Michael, the manager, was extremely helpful when I went in to get my live scan. I first went to a different UPS store to get it done and my card kept getting declined there for seemingly no reason. Something must have been wrong with their system because that had never happened to me before and there was no reason for it to happen. Michael helped me the second I walked in the door and completed my live scan quickly and efficiently while also being friendly. He provided excellent customer service and allowed me to start my morning off in a great mood. If I ever need anything else, this is the only UPS store I will be coming to in the future.
I never felt comfortable with there service. Do I know they are going to pack the dishes carefully? No. Do I for sure know there is actually additional insurance on the dishes? No. Just because she said so, but could offer no proof. I am hoping for the best. Dishes and art arrived perfectly. Silly of me to worry added more stars
I did file a complaint with UPS Corporate regarding the policy of charging $5.00 per copy at this store, such as a printed label or packing slip. UPS Corporate indicated that every story could charge their own set prices with no UPS mandated guidelines or oversight.The employees are professional and unfortunately have to relay the printing charge to the customers through no fault of their own. One employee relayed to me that they did have a meeting and this charge was brought up, but that allegedly: The owner will not change his policy of charging $5.00 per copy.There is a printing store in the same center that prints for a few cents rather than $5.00 if the customer does not have a printer.I would suggest going to another location altogether and there are many options nearby in Riverside.
I needed a notary. Please call ahead and find out which day and time they are available. I did this and made another call when heading to the location to make sure that the notary was indeed there which was affirmed. However, in the 15 minutes it took for me to get there the notary had left and gone to another location. I was told to wait 30 minutes for them to return.I went to the location on Magnolia and Jurupa in Riverside and the notary was there and extremely helpful. She deserves 5 stars but the other locations nonchalance took away from the positive experience.
Wouldnt hurt for the customer service to be a little better. It was like I was talking to a baseball bat.Also... Got charged $5 to have my tracking slip printed. Blasphemous! I get it its hard times these days but sheesh.Had no choice but to pay it. Felt like I was being robbed while stranded on side of road. UPS or this location should look over this. Waaaay too much imo. $1 should be plenty for a sheet of paper and some toner
I gave Leslie my slip for 1 package. She gives it to me and I leave. I get a notice that both of my packages arrived at the same time. So I went back the next day and talked with both employees and not Leslie. She wasnt there. I gave them the tracking number for my watch and said it was delivered. The employees told me Leslie marked that she gave me 2 packages. The next day I go back in when Leslie was theyre and said the same to her. She is very rude. Tries not to listen and over talk people. I politely said I will wait for the investigation and the video of the exchange where it clearly shows u gave one package. This is not the first time this has happened to me. That happened on the 16th of September. I am still waiting for my very expensive watch to show up. Now reading the other comments it seems I need to call corporate and Im sure theres more of us out there. When I first purchased this box they had almost a 5 star rating. I also have to change due to a huge trust factor. With workers like Leslie, a lawyer gets ahold of this and there might be a class act lawsuit. Very unsatisfied customer. Please stop putting other peoples mail in my box. Update, the new manager is what this location needed. He is very polite and treats me like Im very important. Thank u. Five stars on the change in management.
I come to this store often to ship my packages and I have to say that with in the past year Ive seen a huge turn around in the store. The store is very clean and new staff are very kind and professional. Came in Monday (March 22,2021) and Mike (The Store Manager) along with Gabby saved me a trip to Kohls and helped me change my Amazon return to a UPS location. I dont ever do reviews but the experience I received at this location was exceptional.
SHADY BUSINESS.I went into this store today to get one package mailed out and to print one paper. I was helped out by Leslie. She quoted me $4.50 to print ONE paper and $11 to mail out my small package that I knew shouldve only been around $5-6. Unbelievable.I frequently mail out and print from UPS stores and never have I ever been quoted these outrageous pricing. I went to the UPS on Canyon Crest, it cost $0.54 to print and $5 to mail out my package. WOW. Be cautious of this location. The owner needs to be aware that taking advantage of your customer is NOT the way to go about retaining business.
I paid almost $35 to send an envelope of documents 2nd day air on 06/24/20. I was there before noon on that day. I needed the package to arrive before the end of the day on 06/26 so I paid the extra money. It did not arrive until 06/30 at 1pm, OVER 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER!! I could have mailed it at the Post Office much cheaper. Since UPS did not provide the service I paid for, I asked for a refund which they refuse to provide. Use FedEx, they are MUCH more reliable and stay away from these crooks who charge for services not provided!
LESLIE Needs to be Fired ASAP and is hurting this Location. I received a Package from my Supplier. I wasnt able to pick it up for a Few Weeks (Almost a Month) but that is NO EXCUSE for the Fact that Half my Order was Missing, Not in the Original Box, had been opened then resealed, and was missing a Pen and other Freebies. The Manager LESLIE called me back Today to Discuss this issue. And by Discuss I mean be Extremely Rude with me, Constantly cut me off and talk over Me, and provide the Worst Excuse for Customer Service Ive Experienced ANYWHERE EVER. CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW. Which she refused to give me the Number to so I had to Google it! Been at this location for Years, and after this Experience, Im ready to go elsewhere.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a foul smell. Similar to rotten eggs. The rep came up front and was not rude, but not particularly friendly. I just wanted to drop off some books to return to Amazon. The guy wanted me to use two boxes (two different rentals going to the same destination) and wanted to charge me for tape. I understand that I wont get credit for the return until either I use two boxes and two labels or, if I use one box, I have to wait for Amazon to scan both packing slips. This is the 3rd time I have returned books to Amazon and the first time to be asked for tape. I did not feel comfortable with the guy (felt I was being given a hard sell and if I consolidated the shipment, 1 book could go missing). I left and dropped off the books at another UPS store with no issues. They need to better train their staff and also get that smell out!
Worst Customer service and lack of knowledge.Apparently no one there knows how to do live scans. I went there at 9:30am today Wednesday Feb.12 2020 and I put the date just in case management is reading this so they can know exactly who was working there. Any how, the lady that was there at 9:30am told me that the person who supposedly does the finger scans was going to be there until 10:30am and that she was going to be there until 7pm but if I could it would be better to be there at 6:30 pm so I decided to go after work instead. I got there at 5:30pm and waited to be assisted until 5:45pm. Meanwhile I was watching these two young girls that work there help the customers. One of the girls needed help and asked this third girl to help her to what this third girl replied I cant help you sorry. So about 13 min went by until it was my turn. And the same young girl that needed help was the one who was assisting me and didnt know how to do it so she asked me to wait. While I was waiting the third girl that was there came to me and told me that she was the one who does the live scans and she wasnt able to help me since she has been off the clock for the past 40 min or so. Im not sure if that is true or not but if that was true why was she still there? Where am I going with this? Well why arent they clear about the time there are able to do things or not. If they are understaffed or if no one there know how to do them. I never write bad reviews but I feel this time its appropriate to do so to get the managements attention. You guys need to train your staff better. Or you guys will loose a lot of customers.
Rude as heck!! Two girls working that had “Zero sense of customer service”. Completely unprofessional. Date 6/1/2020 when I went into the store. I have NEVER left a review on anyone until today. I am 37 years old. That should tell you how horrible the employees are at this location. HORRIBLE!!!!!
Staff is untrained, cant handle basic tasks without calling the manager which takes several hours. Never gets back to you when they say they will. I needed a package rerouted so I was told it would be 20 bucks extra. Said Id get a call from the manager if there was an issue. No call and no answer when I called the store. Finally called the 1800 number only to be told that rerouting is not possible, so I paid for nothing.

2022-07-23Really happy with this location. Staff is incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Theres low turnover, so you get a chance to know them and they will recognize you as a regular and (when possible) have your packages ready when they see you coming in. Ive seen them handle the stress of long holiday lines while staying professional. There are multiple notaries on staff. Parking is tough around 5 when the bank next door is busy, but most of the time you can get spot out front. They offer a hand truck if you get large packages and have offered to help me to the car from time to time when Ive had a lot of packages. We have used them for over 3 years as our businesses shipping and receiving location. Never had anything lost, and they are ok with us sometimes having large volume of packages coming in. Lots of other services to get, scanning, keys, passport photos, copies and so much more.

2022-08-24The staff is fine and the location is convenient, but parking can be a hassle. I try to not park in the row of spots directly in front of the storefront because you can get trapped by cars leaving the parking lot, and people dont let you out. Beyond that, its a fine store in a useful location. Its just a pain to park.

2022-07-24I had a mailbox here for over 2 years and have been coming here for 15 years to handle all of my shipping needs. The staff over the years have all been great. They were always helpful and kind and once I became a box holder they really got to know me and became what I would consider to be a friend. They knew me by name, had my packages ready and waiting for me, would stay late to get my things to me or put them where I could get to them. Thank you for all the years of excellent customer service! The manager Michael is great at his job and knows how to handle any issues that have come up for me asap. Christina and Kimberly always have a great attitude and smile on their faces. Wonderful customer service! That’s why I only come to this UPS store they are far superior to any of the others. Thanks for all your help!!!

2022-06-08I have had a mailbox at this UPS store for 8 years. The customer service has been excellent over the years. I am there every other day because I get packages delivered there for my work. Important packages! The Manager, Mike, has gone above and beyond on several occasions regarding package tracking and when their system is down (due to technology, not their fault. This happens to all of us at some point) he still finds a way to help in any way he can. All the employees there like Leslie, Gabriela, and Christina are awesome and have my packages ready for me when I get there. They even help me to my car with heavy packages. (Thanks Mike!!) I don’t know what I’d do without the people at this UPS store. Thank you for all the years of great service. I highly recommend this UPS store

2022-03-17Do not waste your time at this UPS. The staff are unprofessional and incompetent. I paid for live scan here and the results were too blurry. I came back and they did it a second time for me. The new number they gave me shows no record found. After coming back a third time, their live scan computer was down. The fourth time they were still no help to me and when i asked for a refund they refused me. I paid for a service I did not actually receive. I had a horrible experience and will not come back to this location. I also came to this same store a few years ago for a passport photo which was rejected due to being the wrong dimensions. Do not pay for anything here except mail.

2022-08-09I dont know about all these other negative reviews but I need to give credit where credit is due! Mike(The Manager) and Kim are amazing and helped me ship out some real sentimental items to my mother back east. Ive been to other UPS Stores and the service just isnt comparable to this location. They really went above and beyond and also added a AAA discount to my shipment! I will definitely come back for all my shipping needs!

Not only did one of the girls provide me with great service and help me out by finding a way to make my transaction more cost effective but the other male worker was so kind and courteous while helping another female costumer with her return. I’m glad to have these guys in our community. Made my big miserable return just a little better.

2022-07-13All I read are comments of negativity. I have been using this location since I moved here almost a year ago to date.Never have I come across the issue of previously posted folks. The single incident that messed up my trip was that the system for Amazon was down. 🙄I go here at least 1-2 times a week for business. If there was any rude persons in that store it surely was the inpatient customers who (that I have witnessed) have no knowledge of the shipping/receiving industry.Slow down, take a breath and sometimes you have to realize that YOU, yeah YOU Karen, are NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE REST OF THE WORLD.

2022-06-04Package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but it was delayed until Friday afternoon. I get to this UPS Store to pick it up but it was 6 minutes after the store closed. The employee was still there. I was due to leave town early the next morning and needed the package for the trip. I tried explaining this to her in hopes that she would let me pick it up. She didnt even have the common courtesy or professionalism to come to the door so she can hear me. Instead, she stood behind the counter talking while I was outside the store. Very rude!

2022-05-21I was charged $10 to pickup a simple package there, shipped via UPS, on the day the parcel arrived. Since I (quote) didnt have a mailbox there, they insisted on charging me $10. I asked the girl working there where I could find the sign (or website) where they posted this policy. Her only answer was We are a franchise and We dont have a website. She then proceeded to hand me their business card (drum roll please) with a website on it...with an incorrect website address. I ended up finding their actual website online w/the correct URL, that doesnt state a single thing about the policy. So, yeah, Shame on their corporate for letting anyone & everyone send packages through there, via UPS, but charging people a fee to pick them up.
