Swarm Pest Control does not even deserve 1 star but I was required to give one in order to post this review. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t show up for scheduled appointments. I’m not just saying they were late, I’m saying they NEVER came at all for 2 different appointments nor did they call me to apologize or attempt to reschedule. I had to call them, numerous times leaving a message each time and not getting a call back. In addition, one time when the owner (Mario) showed up, an item was stolen out of my garage when I left if open for him to spray inside the garage. I was home but not watching him. I left the door open only for the time period he was there spraying. Interesting that he never showed up again after that time.

Just had a termite inspection for our Condo we are sell. Ricardo came in and did an amazing job really nice and very professional. If we were staying in California I would of had him come out to our new house and work on that one. I would recommend him any day.

This place is totally incompetent. I scheduled rodent control with these guys. They indicated they Id need to hire separate handy man in-order to seal entries (which seems to be a warning sign already), but I gave them a chance anyway. They continue to set traps in living spaces instead of attic or closets where the rats are. They are often late to the appointment schedule. They sort of just disappeared after setting trap, so you kept having to call them to remind them to come back and check the trap.After 1 and half month, their traps were set off multiple times without catching anything, while the rodents continue to chew up my house. Their technician gotten really rude once I complained to them. I finally got tired of them and went with someone else. They indicated that they caught 2 mouse in their final report, even though they never showed me to proof it, and the rodent situation only gotten worse. I couldve hire a stray cat that wouldve done a better job in 1 and half month and for almost $300.

Friendly, family run business that keeps pest out of my home. They come out quarterly to spray the interior and exterior of my home. Keeps the ants, spiders and crickets away.
