I came in today to ship 2 boxes next day air, And I did not believe leave in love at 1st sight until I saw Ericka today, At that moment my heart had a pulse. Could it have been from carrying 2 big boxes into the store? Maybe, But this felt real, And I couldnt be any happier with her service, I had to really hold myself back and refrain from complimenting her And possibly embarrassing myself, The tone in her voice was so soothing that I felt like I was at home, This is the best experience I have ever had at any UPS store.

Great people always helpful and always smiling. I drop off packages daily and have never had a problem. Dont understand how if a company has a policy that does not coincide with the customers want they leave a negative review its called the UPS store not the USPS store.

Ive been to this location multiple times for multiple reasons. Just recently I went in to have some documents notarized. Every time I go in Im met with a friendly face, and quick/efficient service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

It was clean, quite and very quick customer service. They were polite and I was in, dropped off all 4 packages and out in under 5 minutes.

The individuals working in this location are not intelligent enough to know what they can and cannot ship. This is the closest UPS store to my house, but I will not spend another dime at this location. Do yourself a favor and use an alternate UPS site.
