I had an awesome experience at this location. Erika was fast, efficient and kind. I live in the Pocket and recently visited the UPS location there. The person who helped me was quite rude and I left without shipping my package. I’ve been a server for over seven years so I understand and appreciate the value of strong customer service. Thank you Erika! 💕✨
Today I had a young lady with an.additude her name is KIM so cold and such bad vibes.I mean if your not happy dont take it out on the customer or stop acting like your a wanna be who you are not!! Be thankful you have a job and learn how to address customers they are the ones who GIVES YOU THE PAY CHECK!!!Btw...Best service to ask for is Jessica!
Fantastic service. I came in to return my amazon purchase and I couldnt of had a better experience. The container I brought in needed to be secured with a new swipe of tape and this fantastic employee did a tape gun reload that blew my mind! !!! Great job! Excellent! !
Super easy shipping. Came in with just what I wanted to send and an address label, and they took care of the rest. After a bad experience at the downtown post office I came here. They had everything I needed and were very helpful. Materials and shipping for less than what the post office was going to charge for a box.
While I was getting my signature notarized, the UPS Store notary guy was impolite, rude, and ill-mannered. For example, he ordered me to pull out my drivers license and demanded my address. My current address is written on said license, so I just pointed there. Other than the foregoing, my experience was fine and memorable.
Buyer Beware: I had a most unfortunate experience with this office of my (used to be favorite) UPS store. I paid this merchant an extra $40 for a UPS 2ND DAY AIR service to get my granddaughters 4th of July dress to her on time for a parade. When the package did not arrive, I called the main office who apologized and directed me to speak to the store manager. The store manager apologized and told me to speak to the main office. The package arrived the day after the parade. The local office manager insists the main office is responsibile for refunding my $40 dollars. The main office now says there is a deadline for asking for a refund.
I would avoid this location and UPS in general:This winter I tried to ship some computer memory to the Bay Area (RMA), a very simple and short trip. After I shipped off my package at this facility, my package was returned to my home address a few days later. I went back to this location for an explanation and mainly to give them a second try at sending it. They explained that it had gotten lost in their West Sacramento facility, and got started on offering me a refund. I told them that I was more interested in just having them mailing it off again, and they said that they would have to refund me first. Frustrated, I just went to FedEx nearby on J Street and the package was mailed without issue.A few months later (this afternoon), I checked on the status of a UPS delivery (another RMA) I was expecting today, and the delivery date has been changed to Monday (it is Friday now) evening by 9 PM. The package was sent from southern California from my home in Sacramento. Pretty simple, right? For some reason, the package was shipped just across the river to West Sacramento, and then it was shipped 60 miles away to Lathrop.I tried calling UPS Customer Service and was unable to actually speak with anybody. I think Im just going to stick with FedEx nearby, as they never seem to do strange and inefficient things like this.

2022-06-17Wow. The person helping me must be new, which I would’ve had compassion for had they mentioned that or had any customer service skills at all. Went in for 3 things, would’ve walked out accomplishing none of them were it not for their coworker who helped find the package I wanted to pickup. No stamps, not able to mail my two letters. Didn’t realize until they’d already dismissed me, I had to remind them I still had two things to mail, and our interaction wasn’t done. 3 minutes later they realized they were both to PO Boxes and thus they could not help.

2021-02-04Great store for mail, copy, and notary services. They adhere to COVID-19 safety precautions, social distancing, and masks. They processed two shipments for me boxing professionally boxing both. All for a reasonable price. They have mail boxes, copy equipment, and a customer work space. If you find my review helpful, please click the thumbs-up . Thank you.

2022-07-28The people at the counters were polite, but my fiancé had an appointment to get their Livescan fingerprints done and we were informed that the technician who administers the fingerprints had already left. Our appointment was at 2:30, and the technician had left for the day at 2. Why she left when we were on the schedule for 2:30 is a mystery to me, so unprofessional. We were not given a reason as to why she wasn’t there, we were simply told to come back tomorrow “because it’s less busy in the morning” which is funny considering we were the only people in there. Also, it doesn’t matter how busy you are if a customer has an appointment. Horrible experience.

2022-07-09This UPS doesnt allow you to make your own copies off a flash drive and charged $3 to make one black and white two sided copy. Go to UPS on Fair Oaks in Loehmanns Plaza and you can do your own for like 30 cents a copy

2019-12-21I have been coming to this store for years. I used to have my own online store and I boxed up my packages almost every day for the 4:00 pm truck. I have always had good experiences here and my recent stops were no exception. On my last two most recent trips what I needed was to scan an important document so that I could e-mail it.Ashley was the last person to help me and before her was Amanda.Ashley really distinguished her self with her amazing ability to quickly use whiteout to fix a mistake I made the last time. Both UPS counter persons that helped me were amazing. What impressed me most about their professionalism was how fast they worked the computer system. Both logged into the mail system especially for me to make sure everything was OK, eMailed me my scanned document and had me check on my cell phone to make sure it had gotten to me correctly. Both were examples of these new young people who understand computers and cell phones really well.At one point Amanda had her cell phone in one hand and was working the computer with the other as she sent a security confirmation to her phone to log into the system.UPS is great at team work. While one team mate is helping the customer the other scans the document. While it seems to me that the UPS counter workers keep getting younger, smarter and in Ashley and Amandas case more beautiful, some things have not changed.Around this time of year the packages start to come in faster and UPS really starts to hustle. Note the pile of packages in my photos.

2021-11-20I dropped a prepaid/pre-labeled package off at this shop and they gave me a receipt, but did not scan the package’s barcode. There was zero tracking available and the box has mysteriously disappeared, and never made it to the recipient. I have filed a claim with UPS, but nothing has come of it yet.Not sure where the package went. But last we saw it was on the counter of the UPS store. When I called the shop to ask they said all packages get put on the truck the same day…but again, zero tracking because it was never scanned.

2021-07-18I’m just not sure why this employee had an attitude with us. She wasn’t happy or polite at all. We returned equipment from AT&T and this location is supposed to take the equipment and the return will show it as received immediately to your account. She seemed upset that we didn’t want to label the box even after I explained the nightmare we had last time when we were charged for equipment that had been returned before that ended up missing/lost in transit. She barked at us to remove it from the box and it was a box within a box so after removing it she grabbed the other box and removed the receiver and told us rudely that we needed to take the box with us since they can’t take them. She was matter of fact and as I turned to leave I let her know that she needed to be a nicer person. Her response was ‘you’ve been helped’. My response to her is that you don’t know what is going on in another person’s day but you can help by not being rude to people who didn’t treat you that way. Maybe a job working around the public is not for you!

2021-07-28We all have a different experiences. For me its always been horrible at this location. Example, doing an Amazon return. If ur phones not fast, and ur not fast, and u have more than 1 return forget it. U get rolling of the eyes and attitude from who ever is doing the return. They talk down to u like ur dumb if u have a question. This place has always been full of employees who act like they hate their jobs, and ur a inconvenience. I can go on but ill leave it at that. Ill never go there again.

2022-06-03It costs $2.5 for them to receive a document on their computer so you can then pay them for printing! Ridiculous.

2021-11-01Kim enjoyed refusing to accept my amazon return, demaning that I box it, funny how the ups store on freeport does not require that. Thanks again Kim!
