I seriously love this outlet mall. Its clean and spacious where doesnt feel like everything is crammed in to fit or narrow walk ways etc. Had a ton of stores and play areas. One of my favorite parts is the beautiful art and sculptures. Family friendly and has a lot of fun activities like ice skating and the water park kids enjoy. Had beautiful scenery and spots all over if you wanted to take a few pictures. Or just sit and relax and enjoy the waterfall breeze and soothing noise. Aside form the casino there are plenty of Family friendly things to do all over the outlet mall. Great sales and store choices in my opinion with brand names like MK and to more affordable like Oshkosh/Carters.
This outlet mall or center was very enjoyable to walk through an look at all the different stores to enjoy. You can get shoes, pants, shirts belts, wallets, dresses, a purse and Im pretty sure you can find underwear too. Thats just clothes, you can also get all sorts of food from a good hearty lunch, sandwich, tacos, gelato an candy to take home.As I was walking around I started to notice their was all sorts of animals spread out among the walk ways an up in the trees. An Im not even going to go into talking about the dream catcher fountain an how cool it is to see.Thank you for reading my review
The people was unbelievably nice at this bowling alley I was almost unbelievable the lane was very nice and very clean I was very very long wait though I had to wait at least an hour and a half before I started bowling but other than that everything was perfect the food The experience just the long way. one thing I did forget no bathrooms in the building that they would let the people that are in their use you have to go outside of the building use the bathrooms that was hard I almost forgot about that that was absolutely horrible
Lots of sale as always. And better products to choose from compared to other outlets. they have alot of spots to just relax especially next to the fountains. I love the fact that they have skating rink for families esp the kids to enjoy. Will definitely come back here.
I come here maybe twice a year. I live 10 mins away, if that.Only reason being, they seem to be getting rid of retailers. Last time I went it was a bit like a ghost town. It was the height of the Christmas season no less.Retailers I enjoy visiting while there are Ralph Lauren Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Guess (at times and I never make purchases), and Pac Sun which looks like another great retailer gone with the wind. Also, on the more positive side loads of parking. Like anywhere front row is quickly taken but, you will not be left to circle for any spot. No racing people to spots just to see them walking into the store at the same time you are and try your best to ignore them.Parking lot is pretty dim at night be mindful of that. Other than that it’s an outlet I guess. Other activities exist there such as bowling, seasonal ice skating, I believe summer movie nights. Make sure to double check the website to be safe.
Great place for families with kids to come and have a great time. They have bowling nights and a arcade, and a nice fountain that squirts water from the ground !On a nice hot day you can get wet and not have to drive to the crowded beach.Good selection of places to eat. Peaceful country side and a nice drive up there too.
Went out to Viejas Outlet just to get out of the house with my sister. It was a great place to walk around and got very good breezes. Loved all the water features scattered throughout the complex. Some of the stores were opened some were closed. We went late in the day so that may had something to do with it. But we still had a great time.
Such a refreshing getaway from the city to head out east and explore all of the different shops that the Outlets offer. Deals on a whole variety of Name Brand Stores. They also offer an extremely clean and well taken care of Bingo Hall on the Outlet side which i highly recommend checking out. My mom has worked there for almost 15 years so I get too see how much pride is taken in keeping up with all of the guests and their needs. It will always be a 5 Star experience from my point of view. Go check it out and see for yourself 🙂
Ok So the Nike outlet sucks! I dont recommended it at all. Ive also heard that from many people. The coach and guess outlet are good. Very good! Totally worth it!Every thing else is great, its very serene and theres beautiful fountains. All the food places are good. Its very nice!
5 star only because there is a Nike Clearance Store here. This outlet is dying and if you traveled here lately, it shows. The entire complex has so much potential or it once did in the past. Cool running creek and wild life statue scattered across the walk path. Only few name brand shops along with some small local ones. Good food selection of KFC, 🍕, Mexican, deli sub to name a few. Good size Indian casino across the street for adults to 🎰 if shopping is not your thing
Hardly any stores open here; Nike (lower end of their outlet stores), Ralph Lauren Polo, Coach Leather (about a 25 x 25 square room with merch- sad, really sad store), and a couple of other stores I didnt even bother visiting. The property is very poorly kept, run down, not maintained hardly at all.Save yourself the trip- its not worth it.
Popular brands at amazing prices. Recreational outlets. Great dining. Beautiful people. All brought together with a peace that you can feel from within. The casino and its employees are always helpful and curtious. And there is always a smile to welcome you. Its like youre part of a family. Viejas gets an A+ in my book. Thank you Viejas for making us feel welcomed.
Viejas outlet center is a great place to shop or dine. There are a number of stores where you can get great deals. Theres a bowling alley and there is an arcade for the kids.I recently went and got some food for my wifes birthday from Adrianos Pizza Grotto. Their food is delicious.Across the street is Viejas Casino and Resort where you can relax or try your luck at your favorite games.
They have the latest items in the outlet stores (that are open). Like other shopping centers their hours are different due to COVID-19 so its best to call prior. Customer service here is friendly, professional, and willing to help you fulfill your shopping needs. The food court stores are also open, and all are mindful and practice COVID-19 policies. Come see.
Staff could not be friendlier! Shuttle drivers remember you names and treat you like you are the only guest there (Angela). Prices are reasonable at the restaurant for a family of 5. Kids welcome other than on the gambling floor. RV parking in well lit, clean, safe lot (security patrolled) with a shuttle every 15min. A refreshing stop to or from anywhere for a great bite, beer or bet!
I used to really like to go to viejas especially for the buffet it was the best in town but of course like everywhere else theres no more buffets and the food that they serve in there now comes out cold and its not so great. So the next time I went to play our favorite leprechaun machine that Ive been playing there for years and I noticed the machine I was playing wasnt really kicking out as many gold coins as it used to but I was holding my own and having a good time my friend was playing the one next to me she put over $100 in and she never even got three buckets, she never got the leprechaun throwing her any gold coins at all which Ive never seen ever, so when she gave up I switched to her machine thinking well it has to hit now because she dumped $100 in it and it did hit for four tens, I won $50, I continue to play it never gave me any gold coins or any three buckets again I was shocked cuz Ive never seen that happen ever and I put the $50 back and probably another $50 out of my pocket so out of $200 to never even get a gold coin from the leprechaun tells me the machine must have been either set wrong or purposely doing it. So then my friends and I went to go look at the shops outside and as I was leaving the security guard stopped me and said I could not have my dog in the casino who was in her bag around my neck shes a service dog she knows before I have a seizure I have all the documentation but this security guard decided that my dog wasnt a real service dog because of her size and maybe because she was not a German Shepherd or a lab. So we left to go to the shops and then when we came back in we had to be rescreened again and a new security guard was there and this one basically did the same thing to me trying to say my dog wasnt a real service dog which really offended me this is the third time that this has happened to me at Viajas, I think they need to get some more training about service animals because just because its a different breed of dog doesnt mean its not a service dog and they have no right to be the judge of whether a dog is a service dog or not theyre not a doctor theyre not trained in the field and it really offended me and I probably wont go back there because of it. Not to mention they wanted me to put her on the ground with her leash on but shes a very small dog and she could get stepped on in there plus she needs to be close to me so she can alert me if Im going to have a seizure. I guess the next time she alerts me then Im going to have a seizure Im going to have my neighbor come over and film it she alerts me about 15 minutes before I have a seizure and then I can have a video proof to show them but I really shouldnt have to.
This outlet is a nice little low key shopping center where one would not go for the deals but to avoid huge crowds and still get the outlet shopping experience. They have lots of stores and restaurants to choose from making it an ideal location for families with young children, older individuals, really anyone looking for a low stress, relaxing shopping experience( if that is possible!).
Talk about easy Street, this place is a heaven for feet and body all the greatest shopping and top brands in a beautiful setting of lush green and many places for food. The staff and security is awesome. You cant beat the prices. In the casino lots of fun and the food is the best. I love it.
The family and I wanted my 3yr. to see the cool water show, but it is not available yet. Considering were in mid-post-Covid era. Theres a line where everyone has to get their temperature taken before going to the shops. Theres a temperature check before you go into the Casino as well. Everyone must wear a mask and everyone there were wearing a mask. Benches around the shops area are closed off. Eating areas are open. Viejas is still a very nice place. My family and I ended up walking around a bit and enjoyed the nature scenery around Viejas it is still so beautiful and serene.
What a serene place to walk about. You forget what place in the world you really are and cannot even hear the freeway 20 yards away. Shopping is great too. Prices are reasonable too.The casino is across the street with many other distractions, adult beverages and entertainment. They just completed a new hotel and it looks pretty nice.
Interesting outdoor mall. The layout is unique, so it can be a small challenge to get to the store of your choice. That said, the motif and decor are great and a lot of fun. They have a lot to offer that many malls just cant make available, and they are constantly running different events throughout the year that draw you in for more than just the shopping. The water court is great, and they do a nightly free show!
Good outlet complex with so many stores and great great prices, unbeatable. The complex is emulating and old town and thats where I thing it fails, is really beautiful but there is to much separation between stores and no apparel, so you have to read the name of the store o know the logo and enter. It has a great skating ring, bowling and arcade. But best of all, is the KFC 🤤.A lot of fountains and real size animals in metal which kids love.So many parking space.
Great place for shopping and eating. Lots of great finds...clothes for adults and children. Plus its very calming to shop here and overall nice atmosphere. The have ice skating in the winter months and concerts in the summer months. I gave it 4 stars because over the last couple of years some stores have closed and there are admin offices in place of the stores that left.
The Viejas Outlet malls at great place to buy Nikes. Everything is 20% off and they have discontinued and Overstock items. Great selection of shoes for all family members. Good selection of bags and other gear. And lots of t-shirts sports jerseys and female garments. Oh yeah and you can also get a great pasta salad at the bingo parlor.
This place is great! Theyve got a ton of stores all with great selection. Absolutely amazing prices on clothes and shoes among many other things. Staff are all friendly and eager to help you find where/what you need. The staff at the Vans store were a cut above the rest though.
I went to the ice skate ring. I liked it a lot but the customer service at the ice skate office was terrible. All of them were girls, the person who was in charge of the waivers, the girl on the register and the one handing the skates. None of them said hi and answered questions very rudely. Zero customer service. The Male staff were more helpful.
The stores that I visited had protocols in place to limit the amount of people in each establishment at any given time. This meant waiting in lines but the waits werent for very long. Each store sanitized the register counter and the electronic payment machine/keypad after each customer.
Love shipping here. The atmosphere is amazing. The shops are almost all outlets, so youre definately going to get the best price for what youre looking for here. There are a bunch of places to shop at as well. The food selections is ok, but the mall does have a nice bowling alley. Al around d great place for a family to shop at.
I drive 45 min. one way just for the Nike Clearance store. Great selection, knowledgeable staff and like Costco, youll always spend more money than you wanted, but love every minute of it. They have shoes, slides, clothes , kids stuff and socks. Dont sleep on Viejas.
I went their for the buffet and absolutely loved the multitude of delicious options. The service from our waitress if you want to call them that was horrible. She had an attitude. The line was quite the wait as well. I also am highly allergic to ciggertee smoke... I had a headache for a week. Overall, I recommend this place.
Many of store fronts have turned into casino offices so feels more like a strip mall. Was above 80°f the day was there. Restrooms on west end of mall are warm and not air conditioned. if you head towards the restrooms on the east side of this mall they are air conditioned. Both are clean though.
We ended up going to Wilson Leather it has 70% off on all of their jackets it is unbelievable the prices that they have their terrific prices for well made jackets. Cliches wheelchair accessible the staff is very very friendly and the prices are Beyond reasonable so is there selection huge selection of jackets different items.
Always fun to go here and walk around its such a pleasant environment even if you dont buy anything you had a nice day because of the calmness and gentleness of the atmosphere the Native American music coming from the speakers is soothing relaxing and just plain Pleasant theyve had a kitchen shop here which is the nominal lots of neat Gadgets in it to go to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory which is incredible wonderful place to go even if your diabetic have a wide variety of diabetic chocolates the caramel apples here are the best they also have Clothing outlets that have things that you normally wouldnt see in one of the regular department stores
The one thing I love the most in this place is the iceskating. That is seasonal though, I think they only have it for about 2 months... if not, 3.I went there around Jan and Feb.The pricing is alright... $15/hr.Aside from that, shopping here is quite pricey. They rarely go on sale, and if they do, you would rethink if they really have the stuff on sale cause the price is like a regular price some place else...food is the same
Viejas Outlet is a very popular area, and a very open area. The stores are not hard to find, for there are maps around the area that are helpful. Despite the fact that it is outdoors and open to any weather, it seems very clean. Its an open space, with little to no problems. During the Christmas holidays they have an ice skating ring.
I always come during the weekend and it kinda but not like the mall crowded and it environment if so good it not to hot or cold it just right I always would say that they have stores like Nike clearance and they are good and even have 50-70 in most store it Soo good to also take children during 12am -5pm when it hot and not cold and also they can have fun and they can get wet in the water as well
I love this place ! Food ,shopping ,walking & relaxing all in one place ! The vibe is very authentic & calming. Waterfalls to. Nature sights and sounds .not to mention the casino and buffet are all. Top notch ! I strongly recomend this place for every one to go and visit
Do not miss the native dreams spa..FULL service, unisex, essential oil treatments, knowledgeable local staff with mindful products and stellar attitudes. ASK FOR TANGERINE..!!!The stores are great for holiday gift shopping and.. there will be halloween ice rink party! So many great contributions, I feel justified in every penny and the parking is free..(eat it dtla) Did I say shuttle to your hoopty?🤗🤗🤗😎😎😎
We visited for their ice rink. My kids first time to skate. The fee to skate is pretty reasonable for 2 hours which includes skates rental. If you ever need a Walker to help you learn to skate, its $5, and its worth it. My girl learned to skate on her own with its help. While they skate, my friend and I went around the outlet to window shop. We were actually surprised to find ourselves shopping for real before we even left. They have pretty good outlet stores. Not complete like the ones at Cabazon, but stores that I like. They have MK, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, Levis, Gap, Guess, Nike, Skechers, Vans, and the rest were food chains. I think I will keep coming back to check on their stocks each time I visit San Diego.
Its got a few nice shops. getting burnt on the other stores! But check this out.....I was at the Casino last month having a good time gambling thru out the night and was winning & losing but winning enough to stick around next thing you know its about 4am and im beat but my girl was still winning so i went to go find a seat/bench to rest up and low and behold i fell asleep. I was woke up by security and treated like......i was doing something wrong. I was searched and asked multiple questions that iwas having trouble answering due to still being half asleep and when iy was over i was told i was being 86d for 30 days.... All because i fell asleep on a bench. I wasnt drinking or doing anything BAD! Its a Higher End Casino and Big.. i like it alot til this happened. I dropped about $40 and won about $400 and put that right back in....30 days! Thats ABSERD PEOPLE!
I love this outlet which is connected to the viejas casino which is by far the best casino in or around San Diego I especially love the Nike and guess store and I was so happy they reopened the wilsons leather store I hated when they closed it and there is new additions from the reconstruction is amazing totally love it and the casino
Awful old dingy dilapidated looking outlet with not much to offer in popular designer clothing. The food vendors are awful. Sandwiches (Subway) and burgers. No trendy restaurants. The grounds were spotted and dirty. Needs paint jobs on all the ugly buildings. Will not be back here.
Being a native San Diegan and living in the East County of San Diego this outlet mall is no mystery to me. Its a beautiful well landscape mall with native American architecture and decor throughout the facility. I will admit I do not frequent this mall that often. The mall itself is located in Alpine, California. The mall is located across the Viejas Casino and Hotel, which is going through a renovation. The outlet center is located about 34 to 35 miles from Downtown San Diego.I have always had a good experience at this mall and there are several parking areas to accommodate the shoppers. There are a some nice shops here that offer great discounts. Its been a while since I had gone and today decided to visit the outlet mall. The mall was pretty much the same except for some landscape additions. There were a few new additions to the mall. One a Gelato shop and a Cookie shop which I really did not care for. However I have seen many store come and go here at the mall such as Nautica, throughout the many years I have come here. The busiest store is the Nike store which the checkout line can be long and the store really crowded. I tend to avoid that store. The mall today was not that busy considering its the holiday season and the weekend which makes it easy to shop.During the holiday season they do set up an ice rink which is great especially for those who have children. During the evening they do a light show. This mall itself is family friendly and offers an arcade and bowling alley. Now for restaurants, well we will just say they have KFC, Rubios, Subway and an is a small Italian restaurant which had great food. They use to have a nice Japanese restaurant there. However if this is not for you, the casino itself has some nice restaurants or you can also drive down to Alpine which has numerous restaurants such as Janet Montana Cafe.I will be honest if you want an outlet mall that has some good yet limited shopping options, great prices, beautiful walking area, and is family oriented I definitely would recommend coming here. I myself like places with more shopping options and more dining options such as Carlsbad Premium Outlet, Las Americas, and yes I will drive up to Cabazon which is close to Palm Springs. As I said I have always a good experience here and have never had any issues but the lack of stores and restaurant is something I am beginning to consider in my shopping experience here.
It seems like theres fewer stores every time we visit.Ralph Lauren no longer offers a military discount and they didnt have a wide selection of childrens clothing as they used to but the sales clerk said they are getting more in.Carters clothing styles have gone way down hill and their prices have gone up.High light was ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE.... my grandbabies love their apples!Went into Michael Kors looking for clothing and was disappointed that it was just purses.... the staff werent pleasant.
Viejas is a beautiful place to have FUN and relax, they are many places area to explore, OVER looking mountain, and shopping centers...,friendly atmosphere, I forgot to mention ABOUT viejas employees...I havent been there for several years...but I highly recommend..,to ALL FOLKS...

2022-02-25Love walking this outdoor mall. So many water features and animal statuary. Food choices offer a variety. Bingo is fun too.

2022-03-29This is exactly what you want out of an Outlet Center. Barely anybody here, plus great deals! Spent most of my time at the Nike Outlet. There were all kinds of little ponds, waterfalls, and statues of cute creatures.

2021-09-18I actually loved the layout. Very unique with little connector paths. Store selection was okay but there aren’t many food options.

2022-03-13I enjoy visiting this mall, especially after being at the casino being only 100 feet away. There is a skating rink that converts into an ice rink during the winter season, a bowling alley and decent places to eat. I do think that there should be more stores and restaurants added on the opposite side or add a small movie theater to make it better.

2022-06-06Shopping for dress shirt. Many stores have closed. Not crowded at all. Viejas cutting down ALL the trees. Looks terrible with NO trees. Gardener said trees have bark beetle. Apparently the staff arborist not doing a good job. Trees could have been treated if caught in time. Sad....

2022-05-29Great for a few discounts. They used to be packed with fantastic deals from major brands, illuminating shows, and good dining choices. As of December 2019, 60% of the place became vacant. The dining choices have gone down hill. The Chocolate Shop that once graced a magical cove of its own was moved to the food court. It changed staff from an elegant lady serving up cold or hot treats, gifts, homemade candies and a smile to an overpriced, badly run split shop. Now, with cheaply made treat/drinks products, serving customers through mostly discourteous employees that dont know how to mix drinks properly or without watering them down.If the bohemianesque young lady isnt there, dont bother wasting your time and money.

2022-06-17Not much there. Maybe due to CoVid but not many stores to go in. The outdoor area is nice to walk around.
