I stopped at store 0250 on Telegraph Canyon Rd in Chula Vista, CA to do a multitude of things and Rafael was EXTREMELY helpful. He was very pleasant, and seemed excited to help me. He has no problems helping me prep my package for the post office or scanning the gazillion Amazon returns I had. He kept a smile on his face during the entire transaction. I am very pleased with my experience at this location.

An employee named Rafael helped me, and he offered some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a UPS! I was sending a baby shower present to Ireland, and was trying to fit all the items into the smallest box possible. He saw me struggling and offered me an alternative box that could be cut down to the correct size. He helped me pack the items and tape up the box. Very friendly and helpful and helped me save money on shipping with the smallest box possible for the items. Thank you Rafael!

Took my 14 year old sons man bag here to be shipped overnight and arrive by Monday at noon to Los Angeles and NO Surprise!! Not received. Charged me $59.83 bucks! Now all this store can tell me is it was picked up but OH the driver didn’t scan it! So now I have no idea where my son’s belongings are. I should have boxed it my self and not let the “manager” do it. Should not have went against my intuition and went somewhere else.

The employees at this store are lazy and do not or will not help. We had a very important package one employee said they were too busy and that they had 109 packages to process. Another employee said they had 300 pack to process and both just stood there not helping anyone. Three more employees stood in the back not helping anyone. I called the UPS customer service 800 number and spoke to someone outside the US….no help what so ever!!!!!!!!!!

Staffs here are really friendly. They explain to you everything that you need, give you options when sending stuffs. I just like going to this branch even though theres one closer to me. Parking could be hard here sometimes tho.

Been having my P.O box here for 2 years and I have not had no issue with service at all! So helpful the staff and overall quick. The only downside would be parking, esepcially when picking up boxes or mail that is heavy, I would have to park across the parking lot on infront of Mission Bank. But apart from that, 5 stars!Update after 6 years?Still as amazing as the first day doing business with them. Locally owned, helpful staff. Its just a great spot to go to. Still a 5 star spot!!!

I was a mailbox rental customer for 3 months. Though I felt their customer service was good, I left because of fees charged if you dont pick up parcels/packages within a certain time frame. Because of my personal schedule, that wont work for me.

Do not bring your Amazon returns here. They always seem to get lost and not make it to Amazon. Its happened three times so far. Its too bad this location is the closest Amazon return location to me.

I had to ship a mac book air to Los Angeles the other day and came by to this UPS store early in the morning on 2/14/2018. The laptop was in its original box but asked the person in charge for another box to not only protect the laptop further but to hide its contents. I told him I wanted the laptop to be delivered 2 days later (By Friday 2/16) and wanted to declare the value of the laptop at $1300 since it was only about 1 month old. To my surprise the total came to around $80 dollars + because of the box and the high value of the item I was shipping. There was one problem: The box he was quoting me was big enough to fit probably 10+ of the only laptop I was shipping. I told him I needed a smaller box but he told me it was the only box he had and that I was welcome to select any other box out of a list he had. He didnt seem to want to help me. The box size was part of the reason for the high cost of shipping and he didnt want to give me any other choice. So I thanked him and headed to one of their competitors that I wont name. They offered me a box size that was perfect for what I wanted to ship (A little bit bigger than the original mac book air box I had), they helped me put it in the box, offered me next day delivery (by 2/15/2018) and included a 1300 declared value for a total of exactly $28.26. That is a much better price than the UPS store wanted to charge me. Hopefully management of this UPS store reads this review and improves their service and prices.
