This is the closest Wells Fargo for us. Parking is a little tight but the ATMs are well lit at night (massive lights on all corners). Not a fan of having to decline tons of services I dont want when I come in but they have to make $ I guess. Tellers were very nice and not overly pushy. There can be quite a line though on the weekends so plan to spend some time.
Not enough chairs to wait for a banker , slow as turtles on lithium, poor service and very poorly managed. I have bad back and was told I couldnt sit behind a vacant desk with comfortable chair. Since waiting area was full. Been with them 4 years, closing accounts today. Taking our funds elsewhere. Today was the last in a long list of issues with them over the years
Banker I spoke with was clueless about standard banking procedures. Claimed the form I was requesting does not exist and all the other Wells Fargo branches broke the rules in satisfying my previous requests. Tried to reason with this women and pointed out that need for a form for both the banks safety as well as the customers...gave up because the women clearly did not have any idea what she was doing.Walked outside and called the number on the back of my card and got them to send the form that did not exist quickly with no trouble. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone. I have worked with branches in multiple states and this is definitely the bad apple of the bunch. Corporate should really step in and retrain the staff.
Line for tellers is usually always long, i try to come on the slow days. spoke with 3 bankers and the NOTARY. Two bankers really helped me out and were real friendly, DOLORES was one the other male, i dont know his name. but the recent one i spoke too, did not care to help me with my fraud affidavit and the notary had some excuses on why she couldnt help me out and basically told me i would have to wait, trying to make my refund take longerr. some people are so rude, i dont understand
So my wife and i walk into the establishment and immediately get stared down by a young hispanic woman. We hop in line to cash a check. The hispanic woman immediately examines the check, examines us and says give me one second. She takes the check to her circle jerk of bank tellers and what i only assume is a powwow of this check is fake talk and gossip. Hands to the check to a man named Bill, didnt catch his last name. Mr. Hotshot Bill in his walmart blazer and slacks walks around the bank with the check, flailing and waving it around with no sense of respect for the vital information on the check, which was COMPLETELY unprofessional. Finally hes done with the client he couldnt close the deal with and attends us. Immediately i can feel Bill judging my wife and i because of our attire and quite possibly our ethnicity. Stares at us up and down, expressionless face, no warm welcome, just upright rude. He lazily waddles us over to what he believes is his own desk, sits us down and we discuss what we are there for. Again with no respect, Bill, throwing my wifes debit card, drivers license and check around his desk. Now what i believe happened is that Bill and the young hispanic lady judged my wife and I because of how much the check was for. of course i understand bank protocol of making sure there is no fraudulent activity but dont jack us off thinking we dont what bullshit theyre pulling. I am a professional car salesman and my wife a manager for a large chain of stores, so we knew what was going on right when she walked away with the check. It was just amazing to see the low lifes they hire and how high and mighty they think they when you walk into their establishment. You work at bank, Bill, lets calm that humongous ego of yours, youre not saving the world.
The worst thing in the world is this bank. Tremendous bad customer services. HORRIBLEEEE. A great line and an empty business line and they dont call me. And when my turn comes a woman who works there and passes me a forward LADY IM HERE FOR BUSINESSOO she is a normal client who came a lot after me. Every time I come it is the same problem. They should fire them all. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

2021-09-13Nice bank but its always so congested in the parking area and when waiting for an ATM there is no shade or rain protection. Everyone has to wait in car and mad dash to the teller each time. Not safe or fair for everyone.

2021-02-12Usually a great place. But today just horrible. Had misplaced my debit card. Tried to get a temp one. Dont do it at counters. Need a appointment. None available. Leaving town in morning for work. Told them I need to close my account. Needed a appointment. Didnt care at all about my account. Seemed like they wanted me to close it. Not sure if ill continue supporting a bank that doesnt care for me.

2021-04-1612 year customer. used to have a good experience.. dont know what was going on yesterday but they choose to not help customers when they very clearly can. Ill stick to hesperia roads location. theyre always there to help. Victoria, i think was her name... starts with a V... not sure why her attitude is in charge. and Jessica was no help whatsoever. And this automatic reply telling me to email them also isnt a help. your workers have issuess.

2021-06-14Got there today a couple minutes before 5pm when they close, I get cutting it close but if its before 5 it shouldnt be locked... Guess they close early since the door got locked as we walked up and the worker was shaking his head no at us through the door within arms length of unlocking it for us. After reading these reviews Im not surprised, seems like this location lacks customer service.
