I’ve never had such HORRIBLE customer service. The drivers can never find my house and I’ve had to pick up my packages myself at the facility. The last time I picked up my package at the facility the manager, Lily, spoke over me, dismissed everything I was saying, made a copy of my ID for no reason and refused to give me my package without allowing her to make a copy of my ID and she PUSHED me when I bent down to pick up the copy of my ID that she dropped. The other managers are giving me the run around about getting video footage of the incident. I’ve lived at my address for 2 years now and I’ve had problems with the divers not finding my house as long as I’ve lived here. My address is clearly marked on my house in TWO places and they still can’t find it. I keep having to call to confirm my address for them to attempt another delivery and sometimes they don’t even deliver it successfully. I’ve been told several times that they’ve put notes attached to my address and a picture of my house. But even still they cannot find my house. No one cares to do anything to fix the problem. Just completely incompetent and disrespectful service.
Terrible rating for terrible hours. I wasn’t home to sign for a package so they’re holding it at this facility. Current hours are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm….. Seriously? No weekend option? Only mid-day on week days? Is this facility only for people who don’t work full time? This is Los Angeles, not a rural area with limited options. Extremely disappointed that there’s no other option to pick up my package.
If I could give a zero rating to this center on 16000 Arminta St, Van Nuys, CA 91406, I would. The lady working up front was rude with all the customers. I gave her my tracking number, she told me the driver wasnt going to be in until late. I tried explaining to her I had spoke with UPS customer service representative around 1pm who had told me I could pick up my package same day between 7-8pm. I show up and nothing. She kept trying to talk over me as she did with all the other customers. Told me I had to wait until next day, dismissed everything I tried explaining to her. She rudely stated, its just a phone, its not a big deal, learn to be more considerate. I dont see why she had the need to be so rude, to her it may be just a phone but some of us work hard to own nice things. First off, it was supposed to be a scheduled home delivery so for UPS to be having me drive around, only to waste my time with a rude receptionist is why I would give this location a zero rating. Do better UPS, find people that actually want to work. I dont understand how she is still there. I didnt serve my country only to be disrespected by a civilian who acts like they hate their job. This isnt the first incident Ive had with that lady. She is always rude and acts like she hates her job, calling customers crazy for picking up packages in the rain. Its not our fault there isnt enough communication between the center and the drivers.
Out of the way for me but not terrible, about 25 minutes and 8 miles in LA. Wish there were more people helping to get packages from the back but I understand the line is big at times and others non existent. Glad I got there when I did and I was only 2 people deep but it still took 20 minutes to get my package once in line.
They told me to go there between 7 to 8 pm and my package will be ready for me but the driver never appears, so I have to come back another day. It happens all time because I heard someone needs the documents that are in the package and his driver never came. The worst staff. Woman who helped me was nice but there was a guy there (not sure if he was a shift manager or something) that was rude and spoke to me in an accusatory manner. My package was supposed to be picked up at their center but ended up being delivered anyway, to my old address. He thought it was sketchy even though I had an ID... Even asked the value of the package which was a measly $40. When he saw that oh, its makeup he said that maybe they could do something about it.Had he been the person attending me or looked further, would have seen my phone number was also associated with the tracking. I could have even pulled up my confirmations from my order with all the info but none of that should be necessary when you show up with proper identification. He really could have kept his thoughts to himself instead of assuming things about me and making me feel bad. One of their delivery people made a mistake and I had drive 40 minutes to pick up that package, didnt need to be made to feel worse.I filed my claim and it was handled, no thanks to him. Again, the woman who assisted me was nice and made it clear what I would have to do to file my claim.I think it was just prejudice on his behalf. If I can help it, I will never go back to that center again.
I got a notice that my delivery had arrived, went outside and nothing, checked with my neighbors and nothing, I called and was told it was delivered, UPS contacted the Van Nuys office and according to the driver it was delivered to the correct address, Im calling the driver out on this one as none of my multiple security cameras saw him and he manage to evade my ring door cam. Now im being told i will have to wait until Monday until the claim will start, Nothing urgent it was only URGENT MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IVE BEEN WAITING ON. Ill make sure in future any one sending anything to me uses another carrier. ** Update** Ive reached out on Twitter, let see if anything is actually done
The business that shipped me the item knew that UPS failed to delivery the package in a timely manner. Even though the company did everything possible to make sure the package would reach me in an efficient time frame. Instead, the package just sat in this distribution center. The delivery updates given by UPS were completely inaccurate and feeble in details. In other words, you paid for the item and you’ll get it when we get around to it. Unacceptable because not only is the website tracking a waste of time because it’s totally inaccurate and communicates nothing, there’s no customer service! If you could reach a person explaining that although the package arrived, you might not receive for 3 weeks that would something. Instead there’s nothing. No communication and even if you complain by email, there’s no response. I will avoid using UPS with other vendors from here on out.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employees at this hub need additional training on how to properly do their jobs. My package arrived there on 12/09, and instead of delivering it that day as they should have, some bungling employee put it on the wrong truck and sent it up to Portland, Oregon. What the heck?? Who knows where it is now. They also changed the new delivery date to 12/17, so the seller wont process a refund until then. Are the supervisors not aware of the incompetence, or do they just not care?
UPS Customer Service said that this location closes at 2PM, but now I see on Google that it closes at 6PM on weekdays. This matters because I need to decide whether to make my own pickup or ask for re-delivery for tomorrow when the first delivery attempt failed today. To avoid more confusion, this location needs to clarify exact opening & closing times.
Horrible UPS Driver!I was supposed to get my package today. I was staying at home all day. No one came to my door. And I got an email saying they tried to deliever and the receiver was not available. They didnt even leave a notice or any info that they attempted. It was so weird that I visited the website to check it out. I was surprised that there were so many same issues as me. Ive wasted my time for them to come all day.feel so bad...
Since May Ive been dealing with Dee and Lorenda. Lorenda was dismissive and careless, Dee the supervisor was rude and disrespectful, no wonder her employees are just as bad. This location is a total fraud, they make notes such as the customer requested to pick up the package from their office w/o them calling me or sending me any kind of notifications. Their driver never even stopped by my house, I have cameras thru out and never saw him stop by, not even drive by. This location is fraud!
Over the course of the last few months, May-August, I’ve had my packages; reported delivered but never arrived (saying delivered to my door which is impossible because I have a security gate, last time I checked people don’t jump a 5 foot gate and walk 10 yards to put something on your door) with no picture to show that is what occurred, had my packages completely ransacked, opened, then shoved back in the box with items missing, once they didn’t even try to put the tape back properly so obviously opened, my Disney fragile packages were ALL dented even Disney tissue not in the box. But today, today took the cake; saw a UPS truck backed up to a Penske truck, when I drove past the back doors were being pulled down on both trucks, then the men both got in their prospective trucks and drove off in opposite directions! WTH! Do not waste your money on UPS if Van Nuys is your hub, you’re just going to get ripped off. And right now everyone has horrible customer service because of the pandemic, no one answers any phones, claims go unanswered (believe me it’s been a month since I filed my claim with pictures and no efforts made to reconcile my losses) stick to USPS, at least they are still trustworthy even if it might take longer...
I got an email update saying they tried to deliver. I have a camera on all day and no one came to my door. I called customer service and they said they would have someone call me right away. No one has. I called the next day and they said it was on hold and I could pick up. I drive in rush hour to get it, it is medication I need, and when I get there, they have different hours and were closed. No communication with the customer at all!
I was a temporary employee as a preloader. Job was easy, but it wasnt for me so I quit.Received my last paycheck after two and a half months later after reporting it to NBC news.Couldve sued the place for the allotted time with my paycheck because youre supposed to receive your paycheck on the same day, but I played the nice guy game.To the top personnels, please, be respectful to future employees.
I bought two expensive pairs of shoes from Nike during the Christmas holidays and my package was scanned into the Van Nuys UPS Distribution Center. After 10 days of being there I filed a claim since there was no movement in the package. After an investigation they said the package is lost. Worst part is that the shoes are sold out and they were suppose to be gifts. I find it extremely hard to believe this package just got lost. Two shoe boxes in a package is a decent size. My coworker told me that hes had problems with UPS and stealing has been an issue. I hope no one else has to deal with things like this. I am extremely disappointed that I didnt get to give these out for Christmas....
Horrible Customer service. I received a call was told my package was here to pick up between 7-8 arrived here and turned out my package was still in drivers truck Andrea was rude stated she was the supervisor and threatened to kick me out of the premises.I waited over an hour .I would rate it a negative -10 those employees need proper training on how to engage with the public and how to conduct their job properly .
One of my worst customer service experiences, ever. Was lied to over the phone and told my package was already at this location but that they wouldn’t deliver it until Monday. So I said I would pick it up after I got off of work. Spent close to an hour driving to and from there, this after a already full day at work. My package was supposed to be delivered today as I am leaving out of town Monday morning. UPS would take no responsibility for it being late. Once I got to the ‘customer service center,’ I had to wait for five minutes just to be acknowledged and another five minutes to actually get help. Two other people there before me were already talking to the manager about the horrible service they received and how rudely they were treated. My experience was the same- rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and bordering on just plain mean.
Driver LIED...Terminal Managers are ABSENT...The UPS experience is horrible. The support staff and Terminal Manager is mediocre at best. The Driver LIED and SCANNED as INCORRECT ADDRESS an address I used for over 20 years for 2 DAYS. The package is now over 5 DAYS OVERDUE and My computer is now cooked to a crisp in the truck. The Driver scans it twice INCORRECT ADDRESS?!!! RIGHT AFTER He has my notes and PHONE. I was ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS. Managers dont seem to be able to hire qualified drivers.
Drivers here are lazy and useless. Fire them? Id fire all of them. They will never drop off your packages on time. Every SINGLE package I receive from UPS is delayed for days at a time as the drivers REFUSE to walk to you door if you live in apartment and simply lie saying that no one was home. Trust me, Ive wasted my days waiting for them to come. They dont call on the intercom or even leave info notices like theyre supposed to. Now, theyve conveniently lost my package AKA its probably been stolen. When you call customer service to have someone from the facility call you back, theyre all full of excuses about how the driver said there wasnt a way to get into the building. From my experience, Ive had 6 packages in the last month that Ive had to call UPS regarding every single one. Even then, Im still not getting my packages on time. Ive lived at the same place for over 3 years and only started to have HORRIBLE issues the last 2 months. I dont know what changed, but its despicable. How can you run a business and expect your customers to be happy when your employees cant even perform their jobs accordingly.
It is too bad I can not use negative numbers to grade this UPS location. I was reading the comments from other customers and It seems that what I am going to say is a chronic problem. The UPS customer services department and this particular UPS location are very unprofessional. Today I was in front of my window all day waiting for my package to be delivered. Around 3pm, I called and asked for a time frame and they said ,the driver tried to delivered the package 20 minutes ago but no one answered which is not true. I asked to speak to a supervisor and to make the story short, the driver called me telling me he was going to deliver the package by the end of the day, before 9 pm. I called again to customer service and they said I had to go and pick it up on Monday from their office. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said, you can pick it up tomorrow morning I wasted one day waiting for UPS to deliver my package and at the end I have to do the drivers job. These people act like they are doing me a favor but they are not. They have one of the best health plan because of our business. We pay for it, it is not free!!! I hope someone in this corporation cares and does something about it.
Ordered a barbell, however the packaged wasn’t released because it was “damaged” during transit. (Hard to believe a barbell would get damaged, but ok.)Replacement barbell was shipped, said it was out for delivery twice, and kept getting delayed. Decided to do in store pickup, and the employee said that the package went “missing.” Supposedly, it was out for delivery. Called customer service and was told, “not sure why the facility said that to you, it doesn’t show that it was scanned out for delivery.”Not only was this such a waste of time, but the customer service is awful. Package either gets “damaged” or goes “missing.” Something is definitely not wrong with this site.
The most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. The driver failed to find my address and attempted redelivery 6 times even after I called several times to give specific instructions on where my house is and google maps takes you directly to my house. After all of that he sent my package back to the sender because he still was unable to find my house. When I called again they said they “lost” my package and didn’t know where he placed it and they would call me back. I never got a phone call and when I tried calling they never answered. I never want UPS to deliver my packages ever again!
Terrible drivers. Lazy lazy lazy. putting a report that package was unable to be delivered because nobody was home. but the truth is, this driver didnt even go to my apartment. i was home the whole day! and he keeps re routing my package to a pick up point 3x just to avoid doing his job. you better hire qualified drivers. not those drivers who dont even try to deliver the package. they are using the pick up point for their convenience, while wasting our time waiting for our packages. we paid shipping so do your job to deliver the service. I dont recommend UPS as a whole, If you have the option to choose FEDEX go for it, or even USPS. but NEVER UPS!
3 stars for their new new schedule since is very inconvenient. My workday starts at 8am and they open at 10am. I cant even pickup in the afternoon cause they close at 2pm. Theres usually a line and some days it moves faster than others but the employees are nice and helpful. They even try to know your name if youre a regular and greet you everytime they see you.
Where is Customer care out of all the stores every time I come here they have some reason why they can’t take a package then I drive to another store and they always take it there’s a little Hispanic guy he always acts like he’s going to help you but then doesn’t even walk up to the register he leans against the back desk saying that he can’t help you
Horrible UPS drivers! I was supposed to get my order about a week ago and the day I was supposed to have it delivered I got an email saying I wasnt home when I was home all day!! They couldnt even leave a notice as to maybe I can pick it up at this horrible place. My order keeps getting delayed. I also went Monday to tell them about the issue and so the guy (didnt get his name) told me if I dont have it by tomorrow meaning Tuesday to come back the next day Wednesday today so they can track it for us and get us our package and so my bf and I went in today and they just gaved me a number to call because they couldnt help me track it down or anything 🙃 They need to hire new staff and new drivers that can actually do their job right!
I just want to pay the most expensive shipping option just so I can go to the middle of nowhere in the Valley and pick it up - says NO ONE ever.0 STARS - drivers and UPS as a service in general.5 STARS - for this particular location and their employees.I cannot imaging how much sh*t they have to listen to each day, because UPS drivers are the most incapable delivery drivers in US.I honestly dont think that UPS cares for their service. In this competitive world they should just close.
Waited around all morning for my desk chair to be delivered, only to check tracking updates and see that its listed as receiver wasnt home. Ive been 15 feet away from my apartments call box all morning and nothing, yet they leave a note on the building door saying they missed me. Something tells me the driver didnt want to unload a heavy box and decided to let the delivery guy for tomorrow deal with it.
I called the 800 number to have a package rerouted here so I can pick it up. The robot told me that someone from this facility will call me to confirm the time for pick up. After confirming the time, I asked if I can still pick up the package even though its under my wifes name. They assured me that as long as the address in my ID matches the address on the package that there wont be any problems.So I went and waited until this friendly lady helped me out. She said the driver wasnt back yet but shell try to see if the truck is back. Lo and behold! The package was there. She asked for me ID and she said no dice! I then told her about the phone call and she dismissed it and said there was nothing she could do. I stepped out furious because I drive 30 minutes and had to delay an appointment to pick up the package.I called the 800 number to confirm if she was right or not and they told me that she shouldve given me the package regardless. Went back in and demanded to speak with the supervisor and after giving me wifes last 4 numbers if her drivers license to confirm, she gave it to me.There were others with similar problems. UPS drivers would not even attempt to deliver the package and would just leave the note on the door. This was confirmed to me by someone I know who works there. Never again would I choose to have items shipped by UPS.
I am calling all other companies to please switch to different courier “Drivers here in my area Van Nuys are the worst they are such lazy after paying such expensive shipping fee and waiting for date arrival of your package they will tell you every time “the recipient is not available”it is because they don’t want to do their job very lazy drivers. even you are putting a note to your door they just ignore it. Specially if you have big package good luck if they will bring up to your place.Next time of my order I will call the merchandise to NOT to use UPS delivery.
T-Mobile had to send me a replacement phone. I was told it would be delivered today. When it wasnt I tracked it only to find that the delivery person put that they did an attempt to delivery and I was unreachable. The problems is I was home all day. I was constantly looking for them and nothing. I used chat support and and the persons English was not good enough to understand my question. I finally figured out how to call them on the computer. That woman was very nice and patient. Thats why they get at least 1 star. She had it arranged where I could pick it up at a store 10 miles away. I was told to wait for the call. I never received a call. When I went back to my UPS website profile it said they attempted a call and I couldnt be reached. I have not left my computer since that phone call. So clearly they are hiring incompetent and or lazy employees who do not understand about the importance of packages or how to go the extra mile to create a customer satisfaction.
My experience with UPS is about 50/50. Sometimes they are just horrible! And sometimes they are great! It just depends on the day, and on the driver. I too have witnessed some delivery drivers not even attempt to get in the building. Whats up with that? Just make the effort and deliver! But also, some of the drivers are as sweet and helpful as can be. Maybe it depends on the area? I dunno. FedEx is really no better!
This facility is clean, not overly crowded, efficient, and friendly. They were able to locate my package quickly.I do have to give 3 stars though because the package was supposed to be delivered to my home. I had purchased through Nordstrom and when I have received my order I called customer service. They connected me to UPS. The representative I spoke to said they were not able to deliver because they couldnt get into the building. I gave instructions, he asked for my phone number and said they would put an immediate rush, and that I would receive a call in an hour when they got there. 24 HOURS LATER, no call. I call Nordstrom back, connected again to UPS. This time a different representative said that they could not deliver to my building??? I asked why I never got a call back and the said our drivers never make calls during delivery??? Ok so confused and frustrated, I go pick up my package... But atleast I finally got it, no help from delivery. Next time Im ok just going to the center to pick up, much easier.
After reading the reviews, I am shocked to see I am not the only one. I find it very upsetting to see these drivers lie about incorrect addresses and not being able to deliver. I know youre tired and upset but that does not mean you are suppose to take it out on the customer. UPS needs to hire non lazy drivers! Way to ruin my Christmas UPS!
DO NOT ship from a UPS Store!! If your package arrives intact, great. But if you have a damage claim, you descend into bureaucratic hell. We shipped a TV to our daughter in Texas on 7/26. It arrived on 8/1, but when it was unpacked and set up on 8/3, my wife and daughter opened the box and took out the TV, it was clearly damaged, even though the box did not appear to be damaged.So when I attempted to file a claim online, I discovered that because I shipped from a UPS Store, not UPS itself, I have to go through the UPS Store for the claim. Okay, fine. Talked with Moe there who initially said my daughter would just have to hang around all day Monday hoping the local UPS driver would come by for a damage inspection. I said that was unacceptable, they would need to at least call. Moe then told me someone would be in touch with my daughter.I called on Monday, 8/6, Moe told me that he had said it would take two days for someone to call my daughter since she couldnt wait all day long for a UPS driver to decide to show up. My daughter then DID get a call from UPS on Tuesday, 8/7. She was told that even though they kept the factory box in which we shipped the TV, kept the Styrofoam guards that protect the TV, kept the queen sheet set I used for additional padding, kept the jacket that we used for additional padding, because they had thrown away a handful of newspapers I used to top off the padding, they would be unable to inspect the box for damage. The claim would have to be handled by the UPS Store.Now back to the UPS Store. Moe seemed to agree with me that this was ridiculous and SAID he would reopen the claim on Tuesday 8/7 and someone would be in touch with a couple of days. Called Moe yet again on Thursday 8/9; he said he would check. Called Moe yet again on Friday 8/10, he said he would check, but it might take until Monday for someone to get in touch.I filed a general online complaint with UPS, finally waded my way through automated attendant hell to the Damage Exception Group who said that the UPS Store hadnt reopened the claim until Friday night (8/10) and it would take - wait for it - a couple of days for someone to get in touch with us.SO - here we sit, 10 days after my initial attempt to get a claim started for this damage, and UPS and the UPS Store are just pointing fingers at each other. I have NO idea when or if a claim has been opened, when or if, someone - anyone - will contact me about this and worst of all, my daughter is still sitting in her new apartment with no functional TV. THANK YOU SO MUCH, UPS and the UPS Store!!! If I could give negative stars, I would do so.
Was told to come in and pick up my package and when I got here they said they dont have it. When they couldnt find it they blamed me. As I was waiting for everything to get sorted out, I asked if I could use the restroom which the promptly said no. This is an experience that makes you wonder what is wrong with people. Im not going to just show up hand you my ID without being told my package was in.
UPS customer service is very bad, I moved to WoodLand hills since 16 years ago from BH and I have so manny problems every time I order on line. My house is a few steps from the curb and my driver will not walk to ring our bell so we can get out he only leave a note that we were not home. I have call UPS center In Van Nuys and talk to Supervisor but NO CHANGEI don’t know what to do any more. This time because I made a complain he just returned my item.No wonder Amazon deliver it own merchandize that’s the reason the successful other wise we customer had to suffer again with UPS.
If I could give zero stars this place would get that score. Waited all day for a signature required package with an estimated delivery time of 9:45 to 1:45. Driver delivers 3 other packages at 6:02, doesnt knock door and doesnt leave notice, 4th package marked as customer not home. Call 1-800 number to be told I will get a call from center supervisor within an hour, still waiting for that call 3 days later! Speak with a 1-800 supervisor who contacts depot and says earliest they can deliver is Monday but I can pick-up Saturday if I want, I agree to do so. Drive 13 miles to center on Saturday only to be told package is there but wasnt marked for pick-up so is locked in a container that they dont have the key for. Total BS and terrible customer service. Very unhelpful lady informs me that the company is just a machine and I will struggle to find anyone that cares, and that includes her! WOW, is that they way UPS train their employees to deal with customer complaints. Very unhappy and if I had the choice would never use UPS again.
They never leave delivery notices until the third attempt and even if they do they will not look at the notice to see if you signed it (want it left at the door.) The customer service sucks and truly does not care. If I could, I would demand that this ups never be used for my parcels again. Management is clearly negligent and has no regard for providing a quality service for anyone. I wish this branch would go out of business and let a worthwhile company take control...
Sherman Oaks UPS driver are the worst when it comes to customer service and delivering packages, Was expecting a call back from either the manager or the supervisor I was advise I would be contacted by the end of the day it never happened. Including the customer service 800-number not very useful truly a waste of time. You’ll never get my business again switch to FedEx
Driver lied about Saturday delivery attempt on 12/21/19. Was home all day waiting for package. Front door was propped open and garage door open because my family was here all day breaking down boxes from recent move. He never came into our development that day. He wrote “ attempted delivery. Customer not home.”This happened before on return to Amazon delivery attempt three days in a row. Watched him drive by each day. On 3rd day ran into street to stop him and give him package. Looked on my phone and saw he had already written down that “customer not ready” before even getting to my house.
2 times I had a driver lose expensive packages. My packages required signature and driver decided to do driver release what’s the point of paying more for a signage required package package was never feliz eres by the way. Stole a cellphone shipment and a portable air conditioner during these crazy heat waves 100’s scum!
After being placed on hold for 40 minutes to track my package I was told it was at this location. I drive here before work to pick it up and was told by the service rep it was not at this location and sends me on a wild goose chase to another location. After calling customer service (again) it was confirmed it was indeed at this location. They apologize and state it will be delivered the very next day in the morning. I look online it does give me a guaranteed time for 3pm. The package does not arrive at 3pm I have to leave my home by 5pm. I call the customer service line and am given a direct phone number only for a representative to respond to me in a rude manner with no solution. Avoid this location at all costs as they are unorganized and rude.
I used UPS to ship my bike case. There was a working handle on the bike case and it was NOT broke. UPS picked up the package from the Florida hotel I was staying in ONE piece. ONE piece!! when it arrived, the handle on the bike case is broken and signs show that my bike case was opened. The handle was delivered separately with the bike case. I filed a claim and UPS claims it was the shippers fault. If the shipper broke the handle does anyone think it would have arrived in California with the handle separately? With no separate label on the broken handle bar - how will UPS know where that handle bar is suppose to go and with which package? Does anyone believe it would not have gotten lost during shipment? UPS is denying this claim and not accepting liability for their damage. Stars? This deserves a negative star. Why would UPS take this position ? Can someone help me understand this type of customer service?

I honestly hate whoever the drivers are for this place.. they NEVER deliver your packages (EVEN IF YOURE HOME), just leave an infonotice paper on your door. After the 3rd time this happened to me in a row, I finally called customer service and they told me i could pick it up at this location same day and that theyd call me within an hour. No one called, so i called back and someone else said it should be there in 45 mins and theyd call when it was so i could get it. NO ONE CALLED. Ive never written a review in my life but this place is SO TERRIBLE that I couldnt help myself.Seriously though, I really hate the delivery drivers.
This is a nice UPS customer service center. At least 3 employees are at the counters waiting for customers to come in. They work pretty fast & are frindly & polite. Professional as well. Ive picked up 1 or 2 packages from here & ID is needed and even another form of verfication might be needed if your ID address doesnt match the shipping to address of the package. The parking is pretty big & Ive never seen it full.
Horrible experience. UPS tried to deliver ONE time to my address and then quit. The put the package in this hub. I told them to deliver it to a UPS pick up location. I check today and it says they cannot verify the address, which is funny because the address of the UPS pickup and the one on the UPS site are identical!!! Lazy service!
The delivery guy made no attempt to enter my apartment complex, just left a sticker saying to come to this awful place to pick up my package.they asked for ID to receive the package, but it has an old address on it so they declined. I have been in my new address for a couple of days, so I wont have the address on my license for a while, but I showed her the address on my amazon account and that I could log into many other utility accounts with that address but she rudely refused to even look and said I have to wait for the re-delivery.I specifically needed the item to do a job that I had promised to get done based on the guaranteed delivery date.but the re-delivery fails again because their drivers are too lazy to enter apartment complexes. causing a huge delay to my actual job... I am not driving there again only to get rejected again. will have to refund my order and specifically request no UPS on amazon from now on. I suggest others do the same.
I’ve had to go pick up my packages and go myself 3 times. Now I bought a game that was supposed to come on the release date and they said “due to severe weather your package is delayed” when there’s no severe weather? They’re just lazy and give wrong information. Now I have to wait three days and will probably have to go get it AGAIN.
Going to pick up a package for the 4th Time here. UPS notifications on delivery status sucks waiting all day on Friday to not get a package 1 of 2 packages made it, but I ended up waiting for the other for 5 hours. Then got a email at 715 pm the package didn’t get delivered. When using PayPal and eBay many times before? Then to find out I can’t pick it up on Saturday. I have to wait for Monday. I told her people have jobs , and they should be open on Saturday. I’m not going to waste another day waiting for a package. Hatefully I’m going again to that dump at 8am to get my package. UPS can learn from the post office and Amazon, and do a lot better. Update 2018 from 1 Star to 2 stars. I found out they are open on Saturday, and they can redeliver a package on Saturdays as well. The ‘phone representative ‘ I guess didn’t know this?
This place is a little weird and hard to find. Luckily if you are getting directions from Google Maps, it will take you right right to the front. I say its weird because its located in a very industrial area and you have to turn down what feels like a non commercial street. Luckily there is a large sign in the front. Make sure when you drive up you do not enter through the loading area where the trucks are parked. Every time Ive gone, the staff has always been very nice. I have to give them a lot of credit especially during the holidays. Im sure they put up with a ton of stuff. Parking can be congested. When parking is full, ill park on the side next to the fence that separates the loading area. One of the employees told me it was cool as long as I wasnt going to be too long. For the respect of the other parked cars, take your parking time into consideration being that you are reducing the space other cars have to back out by parking next to the fence.
I been home since 5:30pm waiting for my package. No notice was left behind to say that there was an attempt to deliver my package. I been waiting all day for my package only to know for a fact that an attempt was not made to deliver my package. At 6:20 I was outside and when I refreshed my phone it said an attempt was made! How could I possibly not seen a huge ups truck? This is beyond upsetting and something needs to be done.
Ive been going over a question in my head recently: If we have the United States Postal Service, a service that has lawful access to deliver parcels to gated apartment complexes, why do we have UPS? Thus far, the only answer Ive been able to determine is simple: UPS is a corporate service that wants to syphon money away from the USPS to render an obsolete service for parcel delivery.Why is UPS obsolete? Because they are incapable of actually ever making a delivery. Amazon can make a delivery. USPS can name a delivery. UPS wont deliver on Saturday, wont deliver after 5pm, and even when you tell them, Deliver this package on this day at 2pm. Ill be home, all they DO delivery is another slip of paper that says, We didnt try because we dont care. Your package is being held at the only facility in your area...1.5 hour bus ride away. Enjoy the inconvenience of our terrible business model.To all the yoh employees of UPS, I understand--you need to make a living. But to anyone and everyone whos in charge of this sorry excuse for a service, I hope you go out of business. I hope Amazon buys you out and dissolves your company into nothing, because thats all you deserve. Youre useless, obsolete, and shouldnt exist anymore.
The Regular Driver for my location / Sherman Oaks -91423 brings a terrible rep to UPS. After confirming the time, No notice was left behind to say that there was an attempt to deliver my package by the driver... THIS GUY IS WORST DELIVERY DRIVER- RUDE, SLOW, ETC, ETC... If I could give them 0 stars I would.
It is tha last day of the Year and most people and businesses place the extra effort to finish the year the best possible way they can do, but UPS dont care or at least their drivers dont. I live in an apartment complex where you will not get lost, and I said this because more then once I have package s delivered in my place, but UPS drivers do not even attempt the delivery, instead they post on the web site where you track your package delivered attempted it costumer was not available; but in reality they never show up. I was at home waiting for them and looking at their web site when they posted that I was not available. But they never arrived , today is Monday last day of the year best day to wait for a package right!!!, I call costumer service and they said if you want your package wait for another attempt, ( like the one today, but will not happen until Wednesday) or come pick it up to their location until Thursday almost one full week to wait over their procrastination.I give them a bad review because they even had my phone number, which they requested for delivery purposes, but they were too lazy to walk in the complex or call me as they suggested, Haha but instead they enter costumer is not available.If you have a choise use a different carrier or waist your time waiting for a package that will not arrive. Waist of my day!!!😡😡😡
I ordered medals for students at my school. UPS sat with the package for 10 days and would not re-deliver it. I called them on 3 different days to re-deliver the package. They would always defer and say the package will be delivered the next day. It was not. I had to personally pick them up to not let my students down. This is ridiculous and I have no recourse for it.
Took a day off work to wait for my package to arrive, instead of getting a knock on door I received a We Missed You Notice, a day wasted for nothing, I had to arrange a hold on my package for me to pick up because if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, the worse place on the planet. Thier driver lied about delivery attempt to my home 3 days in a row. The gate was left open for the driver and 30 mins later said the business was closed. This is not a business and I left gate wide open, anyone could get in, no slip was left at all to even prove he was here and this item is for a medical reason. They said they would hold it, then they said no , they never called me back
Lazy and went out of their way to provide poor customer service. I went to drop off a package that didnt fit in their drop box. They close at 6:00 and I arrived at 6:10. People were going in and out and I asked if I could drop off a package to ship tomorrow. I wasnt trying to sneak it in past a cut off, just drop it off. I could see trucks offloading their pickups and they wouldnt take mine, Youll have to come back tomorrow when were open. They couldnt just take my box for me and keep it with the other going out tomorrow? Nope- come back.The amount of time they took to go out of their way to tell me no and overall smug attitude just sealed the deal. Ill never use UPS unless I absolutely have to.
Absolutely the worst! Every experience with UPS is horrible! The driver can never seem to deliver anything properly. Ive even seen how he doesnt bother try to get into apartment complexes, regardless if he has an entry code or not.Then whenever I try to speak with customer service they refuse to assist with anything outside of we can try and send it out for delivery again tomorrow.Yeah, like Im that stupid. If you can avoid it, dont use UPS!
@ups you guys lost my package for my business! I am a small business owner and I was told to pick up my package yesterday . I came the first time at 6:30pm , the time I was initially told to be there. Mr. Toyota a clerk in the front said sorry, come back 7:30pm . I come back at 7:30pm only to be told your package is in the system , Whatever that means . I waited for over 2 hrs, only to be told the package can not be found ! There were four people waiting with me as well, that had the same issue. When voicing my frustration , I was told, maam , we have thousands of costumers and this happens a lot . Nicole was the driver that left a note on my door( even though I requested through the app to have it delivered to my home !) Please help !! Dee and Jack supervisors at the Van nuys location were extremely Un helpful and told me I NEED TO TRACK THE PACKAGE ! As I was almost in tears , the staff was laughing , mockingly and loudly in the back. This is not right ! Please help!
When my driver messes up, the people at the customer center do a great job of fixing the situation. The most recent time when the driver didnt deliver (somehow the package never made it on the truck despite being scammed in), the supervisor at the customer center reprioritized my package to be delivered the next morning before 10 AM with the other early AM deliveries (I was getting a phone delivered and it was apparently locked in a container so I wasnt able to pick it up that night).
The driver in my neighborhood is an absolute racist. He has used an explicit word before my race In my presence as hes walking away from my doorstep because I complained about his driving. I physically went to UPS and asked UPS supervisors 2 times to look into this matter and they have ignored it.
This happened to me twice, UPS delivery guy never show up when time to schedule delivered. When i check my tracking it says The customer was not available on the 1st attempt. A 2nd attempt will be made. and second day will be made, and also never leave a NOTICE.And then the next day i wait outside all day so i can get the package but UPS guy never show up.I advice you guys dont use UPS company to ship your item or package, if you order online just tell them that use fed ex and explain the problem about using UPS.I just hope that UPS are losing business for not doing their job
A customer service center with 0 customer service. Those who work the front counter are rude, abrasive, dont understand how to de-escalate a situation, and treat the customer with the attitude of Im doing you a favor here. They are also unable to explain any policy they might be asked about, referring you to go online or call the customer service number.Make sure you have something with your name and address on it besides your government ID, otherwise you wont get your package.If you can avoid coming here, do so. Its not worth the headache dealing with anyone who works here and ruining your day.
This place has bad reviews because it deserves bad reviews. Too lazy to make deliveries. On the day my package should have arrived I check my tracking and it says Receiver requested package to be held for pick-up Im pretty sure I am the receiver and I did not make such a request. I rescheduled a delivery and the same thing happened again... I am home waiting for that delivery so I know they arent even trying. Anyone else experiencing otherwise is just lucky.
This is the WORST experience Ive had with a place ever. First off I was home during their delivery time 10feet away from the door. The delivery guy didnt even bother ringing the doorbell. The driver didnt knock or ring the door bell. The package that was left today had signature required and yet they still left it. I will be walking into the Van Nuys Hub tomorrow and filing a complaint..
The first time they said they couldnt deliver because nobody was home. I paid extra to have it delivered two days later. They never showed up and said the address was wrong. I spent ALL day trying to get them to come as I had given up a weekend trip to stay home. No show again. Now they claimed that the name (!) was incorrect! I spoke to several people at UPS, begging to get my package, to no avail. Now they say if I come to try to pick it up myself, they will not release it to me. I am going down there and if I dont get it, I will call the cops.
I will avoid using UPS ever again for the rest of my life. IMBECILES! Just recently moved into town and had a lot of packages delivered to my residence. Usps and Fedex had no issues getting my packages to me on time. UPS, on the other hand, screwed up every single one. On their website, I tracked my packages and they were all on the truck and scheduled to be delivered. However, at the end of the day, still no packages. I checked the status once again, and was told that I had rescheduled the delivery for the next day. I called UPS and they told me that the packages would show up the next day. Sure enough, the same thing happened again the following day. I had to call UPS again and they finally had the local facility call me (which took hours) and l was told that their was a misunderstanding, and that they thought my apartment complex was a business. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Due to UPSs incompetence, my equipment for school arrived 4 days late, and I didnt have my necessary equipment for school. A couple days later my roommate had the same exact problem.
Worst experience I had with UPS. They couldn’t track my package because it was lost for over 2 weeks, they didn’t even have information of where they had left my package. Finally they said they had it & I could go pick it up & when I went, they didn’t have it at all & same BS no tracking information no package.
To minimize unnecessary hassle shopping at one of my favorite soapy shops, I place I place my orders online and have them shipped to my rental establishment via UPS. Until recently UPS has made over half a dozen deliveries to my rental, as well as many to the other 200+ residents of the complex.About a month ago, I did what I have done so many times before, placed my soapy order online and had it shipped to my rental establishment The upside to having packages shipped via UPS is that customers are notified of their shipment status, in addition, customers are able to track their package(s) from the UPS website using the tracking number provided by UPS. Booya!!! Package in route to my establishment, it will be waiting for me when I get home on a Friday afternoon.Oh wait, my bad, there is an email from UPS stating that my package was routed to a UPS Annex in Van Nuys, because the driver noted my location as a business/industrial building and they do not deliver to these types of locations. Hmm...Interesting, 200+ residences in a building with balconies, a front entrance with a grand foray, a huge art piece of a sign with the name of the building including the word Apartments as part of the name of the building above the double door entrance. Yeah, really sounds like a business/industrial building.On a Friday afternoon, exhausted from a challenging work week, I muster some energy and force myself to make the trek out to the Van Nuys location, almost 9 miles with a gps reading of 43 minutes....ONE WAY. The thought of having a new supply of yummy yummy scents helped me regain my composure and off I went.Not too bad finding the location. The interior looked unorganized and cluttered with various sized packages and paper lying all around the counter. There were about six people in front of me and only two Customer Care Reps. A customer was arguing with the rep about their package, yadda yadda yadda. He was handed off to another rep and the next customer was up. Fast forward 25 minutes later, its my turn.I asked the rep why my package wasnt delivered and why does the notification I received say that the driver was unable to deliver because of the type of structure he thought I lived in. At first the rep made excuses, maybe the regular driver was on vacation, maybe he couldnt get into the building. My response to that was then how did all the UPS notifications appears all over the outside and inside the building? Just as I suspected, rep couldnt provide a logical explanation. Heres the kicker, I wanted to know how the driver could say that I didnt live in an apartment complex, when its clear from its residential hood appearance, to the buildings exterior, to the signage. Rep said, The driver is allowed to use that excuse. This location is terrible! I have had to call them 5 times now and STILL do not have my package. Each time they tell me that they promise its out for delivery tomorrow and then dont put any notes in and I call back and they say sorry that package is here for pick up Ive explained to this employee Nick who is by far the most incompetent individual ever, that the driver is going to the wrong spot and explained at length the correct location and given my phone number to be contact if there are any issues as I work from home as a web developer. Yesterday was the second time I spoke directly with Nick and he promised it would be here and to just call and follow up before Noon, which I did early morning and guess what, its not out for delivery! Best they can do is Monday which last Friday I spoke with Nick and he assured me of this as well and when it was not sent Monday the woman I spoke with said she saw I spoke with Nick but there were no notes! He had not taken down anything I said! I am 15 minutes away from their facility not counting traffic and I currently have no vehicle, I guess Im just expected to pay out of pocket to get my package? Unbelievable how unprofessional and lazy these jerks are.
I understand that these are harsh times but that doesnt excuse how unprofessional these employees can be. I had an issue, and complained to this office. When leaving I could hear the workers speaking poorly about me. I get letting off steam but maybe wait until youre in the back before you do that.
Employee was sitting on the rolling rubber pad where customers supposed to place packages. It happened on may 14, 2019 around 1 pm. She saw i was going to place all packages to designated but didnt move her butt. She kept talking with another employee. Amazing service.
Worst service. If i could give 0 stars i would. They lose a package and for 5 days will swear up and down itll be delivered the following day. When I asked if I could pick it up they said sure, well have it ready for you. I go to pick it up and they claim its out for delivery. I track it online and the status hasnt changed from arrival scan at facility. The employees dont do any research beyond what the 1st screen tells them. I wish online store would stop using them.
They have stupid answers on all your questions. They have new mail delivery service with usps. Mail innovation systems. So after the give your package to the usps they dont know what happens. But in usps they dont have this kind numbers to locate your package. Stupid service.
I made a quick trip to the UPS central location to pick something up or possibly to send something but whatever it was there was not a big line there is a good parking lot right out in front of the building it is disabled ready and I was taking care of quickly and effectively and I left
This place is HORRIBLE. Very unprofessional!! Like the other reviews below me, UPS had my shipment laying in their office for 5 days!! Why they kept delaying the delivery, I have NO IDEA! Quite frankly, I am pissed & next time I wont be using this crap method of shipment. FedEx is ALOT more reliable than this garbage UPS.Do yourself a favor, and do not use their services. Absolute disgrace!!
I called ups customer service to hold my package which was currently being held by this place at the time, once I arrived to pick up my package they tell me they cant find it which is probably lost and to contact ups for a claim. My iPhone 6s 64gig never even had a chance! Enjoy the phone guys!
Went to see if this package could be picked up at this center seeing that the package was received. She said no it wasnt there, it will be received Monday. I know this not to be true; the delivery date to my business is Monday, but the package was received at this center Friday the 9th at 10:32pm as the tracking page shows. I came in on Saturday and they insist it isnt there. She just didnt want to go look for it. So instead of them getting the package for me its going to sit there for 2 days until the 12th...
HORRIBLE. I always try to use FedEx, but since I didnt have control, it was shipped via UPS. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. I work from home, and waited, I didnt hear knock and my dog who goes crazy anytime somebody knocks never made a peep. I just saw a sticker on my mailbox that I missed the delivery. I called back and asked if I can pick it up. They said I couldnt. Next scheduled delivery was Wednesday. This time, i left the door cracked a little bit. Again, never heard a thing, and all I see is another missed-delivery sticker. I called them asking whats going on. They said I can pick it up. This confused me as I would have picked it up the night before but they said I couldnt do it. They told me to come at 7:45. I googled their office hours and it says 9-6PM. What the....P.S.I should point out that I live in an apartment building where you have to get buzzed in. I never buzzed anyone in on either day.
U.P.S., you really screwed the pooch today... (Friday, 9/4/2015)Today was the normal delivery day for the frozen raw dog food that we get for our dog that has terrible food allergies....Some genius (said with all possible sarcasm) at U.P.S. took it upon themselves to decide that our house was a business (and likely closed early for the holiday weekend...)... and made NO ATTEMPT to deliver... even though they had the package at the Depot on THURSDAY NIGHT... So now the Frozen dog food is sitting at the U.P.S. depot, 6 miles from my house) locked up until TUESDAY morning... and despite the package being PERISHABLE, and that we will be out of our dogs food before they can re-deliver... they REFUSE to attempt to find the package... and offer empty apologies....(I asked the U.P.S. representative, what if it were Insulin for a diabetic...?... he said they would say the same thing...).To make things worse, they told me that their Terms of Service doesnt cover perishable packages... so it looks like I will have to pay another $230 for 5 weeks of frozen dog food... (because of U.P.S.s screw up)....UPDATE: 9/5/2015 - The Dog food company (Darwins in Seattle, they are awesome!!) saw my message online (I thought that they were closed for the whole weekend as well...) and arranged to overnight me a replacement package (at UPSs expense, the package was insured), and UPS dropped the ball AGAIN... saying they tried to deliver, and that I wasnt home... (I was home, all morning)... and to top it off there was no signature required, so they could have left the box at my front door, and they didnt even leave a sticky note to say that they TRIED to deliver... so, someone is being untruthful... after 4 phone calls, and a total of almost 2 hours on the phone, the replacement package was located, back at the depot, but the driver had gone home for the day... so I had to drive the 6 miles to the depot, and get there by special arrangement before they locked the replacement package in non-refrigerated storage until Tuesday morning... which would have wasted a SECOND 50lb shipment of frozen dog food... so, I finally have the dog food (the replacement package), and UPS now owns 50 lbs of melting dog food that they wont deal with until Tuesday morning... Enjoy your lunch, UPS...
UPS lost or misplaced (or someone stole) my daughters Christmas presents this week. I shipped a package from FL on 12/9 with delivery expected in L.A. by 12/16. Daughter got a card on 12/21 saying go to the Van Nuys Customer Center by 12/23. She went there on the 22nd....no package. They Cant find it. After initiating an investigation and several calls to UPS Customer Service on 12/21-12/23, and after hours waiting for CS representatives to answer the phone (some who barely speak English), and after having to reopen the investigation because someone at UPS erroneously closed it in their favor, I am about to give up and file a theft claim. I guess there will be no presents for my daughter this year on Christmas....her first Christmas ever being away from her east coast family.The UPS Customer Service incompetence is more than aggravating...almost as bad as losing the package in the first place.
Horrible! They told me to come at 8pm to pick up my package. I got here at 8 and they told me I have to wait until at least 945pm for the driver to get back. I cant leave and come back because they will close, but I have to wait in this tiny waiting room! Wtf. If that wasnt bad enough, all the chairs were taken so I had to stand the entire time.

Theyre liars and idiots. I waited for more than 4 hours, was home, front door open, never heard a truck nothing...I was back and forth to bedroom closest to where they would pull in, decided to check email and they sent an email saying it WAS delivered. Their driver is a liar. It was a DVD, I have a tiny front yard...its never been found. They told me on the phone it must be somewhere in my yard, total BS. Contact the sender, right 20th Century Fox is going to send me another screener - and guess what, another delivery came so I said Ill pick it up at your office (11 miles away, when every god damn Staples handles UPS they make me drive 11 miles). They SUCK, I will never intentionally use them, sometimes the sender is the only one that has a choice and not the receiver. I dread every time I see they are the carrier.
Missing about 5 or so packages. Complained and was told driver attempted delivery, but no one answered so sent packages back. How come no missed delivery slip and sending packages back after only one attempt to deliver? These people are a bunch of liars and shouldnt be trusted with a candy bar let alone our packages!
HATE UPS! The company I ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from used UPS to deliver the package and freakin UPS delivered it to the wrong address! SERIOUSLY, do these people not pay attention to the address on the label???? This is the second time theyve misdelivered one of my packages! Cmon UPS get it together!!!! 😡
THIEVES!Driver stole 4 iPhones that were supposed to be delivered on release day. Delivery was delayed for 4 consecutive days, then on the fifth day tracking says...Were attempting to verify the package location. / Lost package investigation.No need to investigate, the phones have already been resold by the driver. Extremely dishonest workers in this location.
Love the ups but OMG over 30 min in line, I understand theirs a process but have more people. You dont win if you have it delivered to your home you wait all day, and if you go in you wait for ever. Another thing is if you call the 800 num they dont tell you that your ID needs to match the package address ( your info) if not you have to take a bill that matches the address and your name.
My experience with this UPS Customer Center was positive. I was returning a package to Europe. I got a call from Ruth at the Customer Center who informed me that the package required the commercial invoice attached. After obtaining a PDF of the invoice from the company in Europe, Ruth allowed me to send it to her via email. Problem solved. Ruth was friendly and efficient.
I wanted to talk to the 16000 Arminta location but they said that they dont have a phone number that I could reach them.Fortunately Fedex does so I find Fedex more convenient.If you could allow customers to talk to our locations where my packages are held for me that would be appreciated otherwise I find that picking up at fedex is more convenient as I could talk to them directly. I know that your customer service no. is supposed to have all the answers but they dont and consequently I am stonewalled.
Underwhelming at best. Went to pick up 2 packages-- only one was there, as it was not yet received. I asked if I could arrange a p/u at there facility next week because Id be out of town and did not want a few missed attempts result in a return. I was told-- I needed to call the 1800 to arrange this. While I was standing in front of him. Customer service #fail.
The ups man is lazy . I live in a big apartment complex and the ups man is lazy to look for my apartment number so He rather leave a note saying I wasn’t home when I was and had just received a package from fedex 10mins before . This is the second time it happens in a week and about time number 15 in a year ! ..I paid $27 extra to receive it on a specific date . I was told supposedly I was going to get a second attempt and would get a call back in a hour , a hour later I was called to be told driver couldn’t drop it off that I would get a call to let me know when I could pick it up . Never got the second call . I called back and was told I couldn’t pickup my package because it was with the driver .
Worst treatment of customers Ive ever seen, and not just once or twice, every single time I have to visit this horrible place and as I stand in line and hear how frustrated the person in front of me is, I tell myself maybe today I will leave with my package and no problems. That day has yet to come. The older gentleman, and the tall lady are the super stars when it comes to rude and just inappropriate.
This place is so out Id the way its crazy. I feel completely unsafe even being in this area. Ive been here about 10 minutes and have seen no staff aside from two security guards chatting about something random. These people have no real care for their customers at all and I regret using UPS.
0 stars. The manager there, Debbie Jaramillo, is rude and unprofessional and reflects really badly on the UPS brand. Shes a wannabe cop with a barely passing gpa and she gets a kick out of screwing with people. I reported her misconduct and unprofessionalism to UPSs 800 number (two two zero four one two six).
We want to compliment our dear, wonderful UPS driver of many years, Scott Pedrick. He always goes beyond the call of duty. He just saved us a long trip to the Van Nuys DEPOT by overriding the system and making a second delivery attempt. We really needed the package for a TV commercial we are shooting tomorrow. We were so stressed out about receiving the product samples and thanks to Scott, can rest much easier. HE DESERVES A RAISE! Very rude and unprofessional people. they dont even bother to deliver my packages they just stick papers to go pick up, or they claim that i moved from my address, and now i have two packages returned back to the sender because they claimed i refused the delivery, which is not true at all. i didnt receive any packages or even notice paper for delivery attempt. Nothing! Someone has to do something about this location services.
Terrible place , said I requested pick up but I havent I pay for shipping for a reason , when I go to pick up they wont release the package .they wont explain why this package cant be delivered while other packages have been delivered without a problem it is a bigger issue with the company as a whole rather than just this location .

This place is really bad.. the drivers very very unprofessional.. i have been waiting for my package for 8 days.. and until now the package is still not in my hand.. one of the driver said that my package is missing.. and when i called the cust service they said another driver will be send it before 8pm.. No confirmation or any notification, when i tracked my package it said that the package was in transit and back to this place.. Even when i went here to pick up, they said that my package already on the truck and just wait at home.. so, you guys are liar.. UPS is a big company and professional.. But, this is the worst experience i ever had..
If they didnt have such lazy delivery people this place wouldnt exist and whats worse now is the ups access points theyre so lazy they dont even try to deliver at my house they of course lie and say they did but i was home all day and doing some repairs on the front of my house no way i could have missed the delivery person so i call and they tell me its been redirected and left at a local access point to me thats such bs some one paid good money to them so they can deliver it to my house not some place near my house but i need the package so i got the address went to the access point a shady liquor store that had one employee working and a ton of people trying to buy lotto tickets and i ask for my package he points at a table and says find your package and get in line please ...are u fin kidding me but again i needed it so i did once i get through the line all he did was look at my id not sure why i purposly covered my last name and address all he could see was my pic and d.o.b and he says ok please sign here so i did and left now i dont use ups at all EVER !!by far worst company ever theyre over priced compaired to usps (flat rate shipping is by far the the most cost effective way to ship stuff )they dont deliver to the the customer they deliver close to them and the package is left with people who dont care who takes your package how they get away with it is beyond me anyways thats my rant so pretty much if your package dont get delivered feel lucky if your able to pick it up here and not some shady liquor store
Is there a word worse than terrible... Keep putting up note saying that my package was undeliverable or I need more information on my address... Give me a break do your job poor excuse for someone that has a real job... One day they even actually wrote on my box with a black sharpie marker saying you need a mailbox no such address.... the funny thing is that I have my address on my mailbox and on my house...Should I have responded back and said you need some glasses ?
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. I was not expecting this from such a big corporate company. This individual was so unprofessional and delivered such a poor quality of service. He was not wearing any sort of ID or even UPS uniform. He refused to give a name or even call a manger.... When he finally stopped shouting, he went in the back to find a “supervisor”. His supervisor “C***tina” who would continue to give me the run around for another 10 mins. Till I just couldn’t take it anymore and just left. People suck.

You better treat them like internship kids, theyre clueless, UNPROFESSIONAL. There are putting their name very low . The worst customer service that you can imagine. after setup a scheduled pickup and spending 1.5 h at the facility I have been told that because of driver mistake your package is not available. When I approached the supervisor she told me that it is okay! it happens a lot and come back again.
Worst drivers, worst customer service and worst claims supervisor..representatives are terrible, will call you with no results..promising the claims supervisor will call back and he never does.. drivers dont want to move to make the deliveries on time...rather blaming the building tenants reporting theft to excuse their lazy drivers..they cannot explain how it happens one driver delivers the other not...I will make sure to report this to every store that ships via UPS..

Had an ongoing problem with driver, almost 7 years Always calling and complaining with no resolution 🤬my wife spoke with managers-supervisors nobody helpedShe spoke with Sabrina supervisor on August 3 rd I start getting my packages next dayShe fixed the problem and called back less then 12 hours To let me know driver will be here @5:30 driver came few minutes after 5:30 thanks to Sabrina she broke the ice !
They have been sending me updates about my package three days in a row now that my package is out for delivery and I will be receiving it by the end of the day, but nothing has delivered to me, my package needs a signature to be released I have canceled everything and stayed in, they are liers and maybe even thiefsIm complaining to BBB as well
Really incompetent....delivery attempt failed and i rang to pickup the next day...the message was in the system, but apparently wasnt read and so the package was attempted to be delivered again...as well as that, i waited in a long line to be told this...the staff member even took my number to update me and arrange for me to talk to the driver...noone rang me....this is necessary medicine...bad management,,,

2022-07-18I placed an order through Amazon. I stated not to deliver on the weekend. You apparently tried to deliver but didnt have the unit number so held the expensive item. I called every second day to get updates on how I could get this item delivered, and its been absolutely fruitless. A second delivery was attempted, even though they said they would call me, but didnt. No notice was left, and when I spoke to a representative, they said the item was sent back to Amazon. None of this process gives me any faith in using UPS as a delivery service, especially this location.

2022-05-23This is a terrible office. Their hours are horrible because who even has the opportunity to come between 10 am - 2 pm unless they dont have a job or had to arrange something with their job to come and then be told they need 3 or 4 different kinds of identifications to pick up a simple package.Im picking up an envelope, not accessing the depths of medical and government records. Not to mention when you go to pick something up it may not even be there because the package is still on a truck, even though their failed attempt at delivery was days before going to the office.

2022-06-27Terrible customer service...dropped off a package on 6/17 at a pickup location and is still not showing up as picked up as of current date 6/27. Package is obviously missing but cannot file an investigation because the 24x20x20/40lb package was NOT scanned by the driver/hub as picked up. You guys are jeopardizing my business and will soon hear from my lawyer if I cant get any help for this issue as we have video evidence of the package pickup. This is absolutely incompetent and negligent that a company as big as UPS would drop the ball and jeopardize someones livelihood like this ... Please help me get my package back so I can get it to my customer via USPS and remind me not to rely on your service for time sensitive situations like this again, unbelievable...

2022-05-28UPS is horrible most pathetic delivery company ever. They continuously drop off packages at my house that are not meant for me. I have called them over and over and I still get them. Now I just throw them in the trash. they leave them in my driveway when I am traveling which marks my house as being vacant for the time. I am contacting an attorney to file on several issues.

2022-05-02Please don’t route any packages to this office. They never tried to deliver my packages, it happened many times when I got orders from amazon and retail stores, they just make me to pick up my packages at their office and the business hours are so weird, 10am-2pm weekdays and closed in the weekend, I’m literally unable to go for a pickup any day of the week

2022-07-12They have become just as bad as fedex..-had 5 packages that were sent back to sender real fast-the guy at the store was clueless to where the package or driver was-the driver claimed the home is abandoned when its really under construction and i had a package already delivered from another company-the driver never even entered the gate to attempt delivery and did not leave a info notice for me to change my delivery...Irresponsible and a very unpleasant experience.

2022-01-22Ive been waiting for my package for days. They came to my place with my package and said I wasnt home when I was. Left a note outside my building saying they couldnt deliver my package because they couldnt get in my building. But, they easily could have dialed my apartment number on my intercom and would of easily let them in. This has never happened before I dont understand why they would do this

2022-02-19UPS left me a note of last attempt to deliver because I was not in the office. I now have to go pick up my packages at their location in Van Nuys but their hours are horrible 10am to 2pm or 7pm to 8 pm. Weekdays only! This is absurd!
