Great atmosphere and music. Staff was pleasant and easy to order from. Every brew I tried was excellent. Bathrooms are super upgraded and clean. Only reason I gave four stars is the seating could be a little more comfortable. Might just be the fact that its raining too. I will certainly be coming back.
Came from out of town for a family baptism and wanted to check the local brewery scene. This place did not disappoint. It was a Noodles event and place was fun family atmosphere. Whole lot of different eats variety of beers. Would definitely come back when I’m in Fresno. Tried the Zorro, Half Dime and 99 all were great.
Coolest spot in downtown Fresno without a doubt. Its incredible we have this brewery in the heart of the city. On any given night of the week theres an event. Either trivia night , loteria or live music. Most days they have a food truck. A few times if year they host special events and shut down the block. They have a game room now and they have corn hole and foosball. The beer is outstanding. The cure beers are solid and the new stuff they put out constantly is amazing. They have heaters and fire pit tables when its cold and an awesome patio area when its sunny. Swamp cooler when it inevitably gets to be super hot. Very dog friendly and often youll see people bring their furry friends, myself included. This place is truly a gem in Fresno.
Came here for a Yelp event before the Fresno Foxes game and I will definitely be back. This place has delicious tasting craft beers. The great part is that it is actually family friendly. They have corn hole and a few games set up. Food trucks are available to grab a bite to eat. The food selection is definitely good. When I went they had gyros and a Cuban sandwiches. I got Cuban sandwiches and they were good. The awesome part was after the game, we were walking past to go to our car, and the security guards were welcoming us back in since we had our wrist bands. The atmosphere is enjoyable. They have the DJ playing from the afternoon until closing. Definitely coming back
I am very picky about microbrewery beers. I absolutely love stout beer. This place has the biggest selection of stout beers that are heaven. I have tasted many microbrew stouts. My favorite isIron Rat Stout from Tampa Bay Brewery. But Tioga Sequoia Midnight lighting Vanilla Stout, my goodness what an exciting beer. Fully recommend this brewery
We attended their event tonight at : 745 Fulton st . Fresno . I arrived at 6:30 the band had just finished their last song . If their website would have indicated the band was only playing for 30 minutes, I would have not wasted the 30 minutes it took me to get there . I asked the radio representative from 104.1 why the band only played for 30 minutes? He says why doYou care it’s free ? I said well I am with 5 other ladies that have driven 40 minutes , spent money on gas and put themselves in a high crime area , I don’t call that free , we can buy a beer anywhere , soI would consider your fake advertising of a band playing from 6 to 8 as false advertising. I loved the beer but wouldn’t trust 104.1 radio advertisements or respect Tiago brewery for allowing a fake radio channel to plant bad business there . The Rep from the radio channel was very disrespectful to me , I merely asked a nice , reasonable question , in front of 6 people he was a true jerk , which reflects onTiago brewery
Definitely one of my favorites in the Fresno area. Staff and security is always friendly. Service is quick and their menu keeps your staples available while alternating new beers so you get variety to choose from (tap or cans). I havent bought any of their merchandise, but maybe in the future.
Good beer. Good times. Good people. Worth a visit. Ive been here half a dozen times and always enjoyed myself. The beer is consistently been good and the crowd and the stop have been super fun. if you go on a night when youve got food trucks even better. Gather up a few friends and grab a few beers.
My first time being there and I really liked it and also there was water where you can drink it from The fountain and then also there was water you can put in your cup or in your container which was awesome I kind of wish there was more seats available but other than that it was a great experience and I cant wait to go back again
Good selection of beers, specially with the IPAs; better yet, great service! Good atmosphere between the seating inside and out. Food trucks are available if you want to eat. Out of all the time I have been there, I never had a server ignore me or be rude, as in a brewery in Paso I wont mention :)
ZERO STAR if I could. Unfortunately, we were targeted the entire night. Denied of tables with heaters after 3 attempts of asking even if we had to break up the group into 3 per table, we were fine with it. After an 2 hours of watching other groups reaching 6+ people we decided to move ourselves to open tables/barrels at 6 people each. We were told right away that we are breaking their buisness/store policy of having max capacity per table/barrel with heaters. When we press them about why are they just enforcing that rule to us and not to other groups for the past hour. If they are going to enforce it, be consistent with the rest of the other groups that reach over capacity. The entire time while they were trying to enforce the max capacity, they not one employee enforced the same rule to the other groups. This is our first and last time at this place. Ill be sure to share this experience with many friends and families.
My family and I came here expecting a goodnight out for a few drinks after social-distancing for a long time since the beginning. If I could give it a zero I wouldnt hesitate. But my experience here has been nothing but trouble since I arrived. Story short, if youre Asian and expecting some kind of normalcy, dont expect this place give that to you. We were targeted the whole night. Date and time: March 20, 2021 @ 7pm til dark and voluntarily asked to leave.
Great place, excellent staff, but be advised due to Covid19 restrictions by the county, you must purchase food with any beer. The kitchen is NOT open at all hours, do call ahead to make sure its open, so you can enjoy a pint or sampler flight outside on their patio. Higjly recommended!
Great place for both adults and children, there is something to do for everyone no matter the age. With live bands, vendors and food trucks to curb your appetite most days there is something to do or see with your friends, family or going solo is just as fun. The craft beers there are the most talked about when I hear anyone speak of drinking beer and its not hard to see why. They have a wide variety of different beers on tap and in bottle or can. Plus there is something for even those who dont drink alcohol like root beer, Kombucha tea and simple clean water. The staff is kind and always ready to help and keep the place very clean. The atmosphere has definitely improved over the years and Im very happy to say they now have indoors public restrooms! Its a great place to come to after work or just to drop by and grab a few cold ones to go. I cant wait to see what they do next and I look forward to my next visit.
I cant begin to say enough about this place. I was at another Brewery down the street and ran into I believe the owner and his wife of Tioga there. I am.not from Fresno as I had flown in from Colorado. They were incredibly welcoming and kind. We talked and they told me about their place down the block. I went here and what great beer, staff, and just a fun place to hang out. I cant recommend this place enough. It is a must when you are in Fresno if you enjoy craft beer.
To be real, not every beer can be a winner. But the handful of great brews this place has put out over the years more than makes up for the rest. Plus, they take risks and arent afraid to have fun with their lineup. Also, the beer garden itself has become a staple of life in Downtown. There arent many establishments in this neighborhood with ample outdoor seating and built in entertainment. Im sure that will change but, right now, theyve got the market cornered. If you work down here, I recommend a pint after hours, on the daily. Does not disappoint.
I have been trying to make it to Fresno to go to TS for a few years now and, I finally made it. The place is well worth the stop. Tons of beer on tap with alot of verity. The beer garden was clean, well kept, had tons of seating, and many TVs inside for sporting events. The service was prompt and the beertenders were very friendly. I hope to make it back soon.
I love going down here to hang out. The beer is great, and staff are friendly. The only reason I cant give it a 5 star is during the winter the inside can be a little cold unless you can snag heat space. Still not enough to deter me from hanging out on a Friday/Saturday night.
Love this place great staff.. very helpful and knowledgeable about there products and their kegs are to die for might i add . picking up a 15 gallon keg of general Sherman today as a matter of fact so shot out to TSBC FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND LOVE YOU GUYS SHOW OUR COMMUNITY
“Fun spot and great food”Visited the new Sequoia Brewing Company in downtown Visalia, CA. A fun and lively atmosphere with a nice menu selection. We went between 3 - 6 for Happy Hour and an early dinner. The BBQ chicken pizza was amazing. There is not a lot of seating space so when we left around 6:45 the wait for customers coming in seemed...
Not a place I would be attending in the future. They are very judgmental, security told me the owner said I looked like a hoodlum. I wore a black hoodie and polo hat I was not sagging or wearing baggy clothes. I was hired by a security company to just check ID’s for Tioga, my company did not provide me with a company jacket so I wore a plain black sweater to keep warm. I was only there to work to feed my family I wasn’t there to be judged by my appearance.
A little disappointed in the response we got from one of the beertenders last night. A large group of coworkers went over to TS after work. One of the people with us was acting as DD and ordered a non-alcoholic root beer. It tasted very off in terms of carbonation and flavor to her but was too shy to go up and talk to the beertenders. So I went up and explained the situation and was simply told, Thats how it always tastes. with no further attempt to remedy the situation. I then asked if he would taste the rootbeer (maybe the keg was about to blow or something?) and the beertender reiterated the same sentence with some attitude the second time and then turned to the next customer. Its disappointing that responsibility with drinking is at odds with the customer service we received. Additionally, I hope they resolve the porta potty situation with more permanent facilities at some point.
This is a hip brewery resemblig some of the finest breweries in southern California. At the time, they had their sugar pine porter on nitro. They had a food truck serving tacos and bar games. My only gripe with this place is that the surrounding area is am abandonned dump, and the parking meter police are unforgiving. Do not blow off the parking meters!
Were from Northern California and discovering and enjoying local beer is one of our favorite activities. It is not often that we find ourselves in Fresno, but last weekend, there we were. Having been introduced to Tioga-Sequoias Half Dome a wonderful, unfiltered California Wheat Ale, by a friend, we wanted to try their other offerings. The brewery is downtown Fresno, and offers some of the finest brews Ive tasted. Unlike most small brewers, Tioga Sequoia has a large number of beers to offer. Just to mention a few...Tamarack is a nice amber lager, 99 Golden Ale was my pick along with their Half Dome. Kathy couldnt get past the Cucumber Pilsner. Cucumber Pilsner? Yes, I tried it and like it too, its crisp and lite and begs to be drank in the heat of the day. Now if you think Cucumber is special...Try their Piece of Cake Stout! You bet ya, Cake Stout, with its hint of chocolate its just what we needed for a upcoming birthday celebration. It was a Wow experience...we were very impressed with the fine folks and friendly reception that we were provided at Tioga-Sequoia Brewing. Oh Yea, the Beer is Great...we loaded up on the four beers I mentioned and headed back to Dixon...smiling all the way.

2022-03-19Good beer, friendly, helpful service, frequent events and food trucks, and chill atmosphere. Its in a bit of a rough spot; but is a perfect example of what we need more of in downtown Fresno. :)

2021-04-14It was taco Tuesday and I requested some spicy quesabirria tacos from the taco truck in the expansive outdoor beer garden. I asked the beer tender what would be best with spicy tacos and they recommended the lemon sour. It was the perfect pairing!

2019-08-10We came here during a special event and enjoyed the food trucks present at the event. My wife enjoyed a sour beer and I had the Zorro Especial. It was a nice atmosphere.
