Drove the extra few minutes to go to this store because of all the good reviews. Says they open at 9, I got there 9:15 and walked up to the door and it was locked, a man came to the door and said they were waiting for the key holder, I asked how long that would be and he said he didnt know, so I sat and waited 30 minutes, and the key holder never came so I left. Very upset.
Had the worst costumer service PLEASE ALL DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE THE OWNER VERY RUDE ( even Amazon customer representative was very shock people like this still exist ), I couldn’t even understand him at all, he was not respectful , he doesn’t care if other customers are around he raise his voice , he raise his voice like yelling , the Owner doesn’t let you talk or explain anything, worst place ever I be submitting a report , VERY RUDE MAN SORRY FOR YOU, Seems you are not Happy at all, I hope you read it and change your attitude.
Horrible customer service, I called in regards to my package and delivery options. The receptionist notified me that I have no options and to contact the seller for options. Basically I cant pick up my item at the ups stores but instead contact my seller. Horrible service.

2022-08-23Sent a box full of UPS packages to this location. I called in ahead of time to make sure it would go smoothly and Carlos gave me some instructions for the label. When the box arrived everything was scanned into the system without any problems. Excellent, trustworthy service.Thank you!!!

2022-05-22They charge 8 dollars for amazon return empty box which we throw out in the garbage. Very bad service and rip off

2020-07-24The man that claims to be the owner of the store has THE WORSE customer service skills EVER! he talks over you as you are trying to explain what you are trying to say. He has ZERO knowledge of how to communicate politely to the customer. He offers NO solutions and makes it seem like YOU are the issue and not them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this store. ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GET SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

2020-06-30I have yet to receive any package from ups. They’re always sending the packages back to the sender without notification. The site is difficult to navigate through to answer questions. I now have another package that was “out for delivery” then changed to “delivery change requested” within an hour of departure. They rely solely on you to check for their updates and changes.

2018-05-11I came here after the first UPS stores notary quit and left them without a notary. This location, while 1.5 miles further from my office, will always be my UPS Store of choice. Very friendly, very well staffed, and very efficient.

2016-06-25Arrived there at about 2PM on a Friday and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm. I asked for a dolly because I had 6 boxes for a total of like 250lbs. They offered me a smaller dolly and asked if I needed the larger one. WHen I said I can just make two trips, no problem, he brought the smaller one back and brought out the larger one.It was Quick and painless. Decent vibe and clean and organized.The ONLY reason I gave it a 3 star rating is that I had a small box that I considered fragile. Nothing irreplacible or anything, and I did pack it well with a lot of cushioning, but the worker stacked heavier boxes on top of it and didnt immediately remove them when I asked them to.It took a few times of mentioning it until boxes were eventually stacked on the large dolly again.Perhaps this review warrants 4 stars instead of 3, but I consider the care of our packages to be very important and thus 3 star rating.If the worker had not done this, then this would be (without a doubt) a 5 star rating. If he had fixed it the first time, then it would be 4 star...but as it took several times of asking, I feel it is appropriate to make it a 3 star rating.

2016-12-21When I walked in, the employees were having a hard customer service issue.We were patient, but when it was our turn, it took forever.Brought in two packages pre-packed and it felt unbelievably awkward and slow.Does that make you happy? Every couple minutes was very odd to hear.Then I understood why the customer before me took everything they had packed, pulled it all apart and left.I left much older than I had walked in.

2020-12-11Some of the workers here at this location are extremely lazy. One in particular i believe is name Roger. The dude literally stands there and does nothing, doesn’t ask if anyone needs help or assistance. There was a lobby full of people and he didn’t help ANYONE and was doing absolutely nothing... I’ll keep coming back but don’t ask Roger for help he is literally the worst. Not like he’ll even help in the first place...

2017-10-06One of my favorite UPS locations. The person in charge is super friendly person. Other associates are helpful as well. Keep up your good work and friendly service :)
