Used a limo and party bus for both a bachelorette party and wedding. Definitely my hands down choice for limo services. Our driver Jeff was super friendly and made our chaotic wedding ordeal so much smoother. Their booking staff was SUPER helpful as well. Reliable, on time and of course I highly recommend them.
Called to gather details for an immediate booking and customer service refused to check availability saying it can potentially be available but the only way they would be willing to check is if I wanted to pay the deposit right away. From all of the one word responses to a lack of professionalism, I would definitely suggest you book with caution.
I rented a sprinter bus for my husbands 40th Birthday. Received a quick response with a quote and pictures of what I was looking for. Chris answered all my questions and was very polite. Bus showed up 15 mins early, my driver was Victor who was extremely polite and professional. He texted me the day before to confirm and introduce himself. Also texted the day of to tell me he was on his way. Bus was beautiful, clean, and came with everything I was promised. Had a great time, process was fun and easy. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Hands down incredible customer service and experience. Really like the Mercedes Sprinter limo, as well did the rest of our group to a concert at Hollywood Bowl. Driver was on time and treated us well. Will be booking a party bus for my sisters quinceanara with them. A+++++
Great car service to and from the airport for a small family. Especially helpful was that they held onto our car seat for us during our trip, and showed up with it at the airport to pick us up. Also better rates than most others I found on google. Definitely recommend.
I hired from Want Limo as a last minute thing and straight from the beginning Chris was amazing and so helpful. I had an amazing day and Angela our driver was so lovely and helped make the experience so much more.

2022-08-22Want Limo keeps everything simple and easy. When I was getting quotes from other companies, I was given complicated rate structures, various fees and minimums, etc. One company even told me that I could book a specific vehicle, and then after I made the reservation they said it’s no longer available. So I decided to cancel and go with Want Limo. Chris gave me a simple all-inclusive price for the vehicle I wanted, and at a more competitive price. My group had a great time and the overall service was spot on. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

2019-09-05Amazing service. Ive used them twice (a limo the first time and a sprinter the second time) and I cant speak highly enough of them. Chris is amazing and makes it so easy to book and the drivers (Shoutout to John and Maurice) were super attentive and nice. Theyre always on time, the vehicles are well maintained and the drivers go out of their way to make sure they can easily meet up with you after the event. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun night out with friends!

2020-08-11I used want limo weeks ago as they came highly regarded by my friend ,the experience was a difficult process to say the least and one that I do not plan on putting my family through anytime soon. Once my family arrived at the airport, we were informed the representative Chris had not provided our payment information to pay for our booking now mind you we booked this well in advance so im not sure why want limo couldnt settle this matter quickly, because of this there was a lot of phone tag going on in order for us to simply get our family safely to our resort. I checked out Chris and he seems to slander other companies on Google and the issue always seems to be payment. I do not recommend Want Limo.

2020-02-05We used Want Limo twice for transportation for high school dances. What a great service. Both times the vehicles were fantastic, the drivers friendly, fun, and safe. High levels of customer service through the whole process, from booking to the actual event. Really appreciate the team at Want Limo!

2017-06-07The first issue was that I explained very CLEARLY that I had multiple stops for my daughters wedding. When I called back to let them know the contract they sent me to confirm the destination was wrong, they tried to charge me extra!! I asked to speak to a manager and let them know I was not paying more for what I originally asked for! Chris was very helpful and he worked out that issue. However when the limo came to pick us up it was HOT inside!! Why wasnt the limo cooled prior to pick up? Also I had requested champagne and they provided 1 bottle for 10 people! We then asked that while the wedding ceremony occur, the driver pick up two more bottles of champagne- which I even agreed to pay for!! Instead of getting our champagne he stood outside the limo while parked chit chatting with people at the beach and NEVER got our champagne!!! Again when we went back to the limo to be taken from the wedding destination to the after party restaurant it was HOT inside!! In addition we could not open the window or door to get air!! The driver could not even open the door!! It was locked somehow from the inside!! #Fail. Do not use this company for special occasions- like your first born daughters wedding!

2020-02-04We have used this company twice now for party bus rentals. Both times have been a great experience. Whether your party is large or small, they have just the right vehicle to meet your needs. The drivers are on time and professional. I highly recommend them!
