Friendly staff. Charges $15 per signature for notary service, Takes Amazon returns. Has P.O. Boxes for rent and shipping boxes and packing materials for sale.

Bless the poor people that work here. I have been in over 6 times in the past 2 months and 4 out of 6 times, I observed customers being rude and condescending to the staff. The people here make minimum wage. Not enough to deal with the childish selfish behaviors from customers. One customer brought in 3 separate Amazon orders in one large overflowing box and wanted the staff to figure it out. Yuck. 1 box per return order. I watched the staff member be respectful and state the facts over and over to this grown man in his 30’s that wanted them to find boxes and sort out the orders. Ewwwww.

WARNING: 3 items valued at $450 (+ UPS charged $215) were sent to someone else. Recd a painting but it wasnt mine! After 4 months, still no refund for my 3 lost items and no return label for the pkg I had wrongly recd. Left several msgs. No one calls back. No one picks up the phone.

Went back today (12/5/21) since I had no choice and they were RVEN RIDER...GO TO THE OTHER UPS STORE IN DANVILLE. The lady that works here is soooo NASTY. I have tried multiple times to just ignore it but I dont need to be treated poorly when I bring in my packages to be shipped. The LAST straw was when I came in and had a return package already with the UPS sticker and she made me wait for 2 other customers since I was not allowed to drop off without getting a receipt. I said I dont need a receipt and she said RUDELY you have take the receipt or we will not accept the package. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OTHER UPS STORE TELL ME THAT. It was just another way to be NASTY. I think she enjoys it. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. The other UPS store is in the Lucky shopping center and they are very nice. I only went to this one again since I was in Alamo, but I will FOR SURE NEVER WALK FOOT INTO THIS UPS STORE AGAIN. SHAME ON THAT HORRIGIC LADY!

Please do not use this store! Their customer service here is atrocious AND they lose packages consistently without apologies or any remorse or helpfulness. From The old woman who smugly delights in turning you away for any esoteric reason to the ridiculously rude milenials working at the front counter I would drive miles out of the way to spare yourself the experience!

Most rude lady Shanon very loud and least customer service oriented. Avoid dealing with her. Hope owner do something about the staff and teach basic Customer service one on one

Horrible service. Completely oblivious to customers needs, talk to you in a rude manner, snobby attitude, delayed response time to help a customer who just walked in, and last but not least... they put you on hold forever and never pickup the phone again!!! Why go to UPS when USPS is always the way to go guys :)
