BEWARE!!Younger guy with longer black hair refused to help me. I had an at&t box that needed to be scanned and just shipped back. VERY unprofessional. Lucky for me I guess Ill stick with the UPS store near my home next time. UPS, teach your employees manners and customer service. Absolute trash!
Highly recommend go else where waited on getting my item (address stamp) its been 4 months, now Im being told it was already picked up from there records. I received no notification nor did i pick anything up or have somebody pick it up for me. Wasted both my time and money. Would rather go across town than to come back here again.
Everyone is so courteous, friendly and helpful. They do the little things that are so much appreciated like making sure that the package I took in for return was taped accordingly without being asked. Young lady saw me walking over and simply opened the door for me. In addition, practicing social distancing and necessary Covid precautions! Great team doing beyond normal duties!
Fine if youre doing the basics. I brought in a DHL package, which they are equipped to deal with. Was told on a Friday it would be picked up Saturday. Checked the tracking, nothing. Called on Monday to be told that they dont know why it wasnt picked up but maybe they dont do Saturday pickups. Maybe? Shouldnt you know that? Customer service is relatively lacking. Basically, I go there because its the closest. I wish we had a full service Mail and Ship in West Sac.
Poor delivery service. UPS tracking information says end of the day and the driver shows up in the morning and leaves without any notice or knocking the door. UPS needs to add customers phone number so that Driver may call If less experienced deliverer doesn’t know where to leave the item.
The staff at this location is amazing! They have always been courteous, patient, and friendly. They will do whatever they can to help you get your item sent in the most cost effective manner. My issue lies with their phone number: it is an automated system which directs you to connect to the UPS call center by pressing 1 or to press 0 twice quickly to connect to the local store. BUT the catch is that when you press zero twice quickly it hangs up on you. Everytime (Ive tried about 10 times now). And the call center although helpful, cannot connect you to the local UPS branch. Why have a phone number no one can reach you at?!
Ive been a customer of this location for over 2 decades and its got a great neighborhood feel to it and they are awesome at taking care of my notary, printing, and mailbox services. I get all of my packages there too! Keep up the great job and your team really helps make doing business easier. Couldnt do it without you! :)
Complete joke. I come inside and the guys in their don’t have their masks on. They see me enter, put on their masks and say “sir, you need to have a mask on inside” I laugh and say “but you didn’t even have a mask on” and their response is “well, we work here.” The logic… it is absolutely absent.
Place is nice and relaxed, but it seems like employees are coerced to do this packing and shipping job. Not all have bad attitude, but they dont have smile on their faces or a way of communicating with their customers. My job is to, as an honest google rater & helper, give you honest reviews about a place. Dont expect them to greet you; rather, you will greet them. Additionally, they charge for effing tape if you dont have it on your shipping package or if it is coming off slightly. I mean duh, I can give you your tape inventory, so that you wont charge customers in the future. It seems their only job is to ship, thats it. A proper Customer service? Who cares.
Very grateful to Rishi and Alby at this store. UPS failed to deliver a contract proposal that was shipped from FL to CA, and we were going to miss the deadline and be disqualified. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to this store and they were able to rush print all of the needed documents for the proposal; trust me, it was a lot! They got it done in a short amount of time, took care of all the last minute requests we had, and even followed up with me to let me know that the courier service had picked it up.
My advice, GO TO FEDEX! This place is terrible.Firstly, their policies and practices are awful, secondarily their customer service, which I doubt is a word ever brought up in their training.2 stars because I was able to mail some documents, yay they did their job.Heres what they do NOT do:1) print their own labels for free. If you have them as an email, a pdf, an image etc THEY CHARGE YOU TO PRINT THEIR OWN LABELS. And we arent talking about a few cents we are talking about $3.24! For one label!2) Have any functionality like air print, google print etc. You can regular email to them to print, but then you are paying a minimum of $3.24. Thank you so much for all your efforts to print your own label for me, let me please pay you for your hard work.3) Free wifi. Isnt this something that should be offered when they advertise customer services?The patrons at the store were more helpful than the actual staff, so I was lucky to be there when there were other customers. A random guy helped me email my label.Yes, I was able to get my documents mailed, I did not leave with a positive experience. Yesterday while I was there I found the gal working to be more friendly, but all she did was charge me for printing my own documents, so Ill give her a gold star for not making my day worse.Ive had much better customer experiences at other UPS, but normally Ive found FedEx to be 1000% better - go there!
They do an awesome job at this UPS STORE! They do EVERYTHING - just like the new commercial! Ive used them for mailing, copying, printing, signs, graphic designs, sending care packages, notary, shredding, passport photos, receiving my packages and mail... and they did a bunch of posters and yard signs for a charity event recently... like a house of magic! 😎
This is the worst place ever. It is in a getto area, has rude workers, and most importantly, horrible at their one job.... Delevery. I ordered something that was supposed to arrive on Friday, i track it in the morning and its in their facility that is 2miles away...10hours later, its still there.

2022-05-26This UPS location has incredible customer experience. I’ve been here several times and the employees Omar, Jose and Chris go above and beyond on customer service standards. They’re incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful. They have helped me with fingerprints, background checks, fax’s, and packages. Every time they assist me with anything, they answer all my questions. Thank you for providing such quick and friendly service all at once!!

2022-06-29The customer service I received at this location on the morning of 6/29 was terrible! I returned some equipment that needed to go back to at&t. The directions I was given was to turn in the item unboxed and that they would know what to do with it. I did receive a return label, which surprised me, but I still just brought in the old equipment with the label, unit, and even supplied a box. The clerk looked at the box and said next time have it ready. I told him that next time he probably needed to make sure that he had correct instructions from AT&T and that I far exceeded how ready I was supposed to have it according to my instructions. Regardless if a customer has everything perfectly ready, you still should not be rude in how you interact with customers. You had to tape a box, and put a label on it... Sorry, but your job is not hard enough to excuse being rude to someone who was simply dropping a box off. LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

2022-04-07After getting the run around from three banks in West Sacramento….I was so burned out and frustrated looking for a notary to attach an acknowledgement to a work document. UPS took care of me. The staff was friendly, expedient and accommodating. They’ll be my “go to” for all things Notary going forward.

2022-07-13Unbelievably rude and irresponsible!The person who was in charge to take my return told me I could pack your return THIS TIME for free and all of a sudden told me I will CHARGE! In a very bad voice like he was so close to attack me.I wish there was a negative star option for this site.The people who hire these employees have no idea who they are hiring!

2022-02-28I opted to ship eggs through ups 2 day air after FedEx smashed the last batch with a heavy object. The eggs arrived within 2 days intact (even the air cells looked good). I will using UPS exclusively for 2 day deliveries in the future.

2022-03-02Only use 2 day air UPS to ship your fertilized eggs. Up until 1 week ago I mainly used the USPS to ship all eggs. They arrived intact but the bumpy ride resulted in destroyed air sacs for 50% of the eggs (even with bubble wrap, two boxes, and air pillows). I shipped 25 eggs to a customer in Utah through UPS and after 5 days of incubation he tells me that 24 out of 25 eggs are developing!

2022-04-28Very unprofessional and unfriendly associate at the counter. I stood there for 15 minutes and saw 3 customers walk out infuriated about this guys attitude. Management take a look at your cameras hopefully see how this unprofessional customer service associate is ruining your business.

2022-04-03I went to get live finger scan me and my wife it was time sensitive I called before talked with Omar he was nice he told me that I can show up before 5pm I was there in 30 minutes Chris the Manger came out to help us my wife went first she tried 3 time on one finger Chris started to yelling at her I asked him why are yelling at my wife why dont you show her how to do it he grab my papers and give back to us saying that hes is done he not going to it and was yelling at me we lift another customer came out and said that she watch what had happened and what Chris did to us that we should complain about him she give us her number she will be our witness luckily we found another place down the street and did our scans while we were doing our scan 2 more customer showed from UPS store and had same experience that Chris was rude to them and told them he cant do it because he has to much passport work to do.

2022-06-24Omar is my favorite UPS guy there. He is professional, positive, and friendly.
