This store was my go to store in the past for accepting my deliveries when I wasnt able to accept at home or ship out. But over the last 6 months or so, the service has definitely declined. I had a package I couldnt accept at home because I knew I wasnt going to be home and had it delivered to this location. Unfortunately, they turned down my package and couldnt accept it for whatever reason and had it shipped to my house. Luckily, the package wasnt stolen.
Kavita Shah helped us with notaries. Went above and beyond to double check with someone over phone for a bit ambiguous form. Thank you!

I love the fact that there is usually no wait. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to meet their customer needs. They are a little pricey on notarizing compared to other places.

I have been to this store a few times and every time the clerks were grumpy, they dont print (even though it says they do). Not a very welcoming place unfortunately. Even though it is the closest to my house, I will be going to another one with friendlier service.
I’m shocked to see such low reviews. I’ve never had a problem here. The employees were very helpful and even let me use the computer to print my labels free of charge.

Went there to mail a letter overnight. It cost 31$$. Why I am not sure. Asked about shipping a bike to my son in Kentucky. They quoted me 400$ Went to fed-ex three miles away 150$. Avoid this place

The employee mixed up the documents I had him copy + ship, he shipped some originals & some copies instead of all originals; when I discovered the error and went back to ask them to fix it, he told me it was my fault & I would have to pay again.

2021-09-04Amazing experience of getting documents notarized from Kavita Shah. She is very professional and explains everything in a simple way. She went above and beyond by coming to our car parked outside for notary as my wife had toe injury. I also go to this UPS store for all my packets and its a always a breeze. Staff is very cordial and helpful.
