Nice and friendly staff! I Usually don’t review for this type of thing but I wanted to give these workers some credit!Customer service is not easy ! but for the people who seem to enjoy their job and actually like what they do I alway try to thank and appreciate them.
Unfriendly. Understaffed. And unwilling to be helpful. For notary try Long Realty on Live Oak and and Baldwin by big lots. Ask for Kelly. This place is deliberately not helpful.You did not maintain a level of professionalism and this response is only evidence of your lack of professionalism.I had the documents corrected but for the record anyone who wishes to notarize anything there are CALIFORNIA AMMENDMENT FORMS that are ready to be properly used to correct any mistake. Especially common ones like Alexandro and Alejnadro misspelling which given the area you work in you should be aware of. But more importantly given the profession you chose you elected not to be helpful or consult or ask about these forms.I already made UPS corporate aware of your attitude and opened a complaint because I think your not having known or consulted or found the forms that LONG REALTY and escrow had ready? Speaks to your discriminating against myself and my mother. So I will be following up with this comment you just uploaded.Furthermore to publicaly detail the transactions of my paperwork shows a professional falsely vindictive and petty attitude. I’m sorry are you trying to accuse me of something?I am escalating and forwarding all this to corporate.Have a good day.

2022-05-19This has by far been the worst experience at a UPS Store Ive ever had. After setting up 2 business mailboxes with this location, Robert and his staff have constantly given us incorrect information, provided terrible customer service, and created unnecessary work for our business.Nothing is allowed to be handled over the phone. We cannot put corporate payment methods on-file, but rather the individuals must pay IN-PERSON with their personal cards.They also required unreasonable requests for the corporation to have their person home address registered with the state under the business name, leaving no privacy and protection for the business owners.More importantly, Robert and his staff have been very rude and unwilling to provide basic customer service to treat his customers like decent human beings.Again, by far to most unprofessional mailbox experience Ive had in my entire professional career.Please do yourself a favor and go to another UPS Store.

2022-03-26Went to return an Amazon package but realized from cashier that I had to put it in another box although I didnt have one... Shareef jumped in and was super nice and provided me a box and to print my label, this one time, because he was in the middle of a ups package drop and didnt want me in the way! Way to go.

2022-05-19I DO NOT recommend this UPS store for anyones business mailbox needs. My experience with these people has been unpleasant enough to have me move my business elsewhere because Ive had enough.

2021-09-07No matter how busy this store gets, (and it does get bust once in awhile) I have always been treated as if I matter and that my business is important. I love having this service right here in the neighborhood where it is never inconvenient to go. Ive used several UPS Stores out and about and find this location to be the best in customer service. I highly recommend them.

2022-03-02Went there to drop off returns from Amazon that says no box needed and the customer service refuse to take it without a box. I never encounter the situation in other store. Will never return to this one!

2021-02-05I had dropped off an overnight parcel well before the cutoff time for delivery. This parcel was very important and needed to be delivered to a title company today for closure of a sale. When I was notified that it hadnt been delivered I tried to track it and there was no information other than when I dropped it off. I immediately thought it never left the store and I was right. I went back and asked about it and the person found it still in the box for pickups. When I asked what happened the man had no clue and offered a weak excuse and blamed the driver. If this man was the owner he should have stepped up and taken full responsibility but no. This leads me to believe that they have no system to ensure the packages are routed properly at all otherwise it wouldnt have been overlooked. It actually looks disorganized due to the volume of packages in the store so I am not surprised. This failure cost myself and a few other people money and I plan to pursue reimbursement. Bottom line is if you have something that really needs to be delivered on a deadline dont come here.

2019-10-06Awesome customer service! I love that it’s open on Sundays when I need to shop stuff after my business trips! Other UPS stores have started charging for re-taping a package or even taping a package from the start. The little shipping pouches are also complimentary. You just have to ask the fella behind the counter. I can’t recall his name, but each Sunday he’s always there and very well dressed. He always welcomes guests with a smile and super helpful!

2020-10-31Unfriendly and miss informed about UPS requirements. Called before going in to ship a item. Cleared my item met requirements. Upon arrival they refused package unless I purchased their shipping envelope/container. Unsatisfactory Will not be a returning customer.

2021-10-28This ups they ask you to make an appointment but the notary person is rude and doesn’t want to help because he said he is alone, but nobody and no costumer insideAnd HE LIED SAYING HE CALLED TO CANCEL my appointment and HE SAID HE LEFT messages but I didn’t received the call and no messages HE HAS THE NERVED TO LIE TO ME in my FACEWhat an asshole…… wasted my time fir 2 days going back and forth HE iS A LIAR
