I have been a customer of this store for years. It was a great store with friendly efficient staff. In the last 6 months (I think there are new owners) the prices have gone beyond reasonable and the service has declined. Today I was told they no longer were doing US mail service. I had a 11.5x9” envelope weighing 5.5oz. I was told it would be $22 to send and their new minimum shipping is $11+. No thank you, I’ll take my packages to another store

This store used to be enjoyable to shop and do business with. Never any issues. Not anymore. The staff has terrible customer service skills. Even though my wife and I overlooked a small detail with a return, she still shouldnt have left the store feeling unwelcomed and upset. Skylar has the worst attitude of all the staff there and should be dealt with accordingly. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been in this store but haven’t been in since the last couple of months and wow let me tell you this store is so much more clean and smells really good, everything is well maintained and management is awesome! Staff is very professional and helpful! Not what it used to be. Will be seeing me more often!

This store used to have stellar customer service, but since Dawn left the employees there now are rude and LAZY. I had a package delivered at 10:30am and my son went to pick it up for me and was told it won’t be ready for another hour. He was there 2.5 hours after it was delivered and they should have dug through the packages not scanned in and helped him. Ridiculous!! So LAZY! So now we have to waste gas and more time to accommodate their laziness! Poor customer service!!!** I am pleased to say since this store has been under the new management of Carlos, customer service has drastically improved and it is a rarity that a package isn’t checked in a timely fashion now! He is doing a great job and is a working manager which is so refreshing to see!! Great job Hwy 18 UPS!! (**This review has been updated as of 5/23/22)

If you read the posts The management is always having excuses for bad service. Bad customer service. I won’t even go into my situation because management would only come back with excuses. I just will never use UPS anywhere in the country.

I went this morning, to print out resume. However, had the worst experience ever. The lady (SR), was rude, disrespectful, and extremely bias. Other customers, was serve before I. I was the first to enter the establishment. I sent, said (resume) to email of business/UPS. Then was told from (SR) employee, (she had not received email). I resent, over numerous emails in regards to resume. (SR), said (employee), (I still had not received email). (SR) employee should be reprimand.

So I go into the store to ship a computer I built a friend. The package is a little big but under their limit. I asked about insurance because there is around 1300 in parts not including my time. They want over 100 dollars just to pack it saying that the packaging is in isnt good enough and a total of over 300 to ship and insure it. I called my buddy and he didnt have the money to insure it so he says just to send it. I thought that damage would be the only issue. They have lost the package i paid over 100 dollars to ship. Now i have no idea what to do. How do you lose a package that weighs 60 pound.Also Ive previously had good experiences with this ups store.
