UPS capital of crooked, shady business. Its always an issue with this location. The latest is a $200+ dollar package that was to be delivered with a signature. When the package was not delivered, the note received as well as an online notice said the package was available to pick up at this store. When I arrived, I was told that a MIKE had signed for the package, and that they did not have the package or a worker named MIKE, DESPITE a physical note and electronic notice showing it was at their store. I would recommend staying clear of this fine establishment. If anybody finds MIKE can you let him know Im looking for my belongings? Id appreciate it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Yesterday, I had my fiance drop in a box with the papers including the invoice that need to be put on the box.I informed my fiance to just go in the store and drop the box with the papers and request for an email receipt.1. The guy says he cant provide the email receipt (which doesnt make sense because I get one emailed to me with the UPS location here in Vancouver, Canada)2. My fiance gives all the paperwork + the invoice and the guy goes I dont need the invoice thats for you.So how about this morning, I get a call from UPS export notifying me that the invoice is missing and needs to be provided.....Does this guy even know his job...and Im pretty sure he was the manager. Theres always an issue with this location and Im not even from SB. YOU GUYS DELAYED MY PACKAGE BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT YOURE DOING. Thank you :)Luckily the UPS that I go to here (PS: Im from Vancouver, Canada), is rectifying the situation you have caused because you couldnt follow a simple rule of just taking all the paperwork that my fiance had given to you.

On 04-14-2022 I called to inquire about cable box drop off. She said I needed my account number. I was told by AT&T I wouldnt need my account number. I went to the one in Highland didnt need my account number. Her customer service needs improving. Also she needs to be updated on procedures.

If I could Give them 0 stars I would. I got A message from ups and the store I ordered From to let me know my package was delivered and available for pick up. I stood In a long line and the girl told me the item was not checked. I explained To her it was an inconvenience for me to keep coming back. She didn’t care. I called UPS and they told me my item has been available for pick up since 11 am. I should Of been able to pick up my package. Horrible customer service.

Went in to have some documents copied and they were so much help. I was even able to print some documents from my email. I will definately go back for anything else i may need copied/printed.

Elizabeth, the store manager, has terrible customer service. She has poor listening skills and I don’t believe she has the knowledge or wherewithal to comprehend the simple task of management and their role to deliver a great customer experience. She is incredibly unqualified and I’m sure she also lacks basic education.Do not support this store because she is lazy which I’m sure sets the tone for her staff.

This place was horrible i should have read reviews before coming here, i went in to send a package but i needed a to print the prepaid label so i asked how much it was the guy working the desk said it was 25 cents so i was like ok cool he said send the document to our email and we will print it so i did that then i go up to pay and suddenly its 3.25$ i asked why he said they charge to open the email apart from how ridiculous that is since he never provided any other option to get my label printed it is also horrible customer service to not disclose all charges for a transaction and also he had me past the label onto my box before even telling me how much it was so sneaky like they know this is a complaint and they weasel people into this all the time disgusting never coming here again and i recommend anywhere else literally anywhere else for package and printing needs

Dude the girl with the purple hair needs a happy meal or something. Like why work here if your gonna be in a bad mood all the time. Literally every time I come she’s in a mood. Life is not that bad! Be happy you have a job to go to.

Do not take your passport pictures here. While taking my photo the manager Elizabeth was showing one of the workers how to use the camera while I was standing in front of the camera waiting to have my picture taken. They just suddenly took the photo with out even giving me a countdown or letting me know the picture was about to be taken. Of course in my photo I came out looking like I wasn’t even ready because of the sudden flash in my face! I requested to retake my picture and manager refused unless I wanted to pay again. She said this is like the DMV we only take one picture. Yeah but at least the dmv gives you a countdown before taking it. Very rude and unprofessional on their behalf.

Twice I’ve come here for Amazon returns and even though I chose the option for free, drop off, no box needed return (they even have a big sign in the store that says the same thing) both times they tried to charge me to return saying I needed to purchase a box. The first time I didn’t know better and paid. This time I showed the cashier my return code that said no box needed and pointed to the sign in the store that said the same thing, she just stared at me and made a dumb excuse repeating to me that I needed to buy a box. (The item was already in its own box by the way.) They try to scam you for more money even though they advertise free Amazon returns. They completely ignored what was on the return label and tried to make me pay.
