filled the other three tires as well. The manager said the charge was normally $45 but he wouldn’t charge me. I thought that was above and beyond what a lot of businesses would do and I definitely would go back when I need tires.

Great tire place. Evidently been here forever. Who knew? Ive been looking for a reputable tire shop in the neighborhood, for years.My issue, sudden flat, nail or a screw. It was repairable. And repaired. Couple of hours. WCT was busy this morning.When I need a set, they will come from here.
They did a great job with my tires. They even spent a great deal of time trying to code my aftermarket TPMS sensors and didnt bother to charge me for their time when they couldnt get them to work. All the staff were friendly and personable and the turn around time was pretty quick. They will have all my tire related business for the foreseeable future.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Don Yocum is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever known. It’s no wonder their lot is so crazy full all the time. They do a superior job at a reasonable price. Would have been 5 stars but that lot is a challenge.

Yes, you read that correctly— I’m EXCITED to have them in my corner, taking care of my car.To begin, a close friend recommended them so highly because they were honest when she first took her car to them. That’s shocking enough, right?!! She checked it out. They were right. She swears by the manager, Don Yocum. So, the other day I called for an appointment. It was after 4 and they were closed; I left a message. Within 5 minutes I received a text from Don. Yup! Amazing response. He gave me an appointment for the next day.When I arrived the next day, not sure where to go, I couldn’t miss the bold, clean, easy-to-read signage on their building. Super clean and organized.Easy-breezy. So far, so good!Don did not keep me waiting, was very friendly and warm, professional and knowledgeable, and assured me he would have an estimate for me as soon as he could. I was there less than 15 minutes. As soon as I left I received a text confirmation explaining things. I was impressed.I drive a Range Rover HSE and have never experienced this kind of attention at the dealer’s service center, where I’ve been loyal for 16 years, with many cars. Within two hours I received a written explanation by text from West Coast Tire, explaining what was recommended now and what would be needed in 6 months. Easy-breezy. I called Don to discuss and approve the work.My car was ready for pickup the next day, washed and ready to go. He was officially closed but waited 15 minutes for me to arrive, sent me the bill by text and I paid electronically over my phone. Again, easy-breezy!Honestly, I’ve NEVER been excited about a service center for my car, but I never went to West Coast Tire + Service!! They service every level of vehicle — economy to high end, like Ferrari. It’s a family business of more than 50 years, so that says it all.I feel like they are truly there to take care of my car, not take advantage of my wallet. I was refered to West Coast by the manufacturer of my tires for a warranty concern because the place where I originally purchased my tires did not want to help me and was very rude. Don from West Coast took care of me like I was one of their original customers. They got me a great deal, and helped me with deal with the manufacturer. I highly recommend them.
We have used West Coast Tire for years and our most recent experience confirms why. Spotted a screw in a tire on our Subaru and while not losing air, needed it fixed. They fit us in with no appointment, put the car up on rack, removed the screw, it didn’t penetrate, aired up all our tires to proper pressure and sent my wife along. No charge! We’ll be back!

Quick and friendly service. Had to look up a tire place after getting a flat tire on the freeway. Drove less than a mile to get my tire looked at and they were able to provide a quality tire for my vehicle in about 30 min.

Dealer suggested I need new tires. Went to West Coast and got an honest assessment of how good my tires were and whether I needed to replace them. No oversell. Just what I needed. Fast efficient. Waited and got the tires replaced.
Full retail price + full service. Excellent work and fast. But no discounts. Take your favorite car here for excellent care and do not expect pep boys pricing or efficiency. There is probably not a more experienced, professional tire shop around.
I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience!! Don was really helpful and simply amazing! You can tell they value the customer and their satisfaction. He made sure my car would be up and out in time for work, which in California - not easy!! Especially considering I had no appointment! Wish I had come across these guys sooner; great service, knowledgeable staff and despite being very busy on the day I took my car in to have two new tires mounted, they were able to accommodate my request to have the job finished by a certain time. My car broke right before the holiday and they were able to take my car in same-day to fix a pretty major break. I worked with Don and he was so helpful every step of the way! He set me up so I could tow my car there without having to be in person and was super responsive with updates about what they were working on. Everything was so seamless and convenient. They ordered up the tires I needed and had them next day, got me in and out in an hour, and when they asked me for some other services I might want and I declined them, they didnt push me hard on it, which I appreciated. Ill be going back here next time I need service.
Don is absolutely great! He got me a quote in no time, fixed my car in no time and offered me rides dropping off and picking up my car. Great team of knowledge guys and a professional facility. I am not an expert on engines, so these gentlemen helped me decide on what was best to fix on my 20 year old Honda. They send you a very detailed and informative report on what needs fixing through a link via text message along with costs. Very helpful.
West Coast Tires has always been honest and friendly and prices reasonable. I have been going for years and as a solo female and they always took the time to explain to me what work was needed and why and the range of costs. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They now have updated estimates online where they can send you pictures and video of the condition of your vehicle and the work they are recommending so you can even see what they are seeing. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great mechanic shop.
I’m impressed with their knowledge and thorough analysis here! Brought my dads 2001 BMW 740i in for a multitude of issues: battery dying, punchy gas pedal, A/C not working properly, instrument cluster out, couldn’t see speed at night, some body trim parts falling off, etc. although we had to extend repair completion times (only due to suppliers/not West Coast) I am very happy with their service. They always kept me informed and up to date as repairs progressed and notified me immediately when they came across something unexpected or had questions to sort out the items. I would recommend them to anyone!!! If your car is older, you should expect longer times to diagnose and repair correctly. They were very thorough with this and it paid off to be patient and get the full picture of repairs needed.
This is our go to auto service center for maintenance and tires for over 25 years. They know our whole family by first name and treat us as if we’re their most important customers. Good ole fashion customer service.Their prices are fair and they are honest. We’ve serviced our Porsche, Audi, Alfa Romeo, Volvo and Saab at Westcoast - they can do it all! And are much less expensive than the dealer. They even use certified parts. Can’t recommend them enough - everyone from the service advisors to the technicians to this installing tires.

Loved working with West Coast Tire! I got the pleasure of working with Robert and he was unbelievably helpful. I dont know anything about cars (this was my first one) and he explained everything to me very thoroughly. When I spoke to more informed friends they said that Robert was giving me a fair deal. When I wanted to sell my car they found a buyer and helped facilitate that with them. It was actually more painless than my subsequent experience as a bike owner!
I am impressed with this place, and would definitely recommend it. I had a nail in my tire. I took it here for a patch - they seemed really busy but were able to take me in same day and fixed it up within an hour. The person upfront was very friendly and addressed my concerns with handling a Tesla (lifting it up with no lifting pads can cause damage to the battery). He also did a quick estimate for me for a curbside burn on the wheel. Everyone wore masks, and they seemed to be following good sanitation procedures(s.a. Sanitizing the pens, keeping the distance etc).If you want quick, honest experience and a great customer service, this is a great place.
OK so dealers can be a little more expensive right? But not three times more expensive right? Ha I got a quote from Honda on replacing the reservoir for my windshield wipers: 2 hours and MINIMUM $370. Went to my longtime auto shop West Coast tires: 45 minutes and $120.so here is my shout out for them taking care of me. Ask for Don.

I had spent over a $1000 bouncing around different auto shops trying to get an electrical issue fixed on my Subaru Impreza. I finally arrived at West Coast Tire and Service because of a recommendation. These guys got my car back in working condition for a fraction of the cost that I had already spent. They were very diligent in searching for the root cause of my issue. I wish I had come here first! I highly recommend the shop based on my experience.
Great communication, excellent attention to detail and honest about what was needed in the moment. Would suggest making an appointment in the future. They are extremely busy and it took 2 full days to get my car back from servicing.
They checked out my vehicle before a cross country trip and identified issues that a previous mechanic had missed and then showed me the issues on the car. They were great to work with and did everything they could to get the repairs done as quickly as possible to work with my schedule.

It took me awhile to post my review because I didn’t want to “out” my lack of automotive knowledge. I went to West Coast to get help with my “airbag problem“. It turned out that the problem was with me! My car was checked in a timely and professional manner and my airbags were working as they should. A less reputable service center could have charged me for something that I did not need! Thank you West Coast Tire and Service for you wonderful work ethic and your honesty.
I have used WestCoast Tire and Service for tire replacement several times over the last 30 years. I had a repair situation, which could not be quite figured out by my usual mechanic, so they referred me to WestCoast. They managed to figure out the problem and had my car back to me in working order 2 days later. Don Yocum and Carlos were great in explaining the problem to me and making it go away. Very happy with their service and work.

Absolutely recommended. I had my car checked up at the local Honda store and then on my way home, the low tire pressure light popped up. I called them and they just told me to Recalibrate and come back if the light pops up again, even though I think its their job to recalibrate after they checked my tire pressure (if they did it). I called West Coast Tire and they were able to check my car right away. People there were nice and kind and explained how things will be processed in advance. I received a text after 1 hour and I was told that ALL OF MY 4 WHEELS HAVE LOW TIRE PRESSURE. And they kindly, reset the system so that I didnt have to recalibrate. I was told that nothing was found on my tires, no leak, no punk etc so I was not charged. I dont know what Honda checked on my car since they told me that all tires have good pressure but I will absolutely come back here from now on and also I recommended to my friends. After my visit, on my way home, I felt the difference on my driving, more stable. Maybe Im too sensitive but my friend, who I went with, also felt the difference before and after the service. Thank you.
Wow was I glad to find this outfit--quality work done quickly, smart and friendly people, and very fair prices. I have fought with Mazda service centers from Galpin to Santa Monica and now to Culver City, all of them sloppy, selfish, unreliable, and frequently deceptive. Culver City is the worst, imagine you drop your car off in the morning for a scheduled oil change, and dont hear back by noon as promised so you call and leave messages. Finally you get somebody on the phone at 4:15 and they say oops when you realize that they have literally forgot about you for 7 hours. And they want to keep your car--which you need, and have been waiting for all afternoon--overnight because its now 4:30 and they are closing soon. So 24 hours to do a simple oil change! Incompetent, dishonest, callous and rude--thats Mazda authorized service. So go instead to West Coast Tire and Service, they can do it better, faster, cheaper, and also nicer. Thanks guys, see you again soon!!

I have a 2015 Silverado. I floored it and messed something up in the engine. I was really bummed out. Took it to West Coast Tire & Service and was helped by Carlos. He gave me a good price, got it fixed in 2 days and gave me a warranty. My trucks been running like a champ. I highly recommend this shop to friends and family.
I have used quite a few mechanics shops over many years that I have owned a vehicle. West Coast Tire and Service is far and away the best. Prices are fair. They have financing through Synchrony (must have for me). Customer service is top notch.
This is the BEST mechanic i’ve gone to in LA hands down. They keep it real for what you need to get done, and charge the best prices. I brought my old Audi A3 to the nearby Audi dealership and they were trying to charge me $3k for fuel injector replacement. West Cost Tire and Service checked it out, cleaned out the injectors, and my car has been running like new for 30+ days for only $60.
I’ve been dealing with Don for years. Not only do I trust him, but I always know that I am going to be charged fairly and given the correct information. It’s good to know that in this day and age do you still have honest people who do good work. They never try to sell me some thing I don’t need. I also appreciate how West Coast tire Is able to shuttle their clients. I took my truck to the guys at West Coast Tire & Service for an check engine light. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair a fault in the wiring harness. This place is awesome! The customer service is amazing. Ive been here a few times in the past and recently to deal with multiple things on my car.I typically dread getting things done on my vehicle because of cost. They do a whole diagnostic to check out all the issues your vehicle may have then they send you a link for you to check it out for yourself. They give you options to fix these issues allat once or as you see fit. My mistake was not getting ALL THE THINGS done at once and it cost me later down the line.I appreciate their transparency when it comes down to the cost of parts, labor/service. What they say is what they mean and they dont tack on additional costs when its time to pay.I will always return as a customer for all my cars needs.
Have a lifted Jeep/Truck with modified suspension? Take it here! By far the best alignment ive had on my jeep after having it lifted for 6 years and they tackled my front control arm drop brackets without hesitation. Turn around time was amazing as well. 100% recommend.

I took my car to West Coast Tires on Pontius yesterday becausethere was a nail in my tire. Don Yocum, the General Manager there,took my car and put a temporary safe tire on my car so I could driveto work. Today I took my car there to get the new tire that he ordered andhe instructed his tire repair man to put on the new tire. I was out of therein less than 15 minutes. Don is so wonderful and caring. He treats all of his customers great. Every time I tell my friends to go there, they tell me they know the place and they adore Don. The workers there, all of them are so helpful and nice. I dont like having tire issues, but Don and hiscrew make it pleasant, so it is not so stressful for me.Go there and you will thank me.

Probably the most I’ve ever paid for a front end alignment, and definitely the best alignment I’ve ever had on this car. The tech really took his time with the car. If you have a sports or performance car, this is the place for an alignment. I can’t recommend it enough. Be sure to ask for Joe when you go in/call. Excellent customer service
Needed four new tires and rims about three years ago. The guys explained each seperate cost, told me exactly what i needed and how much. They even set me up with a payment plan. They were fast, courteous and treated me like an old friend. I paid the extra 60 bucks for a tire plan should the need arise... which it did.Last week i had a flat tire. Took the tahoe in, where the guys then discovered three nails in another tire. They rotated and balanced the tires for zero cost. I was expecting to pay, but forgot i had purchased the tire plan way back when....These guys are awsome. I wouldnt trust my tires with anyone else

From A to Z with no surprises or suggested up-sales I found a fantastic mechanic shop where I felt truly taken care of and in the best hands. They even helped us get a temporary rental van and gave transparency to the diagnostic findings and prices with emphasis on the necessary and reasoning for “suggested not urgent” items as well. We selected the most important repairs and picked up our Transit which now runs like it is brand new! Had a great experience here getting my front end rebuilt and new shocks for my Bronco. The team here was direct, honest and presented my options clearly. Prices were not the cheapest I have seen, but that is a good sign... Quality work costs. The prices were perfectly reasonable given the quality of the work and products installed. Very pleased with the results, will definitely be returning here for new tires and a lift kit in the future.

Just had to get my brakes checked, but since I bought an used car recently and apparently they can be at any condition, decided to ask guys to check the whole car. Inspection lasted a bit longer than promised but at the end I received a full report and status check. All green and obviously no need to do anything at the moment. All this costed 49 bucks! Very good for having a peace of mind.The service, consultation and everything about this place was really good. Guys behind the desk were very helpful and with a good attitude. I think I just found my regular place, where I will bring my car fir future service! Strong recommendation.

2022-02-17I came to West Coast Tire & Service Auto Repair because I needed repair work done on my front brake pad and rotor. Ron Champion was friendly, knowledgable, and straight up about what I needed and what I was good on. After getting a ridiculously high quote from the dealership service center, I was relieved to get a far more reasonable quote for the work I needed. From start to finish the process was smooth. I got texts for the quotes and I was able to authorize the repairs with a simple text. The work was done well, and the crew got me back on the road with a new brake pad and rotor within 24 hours. I highly recommend coming here if you need any brake work done.

2022-05-24I am extremely pleased with the service I received from West Coast. They were recommended by my mechanic when I had a throttle body issue that he couldn’t repair himself.Car was towed in, they promptly gave me a comprehensive diagnostic report and estimate, and they couldn’t be more friendly or honest. When I saw what the issue was, I checked to make sure it was under warranty… and it was. Again, couldn’t be nicer helping me get my car over to a dealer so I didn’t have to pay for repairs that were covered by warranty.I will most definitely be coming back after this amazing experience! I knew I was in good hands the whole time!!

He was very nice and friendly and worked above and beyond. Don the service manager also was very helpful and friendly. 2022-02-23Car repairs can be stressful and it can be difficult to trust you’re not being taken advantage of. That’s definitely not the case with these guys. Not only are they straight shooters, they make the entire experience as easy as possible. I’ve worked with Don in the past and Ron this last time around to keep my 2007 Accord running strong and they couldn’t have been more friendly, trustworthy, and accommodating. It’s clear to see the West Coast team genuinely cares about their customers and wants to right by them. Awesome people, fast quality work, great shop.

2022-05-10Im a service writer at a European Auto Shop in the Marina & On one sunny afternoon good ole Tom walks in showing me his hospitality & Tells me more about his shop! I loved the way he presented himself! So I kept his business card on hand & Went ahead & called his shop for some tires for my jeep wrangler! His partner Don took care of me right away! The service was amazing & So was the communication! & His whole team he has at West Coast Tires & Service! Ill definitely come back for some more tires on my other vehicles! Thank you guys so much! If you are a Auto Shop or a car owner looking for some tires they are your guys!

2022-05-25Man!!!! Back tire got a flat on my way to work. I quickly googled auto mechanic and West Coast tire and Service popped up. I drove very carefully to the place with my shredded tire.Ron was very helpful, personable and efficient. Check in was fast and I was able to leave my car there and walk to work which is a few blocks down.Ron text me like he said he would when my car was ready and reminded me of when they close. I used my lunch to walk back over and pick up my car. Easy peasy lemon squeeze. They told me I need to replace the other three tires and Ron carefully explained to me the roadside assistance and tire rotation that comes with that.

2022-03-22Joe was extremely professional efficient and most important very very friendly. I am handicapped and he got me taken care of pronto. Thd guys in the tire shop also.. very very friendly, even though they speak only Spanish around clients… but no complaints. Good work done fast, price as quoted, no surprises. 5 stars from me!

2022-05-19Would give 6 stars if I could, I worked with Don, but everyone inside came across friendly and down-to-earth. The waiting room was clean, with a Keurig, television, and comfy seats in addition to the restroom being spotless.On top of this, my car was done far below the estimated time, and at a very affordable price. Id bring my vehicle here back any time. Keep up the good work.

2022-03-04I had a great experience! Recently got my first car & was a little nervous to go to a mechanic alone as a woman. But everyone I interacted with via phone and in person was exceptionally nice. Ron helped me out with everything & he made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and just very good all around! They do good work here and have great customer service, I will be recommending West Coast Tire & Service to friends! It’s great to have found a trusted mechanic.
