This place totally sucks. The manager is awful and does nothing to make anyones stay pleasant. The pool has been closed randomly this summer which is stupid because its RIDICULOUSLY hot. They should at least make a deal with the apts across the way so tenants can access a pool, one of the amenities that renters PAY for, but instead they kind of just shrug and say tough luck. I think the parking situation has been covered thoroughly but its true, its not exaggerated, lots of people are double and triple parked all the time. Worst apartments in all of Orange County.

NO PARKING! Not a kid friendly place, no playground, the kids cant even use a ball in the large grass area they have. People sleep in there cars because they cant find parking, SERIOUSLY! leaf blower comes about 4 times a week and is here all day. People drinking beer outside in the middle of the day. Dont park your car outside it will get damaged like our cars did, twice. Overpriced apartments! Since ive been here, ive seen the police come here more than 5 times in less than 1 year for disturbances.

So heres the real deal with this place... When you come here to rent during the day parking will be plentiful, come back by at 6 pm and see what you will deal with. The unprofessional management will place prospective tenants over residents needs in mid conversation with you. You wont feel what we are dealing with until its too late. There are many other fine places in OC at the same price, dont get into with these guys, youll regret it.

I have lived here for 3 years, and to this day have never had any problems. The great people that Manage this property, have sister property as well. The trees here are beautiful, landscaping is great. How can anyone fuss about a property that has: A tennis court ( in perfect condition), a basket ball court, in the right season, a gleaming and, beautiful swimming pool. Believe or not, I dont work here! Sutters mill has one of the best staff I have ever had. Yep, Ginger

I agree. Mananagment does suck, windows rattle, apartment is definitely outdated. Of course parking is ridiculous... but lets be honest, thats everywhere nowadays. The assistant manager Pam definitely bullies the actual manager Ona. But its an okay place to stay for a short lease. But theres nothing about this place that stands out from the rest.

NOT KID FRIENDLY. ABSOLUTELY NO place for the kids to play, because the manager wont let them play. ABSOLUTELY NO parking whatsoever. There are people DRINKING outside and doing DRUGS and SCREAMING in the middle of the night. Leafblower guy comes at least 3-4 times a week and blows for at least 6-8 hours, and literally blows right outside your window at 8:00 am. DO NOT park your car outside or it will get seriously damaged like our truck did. I am a FULL TIME college student and it is very difficult to study and complete homework with neighbors constantly BLASTING MUSIC.

This is the worst place ever!!! PLEASE think twice before you consider living here. The units are so out of date, old heater, old rattaling windows, the pluming is HORRIBLE! The maintance man doesnt know what he is doing, my husband had to guide him on how to fix things, NOT kid friendly. The kids cannot ride their bikes or play outside with out getting complaints by the most HORRIBLE human that calls herself MANAGER. Her name is ONA VARGAS... she is so unproffesional, rude, uneducated, vulgar!!!!! I dont know why they have her working their.. That should tell you a lot about the property management

Not a bad place to live (regarding proximity to mall bus lines, etc.) until you need the leasing office staff or off site property mgrs/owners to do ANYTHING ...had to get a restraining order against a neighbor due to endless harrassment, they didnt help at all or even cancel his lease, he took them to court & they gave HIM a settlement...he moved out & left the unit a hot mess! I had enough of them ALL & bought a house!!! : )

If i could give this less than a 1 start i would. I called on Tuesday, April 10th and spoke with a representative named Pam. She stated that there was availability for a two bedroom that wouldn’t be ready until May 10th. I then scheduled an appointment with her for 10:00am Saturday, April 14th. On Saturday at around 9:40am my husband, toddler and I Walked into the rental office. When we got there, i told her i was there for my appointment and she proceeded to look at some papers. I then told her my name and she said oh the two bedroom, it’s rented. I said you just told me it was available on Tuesday. She said yea someone came in on Tuesday and rented it. I said even though it wasn’t available until May 10th? She said yea “first come first serve.” Now that is understandable if it was available now, but not a month from now. Additionally she avoided eye contact with me. I said ok and asked for the main offices/supervisors number. I firmly believe based on my race being non-white i was discriminated against. I’ve left a message for the main office and if i do not hear back i will be filing a formal complaint the DFEH. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
