This store is one of the worst store I have to deal business with. Whenever I called to speak to manager George, hes never there. Never returns my calls or email. My friend drop off a machine to be shipped to me in which I paid for it. I requested them to package, ship, and insured and paid close to $480 for it. I received my package all broken up inside and they( this store and freight claim) are shifying blame and denying my claim. Now I have to take them to court for the damages.
NEGATIVE stars. Many, many, many negative stars.This place is beyond awful.The employees are stupid and incompetent.They shipped packages for us overseas, did not do the paperwork correctlyand we were not able to claim our items.And they didnt care.And they did nothing to help us.I have been calling every day for 8 days and still havent heard back from the manager.I hope they go out of business quickly, they deserve to.
My experience was pleasant. I use this location because it is conveniently located in my town to return packages to Amazon, Zappos, etc... I have also used their fax machine on multiple occasions & they charge a fraction of what the other mail centers in Palisades charge. Parking can prove to be difficult but thats the case with most businesses in the village.
This is a review for Miguel the Notary that works at this UPS store (he also does all the other stuff as well) He was efficient and kind and professional. It was a last minute thing and we were so happy to find a notary and even happier that he made the experience so turn-key.
Very poor. Except for one individual service is demeaning and downright rude. Specially a girl called Britney. One serious problem they have is with the administration of the accounts. It seems no one has the responsibility of maintaining a customer ledger. I pre-paid my account for one year and my box remained past due (rejecting mail) for two weeks and would not have found out if I had not called three days in a row to inquire the status of my mail. In addition customers calling on the phone are delegated to the end of the line if there are customers at the store. In other words, you are told to call later because they are busy. This went on for three days.
What a terrible experience and store. Avoid it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. When you actually download the files to be printed and go to the store to pick them up, they inform you then, when you are in store, that they cant access the site to print. They charge you. Dont tell you it isnt done, and wait for you to get to the store. It defies logic. Avoid this place.
I worked for this company an entire week and the owner never paid me. I was very distraught, crying, and overwhelmed because I am a single mother. I needed this money not only for myself but my children as well. This man took from me and has never given what was earned. Still hurting now.

2022-07-16UPS should be unnoticeable. Then you know job is being done great. When you do need to contact the office, it means something is not right.

2021-05-25Sadly this store has cost me so much money by my packages disappearing after drop off. Amazon returns, business fulfillment’s and personal gifts all have been dropped off, checked in and then that’s the last it’s been seen. Disappointed since the shop is just around the corner and so convenient. But can’t trust them to get the job done.

2021-02-20Nice people. However, there was no one in front of me in line, and it took 25 minutes to pack and ship one item. Additionally, they charged me $16 for the “auto-generated” packing fee (not materials - just $16 for physically taping the bubblewrap together) and then $6.99 for each bubblewrap sheet they used, and he said they used 3. So that’s $21 for some bubblewrap, and then $16 for taping the bubblewrap together. I typically ship from other UPS locations and I’ve never been charged like this before.

2021-11-04Literally tried FOUR times to get something notarized here. Voicemail said “the service is available during business hours, no appt necessary”…Each of the four times I went, was told “he had to step out”. So unprofessional and unhelpful

2016-07-29This place should not have any stars - but it would not let me post unless I clicked on one!Rented a box from this UPS store for a three month period. Paid in full up front, have received countless emails asking me to renew my box yet have NOT RECEIVED ONE PIECE OF MY MAIL. I inquired repeatedly over the last six weeks since I knew that mail was being sent to me. This week I went in to return the keys since I was not getting any mail and SURPRISE! my box was stuffed with mail dating back to the end of May. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and finally the owner returned my call. His position...the US Postal Service was holding my mail. He never once accepted responsibility for my situation. Only wanted to make excuses and offer me nothing in return. Do not use this store. The mail is not put in your box and the employees have no idea what they are doing. From the owner, Dan, down its an establishment that should be avoided.

2016-07-08Worst total scam, you will not be identified as the shipper. Package shipped NOV 15 damaged picked up lost the ups store revived the Package 2660.33 value denied the package did not inform me or communicate with me at all, was destroyed this 81/2 months ago they did not call me and the owner called me liar. when I proved him wrong the owner just quit communicating. He dose not care about you or your belongs do not use this store I have no resolution still and will end up in civil court despite purchasing insurance. He uses his account to charge you more money you more money and remove your ability to participate in the insurance process he is committing fraud.

2020-05-02Every time I have to use their services, they never fail. Sure, sometimes I have to wait in line, but that’s ok.They can even do notary services, and photocopies color and/or black.Of course, they ship everywhere and they sell shipping supplies that comes so much handy when we are just here like... eeh, do you have a box?

2020-01-14If I could give a business 0/5 stars I would. I opted for the option to get the package signed because the possessions inside had sentimental value to me. Not only was the package dropped on my doorstep (no signature was required), but I also think the people who helped me intentionally attached this sticker so that my package would get stolen. Shame on the people who were involved. Do not do business here.
