I send a International package on the 4/9/22 I was promised package will get there on the 4/18/22 granteed ,today is 05/03/22 I went to UPS store regarding where my package is they told me to call usps ,we cant help you with it ,its so disappointing and very embarrassing when you told someone that package will be there by the 18 of April, I mean I paid UPS $128 for shipping, where is my package!!! Very very dissatisfied poor and slow service ...hope to hear from you soon please stop misleading people and tell them that you cannot provide the service...

I had the greatest experience taking with Amy who is their employee at the (Panama) location. She went above and beyond her duties and was so kind and willing to help me resolve a delivery issue. Long story short, I was trying to retrieve a time sensitive document to be delivered in Bakersfield the following day, but by the time it would be delivered I would already be at LAX. The mission at hand was to intercept the document before Bakersfield and to see if I could pick it up at the nearest UPS next to LAX. With a little digging it turned out that the document was already in Bakersfield because of the next day/air delivery and it was ready to be picked up at the Sillect Avenue location ready for deliver the next day but I could retrieve it as soon as we can. Amy was excellent at her communication skills, her abilities to decipher problem solving, and engagement process through quick thinking. She is definitely trained well and I have to applaud her upper management in her career development.

Without realizing it (I thought the store closed at 7pm), I entered the store at 6:29pm, 1 minute before closing, and the workers were really kind and provided amazing service, as always. So this tired mama thanks you for being awesome despite being THAT customer. Thank you!

Poor Service ! I went there thinking its UPS store but they shipped my package for international shipping via USPS without even telling me. I even paid more than $ 115.00 happily for super light weight package for 5-7 days shipping thinking I am shipping with UPS. But I noticed USPS on the receipt after I exit the store. I went back to ask about it but it was done deal and they said if my package has any problem they are not going to help and I will be calling USPS. Now, my package is actually 7 days late already and still stuck at Los Angeles International Distribution Center. Unable to reach USPS in person to find out whats going on with my package. The UPS store messed it up for me.So, I am regretting going to this UPS store. I think I should have gone to FedEx. You should too !!!

By far my favorite UPS Store. The girls there are so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming to this store for for all my shipping needs and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend this location!

Customer service was great. They were very nice. They also do faxing. It came out to be $3.50 for faxing 3 papers (included the cover paper). It was my first time faxing, so I have no other business/place to compare the price to, but it was a reasonable price. Also, the process was quick and took less than 5 minutes.

Charged $10 for me to email them a “free” return label and print it. Won’t be sending anything via UPS when I actually pay for it with this kind of price gouging/customer service. Trying to make up your losses from Amazon by gouging customers isn’t the way to do it.

Came here a last year, my experience here was horrible. The two ladys upfront where rude and they didnt even help me.But coming back today and i hope theyre not rude this time. If they are one star all the way.

Worst service I have received, the employee who helped me was rude and didnt seem to want to help me send parts back to the manufacturer just because they were long gun parts and keep in mind that those parts are not ffl items, and ups delivered them to my house. I called the ups on white lane and the guy was happy to help me.
