This is one of the best full service packaging and printing centers I have used. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.If you bring in items to ship, they will find the best size box and package your items for you at least cost for size and weight with no additional charge for service. They will print out shipping rates so you can compare costs for ground, air, next day/ 2 days plus for your shipment.I went in today and was out within 10 minutes. Services include packaging, shipping, copying, computer service, shipping products, private mailboxes and more.Wheel chair accessible and parking 🅿️ close to store front. You can expect a great experience at this location.

Staff went above and beyond the call. My phone’s battery died. They put the phone on charge.hooked me up with their Wi-Fi n my tablet and walked me through printing out 3 different projects containing like 30 pages. Sales lady was extremely helpful with letting me find the documents and then took over when needed in downloading them and printing them.One of my projects requires a notary and they do that too! All that and friendly too!

First and last time I would go here. Be aware of location of no name tags. They’ll be rude to you and threaten to charge you for using their tape. Unheard of 🤦‍♂️. I had instructions from Amazon to place labels on my package and didn’t have the time to tape upon arrival. I just came from another location to print the Information to place on the package and he insists that it didn’t matter(he must not be up to date with new procedures) or maybe he worked at Amazon years ago. Where’s the customer service in that when you have someone telling you otherwise and the instructions state that all documents must be on the package or it wouldn’t be accepted. Horrible, I even tried to show him the instructions I got from Amazon and he continues on about just come back and make sure it’s tape first .. what!? That’s why I’m here. They best put up a sign next time that they charge for tape use. Again, I’d walk out if these employees carry no name tags. Tarnished the good UPS customer service.

Disclaimer: I tend to write positive reviews with a dash of self-reflection.Today, I visited two UPS stores: UPS on Florin Road and UPS on Calvine Road. I had an I-9 for a prospective job that needed to be completed by a Notary Public. I have worked many jobs and had never seen something like this before so I was wont to believe the feedback I received from the Calvine and Florin Road location. With that having been said, I can understand why the first two stores werent sure how to support me. I do appreciate the first store referring me to the Calvine Road location. The Calvine Road location said that what I was asking for which was I need to have my I-9 notarized was illegal, which is a correct statement. So, I learned that my wording was asking for them to break the law. They did say that they could complete page 2 of the I-9 but could not complete the final page which was not part of the legal document of the I-9. I learned that word choice did and remains to matter. Read on for more clarification.I went to my car and stared at the paper, knowing that my company has moved forward hundreds upon 1000s of candidates in the state of California in spite of being a Florida-based company. So ... I called another UPS store, this Gerber store location. I explained my situation and suggested that perhaps I was in the wrong and had the wrong form. Turns out not too long ago, this store would have turned me away, too, were it not for another customer having a similar request. To confirm they could help me before driving their way, they requested I send a picture to their stores email. I sent it to them and they offered to stay on hold or for me to call back, which I thought was kind considering they had a line out the door and differently-trained staff present (I later learned).I showed up and they took care of the paperwork without a sitch. I guess this kind of paperwork involving a notary seal is very fresh for Notary. Just be aware that the I-9 document itself cannot be stamped upon, however, the additional page your company provides, may be able to be.Long story, short -- I learned I am still very impatient and I learned that paperwork is evolving to make it more efficient to hire people faster.I hope this posting helps another person with the same situation I was in. It will save you time to call ahead and persevere to email locations if you want support. I included a picture of the form my company provided me that was an additional page that is apart from the I-9.Also, thank you Mandy. Very much.

Is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive received in a long time. This UPS store TRULY knows what is means to be Customer oriented, great friendly, professional customer services with consistency. I used their printing, shipping and packing services separate times and the services were outstanding! It made me feel special to received such a great service.

I have been an e-commerce business owner for a 5 years now and have used many carriers to ship my orders. Over time I noticed that this UPS Store has been more reliable than any other carrier in the Sacramento area. The owner and manager are incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the shipping business. I have completely stopped using the US Postal Service due to an unbelievable amount of delays/late shipments that they have attributed to the current COVID situation. I have never had an issue This specific UPS location to date; and for this reason I have made this location my primary location to ship hundreds of orders a month through them. The quality of service is EXCELLENT!

I use UPS shipping for my personal business, I happened to be in the area and needed to ship a package. I am so glad that I walked in to this UPS location! Mandy and the rest of the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure each customer is taken care of. I have made this store my main shipping location, it is worth the drive from Elk Grove. A big thank you to Mandy and staff for always greeting me with a smile and taking care of my shipping needs.
