2022-07-25I have been waiting over THREE Weeks for someone to contact me about new mail box keys! I had to get a ride to Arcata and pay $25 for new keys in Mckinleyville. NOBODY answers a phone at the post offices in either town! I dont text and have no online accounts, so the mail is the only way I get/pay my bills!

2020-08-01Over 35 years this tiny hole-in-the-wall has been a sanctuary. As I dont use a PO Box, I cant answer to complaints, but aside from the occasional long lines, ours is the best Office Ive been to. And the continuity of staff means an overall aura of good will and quiet competence.

2018-12-05Great post office. Only complaint, often on Saturdays the mail delivery person puts my packages in the wrong box, which isnt the peoples fault who work at that post office, but its the persons fault who delivers it from Arcata. Ive gotten lucky and been able to get my packages on Monday from the workers there, but its always a risk of someone else getting my packages on Saturday, Sunday, or early Monday....

2018-09-16I love this little post office station. However, after the break-in the hours for the lobby changed. I saw that the USPS still has the lobby posted as open on the weekend. I live in Eureka. Do I need to drive up there to check my post office box on the weekend if it is indeed not open? Need information posted! Please post current lobby hours!

2018-10-13The staff is very nice and helpful, BUT...I only have weekends to check my mail. Not blaming the staff, just wish they could maybe have the doors to the boxes open at least on Saturdays while they are sorting the mail to deliver to homes. ??

2020-10-20They cant figure out how to cash money orders. Boxes are delivered to glendale drive open wand missing items, happened to me and the neighbors

2018-07-29Hate to be that person but definitely have a complaint... I just moved here and the first time ordering something, the person that works in central ave crammed the box in the locker. The item is of course damaged and I am greatly disappointed in this person... shame shame.

2016-04-30Asked for an important package to be delivered to doorstep but instead of getting out and walking 10ft to the door the mail person drove away and now its locked up all weekend inside a full parcel locker

2018-02-03The Postal Service is, for some reason, obsessed with misdelivering mail. Maybe its what gives them ego. Sometimes these pieces of mail have personal information on them.
