Team Ratcliffe turned a dire situation into the purchase of our dream home. Our family was relocating from the Gulf Coast to San Diego and had a non responsive agent assigned through our relocation agent. One week before our one and only house hunting trip we decided to drop our assigned agent and go with Pam Ratcliffe. She immediately was impressive and we felt like we were her only customer at the time although we know she was treating others with the same attention. Very satisfied with the process and we will definitely go back to her in the event we have to sell/buy in the area again. 100% satisfied!!

Joe is SERIOUSLY the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Let me start by saying that my parents were moving to San Diego and needed to find a realtor to work with. It was always going to be a little difficult as my parents would not be in San Diego that frequently to work personally with a realtor. I was put in charge of finding the realtor and working as the liaison between the two. I found several realtors based on online reviews and emailed them. Joe actually called me back within minutes and started to set up a few listings based on the criteria my parents were looking for. The criteria my parents originally gave to Joe changed a couple of times over the past few months and we actually ended up looking at houses in North County which was a long ways away from looking at condos in South Bay. We ended up closing on a house after a 21 day escrow and Joe was very influential within the whole process. This whole scenario was extremely stressful and Joe was very important in helping us keep our sanity.Joe was extremely professional and very patient. We never felt any pressure from him and his advice was always in our best interests. He was even answering questions that we had on my dads house sale because the realtor up there did a terrible job of explaining things to my dad.There were a few occasions where Joe drove up to North County for me to see 1 house that just came on the market. I really appreciated how organized he was and how often he communicated with me via phone call, text, and email. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on. All my questions were answered within hours, usually minutes.I know Joe has lots of clients but it never felt that way to us. The personal level of attention he gave us made us feel like we were his only clients. I would never use anyone besides Joe for our future real estate needs.I really do think that Joe is the best realtor in the entire world, not joking. I cant imagine anyone being better or even being close for that matter.
Work with Joe was a great experience for myself and my girlfriend. This was our first time purchasing a place so Joe was there each step of the way from when we started looking to finally receiving the keys. 2021-07-23If you are looking for one of the best Real Estate Agents in San Diego, look no further then Pam and her team!I cannot stop singing her praises. She is an amazing person to work with. What sets her apart from everyone else is that she is the sweetest person and will go to great lengths to find you the home that is the right fit for you. It took us a little over 6 months to find our forever home. Pam was there with us every step of the way. Not once did she try to push us to buy any particular house, nor did we feel pressured to buy any house. She really listened to what we wanted, and it really made our purchase completely stress free.My favorite thing about Pam, is that when you buy a home with her, you become a part of her family. Your relationship does not end when you get your keys. Pam is also a huge resource to have and she is connected to everyone! I have contacted her a few times after we purchased our home for referrals for a good plumber, pest control, and an electrician. 2020-03-23From the very start Pam Ratcliffe and her entire team, were professional, patient, straightforward and most of all honest every step of the way. The house my three siblings and I were needing to sell was our parents house that had been rented previously. None of us living in the San Diego area anymore, and the house in more disrepair then we had hoped, Pam and team fixed up the house frugally inside and out, put it on the market, with tons of people coming to the open houses and selling very quickly. All the while taking calls with helpful answers to our many questions from my siblings and me. Pam and the team did a great job being patient sometimes hand-holding when needed as well as being fierce in the negotiations getting as much as we could for the house. We cannot recommend highly enough Pam and everyone at Team Ratcliff, they are all great people and work so hard for their clients.

2020-07-12I recently sold my house , and it turned to a Rocky road with my first agent.Then I spoke with Pam Ratcliffe on the phone and it was turning a nightmare to a sweet dream full of hope......In one word Pam Ratcliffe is an EXCELLENT agent. 2015-07-24My wife and I strongly recommend working with Matt and Joe. They did an excellent job helping us purchasing our first apartment. While we qualified for a VA loan, the process was intricate and lengthly, to where we could not close within 30 days. Yet Matt and Joe were closely involved with our lender as well as the seller, and obtained the necessary extensions without any penalties. Matt and Joe came across as articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and pleasant. I also have to mention that our offer was accepted at the price that we wanted to. To such end, I liked Matts effort of writing a few comments to the seller about who my wife and I are.

2019-03-06Meeting Pam was a true blessing. This is the third transaction had woth Pam and her team, and each time she never fails. Even with the market being extremely tight, we were able to get the property sold. Pam works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transaction for her customers. There are many things that go on between realtors, people may not understand that a greedy realtor is holding them back from buying or selling their dream home. Pam Ratcliffe isnt that type of realtor. She will bend as much as possible, to make a deal work, its not about the money to her, she truly cares and is passionate about her customers. I am active duty military, and I would recommend Pam to any of my brother and sisters serving this great country, Pam Ratcliffe has your six! 2016-06-02We just couldnt be happier with Pam and her team!! Pam helped our family with the sale and purchase of both of our homes. She was always eager and upbeat and would respond in a VERY timely manner to requests to view properties or other issues. Our family had very specific expectations for qualities that were a must have in our new home and Pam helped us to find a home that, not only met, but, truly exceeded all of our expectations!!After finding our perfect home, we found out that there were two other offers that had been submitted, prior to ours.
