Yesterday walked in and all the clothing was 50% min off !!! The part I like the most is that they have so many dresses to look through 🤗
My daughter had to use the bathroom. Was told to ask the front for a key and this old lady wearing a ton of outdated makeup just stared at me and said, yeah, you need a key. Looked like she hated life.Stood there for a minute until someone else asked what i needed.Had to be directed elsewhere, luckily the employee who helped actually seemed like a friendly human being. She was very nice.5 stars for her. Zero stars (if i could) for everyone else.
This store has a much larger inventory than many of the other thrift stores around town and the clothes seem to be about the same price as their competitors. If youre looking to buy furniture though Id recommend just buying new because what they charge is only slightly less than buying new.
Clean, but a little overpriced on things they perceive as being worth something. I also took a fake Tory Burch purse to the front and told them it was fake but the girl put it with stuff to be put back. On second visit I found it horribly frustrating to find my size in a long row of the same color.
Nice friendly employees, register could use an upgrade. Very fast check out nonetheless
The store is under new management from what I was told. Havent met the manager yet but whoever it is has made some amazing changes. The store is starting to look like a department store and had a beautiful boutique section that is under construction. I would recommend checking it out again even if you had a previous bad experience because you will be amazed !!!
I bought a lovely rolltop desk here today, but I could not take it right away and asked that a sold sign be put on it. The checkout girl said no problem, and put my name and phone number on the back of a sold sign which was then put on the desk. When my husband went to pick it up, IT HAD BEEN SOLD AGAIN! They did give a refund, but the guy at the desk said he had been the one helping to load the desk on the other customers vehicle and saw the sold sign and did not bother verifying that the person he was helping to load up the desk was the actual person who bought it first. I will never do business here again. Sloppy work.
They were having a dollar 99 cell so when I visited the store I purchased two shirts two pairs of pants when I got home one pair of pants was no good as if it was broken other than that I got a great deal for I see that yellow tags are half off so I got three items of clothing for $4 great deal Personnel where excellent customer service was great they seem to have a lot of new stuff
Place was more organized than goodwill. Clean as well. Reasonable prices, and nice clothing. Definitely check it out

The prices here are absolutely absurd. Ive seen couches for well over 300 dollars. Even general consumer goods at full retail, or over retail. Shirts, basic ones at that for 7 dollars each. Disgusting prices.

Do not no what the problem is with this store. But the last couple of times visiting this store please beware and warned If you have a low visibility vision issue or eye problem like I do. Please do not go between 7:30 and 8 pm. They will surprise you and turn all lights out and leave you in the dark. I almost fell down looking for my way towards the front entrance with various obstructions in the way. This is not an acceptable practice and is very dangerous especially not being able to see well as it is. Total nonsense of a business practice without a warning even to tell customers they will turn lights off while during business hours. Will be filing complaint to county.
Terrible experience donating items, older Hispanic chola lady was very rude and ungrateful for the items I donated, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

The lady in the front thinks she work as a price lady well she should work in the back then trying to make me pay more for a purse thats 5 dollors only cause she wanted it ..bad customer service I still got the bag for 5 after I had 2 wait 30 min just because she was hating that I got it for 5 bucks
They always have a decent revolving inventory. The crowds here are very low and the store is well organized and clean most of the time.

This store is very clean and the staff is friendly and they always have good things to get on sale unlike the goodwill store.Theres lots of parking there unlike the goodwill where its always crowded and the store is always messy but the workers are nice

2022-05-23This is THE BEST thrift store!! Ton of stuff and really reasonable prices, sometimes crazy low prices. The turn over rate is really high, so if you like it buy it, it wont be there later! Each week a different tag is on sale for 50%off. Way better than Goodwill!

2018-05-05I thought their prices fairly high, and selection a little low. The store sure didnt look like the other photos I saw. Not nearly as nice or fancy as the other photos would lead you to believe.

2022-01-05Decent selection of items, well priced, fairly friendly staff. However it is not in a good area of town and the shopping center made me feel unsafe. If you feel comfortable enough to shop in the area its worth a visit but I wouldnt spend a whole lot of time in the area because it had a very sketchy feel to it. Not that this is the store or employees fault by any means. They area just needs to be better secured. As for the store itself its a pretty cool place.

2021-06-15Its time for you to drop the store mask mandate. I am a senor and a 7 day store shopper that supports the Ming ave. store and was told to leave the store today. AS OF TODAY both the CDC and the State have removed the mask mandate so I refuse to put one on anymore. I have needlessly complied with your store policy for over a year but no more. I am liked by the store employees and I will keep going back WITHOUT a mask and may have leave the store without buying anything until you change this policy but I wont leave quietly after today.

2020-01-30They seem to have a lot of clothes & stuff coming in, but it’s very discouraging to shop there. Employees there obviously hate their job & are very unfriendly. They only allow 1 dressing room to be used, so it makes it very difficult to try things on. They also don’t allow their customers to use their restroom, I had to leave behind more than half of everything I picked out because I couldn’t try it on & only took what I was able to try on over my clothes,,, & left right away to go use a restroom elsewhere. Didn’t go back to finish my shopping. Very disappointing thrift day.
