The service I get at this UPS store is always great. I was particularly impressed this afternoon, July 7th, because the 2 customers ahead of me were difficult and not overly polite while conducting business. Lisa and Jose handled everything wonderfully and Lisa still had the cheeriest and kindest outlook as I stepped up to the counter. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!
Excellent service. This was the second UPS store I tried after the first one couldn’t do what I needed. Mari-Tina at this location did a great job with a mailing that had to be done precisely and correctly. I’ll definitely come back to this location even though it’s not the closest one to my home.
Jorge is amazing. I had this crazy Amazon rental and he was SO helpful in terms of finding me the most affordable option for shipping. I only come to this UPS because it is the best one.
BEST UPS STORE EVER!!!Trust me, I ship often. The people here have the most amazing customer service. The store is a newer one, very clean, and very organized. When a line forms they are quick and efficient moving the line as quick as possible - I cannot say the same for many of the other UPS stores in San Diego.I hope management reads my review and give this location recognition.Until the next drop off
I went in with some boxes for shipping some things to Hawaii as we were moving there the next day and couldn’t make it all fit in our bags. Cindy took so much time to help me re-box, pack and ship materials the most efficient way. She was so kind looking up cost effective routes and giving me a lot of personal service. Then, to top it all off, she sent me a personal thank you email for stopping by. I went a little further to this UPS because it had such great reviews and I’m so glad I did! The customer service was phenomenal
I am so happy this is open, its such a convenient location! If you havent had a chance to stop by, I highly recommend! The store is absolutely beautiful, probably the nicest UPS Store I have ever been to.The staff is wonderful! I ship a lot of stuff for my business and this is my new go-to. They are super fast and found me the most cost effective way to meet all my shipping needs.They also have in-house notary service! I was glad I asked, I didnt need an appointment, they helped my get my documents notorized and mailed right away. So happy this UPS Store is in our neighborhood!
Ive stopped going to the post office and started going here instead. They have the best customer service from a UPS Store! Jose was able to help me with my shipping needs. They also have notary services for those who need it! They have plenty of other services that Ive yet to take advantage of. The location is really clean and their is short term parking in front of the building. If youre looking for the best UPS store. This is it!
I had a very large binding job (copies of my dissertation) to do and stopped by this store. I had been to another UPS store previously and the staff were extremely rude and not helpful. This store is amazing! The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous every step of the way. They called me several times with updates on my project and finished it well ahead of schedule. I cant say enough positive things about them. I absolutely recommend them!
I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have been coming to this UPS location since then. They help with everything I need to print and ship things quickly with the best customer service. I go out of my way to come here because the staff are excellent every time and it’s family owned. Would highly recommend!
Very helpful staff. I came in with about a hundred (barely exaggerating) boxes to send all over the world (international shipping too!) for my Etsy store, and they were so helpful and friendly, I will definitely be back. Im a regular in post offices, UPS stores, etc., and I can honestly say that I havent had a more pleasant experience than at the UPS Store on Park. The fact that they can help me with my business cards and graphic design, is also a huge plus. I even got a mailbox here for any returns! So happy these guys joined the neighborhood!
I have been in the store several times for returning items to Amazon, and most recently for returning cable equipment to AT&T. The people working there are always knowledgable and very helpful. Today the gentleman knew exactly what to do, answered all our questions, was very pleasant, and had great customer service skills.
They are amazing! Part of our lovely North Park/ Hillcrest community. Parking in front of the storeI always return all my Amazon stuff with them and they help me with all the labels and sealing the packages! I would give them 10 starts if I could!!! The owner is a great guy and the staff is very friendly too!
This location has been so helpful to me each time Ive gone in. Once, I went in to get some flyers for a lost dog I found, and the guy at the counter was so thoughtful and helpful to us. Another time the owner helped me and was super kind and helpful too. Heading in today to send some holiday gifts and nice to know they are close and in the neighborhood!
What can I say about the team at this store, they are truly top notch! Jose and Cindy helped me set up my PO Box with ease, and have been helping with all of the demanding shipping needs of my small business. Happy to have them close by, and to always hear a friendly “hello” when I stroll in.
This is by far one of the best UPS stores I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is overtly kind and helpful. Jose greeted me as I entered and was patient as I called my mom to find out where to send the package. He provided me with a pen and paper, so I could write brief note. He measured the item to find the appropriate box and then talked me through all the options for shipping to NY. Really made the process as smooth as possible and worked to make sure the package was set and securly sealed. Provided me with free bubble wrap and tape to ensure the package itself was safe and wouldnt be jostled too much. Overall, if you have anything to send this is the location you should go too! They also have a toy donation box, so if you can get there before the holidays its a great chance to donate something and make a childs holiday all the more brighter. Definitly go here, I plan too!
I just moved to the area a month ago and have been using UPS more frequently than I used to. I am so lucky to live across the street from this location, the staff is knowledgeable and so friendly! Jose and Hannah are great!
The WORST experience ! The Owner hires their immediate family and does not take responsibility when an error is made. When I arrived the owners mother had difficulty imputing the information, was nervous and keep asking for help, the process took a lot longer than should and to top it off she shipped something that I specifically requested to be urgent matter and another package to be sent normal delivery and switched the two up. I called the owner to let him know what had happened and he did not apologize, he said he would call me back and I still have not received a call back regarding the issue. If you want reliable, quick and trustworthy shipping DO NOT COME here!!!!Family business ran as a amateurs Store. My contact information is clearly in the system, so there is no reason that it would not be accurate unless they also input that incorrectly.
I have nothing but rave reviews for the team at the 4075 Park Blvd UPS Store. So accommodating, polite, and they work with you when you have difficult packaging. This is my third trip to the store and I will continue to use their services. It doesnt hurt there is plenty of parking in front of the building, especially when you have big packages... you dont have to walk far!
Service was fine, except I was charged for each of my amazon returns which I’ve never been charged for at any other UPS store ever... when I said exactly that I was told all stores are individually owned so they can charge whatever they want for different services?Point of the review, I’ll be not coming back to this store and continue getting services at no charge at other UPS stores.

You can email your docs directly to them with instructions and have them printed. Just call and confirm they received it and when your documents will be ready.Store email address: [email protected] sure your docs are only PDF on your flash drive or SD card or the copier wont read them.The girl at the front informed me of these things and I was able to go back home and email my documents and they were ready to go when I got there. Made it to my doctors appointment on time with everything I needed.Thanks!
Great, fast service and they actually came by to pick up my packages when i called and couldnt make it out of work in time!Turns out its a newer location and I chatted with one of the owners, Ryan, when i called with questions. He was super helpful and called back when my packages were picked up to offer to repackage one of them because he was worried about the amount of tape id used (because i hadnt used any on an large envelope and was just praying it would stay closed haha) Amazing service, so glad i called!
Who would have ever imagined that having a couple things notarized could be fun? Cindy was beyond terrific. I had called in advance to check the price of having something notarized ($15/stamp or page). She remembered me when I arrived. The atmosphere was very friendly, and we had no problem getting a couple witnesses for my document (one employee, and someone who was waiting in line). All of life should be so pleasant. Have had a box here for a year now, with an absolutely perfect track record on both sending and receiving domestic and international packages. No hold ups in international customs for incorrect paperwork, nothing misplaced, its a swell store.
Was helped by an aloof and generally unpleasant Asian guy with a nice haircut. For whatever reason, felt the need to condescendingly explain what “return to sender” meant.Another worker, a woman with a cool Darth Vader themed face mask, seemed much friendlier and more attentive.
Wanted to let management know that I was helped beyond expectations. Daniel was very kind and super helpful while helping me with my faxing and printing issues. If I could Id give him 10 stars.

2022-03-27Google came through with the reviews! I needed a private mailbox and drove past several UPS stores for this one because of the ratings and was not disappointed. Irving helped me and I was unprepared with the identification I needed but he let me email him my car registration, then even printed it for me so I could have it in my car for future use. He and the rest of the staff working that day were efficient and friendly. Their rates for boxes are great!

I went into this store today for the first time, and even though it was almost closing time, and there was a long line, the lady behind the counter was friendly, helpful and professional. She skillfully managed the line and multi-tasked to help people through as best she could, and she helped me with the multiple things I needed to do. I would definitely go back again!

2021-02-14I visited the UPS store on Park boulevard today and was so pleased with my experience! I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get a notary to help me with my needs on a Sunday. I called in advance and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful. Her name was Mari-Tina. when I got there in person she made the whole experience smooth and way less painful than I expected. It was a really enjoyable and pleasant experience. The other member of the team that was there today did not help me directly but he was also very kind. Thank you for a great customer service experience!

2020-11-08The best place for shipping and printing! Everyone is always so kind and accommodating, especially Lisa who helped me ship over 6 boxes to Denver.
