Customer service here is EXTREMELY rude and slow! The only reason I ever come to the UPS store is to drop off amazon returns. I ask if I can drop off, and they say you have to wait in line. Have a drop by the door or something, so we dont have to wait in line 10-15 minutes to drop a package that doesnt need a receipt. Also, your store has a cinnamon scent that is overpowering and makes it hard to breath. Might suggest using a more subtle scent in the store.
Ask for prices before you use or buy anything in this store. They will make you feel like they are helping you out but in the end you will pay. I paid $14 for a book of stamps that cost $9.80 at the post office. And to print out a label on their computer will cost $2.66 for 5 minutes of use. Its on over head fee I was told. Just passing on the info.
I have been going to this location for over 21 years ! I see the employees come and goBut I always got a very details and professional services from the entire staffs and the manager !They all works very hard to help each transactions as smooth as possible!Public services are very hard you had to face people each days .. I witnessed many times people walked in already in the bad mood and complaint about tapes, stamps, boxes.... why we are always be so unkind to strangers in front of us just because ...But for me , i walked in always with thankful heart and guess what! Each times for the past 21 years I felt like to treated like a VIPAll of them took good care of my boxes, my mails ...I am so thankful this UPS still here through Covid hardship and I want to thank everyone works at this location - thank you for your dedication to show up to work each days, thank you for put yourself in more covid risk way and I felt very blessed to known all of you and the store mangerKept up the good works !!
!!!WORST UPS STORE EVER!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! Monday 6/17/20 at 8:21am I dropped a small parcel off to be shipped and delivered on Friday 6/19/20 & foolishly thought all was well. On Friday went to UPS.COM to check the status and found that UPS sent my package to the US POST OFFICE to be shipped!!!While I was charged a UPS price...I received sub par service as my package has not been delivered!!!I asked for a refund since I was charged a higher price and was informed I need to speak to the owner JASON to receive a refundDONT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR PROPERTY!! AVOID BEING CHEATED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH & AVOID THE HEADACHE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have to say that I have been a regular customer of this store for about 15 years or more. They have given great service the entire time, until a recent error caused the loss of my shipment. They are far busier than they have ever been, but staff has always made the effort get help people as quickly as possible without making errors. In this case, I showed the clerk the address on my phone, the clerk read back the address to me correctly, yet the paperwork for shipment printed with an old address. The documents and receipts use an older, poor quality printing that is difficult to read, and quite small. Unfortunately I did not catch the error, and the packages were left on the street in front of a busy apartment building.When I tried to get help about the delivery, UPS told me to talk to the people at the UPS Store, and the UPS Store people told me to talk with UPS! To double down on the error, I told the clerk to insure the boxes for $500 each, and he put $75 dollars each. Not sure if I can ever make a claim, as the UPS website does not accept it without a shipper number. Not sure if it is worth it, if I get shipping and the erroneously claimed value back it is about $411. I would give them one star, but they have been pretty food over the years, until now.
Called the store to see if my package was at their location, they said not until the next day. Called the next day, still not there (supposedly). Again, the next morning, not there. Called corporate, they say its been there sense the previous afternoon before close of business. Had to personally go and make them look for my package they kept saying wasnt there. Miraculously its there.
First all, I was not greeted but the couple in front of me. Noticed a lady talking to the UPS driver for pick up. I said excuse can I get this mailed out. She proceeded to ig more me and then waited on me with an attitude. Good friendly customer service is hard to come by. I will never go back.
Wish I could give a positive review, but I am never using this particular store, called three times to try to get info on a package put on hold three times,never given any information. Do not know status of package yet they love putting people on hold and ignore them very disappointed.
Not sure what his name was but hes a white male with long hair on this day he had his hair up like in a bun but anyways he had an attitude with me & my sister when I walked in I asked how can I print out a document from my email he replied by saying I cant do anything for you because my manager isnt here and hes the only one that can do that for you I said thats a lie because my sister told me she comes here all the time and you or your coworker(an asian man) always help her print it out he was silent after that and didnt say anything so I left. This was the worst experience I have ever received from UPS. I noticed thats the same white male that always have me an attitude for no reason when Im just a customer like everyone else. This incident happened on February 2,2019 between 2-3pm. Worst location.

2022-06-18I have been doing business for the past several years with this store. Always professional and always go out of their way to go above and beyond. We use many services they offer and have been frequent customers. The Owner and his team are hard working and try their best to make all their customers happy. I have seen the staff there be treated poorly because someone is having a bad day or angry because they don’t want to pay the cost for the services they are requesting. Staff remains calm, collected and do not reciprocate the hostile behavior. I am very grateful for them!

2022-01-18I owe this store a review that I have been putting off for a while. This UPS store is my favorite because of the customer service from the owner to all of the employees. Ive been a customer before the pandemic and during. Each time my family and I are there they are very professional and take the time to help. This pandemic though I have seen customers treat them very badly. I know we (all of us) are overwhelmed with everything now days. I have seen customers straight out get upset with the staff at the UPS store for no reason at all. Or, they expect everything for free. Especially amazon customers. Each employee and owner at the UPS store has treated everyone in a nice an professional way. Even going out of their way. The lines are long some days and people get tired. Customers end up yelling at them for no reason. Still, the employees and owner all show respect and kindness to everyone. Other stores need to learn from the customer service that this store offers. Thank you to the staff and owner! Yall been taking care of us even crazies in the area! Thank you!

2022-03-04Sadly, it seems like a big ripoff here to ship. $13 for a box that costs $2 at Staples with a UPS shipping center in it. It’s STOCKTON. And the staff isn’t the extra-mile kind that prides itself in service and warrants those kinds of prices. That’s right, from a service point of view, it’s no Ritz Carlton or First Republic Bank.. 👎

2022-01-16I went there for the notary services. I was there about fifteen minutes before the appointment to be on time. The employee did not arrived on time. She was late. Another employee shrugged and told she was not there and might be running late. What is the purpose of scheduling appointments? When she arrived she proceeded to take out the wrong for for the service that needed to be done. I left. She didn’t give me confidence.

2021-11-30Update: please understand retrieving it now is more of a hassle and cost to everyone. If not too late. The truck was still there and you only have so many packages daily half or quarter of the truck maximum so you could of easily asked the driver to retrieve it. While it’s still at your location.Do not ship here, staff denied refund and wouldn’t get box when driver was still there had not left or loaded truck completely. As a fellow brown family member this store showed me no love. They told me pickup is 5:30 and we returned at 4:22 to be told no the box was loaded too late to cancel.

2021-01-14My interaction at this location was with the store manager. I went into the store just before Christmas to return an amazon book rental. I expected that the store would be pretty busy due to the holiday I did not expect, the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced here. The fact that my interaction was with the store manager made it even worse. I was offended by how rude and unprofessional this guy was. I have worked with member and client service my entire career. This kind of service is not acceptable. If it allowed to, I would rate a v a zero if I could. I will not patronize this location again.

2022-03-06The manager of this store is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just calling to find out if they did fingerprinting. He put me on hold 10 min. I called back several times after my wait where he just continued to pick up and hang up in my face. When I went inside I asked him why couldnt he just answer the question over the phone. he just said talk to the owner. I wouldnt recommend anybody coming to this location.
