The store is huge, but Ive worked in smaller once and had more to offer. They have a good clothes but hardly any electronic or bike section.
Excellent thrift store. Real good management. Jennifer, Kenia, Phyllis and Tatiana are very kind people and they have a Wonderful interaction with customers. Good items found at fair prices . They have a wide selection of items and the staff is always nice. BUT if youre going to buy clothes you cant try the stuff on cause of covid, I get it, totally understand that.... However if you take them home to try them on they wont let you return the items if they dont fit, but wait, they WILL let you donate them back though🤦♀️
I had a pleasant shopping experience. I shopped on the 10 items for $10 day which included all of the green and orange tags. Great customer service. Store was stocked with some good quality clothes. However, some of the tags were pierced through parts of the clothing other than the seam. Overall, this was a good place to shop. I will return again.
Ive recently started coming to this thrift store and i was pleasantly surprised with the customer service ! Destiny was so kind and cheerful. i overheard how she spoke to others ans answered everyones questions about the sales ... what a breath of fresh air! Very sweet and quick on the register ! i also like the promotions this thrift store has . much better than Goodwill.

They are super helpful and accommodating. Bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from them yesterday and they gave me a discount for buying all three on the spot.They have a large variety of stuff and are always brining in new material. Id go to them any day! You save money and get gently used supplies.

I dont understand why they charge so much for their stuff when all of their things have been donated. They need to divide your clothes up by size not by color. And even though it was 50% off today their stuff was still very expensive. Evidently the person in charge of these thrift stores have never shopped at a thrift store. I know the Salvation Army is a good cause but they really need to rethink their prices of their merchandise if people can afford it theyll give to them its people who cant afford things that go to the thrift store and they charged as much as if I bought it brand-new at Target or at Walmart.
This stores window was broken out when I first visited, the second time the employees were rude when I asked questions.Higher prices then other Salvation Armys that Ive been to.Was not the cleanest either time.The parking lot had items scattered everywhere, (not the fault of employees, however it should still be cleaned up.I didnt buy anything either time, very out of character, as Ive never left any other Salvation Army store empty handed!
Please donate here. The Salvation Army does amazing work. Thank you all for what you do for men/women that just need a chance and need people to believe in them. Many wonderful community outreach programs. Especially very successful residential rehab centers.
As a minister, I went to this store. It use to be a great place to buy clothes and furniture for the poor in my congregation. The Tuesday special fot 10 for 10 dollars made my congregation the best dressed in the downtown area. However, it seems that they went from helping the poor to profits 😟

This store is always busy and well stocked. There are frequently a good supply of new close out items and gently used apparel, shoe, purses, jewelry,belts, etc.as well as f furniture, and bric-a- brac.Tuesday is 10 for $10 and other specials.

The “NEW” manager sells the newest merchandise to her friends and family. ZARA please do not donate your clothes to this location anymore. People who need it can not get access to these clothes, instead resellers have early access to the clothes to buy and resell for profit 🤷♀️.

I have the best experience shopping at our San Bernardino store. Everyone is always pleasant and the store is always clean. Love the Christian music being played. And everyone works very hard keeping it that way.
This is one of the best thrift stores Ive been to! Its big, spacious, and has pretty much everything. Rows upon rows of clothes. Shelves upon shelves of knick-knacks. Many couches, tables, desks, chairs, etc. Lots of shoes, purses, board games, etc. Only thing I couldnt really find were DVDs.Only downside is I couldnt figure out how the clothes were organized. Im sure there was some logical way, but there were no signs, as far as I could see, that pointed to which rows were mens, womens, kids, different sizes or styles, etc.And Saturdays are 50% off! Why go any other day?!
Biggest, nicest thrift store so far! Like a department store in layout as well as quality. Specials with half off certain color tags. Lots of nice items. Highly recommended for cost conscious shoppers.
Biggest waste of time trying to organize business with the people that work here. Angel and Robin were left 4-5 voicemails. no one showed up. After complaining about the miss handling , They came and took photos and were supposed to pick up. the guys were obviously not there to work (even though in work clothes Im sure you get my point) all I talk to after calling to find out what happened is the call center and they say to just call the same number I had been calling.WASTE OF TIME. PEOPLE DEFINITELY TO LAZY or incompetent to work there.
Way over priced for junk. I seen dollar store stuff sold here for more than what it went for new at the dollar store. I think the workers are keeping the good stuff for themselves. Also, you have to deal with a lot of homeless people at this store.

I have donated to the SA many times, but I wont do it again. On March 16, 2017, I put three boxes on the front porch and clearly marked them for the SA. I was doing other work around the house and was using my push cart. I left the cart on the porch for a moment, and when I returned, the boxes and the push cart (valued at $75) were all gone. I called SA and the very unhelpful dispatch person told me the cart was not there. It was not there because the driver took it home for himself. The porch is very large, requiring several steps to get from one side to the other. The boxes were on one side of the porch, and the cart was on the opposite side. Someone had to walk from the boxes, passing other stuff like patio furniture and planters, to get to the side where the cart was, and then he had to push the cart back across the porch again, past the other things not taken, just to get off the porch. This was not an accident, and the people at SA are refusing to reimburse me for the theft. Do not call these people to your home because your property is not safe from them.
I called in the morning regarding a dresser and was quoted a price by Manny the manager. When i get down there another woman told me she was buying the dresser. When we both spoke to Manny he just said, whoever pays for it first and she pulls out her money and told him, well i have cash and im willing to pay for half of the price that it was selling for, whereas i had him qoute me another price and for him to just say, whoever pays for it first and then wanting the higher amount of the price he asked for, shows his true character and lack of integrity. If this is how this store is runned then its not a store worth going into!!

They sale 99cent store only tool boxes for bric a brack $24.99 only great savings. Okay once they sold a Gibson guitar new one like 5yrs old used for $1,500. You Guitar Center and Sam Ash looking about $1,200 with case brand spanking new.. Okay I asked the manger for a discount on broken speakers that probably dont work and I honestly think it was miracle If I could repair them. I only wanted a small discount . Instead I was told no pridefully with an attitude. My bad yos . For looking hard ups in front exs druggies and jail birds. Is not store Christian based in its core beliefs?? I know you dont believe in the Trinity thats what a lot of people say. but, maybe you should read and practice what the Bible and Jesus said. Do on to others as you want to do on to you. How about this with pride comes the fall. You know they have the Bible Ebonics?? .Should be easy enough to understand.A good example I know if somethings not marked and I say , hi I was wonder how much these was. I usually get a look like F@#k U. You follow me around like what I dont know?? Is cause I look Caucasian??I havent seen many Caucasian workers there. Maybe you get paid to help?? 2022-04-16I needed some collar shirts to practice my hobby on and this place has good quality clothes for cheap. The store is neat, clean and I found exactly what I was looking for. Some of the stuff I came across still had the original tag and I even saw some branded clothes here as well. Its a good store to visit if youre into thrift shopping or are looking for cheap clothes that you wont feel too bad if you ruin.

2022-07-12Been coming to this location since they first opened, always had Pleasant experiences, know the manager well, unfortunately the last time I was there there was a worker out in the parking lot with a stick picking up trash, while he was staring at me getting out of the car, I thought maybe he knew me, and I walked by and said good morning,how are you doing? He just looked at me . It felt very uncomfortable. I found out later it was probably a rehab worker that was sent there to work. I dont know this is a fact but thats what one of the workers inside told me. I find this experience so unsettling as who does not answer somebody when they greet you and of course I didnt even have to, but he kept looking at me, as I exited my car, so I did. The rest of my experience in the store was fine as usual however, but this is a poor example of our donations going to rehab and this would be a persons first impression before going into the store! Today, one star!

2021-12-21I don’t frequent this location often, but if I am in the area I like to stop in and see what I can get. It has been awhile since I been here and I remember last time that one of the associates were happy about the new store change and how every type of clothing item would be the same price (like Goodwill pricing). I went in to find some long sleeves shirts for my daughter and to my surprise the children’s prices have went up. The children’s long sleeves were $3.99. I can go purchase a shirt brand new for that price. I use to like this location for the lower prices, but I will probably only purchase an item from here unless it’s the color that is on sale or something I really want. I also will not go out my way to come to this location. The associates are nice and friendly though.

2021-09-29Amazing store!! The people are so nice and the cashier his name was Adam I believe he was by him self and there was a long line but he was so respectful and patient. He wasn’t rushing to throw my stuff in a bag like other places. Great place definitely would come again!!

2021-06-20Store is kept clean and staff friendly. But the cost of these items that are donated is ridiculous. There are so many better thrift stores to go to. They sort by color not size, so unless you have hours to look. Its useless. When I asked why, they said since Goodwill doesnt, they dont either. When I asked what is more important, sorting so they can sell their merchandise or saving time to hang their clothes. They said it doesnt matter. While I understand that the Salvation Army does a lot of good for people, paying for used clothes that have been donated for the small amount less than what I would pay at Target for a new product us ridiculous

2021-04-25These people are just ripping people off now. Yesterday I came in and donated about $300 worth of items that I find in storage units. I also support them by buying from them every time I come donate. Yesterday I purchased an item but it didn’t work so I came back and tried to return it and see if I can find something different. Turns out they don’t do returns now because of “covid”They surely didn’t have a problem when I donated though. Not donating nor buying from them from now on. Manager and cashiers are rude as well. Goodwill is the place that never gives me issues.
