Made an appt 20 days prior to get there and the clerk (middle age white lady) tells me that the United States Birth Certificate isnt enough proof that she needs my boys foreign birth certificate knowing they are US citizens. paid the Dept of justice $3200 to get them so she can tell me we need the old ones. i even suggested if i can stand aside for 10 min while someone brings them over even though i know its not required she still said no and gave me no option but to leave

Go elsewhere for a passport! Two employees can not handle the influx of customers during the open hours. I had a 9:30am appointment...along with three other people! Also, if youre getting a passport picture, do not wear a white shirt (as per their sign in the lobby.) Better management is needed for this area!~

Unfortunately not everyone working in customer service cares about the people they are serving. There is a black women named Barbie (maybe short for Barbara) that we have had two terrible encounters with. Why she has a job left to greet her each morning is a mystery to me. She is condescending to just about everyone who walks in the door(we witnessed this on two separate days) I asked her a question about why the original birth certificates needed to be sent in rather than just copies. She rudely referred me to “read my paperwork”. I told her that I did but that I didn’t realize the original copies would be sent in the mail. I thought that it was only for verification purposes and that the copies would be the ones sent in. I again asked her why the originals were being taken out of my possession and she said that I would need to find those answers on the travel gov website. You’re kidding me? How does that help with my question in the moment when you are doing all the paperwork and taking my birth certificate for 4 children out of my possession. If that’s protocol I understand but to get not one single helpful response to the people she is helping is the problem. Not to mention she is a very rude women. She also argued with us that 1 of our childrens eyes were not blue. I’m pretty sure as his parents we know what color eyes our children have. This lady needs help. On our way out 2 other customers were apologizing to us. Other customers were even recognizing how awful this women is. Here’s the irony, they had Christian music playing and this women was humming along. Way to be the hands and feet and show Jesus to people Barbie. This sadly is why people are turned off to coming to Christ. So sad that Jesus gets a bad wrap due to people like Barbie. My husband and I tried walking her through how she is coming across to people and the error in how she is treating people but she just would not receive it. I hope for her sake that she has some sort of consequence from her employment but it is a government agency so sadly she will probably continue with no accountability.

I made an appointment to process my passport with photo service included, the day before my appointment they called to let me know their camera was broken... okay not big deal, the lady who called told me I could go to the UPS store to get my pictures taken so I did. I went to my appointment that was at 3:30 pm, I get there and they had me waiting for a while... an African American lady finally call me in a very rude tone, I handed out my documents to her and pictures, and she right away told me the picture wasnt good because it had a shadow, which is okay I understand, but it was the way she said it. I told her if there was a possibility if I could go and take the picture somewhere near by again and come back; she said no, we are closing soon. So my question here is, why in the world didnt she ask to see my picture when I first got there to know if it was good or not? Because, she said it herself they had other people go retake their picture because it wasnt good. It is their fault because their camera isnt working, so the least they can do, is to first make sure if the picture is good instead of having you waiting for over an hour. Long story short, I had to go to other 2 places to get my picture taken, until it was good enough. She was so rude throughout the whole process. Honestly, I would give -5 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. That lady has some attitude, I do not recommend at all.

If it werent for Clerk #16 this would be a 1 star (0 if possible).Teresa gave me the ABSOLUTE worse customer service experience. She was rude, impatient and when I tried to explain anything she didnt want to hear it and talked over me.. Eventually she just got uptight and walked off. Several customers were surprised at her behavior as well so it wasnt just me thinking she was out of line.. I said I will just have the counter person help, who was much more pleasant and helpful. I wont be returning to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would, went to post office on stockdale today 3/25/19 to try to get my passport. African American lady in the front desk is awfully rude. Talk about customer service, if you absolutely hate your job and don’t want to be there resign your position lady!! I’m am sure there is people out there that would love to have that position. Everyone is replaceable. US post office select well while hiring.

The man delivering in the Laurelglen area is always very distracted on his phone, yelling at the person on the other line. He has mixed up my neighbors’ and my packages with each other’s about 10 times now. I have called to complain and it seemed nothing was done because he just lost my package 2 days ago. If I can’t get a refund or a new shipment I’m going to go to him directly and ask for my $50 back. If he got off his phone for the 2 min it takes to deliver packages he would know how to do his job correctly. USPS no wonder they want to defund you, DO BETTER.
