Diogo is amazing. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. He helped me locate and resolve a package that was delivered to the wrong address. This would have been a really stressful and bad experience if it wasn’t for his excellent knowledge of the system and his thoughtful help and care.

Simply the best! My monthly mailers right to my door with tracking. Saves me so much time and energy only go to this location they are the best! owner is flawless this is a important part of my business. And the owner is great and always makes sure my life is stress free and the job gets done promptly. He can even get it all done remotely no matter where you are. Use this location if you need the job done promptly and right the first time! They are highly tech savvy. Refreshing to see at a UPS Store as it some locations/owners can be a nightmare. I had a package shipped from this location i paid $35 for a small envelope to go to Sacramento and not only did it not show up on time or even the same day they had no care that we paid for that service... They also suspended refunds or credits for packages that are delayed. Definitely never using ups again...

Went to this UPS location to print out some stickers for my business. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted my upon arrival. Even though the store was fairly busy the staff was able to get my request taken care of quickly. The owner of the store was also very friendly and even opened the door for me on my way out, which was a very nice touch. I had a great experience overall and would recommend everyone to check out this UPS location. Excellent customer service!

Three Mondays in a row and the store is not open at 8am as stated on the website and door sign. Today it was 8:09 before the employee showed up and opened the front door. I gave up waiting for her to unlock all the gates. Open at 8am means ready for business. I left and went to the 2625 Middlefield Rd store and received great customer service.

Binny was really friendly and helpful. We’re from the east coast, so he told us a little bit about the town. He helped us ship some wine back to Georgia. Recommended!

I have been in here twice when the staff was not wearing their masks. The first time it was while serving a customer. The second time when I mentioned it they did not offer to put them on.
