Don’t move here. They have a cockroach infestation in all their buildings and they refuse to send pest control. I have been sending the emails for two months and they refused to send someone. They are making me pay for the raid, glue traps and the boric powder. They will never answer you phone calls the never return your voicemails you leave them.The property manager told me if I don’t like it then I can move.
Lovely place to live...super service and personnel!a great place to call home. The entire staff including Irma “the manager “always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator are clean and the laundry room too good service with wifi. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails. I been living here for 5 years I love my community.
Been living here for almost 8 years and everything is changing. They are making it hard for seniors to get to the facilities such a the trash or laudromat & to their parking. They have never replaced anything as far as appliances (stove, microwave) Always leaks in my bedroom closet & they never moved me to a new unit they just do a patch job on the pipes. This just allows the leaks to constantly happen because of the temporary fix. I havent had hot water in 6 years ONLY WARM. Im constantly caught in mid shower and have the water cut off on me. I have never lived in a place where property owners dont care about the people (especially the elderly) who live on the property or their needs or well being. Ive had 3 cars since I lived here & all 3 have been vandalized & the apartments does nothing to help. The only thing that has kept me here is the size of my apartment. Im still waiting for someone to respond to my review
I’ve been living here at The Landing for over a year, I love how my apartment is very spacious and property is kept clean. Manager Irma is very friendly and was very helpful upon moving in.
I’ve been a resident for almost five years Irma has been the property manager the entire time she’s very professional and kind! Hannah is the new assistant manager and has helped me on multiple occasions both of them are the model employees!
I have lived here for years, and have enjoyed living here. I have seen lots of improvements especially in recent years and am proud of the office and maintenance staff for their hard work and diligence in keeping the complex safe and clean.
Ive been living in this community for 4 years. It has a excellent living environment. From my personal experience, If and when needed to address any concerns the staff and property manager Irma immediately take care of any issues. I highly recommend The Landing Apartments
Safety issues. Water is always turned off. It is supposed to be a gated community, but the gates are always broken and random people come in. Police have been here every other night it seems. Lots of gun shots in the area. People walking around with 2 ankle monitors on. Water is FREQUENTLY shut off all day. Water/food/etc, from other apartments also backs up into your sinks. They are supposed to have security on site, but I’ve never seen them.
Im literally boiling water as I type because they shut off the hot water again with no notice. They shut off the water constantly with or without notice. They allow security to harass women at night and say thats how they instruct them to behave. Someone takes a piss in the elevator once a week they dont clean it up nor do they wipe The walls of The filth thats accumulated. The place is falling apart. The balcony is literally held together with putty and ply wood. The residents are like savages, screaming and fighting at all hours. You hear a gun shot almost every night. Bums dig through the trash all day so dont let the gates fool you. It is not safe. I would break my lease but sadly the entire region is overpriced garbage. Huge regrets signing here!

I give these guys 5 stars, 100 percent, 10 circles or whatever!!! Im a current resident for almost 3 years now, and very happy with The Landing Management. They take care of every problem promptly even if it takes them to replace my entire A/C unit. Which they did. Candy and Irma are amazing and wonderful! Dont move them, keep them at this location!! They make u feel welcome, important, and safe. If your looking at reviews, right now, amd on the fence bout this property because its San Bernardino. Dont, the area is nice and suprisingly quiet. But above all Candy and Irma will make it worth while. You wont regret it!!! Thank you Candy and Irma!!! 😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

No one likes to answer the phone I called 15 times between 11:30-4 not once did anyone pick up just for me to drive 40 minutes to them to say they leased their last unit today 3 people walked out of that office and not 1 had time to pick up the phone
This place is a good place to live the manager Irma is bomb when ever you need something done she gets it done with no problem.

Been here for 3 years to be closer to work and I love it the only bad thing is that the water gets turned off frequently and someone hit my car twice. The people in the office are friendly and so are most of the neighbors .

They keep shutting the water off without notice. Ive lived here for close to 3 years, and yet they are still unable to give prior notice of when the water will be shut off. Ive been caught TOO many times in the shower when they do this.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for a week. I’ve already applied on the website, I’ve called & left messages, emailed, and still no answer or call back. I’m moving across the country and its pretty important to find a place to live. People can’t wait weeks.
I like living here but the fire alarm goes off a lot and they shut off the water every so often. Other then that its a nice place to live.

Complex is always dirty, the security gates are always broke, no parking, and lots of vehicle burglarys. The water was always off and very slow to make repairs in any units.

2021-08-20Apartments are well maintained, building always stay clean. I really like the amenities they offer. Maintenance request are managed well and in time. The management here is very courteous and responsible. Irma always goes above and beyond. Overall it’s a good community and I am satisfied with the environment.

She make sure that maintenance are always around and whenever anything is needed they get it done very quickly. They keep the community very clean and organized. Hannah has helped me on multiple occasions she is a nice assistant. Im very happy of living here and I really recommend it.

2021-08-20Five stars, Im going on 3 years living here moved into a beautiful remodeled apartment brand new everything! The staff are great, especially Irma great management. Any minor issues that come up maintenance guy Chris always gets things done. Keep it up!

2021-08-06Ive lived at this property for several years now I must say that since my move in day till present Irma ( leasing office manager) has made me feel very welcomed. Even during the pandemic she was very accessible she is very knowledgeable will always stop what shes doing to acknowledge my questions or concerns with the property. Over-all she has great leadership skills a HUGE QUALITY SHE HAS THATS VERY ADMIRABLE if she gets a new staff member she will make sure we get introduced that goes a long way being a single parent saftey issues always get addressed. She is very empathetic and does listen to her residents.

2022-06-22They don’t answer the phone when I called iv been calling since 9am iv emailed and still nothing I went in today and the door sign said open but it was locked I knocked and still nothing there were 5 people waiting and said they’ve been waiting for a while… so unprofessional.

2020-08-01I’ve been living in The Landing at Arrowhead Springs for around 5 years and I’ve had no problems here. Irma is the best manager Ive had by far. She’s extremely helpful and she’s on top of everything that needs to be done. The rooms and closets are spacious and fit everything comfortably. Maintenance are always around and whenever anything is needed they get it done very quickly. The outside area in the apartment building has a pond and sitting areas are around the building so it’s very family friendly. There’s a lot of grassy areas and places to get animal bags so it’s pet friendly as well. These apartments are an amazing place to live.

2021-06-10Quiet and clean for the most part, water does get shut down very often for repairs so that can be annoying. One of the biggest issues is the leasing office is always closed and you can never get anyone over the phone and leaving messages does no good because they don’t call back. Recent they issued notices effective immediately for anyone that parks on the premises needs a new sticker for their car but you can’t obtain one because leasing office is always closed and they are threatening to tow cars without it, I can assure you of this, lawsuits will ensue if my vehicle is towed when I’ve been unable to get anyone at the office to give me a new parking permit.

Krystal was instrumental in helping to make my choice to make The Landing my home, her warm personality and her attention to the small things did it for me. Before I made my final decision, she was in constant communication with me, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was sad to learn that she would no longer be at this location, she is awesome at what she does and I appreciate her for making my experience a pleasant one. 2021-08-10I extremely recommend it these apartments my family and I we already have couple years living in this place we love it it’s a very calm place very cool People we have everything close like a hospital grocery stores freeway liquor stores gas stations . I also have to say IRMA The manager of this place it’s a very helpful person very nice lady she’s always helping me when I called them for something that I need to get done in my apartment if you looking for a apartment these ones will be the perfect ones . for you or for your family
