Overall great experience from the moment we walked in, to the day we checked out (61 days later). We recently moved to LA and needed a long term stay hotel while we were waiting for our home purchase to finalize.Wendy (Sales Director) was great when we initially visited the hotel (we visited 4 others in the area before making our decision ) and throughout our stay. The Front Desk team members were amazing and always very professional, especially Josh and Mikisha. They were always smiling and quick to handle our questions and requests.The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very responsive whenever we needed something or to change linens.We were there while COVID restrictions were in place, and the staff made sure everyone who came in, or were walking around were wearing their makes and keeping everyone safe.We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking a short or long term stay. The views of Ladyface mountain are wonderful and there are many very good restaurants in the area with walking or 1-5 minute drives.
Clean, Comfy, and Courteous staff! Had to stay one night due to power issues at home. This place was a great little getaway, the staff is incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful. Short drive off the 101 fwy but tucked away from busy traffic/noise. Plenty of parking, clean/large pool area, kitchenette with good size fridge/freezer, stove & dishes/dishwasher. Smart TV Netflix ready. Bed was SUPER comfy!!
Pet Friendly, clean, continental breakfast, kitchenettes, ample parking, convenient location, staff is professional and friendly. 4 stars as i dont care for supply/demand pricing as we stay here for medical reasons 2 weeks at a time.
The beds are very comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Queen beds were smaller than expected.

Best experience in a hotel so far i can give it a 10 start if i could. nice people always greeting, helpful with anything we need, super clean. totally recommendable to friends and family!! And definitely using their service again.
The staff is absolutely excellent! I would like to especially point out Dual Assistant General manager Josh Lopez... I had an issue printing an important document and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get what I needed printed.
Very clean rooms. Extremely Covid conscious. The to go breakfast sandwich was pretty good, and the staff was very friendly.
Really nice clean hotel overlooking those beautiful hills.And staff really well trained, hope to be back soon .
Love the place being close to Malibu and freeway! Most of all its free breakfast 😜🤭
The WiFi is unacceptable, even by Marriott standards. Prepare to use your data plan.

2022-06-11We really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. It was mostly quiet and didnt really hear our neighbors. Pool was nice as well. They have a laundry on the premises. Staff were exceptional.

2022-02-11Impressed. Brand new facility. Great area. Photos of the rooms make them appear larger than they actually are. Nevertheless, for 2 of us it works. Having the kitchen is great. Huge lobby and great pool area. Well be back.

2022-01-18Checked in with Marriott app before our arrival at 5 pm. Nice lobby area, pool and fitness center.They had our room ready upon arrival. Ordered extra bath and hand towels via the app and they were in our room when we arrived there.Since were Marriott Bonvoy clients, instead of the 250 points they substituted free upgraded internet, no charge and gave us a room with an interior balcony overlooking the pool.Queen beds are comfortable, nice kitchenette with fridge and cooktop plus microwave.We have enjoyed our stay overall.Some of the other hotel clients above us and next to us have been loud talkers, or dropping things on the floor above us that we hear quite clearly through our ceiling.Would consider this hotel again in the future.

2022-06-28Not what we thought!!!I’m a nurse traveling for work and we loved this place when we were here initially. We checked out for the weekend and came back the next week only to have our price for two days go up significantly. When we questioned this, the person who said he was manager rolled his eyes, kept sighing at our questions and said that hotel rates change by the hour and even though it was on booking.com for one price when we looked, doesn’t mean it is the same when we got here to check in. Most hotels would’ve honored the rate shown online, but at least he could’ve been somewhat polite about it. I asked about the discount for being a nurse and he said they only do that during nurses week. All we wanted was an explanation for the charges, and he acted so put out by having to explain to us why the amount WE PAID increased so much. We planned on staying here for another week, but due to the rudeness of the manager, we will stay at one of the many really nice and FRIENDLY ones in the area.

I was able to relax and enjoy a needed respite after a family member a sibling Memorial Services. 2021-11-21Left two bags at this hotel and was assured by the hotel staff that it would held until my return (a few weeks).Upon returning, I was told that they did not have any record of my bags. After searching, fortunately they were able to find one but the other is still missing. Opened a support case but I’ve now been left in the dark for nearly a month after multiple follow ups.Decent rooms but be wary of leaving any items with the concierge.

2021-06-29I’ve stayed at this hotel for two months due to work and I just had to leave a review. I must say this property was great! Front desk was very accommodating, always kept smiles on their faces, and very helpful! The property is new, clean, and not to mention huge! Pool area was amazing and housekeeping was on point. Hallways was kept clean. If I ever needed anything they respond very promptly and took care of it right away. Thank you for taking good care of us. We appreciate you guys, your hard work does not go unnoticed! Keep it up!!!

2020-12-17Very friendly front desk staff. Very new hotel, they shared the same building with the Courtyard. Lobby area is huge with tons of sitting areas. With the elite status, I was hoping an upgrade would be offered (proactively), but that didn’t happen. Room was a bit smaller than expected, we had trouble finding a good space to open our large luggage. It would be nice if a roll of kitchen paper towel was also offered. Typically with a suite room that has a stovetop, paper towel is a standard item to be included. Bathroom had a missing roll of toilet paper (we had an empty toilet paper rack), so the housekeeper might need to pay more attention when refilling the supplies. Hot breakfast was still being offered (with staff picking/packing them for you) which was a big plus, as many other hotels either suspended the breakfast service or not offered any hot items. Our only issue with the room was, the bathroom shower glass wall only covered half of the shower area, so when taking a shower, water got out to the floor easily, and you get a puddle of water on the floor after showering.Overall, a very nice hotel. We will consider staying again if we don’t have too much luggage.

2021-11-21Love it! Clean, spacious, new electric downdraft cooktype range, fridge, big bathroom keurig coffee machine in the rooms, tasty free breakfast, close to malibu where we went to a wedding. The one large room very costly during this Covid time stayed in Nov 2021. But I still recommend it.
