I started using The termite Guy three months ago escrow related termite inspections and work. I find them to be a great and trusted vendor for my office. Id say so far weve used them on, at least, 15 transaction! So you can consider this 5-Star review as fifteen 5-Star reviews! We have an ongoing relationship with The Termite Guy and were looking forward to working with them many times again.
I had a wonderful experience with the Termite Guy. They were on time, clean and careful. Before my fumigation, I had 2 broken tiles and after the fumigation there were only 5 broken, all of which were replaced. They also primed and painted my facia that need repair. Wonderful terminte company and Trina was so easy and pleasant and accommodating.
There team is very knowledgeable and kind. We have worked with of the other pest control companies in the valley and we always had to have them go beck for several treatments to take care of the issues. The Termite Guy gets the job done and our Team and Owners recommend The Termite Guy to anyone In need of getting rid of Pest!
I use the Termite Guy all of the time for my escrow inspections. As a real estate professional I need a company I can rely on. They do a great job and are extremely reliable and responsive. Theyre a definite part of my team.

Poor Customer Service!!!! Use Terminix instead. As a Realtor, we look for the best services providers and try to work with reliable and professional vendors. I have used this company in the past several times, all of the workers are great! Not going to go into details but Needless to say, the owners (Alex) ATTITUDE and APPROACH will ruin this company, Ill make sure to let all my colleagues know to use a more professional termite company. SO DO NOT USE THIS TERMITE SERVICE COMPANY! You lost a loyal customer.....
Interestingly enough.....I got three quotes from three different termite companies and all three not only varied in price but recommendations on how to treat a t termite issue with an outdoor structure with exposed wood beams. The first gentleman clearly was trying to upset me an insisted on inspecting my house as well and was pushing for a monthly service and treating the house as well (even through there were no signs of termites), the second advocated tenting the entire structure and fumigating. John said to treat just the areas that needed treating and seemed not only knowledgeable but I didnt feel he was trying to push overkill - no pun intended. I highly recommend The Termite Guy and always get 2 or 3 bids....
I’ll give 5 stars because they did good work and met my demands for a quick close. The office staff was very friendly and communicated often. Guy was a bit abrasive on the front end. if I had the convenience of time I would have gotten another estimate. But they did good work and did it quickly which is what was most important to me.

THEY POST FAKE REVIEWS AFTER THEY RECEIVE A BAD REVIEW!!!I found out about The Termite Guy from the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors & thought I would give them a try. BTW-DONT BELEIVE THEIR YELP REVIEWS. They pay YELP for advertising their business. (EXTORTION) Yelp removes or places their negative reviews at the bottom of the page not by date.The Termite Guys subcontracts the work to another company. HOWEVER THEIR YELP AD STATES THAT THEY DO NOT SUB CONTRACT. After the tent came off I notified The Termite Guy via email and let them know that WE WERE BURGLARIZED. I also called and spoke to TINA & her Supervisor David to share our unfortunate situation. They were VERY ROBOTIC to us & unsympathetic which made us feel lost after that. We asked David if he could get the names of the workers that worked on our home and he just said, Youre going to have to call that company for that. Our thoughts were since WE CONTRACTED WITH THE TERMITE GUY, and not that company, we felt that David or Tina would be willing and able to assist us through this CRISIS. I asked Davis if he knew of any other complaints like ours with that company, and he told us, YES, two other times. Our concern is that they still subcontracted the work to that company with this knowledge. The Termite Guy basically washed their hands of us and told us to deal directly with that company. The Termite Guy treated us with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!Dont believe all Yelp reviews. Yelp has taken out a lot of negative reviews about this company.!!!
Termite Guy is an excellent company! From start to finish..they take care of business! From the initial call to inspect, administration, inspectors, workmanship and pricing they get the job done in a timely and efficient manner! Go Termite Guy!!
I have known Alex del Toro, The Termite Guy, for almost 20 years. He has been very helpful to me over the years, coming to my home, looking at work that needed to be done. He was not the expert and he gave me a referral to an expert. I needed termite tenting, it had been 20 years, so I called the EXPERT, The Termite Guy. Alex came out, gave me a bid, his men showed up and were professional throughout. I lost no plants and I am very pleased. If you need termite work, call the EXPERT, The Termite Guy!
These guys were on time, very knowledgeable, as I said to them I now know much more about termites than I thought I would ever need to knowthe. Worker we informative, detailed and rally nice. Definitely recommend this company.
Everybody was great from Inspectors to office people to workers. They worked well with tenants to make them happy, even coming early in the morning to not inter fear with their customers.
This company is very thorough and professional. They do what’s needed not trying to sell you a whole big package. I have used them before remembering how pleased I was.I recommend them whole heartedly. You will not be disappointed.The entire staff are the nicest people to work with.
The crew was careless for the expensive landscape plants,flowers and the wildlife around the premises,a messy job overall also charged extra for bagin not performed by the crew ........

Guys cams out on time we agreed on an estimate then they back to start and needed to bump the charge for something they overlooked then they broke a lot of outdoor lights and refuse to fix/replace them. Not very professional at all

2021-12-27The Termite Guy team fixed extensive dry rot and termite damage in addition to treating the house. We talked with multiple companies but none could compare for professionalism or price. They were easy to work with, did a fantastic job, finished ahead of schedule AND left my patio and driveway cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company!

2020-05-12Amazing work by the Termite Guy company. I got several quotes but The Termite Guy company provide with the best estimates and pricing quote. To my surprise they took 3 days to do a replace wood planks and even 5 layers of tiles were taken off to replace underling wood. They were working till 9:30 pm just to make sure nothing is left before fumigation tenting is done. After the tents were removed they replaced about 30 roof tiles and also gave 5 spare tiles for future replacement... This was really a great experience and job well done !! I would Highly recommend them.

He was extremely professional and a very nice guy. He really seemed to care about my situation and I trusted his opinion.The person who came out yesterday to do the work was excellent. I think his name was Roberto (I’m not exactly sure, but I think so). If I don’t have the right name I’m hoping you can look it up and find out who he was. He definitely deserves credit He was a great guy and did a great job. 2022-02-05After the fumigation, I’m missing a lot of money from my piggy bank as well as money I have tucked away. The piggy bank I put in the closet is missing at least $800 dollars. We know very well how much we have in there. There were no one else who enters our home except for the fumigation crew. I want to bring this to your attention so you know what kind of crew you’re dealing with.

2020-08-26The Termite Guy is absolutely the best company to use if you need a termite inspection, wood repair/replacement, or tenting, Their customer service is outstanding and they communicate with you regularly throughout the process.They do not charge for the inspection and they will paint all of the wood repaired (if you provide the paint). Many other companies charge for the inspection and they only repair the damaged wood, they do not paint it.I had contacted 2 other termite companies before The Termite Guy and one company never called back and the other was going to charge for the inspection. These companies also used mostly sub-contractors to do the work.I rarely write reviews but The Termite Guy is an outstanding company that you can be sure will provide you with the best service in the industry. Ive worked for many companies and Ive owned several businesses so I know when a company is well run and where customer service is a priority.The Termite Guy is a great company with great personnel, and if they were ever looking for investors, I would be the first one to inquire.

2018-09-24A very negative experience! Owner gave us a very high quote to repair a very small amount of dry rot. We asked if we could get a contractor to do the work and he agreed and said he would sign off as the contractor would be responsible and he would not need to come back out to the job.At the very last moment before escrow closed he decided to come back out to the home unannounced and walked in to inspect all the work. The owner acted very unprofessional, angry and treated me as a woman poorly with his language. He held our home hostage as we only had 3 days till escrow closed and demanded we either start again with a new termite company or pay him to do the work. We had no choice but to pay him to re-do the work that another contractor already completed and that he felt was not good enough. We even sent pictures to other termite companies and they felt the combination patch fill and replaced boards looked fine. It must be how he makes his money if you do not have termites he over charges for a job, he over builds the job, all over kill. Realtors and homeowners beware!

2018-08-03Positive: Very clear and thorough inspection from Stephen. Professional, kind and courteous team replaced the rotted wood.Great team came out to tent the house. All were profesional, courteous and fast.Negative: Customer service needs a revamp/retraining in my opinion. From not returning my calls, not giving me a time to be out of the house to not sending me more bags as they stated they would.Overall, I was very happy with the service and I would recommend The Termite Guy.90 Out of 100!
