Refusing to deliver packages and when i look at reasons they lie, stating driveway or door was obstructed. When my cameras tell a different story and no attempt was even made.
I am having multiple packages stolen that are delivered to my house by the post office and every time I call I can never get a hold of anyone
I have called and presented myself in person. I let them know my id was stolen, my credit cards, debit cards, drivers license. My wallet and my car keys that had my mail key attached. They refused to help me. I put my mail on hold but they will not give it to me because I have no ID. I have my lease, birth certificate, my social media to prove who I am. There is nothing in place to help people in this situation. I guarantee you if I cannot receive my mail/ bills. I will sue United States Postal Service. You cannot just tell me I cannot get my mail and expect me to sit there and wait until my appointment at the DMV and when my ID comes in the mail. THE MAIL! WHICH YOU ARE HOLDING, THAT I CANNOT RECEIVE! We all know the DMV takes forever, it is going to be a month process. what am I supposed to do then? You wont let me change my box without an ID. The people were rude and not understanding of my situation.
Every Time I call the number goes to a fax line!! No one EVER picks up at all!!! I had to go up there just to ask the whereabouts of a package. Once Im there,the young lady says that they Scanned Delivered it to My Address but I NEVER received it! So WHOEVER worked that Friday and Scanned my package without ACTUALLY delivering my package should be FIRED!!!!! Lying selves!!!! Smh So unprofessional.
I wish my mail went here, since its just a few minutes from home. But NO... it has to be all the way across town at a crazy busy spot. I go to this location not only because its very close to home, but because the wait times are so much less than the wait times at my official post office for my zip code. They might not have the staff like other locations, but (if you dont get there at the peak times) youre in and out in minutes!
They did not ever show up to deliver my package and when I called about the delivery they were very rude. I explained how they kept saying they left a notice; when in fact they did not. The man said OK what do you want me to do in a sarcastic rude tone. This is the worst post office. I dont understand how those people got hired.
The black lady with the Jamaican accent was very rude. Seems like she didnt want to help me at all. Ive never had this experience before with past USPS employees I dealt with. Avoid her at all cost!!!

I moved to Oregon and sent from this office 7 boxes of books. Only 5 arrived at McMinnville, Oregon and 2 were stolen I guess from somebody in this office or the USPS. I am very angry because the books on those boxes were very dear to me. Somebody there at USPS is stealing books.
Hands Down, the best post office in Bakersfield! I use the post office at least 4x a month to send packages, so I have gone to other post office locations in Bakersfield. The team at this location works efficiently to push the line. Great customer service!

The older man that works there has been nice & helpful everytime ive been there but the line is always out the door it takes forever to pay to have a package sent out!
Calling for almost an hour and no one answered. Yet I called another USPS by accident and the operator answered right away.
Im here 3x a week shipping to customers. One time my item was stolen when I shipped and no one knew anything about its whereabouts
I never recieve any mail at home from this place .The only time I recieve mail is when I schedule and pick up hold mail or when I recieve someone elses mail.The carriers are obviously incompetent.

I regularly visit this post office to drop off mailings for my work. I love its convenient location, and the staff is always knowledgable and friendly.
Post Offices are weird....if you dont go to a lot of different Post Offices then how can you rate any of them....I go to a lot of post offices, these guys are the best....if you have a problem there, then you are the cause of it....probably a sheltered, pampered attitude and you struggle with many other places beside the post office.

2022-02-15I get informed delivery emails daily so I know what is supposed to be delivered to my mailbox everyday via USPS online website.Any important mail from the County, State, banks or credit cards are never received. However, junk mail comes through regularly. So, the mail is being sorted, just not delivered.I report undelivered mail at least 2-3 times per week, but it does nothing to get my mail delivered. This happens to several of us in this apartment complex.Our outgoing mail is hardly picked up, maybe once per week, and stays crammed in the mailbox. We cant get it out to take it to be delivered, and this causes problems for time sensitive mailings.I believe it is the carriers more than the Post Office, however, this is an extreme violation against mail delivery laws and peoples right to receive their mail on time.

2022-08-02Employees are always nice, it’s a busy office and not a friendly neighborhood, and parking is limited. If you you don’t mind the long lines and tight parking spaces, maybe you’ll like the convenient location.

2022-04-07This is the worst office in all of Bakersfield, the supervisors have no control, no knowledge, no common sense they dont care about customers in any way, they dont know what good service is, much less know what it is, they dont keep the hours set to pick up packages, they dont coordinate the work and are incapable of maintaining a good relationship and communication with the businesses that depend on them, you cannot trust them, if you have a business and this station picks you up, your experience will be the worst, as long as they do not change the mentality that they are doing a great favor of handling your shipments nothing will change, they forget that without clients they would not have a job, for them it is nothing more than a job where they have to arrive, wait for the retirement and collect later, nothing more than that.

2021-07-17I never receive mail anymore on Friday and Saturday. I have been on a training route for awhile. I have mail that doesnt get at my home and am constantly receiving neighbors mail. They have broke the handle on my mailbox several times. I was supposed to receive live plant mail Friday but they did not even deliver. I.

2020-10-27This is the postal office that is closest to my home and is the obvious choice for my postal needs. I mail out quite a few parcels per year, and many letters as well. This postal office is quite efficient and professional when attending to customers. I have never had any issues with personnel, as they are very skilled in their jobs, as well as getting through any customer lines very efficiently. I recommend this postal office when doing any mail/postal related business in Bakersfield.

2020-11-04They steal packages, and when you try to find out where it is no one wants to help you. Both the manager and the African American lady told me it wasn’t there before they even got any info. I asked them how they knew it wasn’t there and they asked for my info, went to the back and came back and said it wasn’t there. The manager definitely steals packages. I opened a case with them about it and they just closed it without even replying to me once. About both the customer service and missing packages. I even have the case numbers. They still keep my mail and even kept my voting ballot. So I wasn’t able to vote

2020-07-14This office attempted to steal a package of mine, I missed the delivery and went the next day to pick it up, I was told to step aside while two workers searched for my package, after about a 45 min. wait I was asked to sign for the package and they would call once it was located, now why would I sign for something I havent received? well once I made the two workers aware of my video of the carrier and my package in his hand at my front door, within one minute my package was found, now they deliver my mail after 8 pm? This office Larson, will steal mail so keep your tracking , they can also be reported to the postal commission.

2017-04-21I would give them 1/4 of a star or less. They have horrible service. I have been trying to call them for over a week now and no one ever picks up. They have been delivering my mail at other peoples mail boxes. My neighbors have gotten my mail on multiple occasions (my address is correct on the envelope). I just got important mortgage documents delivered to someone down the street from me. I have also received other peoples mail in my mail box. I have had a package with a tracking number lost and they dont own up to their mistake simply because they tracking number shows it was delivered; I have no doubt that it was delivered, just not at my house; they never paid me fro the item that they lost even though I have proof that the item was not delivered (they delivered another package that same day and my camera shows them only delivering one box). Who knows where my important mail is ending up.
