We took one of our precious chickens here a couple of time. Dr. Archie is a spectacular Vet, a wonderful person and made difficult visits so much better. Darlene the owner is also RVT as well as an expert on Avian dietary needs, etc. Tamsen at the front desk is wonderful as well. They got us in on an emergency visit immediately and they were able to unfortunately euthanize our girl to get her out of pain extremely quickly. They even had wonderful options if we wanted to keep her remains. I cannot recommend this office enough! Thank you for taking care of our unique baby.
My 7yo daughters dwarf hamster got her leg caught in the bars and started limping. They got us in within 45 min. At the office, Dr Archer talked to her as the patients mom and explained everything to her. Told her she was a great mom and took great care of her hamster. They were friendly and informative. I loved that my daughter was the one who explained the injury, got the instructions and was treated like the parent. Would recommend to everyone. Yes
Against my better judgement, I gave this place a 2nd chance by taking my moms bird here as this was one of the only places in town that saw birds. I would NEVER recommend for dogs. The bird vet was amazing its the auxiliary staff that worries me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First, last year they made me wait outside with my German Shepherd for 20 minutes as he was bleeding profusely through his nose. After 30 minutes they said to take him to the Canejo ER vet down the street as he may need a blood transfusion.... Would have been preventable if they would have told me that when I first pulled up. Sadly, he didnt make it. SECOND, after a $600 bill for a small bird (labs and medication) I come home and check the medication ( I am a RN so I always double check medications). Half of the syringes that the vet tech pre-filled were double dosed. Had I not checked, my mom would have given her small bird a double dose of medication that could have killed her. When I called and reported this, no apology, no explanation, no call from the vet, Just a I will let the manager know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF IT WERE THE LAST VET CLINIC IN TOWN. AFTER 7 DAYS, STILL NO CALL FROM THE MANAGER EXPLAINING OR APOLOGIZING FOR THE MEDICATION ERROR THAT COULD HAVE KILLED MY MOMS CONURE.
They truly care for all animals, my green conure got injured and they were the only ones willing to check my bird wo appointment, I was desperate called many animal clinics but no one would take my bird. Thanks to Veterinary Angels my bird is ok and alive, everyone there is kind and compassionate, they are true angels.
Veterinary angels are amazing the doctor and the texts are all great of course my dog never likes going to the vet shes getting her puppy shots but they make it as pleasant as possible and I trust them which is most important they have a Friday special for vaccines where the vaccines are a little bit cheaper then they normally would be which is always nice I always try to schedule on a Friday
Dr. Archie assessed my bunnys health issue(s) in an incredibly personalized, caring and informative manner, not only saving my bunnys life, but giving me education about the issues, and answering my questions so that I have a fuller understanding of things to look out for as my sweet bunny continues to age and have things come up. The office and techs here have such a nice energy, and I am incredibly grateful for their understanding and accommodating emergency appointments for rabbits, who dont have the time to be seen next week. This place is such a treasure. I noticed they had a tip jar on the counter, and I wish I was in a position to give them a great tip. If you are...tip these angels for me!
One of my dogs had an ear infection and needed to be seen. They got me in the next morning, I did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes and the problem was handled. They were all very friendly and the clinic is beautiful. A great experience. Highly recommended
Yvette Archie, DVM is a very nice and professional veterinarian! She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge with an easy to understand explanation and instruction to treat my pets illness. She also welcomed any questions during my office visit as well as in future too.I highly recommend Yvette Archie, DVM...based on my experience.
I called at least a dozen other veterinary clinics and they were all booked. When I called VAMC they were booked but they squeezed us in anyways same day! I was so relieved and grateful. They were kind and professional and took care of my Bella and gave her the treatment she needed. I think I found our permanent place for doggie care.
BEST VET EVER! This is the best vet to take your animals to . Our 100lb tortoise and Belgian Malinois are both patients. Everyone that works there is so kind and attentive in taking care of our animals as well as making us feel comfortable. There is no other vet that can even compare.
Love this place! Dr. Cola is the best!! Everyone who works reception is amazing as well. We worked with them while we fostered dogs and have since taken our personal dogs as well. I love that they are not a VCA. They provide top quality care and service at a fair price. Recently our dog had a mass removed and his surgery site looks amazing and he hasnt been in any pain, which I think is the result of a great surgery. Dr. Cola also got to the bottom of our dogs chronic ear infections after battling them for 9 months. You should totally bring your small animal to them.
We came to Dr. Cola for a second opinion on our senior labradors allergies. Her exam was thorough, thoughtful, and insightful, and ultimately, her recommendations have provided our dog with much needed relief. We are staying with Dr. Cola! I particularly appreciated her follow up the day after our visit, and her continued check-ins.
Up until our last visit I had loved the care provided by Dr. Archie because she so clearly loves animals. But after the ordeal she put our poor dog through last time we will be looking for another vet. We brought our dog in because she was constipated and had been whining and panting during the night so Dr. Archie manually pulled the poop out of our dog’s colon, causing the dog to yelp in pain and then Dr. Archie ran an X Ray which she said showed an enlarged spleen, indicating it might have to be removed and told us dogs typically live 18 months to 2 years after such an operation. So in our minds we were preparing to SAY GOODBYE to a beloved pet who’s less than ten years old! Dr Archie said we should leave the dog so more tests could be run—tests that took all day to receive and were expensive. Then when we picked the dog up it turned out that she really HAD just been CONSTIPATED all along! Our Stella was so traumatized by her ordeal that she wouldn’t walk upstairs to sleep with us like she normally does so my husband slept in a sleeping bag next to her on the living room floor.I think that before a vet gives you the worst case scenario they should examine an animal more carefully and proceed cautiously!.
Only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is because my old Dr. is no longer there. That being said, I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE this place!!! They care about all the animals, they are attentive, kind, honest when things get nuts :O) which is okay...LIFE HAPPENS~~and they have a wonderful animal shelter attched to their facility where I adopted 2 amazing furbabies. And when Covid-19 is over I will be back to volunteer. Also, sometthing to mention, when the Woosley Fires happened a couple of years ago, the owner not only volunteered at the rescue centers to help all the animals that had been harmed but they also didnt charge people for any Vet costs. If that isnt a wonderful and safe place to trust with our fluffy angels well then what is? :O) Thank you for being so wonderful with my furbabies!!!
True Angels at this hospital! I am so thankful that I found them when my bird-who I love like my child-got sick. I was able to get her seen immediately. That was 3 1/2 months ago and they have continued to be incredible in their care and compassion towards my bird and me. A huge shout out to Darlene who has gone above and beyond. Thank you to Tamzin. Casey, and all the techs who all love my bird and care so much. Thank you Dr. Archie. Baby is my world and Veterinary Angels has been a Godsend.
So last year March 25th 2020, I sadly had to put my dog down. Horrible day. I paid an extra 40-50$ to have my dogs paws stamped onto a mold. I have called MANY TIMES and no one can give me an answer and they never call back like they said they would. Its now been more than a year and STILL NOTHING!!!! MY dog my baby my love had to go and I wanted his paws to add to my memory wall of my Arrow. NOTHING!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!
I have brought all of my dogs to Veterinary Angels, and they always treat them, and me, with kindness and compassion. Dr. Ravenscroft, in particular, is phenomenal. I have had everything from surgery, to a mild infection of a toe nail, treated here, and the treatments have always been successful, and as stress-free as possible, for both me and my pets. Occasionally, we have to wait a litte while in the waiting room, but thats okay, because that just means that theyre making time for everyone, theyre not rushing through anything, and they give each patient all the time that they require. The staff are all very friendly and pleasant too, and there is plenty of easy parking. I highly recommend anyone who cares about their animals, to bring them here.
We rescue farm animals and were part of the Woolsey Fire. You should support Veterinary Angels Medical Center any way you can. They are truly Angels!! Its hard work and Doctors are not as good as the old school Doctors. The owner goes above and beyond, shes hands on and if we complain she takes care of it. She even got rid of a bad Dr. based on her clients. She helps save and tend to many animals without fees. The prices are not just reasonable, but far less than the crooks out there. I know all of them, based on how many years I have rescued and owned. Not only is this place 10 stars but the staffs attitude is not rude and entitled. They are kind and everyone works hard for the sake of the animals .
Honestly, it’s a pandemic, we all need to extend grace and patience to one another. My first visit was not the best experience but certainly not the worst. Staff were audibly complaining about a seemingly new front desk worker (named “Cassidy”). That’s none of my business, I shouldn’t have heard that kinda talk as a new patient. I probably don’t need to mention it, but staff you have been put on notice—everybody needs to keep it professional.Seemingly a Very busy environment—there is a macaw in the front desk area that was squawking very loudly (honestly-wasn’t a fan, found it disturbing). That added to the chaos of the lobby management and processing etc.The visit lacked a succinct flow of scripted questions to get to the purpose of why I was there, which in turn made my communication back to veterinary staff disjointed/scattered. But, communication is life’s ongoing challenge. I received a follow up call from the Vet just confirming that all my needs were met and questions were answered, and I appreciated that.
If I could give no stars I would. The customer service here is the worst I’ve seen for people who say they care about pets. My experience when I first started coming here was good, but over the years it went down hill. They traumatized my poor dog. There was no follow up care or checking on my dog to see how she was after the trauma they put her through. The owner and Dr. Archie are great, however.
BEWARE: The staff is rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. When I would not agree to do extra unnecessary tests on my dog I was yelled at over the phone by the vet and then had my car door slammed by the vet tech upon my dogs drop off.I have been in this industry myself for almost ten years and I know what is and is not needed for simple treatment of diarrhea occurring with a dog.It is so hard to find a vet not just trying to rack your bill up as much as possible!During this time of COVID-19 the community is supposed to come together and help one another.Sadly this practice only cares about making as much money off of you as possible, not the wellness of your family member.Do not bring your pets here, look elsewhere!
After seeing multiple vets who said one thing or another but really only vaguely hypothesizing root causes, I saw Dr. Cola, who very thoroughly assessed symptoms, put us on track for testing and a treatment plan to find out the real issue. Be careful with vets who treat symptoms but don’t find out underlying issues. Highly recommend.
Wow one of the Best Vets Ive ever come across so caring and helpful and knowledgeable! The Girls are so helpful as well as the Dr and his assistant. They even do House calls and care for ALL.kinds of Animals . They came to the house and took care of my Chickens too ! Just GREAT ALL AROUND
These guys rock. My parrot was seriously ill and needed to see a Vet right away. Called a few places closer to me but they were either fully booked or wanted to charge “emergency” fees.Vet Angeles said they would squeeze us in and no “emergency” shakedown fees. We walked in and saw a huge Macaw living in the lobby so I knew we were in the right place. The doctor had extensive experience with exotic birds and knew what to do. The place is a real menagerie. I heard a chicken in the exam room next door and a pig squealing down the hall.Bird is doing much better and on it’s way to recovery. Not to much damage to the checkbook. They even gave us a 50% discount for the visit as new clients.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET! Took our new puppy for 3:30 appointment Friday. (You wait in your car while the technicians takes your pet in for examination) They took her in around 3:50 and I got a call from Dr Archie 4:15 telling me she needed treatment for worms and when I tried to ask a question, she hung up on me. I called back right away and was told she was with another patient and I had to wait. I waited 10 minutes and called and was told she still with other patient(s) (now plural) and she would call me soon. I asked for my puppy back, paid the $32.50 fee and drove away at 4:45pm. I paid the fee so there was no issue but STAY AWAY from this place...Dr Archie was rude, hung up on me...owner was not in....technicians was very matter of fact, used to treating people like this....STAY AWAY....
I needed to locate a veterinarian for my 30 year old parrot, Ozzie... I really lucked out when I “stumbled” on The Veterinary Angels in Agoura. They were so good with Ozzie and were able to take care of his problem. I will be taking my other parrot, Rosie in for her first visit this next week. I am SO fortunate to have located them.
We have followed Dr Ravenscroft from a previous clinic. She is a wonderful and caring Dr. She has taken care of all my 5 pets for years. This review does not include her, however, she has not returned my call nor responded to my email. So now I feel compelled to review the entire practice, as shes the Medical Director.I have a 13 yr old Boston Terrier that has had pneumonia 4 times over the years. I always know when its about to kick in and he can collapse within hours from lack of oxygen as his passages are all blocked and he cant breathe.I was at the door 9 am last week and told the front office staff our history and to look up the last antibiotic given to him, as its the only thing that works for him instantly. I received a call at 10 from a Dr Gretchen Becker letting me know that she has given my dog a probiotic and which vitamins she wants to recommend. I was very clear-give my dog the antibiotic in his chart (Doxycycline) ASAP!! Shealso mentioned they would use humidifier apparatus him if they have it. I got off the phone at 10 am knowing my dog is well cared for. NOT THE CASE!!!I did call at 1pm and they told me he is about to get this same humidifier treatment. What?At 2pm they called me and told me to come ASAP as my dog crashed twice, and tongue was purple.I drove while sobbing and ran in to be greeted by the vet. She stated that he is now better. I asked her when they gave his antibiotic and she had a blank stare...walked away and came back and said now. I asked if its Doxycycline? Nope, she was waiting for me to go fill a prescription for that med! nd no one called me???? WTF?? It was almost 3pm!! She also got argumentative with me.Then they let me in to see my poor baby, who was soaking wet after having to be iced down as his fever spiked within minutes! Then I saw the owner Darlene and let her know how upset I was and why wasnt he taken care of early when I brought him in. She walked away and came back and said that he was given the breathing treatment in the morning, but the vet said it was just now! Then she told me I need to take him in the pouring rain to a 24 hr clinic. Which I did and it escalated into 3 nights and almost $4,000.I am so upset that he has to suffer like this!!! They neglected my dog from 9am and no one did anything until his tongue turned purple after 2:30pm! The saddest part is no one has called to see how he is doing? Pathetic. As the other one star reviews state, beware!!!!! Maybe this place used to be good but thats definitely not the case anymore?
I cant describe how happy I was with the service provided by Veterinary Angels. My dog was vomiting and not only did I get one, but two doctors right to my house! They came to me, and had everything they needed to help my pet. Dr. Milliken and Dr. Hengst were extremely professional and friendly and I could tell they really cared about my dog. I would refer Vet Angels to anyone.
I brought my brand new hamster here for a check up, just to make sure she was healthy. The location was a bit hard to find, due to construction, but thats not their fault. When I walked in, there was no one at the desk, and I waited about 5 minutes. Considering they had just opened, I didnt think too much of it.Their waiting room was nice and tidy, which was nice.Misty, the office manager with the colorful hair, was kind, caring and I really trusted her. She was patient with my hamster, who was scared to come out of the cage due to being in a new environment. Misty checked her weight and told me to wait for the doctor when she was done. Here comes the bad part:I waited. And waited. And waited. They did not have any other patients besides me, so I am not sure what took him so long. Chatting up his female co workers I guess. When the doctor finally came in, my hamster was freaked out beyond belief. The doctor reached over and practically snatched my hamster out of my hands, and then dropped her on the floor!!!!!!! He then grabbed her by the neck. She looked so uncomfortable. I wanted to scream. And then, to top it off, he LAUGHED about it. He didnt even tell me any useful information that I didnt already know. And then he walked out of the room.Misty heard what happened, and gave me 50% off my copay. She is the only one saving this from a one star. While I appreciate Misty and her kindness, I do not believe I will come back to this location, due to the lack of professionalism and care of the vet.STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.
Thank you Darlene and VAMC for the outstanding customer service. Are pug Chewy couldnt have been happier during his recent check up. The staff was very friendly and professional during our visit to the clinic. Have and will continue to highly recommend VAMC to all our friends and family. Chewy cant wait to go see Santa this Sunday!!!
I have several Cavies (Guinea Pigs). One of them became seriously ill. I thought it was just a skin infection until her cheeks puffed up, making her look like a Chipmunk. It became so serious that she couldnt eat pelleted food. carrots, or any other hard foods. I called my vet and found that she would be gone for two weeks. I made an appt. for the soonest possible date, but when my baby girl started losing weight, I took her to a 24 Hr. Emergency Clinic They gave me some medication and said, If she gets worse, I recommend Dr. Latos, at Veterinary Angels Medical Center. He is the FINEST Guinea Specialist I know of. It appears she may need surgery. This could cost about $ 500.00.) When my baby started losing 1.5 Oz. PER DAY, I made an emergency appt. IM VERY GLAD I DID. Dr Latos did a VERY thorough exam, and told me she had a parasitic infection. He even invited me to look through his microscope to see what the Bug looked like! He was going to keep my Little Angel overnight for observation. But there was a problem with my credit card. (My bank had just renovated their computer system, and it seems that it created problems for ALL of their credit card users!) When my credit card wouldnt clear, they gave me a list of organizations that assist people with paying their vet bills! (Since I didnt have internet access at their office they worked with me to save my Little Angels life! I had to take her home, since I couldnt pay for the boarding and care in advance.) During the trip home, I noticed a marked change in Little Angels behavior. She was NO LONGER lethargic, but actually wheeking for attention/food! Her appetite had returned! I stopped at a market and bought the ONLY thing I thought she might be able to chew with her mouth in such terrible condition, a banana. I gave her a small slice, and she IMMEDIATELY tore into it and began wheeking for more! Dr Latoss treatment had helped her! Even though treatment is not yet complete, I do believe he has saved her life! Up until then, I had lost ALL hope. I was SURE she was going to die. But Dr Latos and the fantastic staff have given me back my hope! They REALLY ARE Veterinary Angels! I Totally agree with Dr Abalos, Dr Latos IS one of the finest Guinea Specialists! (Little Angel IS NOT just an animal or a pet! She is one of my Therapy Animals, and part of my FAMILY. (I am incapable of having children. My Cavies are my sons and daughters.)THANK YOU, Veterinary Angels Medical Center!
I used to be a client of All Animals Medical Center (which I loved) in Calabasas...until they abruptly shut down not letting their clients know and leaving all patients without access to their pets medical records. I actually found out they closed while visiting another vet for my boss.So when I found out they closed, I tried to locate a contact number. I found the number to Veterinary Angels Medical Center. I called and gave them my previous vets name, Dr. Miliken, my name and my dogs name and they assured me they would send me his vet records.Flash forward two weeks...I still have yet to receive them. Since waiting two weeks, I have waiting an additional week and left 3-4 voicemails, all of which have gone unanswered. At this point, I cannot get my dog in for his necessary dental work elsewhere because Ive been forced to wait and he must be revaccinated since I do not have his old medical records.I wouldnt trust a vet that cant be bothered to return phone calls especially in regards to pet health and I, most certainly, wouldnt trust any company that hires or works with vets who just shut down their practice leaving all their patients without access to their pets vet records.I feel horrible for the clients of All Animals who had to find out it was shut down under more dire circumstances. If and when I receive my pets records, I would be more than happy to amend this review but until then, I would select another vet. Absurdly bad customer service.
It pains me to tell this story, but it must be told in hopes that other parrot owners might be educated:My African Grey parrot died after receiving treatment from Veterinary Angels in Agoura Hills. To make a long story short: ‘Gumbo’ had been harmlessly plucking his feathers for many years, as African Greys sometimes do, but 7 months ago I discovered that he had taken his plucking to a new level by severely damaging the skin under both wings. The skin had become so irritated that he was not able to flap his wings anymore. Not long after discovering this, I took him to Veterinary Angels and his treatment began for the next 6 months. All that was fine. But as part of his wing healing I was told that the wings must be stretched as part of the therapy, so that they would not atrophy. Again, that made sense. But that’s when things went terribly wrong: During one of the visits (I was taking Gumbo twice a week) the owner and another vet stretched his right wing beyond its limit, breaking his wing artery and damaging the ligament. It must have been terribly painful for him. He almost bled to death right then, but they managed to suture the artery, before it was too late. They charged me $95 for ‘emergency care’ to correct a problem that they caused. I took Gumbo home with a fully bandaged wing, just happy that he was still alive. After a few days, the bandage was removed. However, his right wing hung down and out, awkwardly. He could no longer retract it. I was told that it was just because the wing had been bandaged up, but something did not seem right with that answer. After a few visits his wing was still hanging the same way, which they seemed to be ignoring unless I asked about it. Upon my concerned questions I was told that it was just because the wing ‘hurts him still’, that’s why he cant retract it.At that point I began to feel that it was more serious than that.Eventually I was told that part of the artery sutures were removed, and I believe eventually all the sutures were taken out because I found no trace of them after my bird had died. When his artery broke during their wing stretching, I felt that they had created a ticking time bomb. The vet had fitted Gumbo with a foam tube collar to prevent him from getting to his underwings. It worked well, but unfortunately it affected his balance, making him very clumsy. He would fall often, therefore I would not allow him up any higher than his cage.On Monday, August 8th, during the night, he evidently fell on that wing and broke the artery open again. In the morning I found the most horrifying site; my dead parrot in a very large pool of his blood.I called Veterinary Angels that morning. I told them that Gumbo had died, because the artery had opened again. The receptionist took my number saying that the owner will want to talk to me. From that Monday until the following Friday I heard NOTHING from Veterinary Angels. I then emailed them, explaining what happened to Gumbo. I also wrote that I felt it was callous that I had not heard from them (I had been taking Gumbo to them, twice a week for many months).Only then did the owner call me and leave a message. In her message she said that ‘we usually give pet owners a week to grieve before contacting them about their loss’. Really? She also said that she hoped I had received the card of condolence they sent me right after they heard. To this day, I have received no such card. Either somebody dropped the ball or they were just too busy to contact me. I’ll never know.Needless to say, Gumbo’s death was devastating to me. He was a gentle bird and had a huge vocabulary. He enjoyed being around people. But no more. My friend of 29 years is now gone. All I can say in closing is, be EXTRA careful when choosing an avian vet.
Veterinary Angels and staff were absolutely amazing! When my dog, Kiya became what we thought was blocked. Veterinary Angels Medical staff discovered that she had a large tumor growing on her liver. They performed amazing surgery removing the tumor and Kiya couldnt be happier! Kiya is a life long Veterinary Angels client and will never be seen by another practice. Highly recommend this professional and truly caring staff of Veterinary Angels Medical Center. Love you guys!

2022-03-16This is a review long overdue. But after years of great result, I can assure you that your pet will get the best care by the doctor there. After a few wrong diagnosis by different vets, Darlene correctly identified the problem my chinchilla had. She immediately performed some dental procedure for him, and he started to recover.Later on, Darlene found her own company Veterinary Angels and moved far away from where I live. Nevertheless, I keep coming back for her excellent service. She helped me out off hours when my chinchilla got emergency. I think the reason my 12 years old chinchilla still healthy is largely credit to yearly check up with Darlene and sometime her colleague Dr. Yvette.Darlenes passion for healing animals, friendliness to her clients, and persistent hard work to build her business are something I lookup to. Even Veterinary Angels Medical Center may not be close to where you live, but I assure you that it will worth your travel to take your pet there. Because you will receive excellent service at great price. Having the correct diagnosis and treatment done right in just a visit or two will save you money and time.

2022-06-11Veterinary Angels are the best vet, hands down. I HIGHLY recommend this vet, especially if you have a rabbit. I drive a hour to bring my rabbits here because they absolutely love Dr. Archie, and she is an expert in their care. They offer the best solutions for your pet, but arent judgemental if you decide against any procedures. Their prices are surprisingly low, too - each time I go, I dont feel like I paid an arm & a leg for my pets care. They also REALLY care about your pet. For example, one time I was so worried about my rabbits well-being that they watched over him for a couple hours to make sure he was okay. Another time, I called probably 4 times in one day because I was so worried, and they tried their best to fit me in quickly, and even asked Dr. Archie if it was an emergency situation to give me peace of mind.

2022-05-25We had an outstanding experience with Dr Archie and the Veterinary Angels Medical Center Staff. So appreciated that they could see our pup the same day and the care was comprehensive and kind. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!

2022-02-19I truly could not imagine a more caring and thoughtful staff! They took such great care of my 15 year old dog, Penny Lane, at a time that she needed an unexpected surgery. We will definitely continue going here!

2022-02-17When you enter a veterinary clinic you expect to be greeted and checked in. Today when I walked in with my dog, the receptionist with the red hair was chatting and flirting with a client regarding his nose piercing. I had to ask TWICE to be checked in. When you make an appointment for something, thats what your appointment should be for. You should not be treated like a customer at a car lot while the receptionists and DOCTORS try and sell you something. When a technician comes to take your dog to the back for the appointment and asks you what medication your dog takes and you say same as last time the technician should not roll their eyes at you. I gave this veterinary clinic 3 tries and all were unpleasant visits. I will gladly drive 30 min back to my old vet clinic to be treated with smiles and care for myself and my dog. Shame on whoever allows this veterinary clinic to operate this way.

2021-08-22Our family would like to express our deep appreciation for the loving care provided by Veterinary Angels Medical Center for our senior dog, Sidney. Throughout her treatment, the Veterinarian and the entire staff was always professional, kind, compassionate, and very competent. Although, we eventually made the decision to euthanize her because of her condition, we could not have had a more meaningful, gentle, and serene experience. The surroundings were warm and comfortable and her transition was peaceful and perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your warmth and compassion during such a difficult time. Bless you all for what you do so well! ♥️🐾

2021-01-24Great and caring staff. They are our primary veterinarians for our five cat family. Darlene and Dr. Archie are outstanding.

2021-11-21My GSD was hit by a car, I rushed him over to there and they were attentive, careful, and caring. The veterinarian went over all the tests , x rays, etc patiently and professionally with me and the whole staff was caring and thorough . I’ll be bringing him back regularly as well as all my pets from now on. Thank you!!
