Careful renting landscaping tools, they expect you to rent a tool meant to be use in mud and return it like it was brand new. Tool was clomplete clean but little mud in the tires. They will hit you with a $75 fee. Try stool shed. Lower rates and friendly employees.The tool I got broke down and she refuse to discount me anything because it was less than the minimum.

I would never shop this location again. Their customer service is in dire need of improvement. We were told after the puchase that in order to have delivered they would need to do a refund and charge us again. It took them 30 seconds to withdraw money from my account and i was told it would take 3 to 7 business days to refund my account. Really!!!!!We arranged to have an appliance delivered since the only two truck rentals was not available. We paid the money they required, just to have them drop off the appliance as if it was the local paper route. The delivery truck failed to not only bring it in, but dropped it off at the door only. They charge wayyyyy too much money $$$$$$$$ for delivery to not service their customers better than that. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and for that i am going to be vocal about it.

Extremely poor customer service. called ahead to verify tool in stock for rental (said they had 2 available) but then told the only one they had was broken when I arrived. then, (to add insult to injury) had placed an order for two-hour pick up that they did not have ready and were not willing to look for. basically went there for nothing.

It usually has everything I need in stock. But the help here isnt that great. The tool rental employees are very helpful. Not so much on the main floors.

I rented floor sander several time, never get a fully function machine. complain and return the machine, they never admit it.
