My watch band spring bar malfunctioned and this place fixed it fast. The service, knowledge and prices were outstanding.
The Watch Shop is a great store for watches and jewelry and if your looking for a gift for a friend or family who’s served in the U.S. military I would recommend you go there as well. I know the owner personally and he’s an honest businessman, and if your looking for something related to watches, clocks and jewelry, definitely come through!!!
I highly recommend this business. Steven is a master of his trade and provided a quality repair on my watch! I think he does Jewelry as well, definitely would use his service again.
Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on watches, bands and different kinds of batteries. I took all my watches to him and was amazed how reasonable they are in here. Steve is the one who helped me. :)
I took in my Fitbit watch with a new band to change out from the broken one. The owner--very nice, and courteous, stopped what he was doing and did the whole job right then and there. Charged me ONE DOLLAR! What??! I highly recommend the Watch Shop on Auburn. Ill be back. You should check it out. Theres also watches (and some jewelry) for sale.

Lousy selection but it has a food court, GNC, barber, phone kiosk and its tax free. The selection is poor but you can order things from the exchange catalog there, electronics are always a good deal and, they have apple.
Nice place to shop, very few people there. Some prices were better than Walmart/Target but some were higher. Staff very friendly.

Came in to get my watch fix because it wouldn’t latch no more and the friendly technician fix it within 3 mins.
Its small and limited. You may encounter some staff people who are clueless about the merchandise, but thats why I research the product myself before buying. And its always hot inside the store.
Employees are very helpful and friendly. They price match on your word up to $10.00. Then you just need to supply an add for your price matching.

2022-09-17Quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. Brought a necklace in for repair and a couple watches for battery replacement. He helped me out the spot so I didnt have to make a another trip back to pick everything up. Did a great job on the necklace repair, and I thought his prices were super reasonable, especially given the express service. Definitely my new go to place for watch and jewelry repair.

2021-10-16The two people who provided service for my son and I were extremely helpful. The younger of the two gentleman was honest and genuine with pricing and the products they had. His father also was very attentive when fixing my broken watch that was over 10 years old.My son was happy with the selection and was able to choose a new watch within 5 minutes of walking inside. The place had a family-business atmosphere between the father and his son. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fix their older watches or look for well-priced replacements.

2022-03-06I brought my Seiko divers watch in after it started making noise like a part had come loose on the inside and the self winding mechanism seem to stop working.They fixed it at an extremely reasonable price and had it ready within 2 hours after I dropped it off! Very happy!

2021-09-02I refuse to take my watches to anyone else. The owner Steve goes above and beyond for his customers. He uses top of the line batteries, makes sure that the time and date are set and he didnt charge me when I needed some links removed. Steve is kind, friendly and thorough. Im so glad I was able to support a small business.

2021-06-29Steven was great! Not only do I support our local business owners, but I love supporting my fellow veterans! He was honest when it came to a very particular watch issue we had and recommended we call their service department as with some missing parts, he would be unable to fix but offered to replace. I respect his honesty concerning that matter. He also fixed 3 other watches quickly and at a great price! He was enjoyable to talk with while we waited and even had some great rings and other merchandise we purchased. We will definitely be back should we need further watch repair! 2020-11-13Steven Salim is a great and honest person it toke him few minutes to find out what is wrong with my watch and fixed it. My total wait time was less than 15 minutes. This shop is also carrying good watches and nice jewelry this is a good place to buy 🎁 gifts.
