Staff nice. Rooms small. Walls paper thin. Shower next door sounded like a firehose against my wall. Storm Troopers upstairs walked about until 130am. Would not stay here again

When my best friend & I checked in this hotel, we told them that she had service animals, even proved proof of ADA animals, but the manager got mad cuz she was on the 2nd floor, n I told him that we showed proof. But he still wasnt having it.
There was one nice lady at the front desk, but the other lady and gentleman at the front desk were rude and werent wearing masks. This place is overpriced and I shouldve never booked here. The room was closer to being filthy than clean. It was a shock, given that Covid is still a very prevalent issue. Thankfully, I brought my own anti-bacterial wipes - I had to clean the floors (which had hair, dust, dead bugs, etc.) and the bathroom really well because both were so unacceptably dirty. The towels are the worst quality Ive ever seen so bring your own towels if you are stuck staying here. Id also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets because the comforter was stained in many spots and I didnt want it near my belongings or my skin. Also Id recommend bringing Febreeze and/or air freshener because the room smelled weird (not from cleaning products, thats for sure) and everything was slightly dusty/sticky.

We have gone back and forth between this and another nearby hotel on our last few trips, but this trip ensured we will use the alternative hotel going forward.Parking at this hotel is pitiful. When we arrived late Thursday night, the lot was completely filled, and we were forced to park on the street. Fortunately, the lot was more open the rest of our stay, so we were able to park; however, the spaces are so small, that a standard vehicle barely fits, let alone the truck we were in.That issue likely could have been forgiven if it werent for the other problems we encountered. On our first morning, we were awoken abruptly by loud knocking when room service tried to deliver to the wrong room. The shower - while admittedly having good water pressure - was difficult to use as all water streams from the showerhead were flowing in random directions rather than one general direction. The toilet was initially very difficult to flush before becoming impossible by the second day. We literally had to remove the tank lid and manually flush anytime we used the restroom.Additionally, the shower curtain and sheets had stains that I dont even want to try to guess the source of, the tissue holder was completely empty when we arrived, and the tv could not be powered on or off with the remote. The door to the bathroom would stick and had to be forced closed and open from just under the halfway point. Im not normally one to nitpick, but this hotel was lacking in a lot of ways, and we would have happily paid more for even just a few of these issues to be fixed. We are very thankful we were only there to sleep after our activities each day.
Gross!!!We booked two nights prepaid and left 10 minutes into our stay. We lasted 10 minutes because thats how long it took us to book elsewhere. The place is a dump!

They do not clean the rooms for the next guest!! I have photos of the long black hairs that were on the shower walls. If they do not clean the shower then they don’t clean anything at all!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!
This is a low end hotel, but everything worked and seemed to be clean. I noticed a number of cosmetic upgrades in regard to design and style, but honestly that money could have been better spent on functional upgrades. The toilet was really small and low to the ground, maybe they got them from an elementary school that closed down? The complimentary breakfast was served in a small hallway, and unless you bring it back to your room theres nowhere to eat it. Just as well, there wasnt much to it.
The room was dirty, a lot of dust. The bathroom more, it was clogged, with lots of hair in the bathtub. We stayed for two nights and sincerely I was hoping to see my room clean.
The room was clean, front desk clerk was pleasant, and the bed was absolutely superb! I want a bed like the one that was in the room. Comfy, tall (had to climb into it), and even (no lumps, bumps, or humps). Will definitely stay there again.
The staff is kind of rude but the front desk people are super nice I would highly suggest you go into the front desk if you need any help don’t go to the maids they’re rude
Check-in went very smooth and the lady at the front desk was very nice.My disappoint was when we returned for our second night...Housekeeping never came and we didn’t have any towels or new toiletries. I called down and asked if housekeeping is not done on a daily basis to which the lady at the front replied it was. I told her about our situation. She told me she needed to check and would call me back. She called and said there were no notes and that she would have to question housekeeping in the morning as they were gone for the day- which I can understand. However, she then told me if I needed new towels and toiletries I need to come get them from the front desk (what???- whatever happened to customer service).As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen. I would suggest that in the future you would own up to the mistake, apologize (or at least acknowledge there was an error on your part), and then OFFER TO BRING THE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES TO MY ROOM. Telling a guest to come get what should already be in their room is highly unprofessional. I understand this isn’t a 5-Star hotel, but we are paying for these basic amenities and conveniences.
Last time weve been there was about 2 years ago, and we absolutely loved it. It was clean and quiet.This time it was different: dark long hair on 2 out of 4 towels, room was not that clean. Theyre currently doing maintenance at some rooms, people who do it start working at 8 am, and theyre talking super loud, almost yelling. I mean, seriously, guys, dont you understand there may be some guests in motel, who want some privacy and respect?
The hotel rooms were clean and it was nice they had a jacuzzi . The only thing I would complain about is that the breakfast was not real breakfast it was more like a snack. Also the drinks were out of order.
Very friendly staff if you are nice to them. Trust worthy and attentive cleaning ladies that are always smiling making you feel welcomed. Pool and very relaxing jacuzzi but be careful because it only fits 2 people. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. Only down sides are the prices that are constantly changing and parking spaces but lucky for me I caught a deal for 85 a night for 5 nights so call in advance and ask about their deals and if you own a truck good luck parking in the lot!
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. The parking is really small and packed; you can park in the street on the side since it seems a quite area, but this might be an issue for some people. Other than that, i didnt encounter any problems. Breakfast was decent. I enjoyed my stay and next time Im in the area I will probably stay there again because it was cheap.

Rooms are clean, staff was friendly and professional no hot breakfast. Shower head shoots out water out of tub so floor was soaked no way to avoid it.
Protip: they say that all of their rooms are non smoking, but there are rooms that USED to be smoking, and you can totally tell. If your placard in the door doesnt have the no smoking sign and you asked for non smoking, ask for a different room. Also, the pillows are pretty thick, so just be aware of you dont like your head supported really high.Other than that, the price was great and it was really clean. The staff was nice and breakfast was decent. Nothing spectacular, but better than going to Starbucks and having to buy a slice of bread for $6.
AWFUL, NEVER AGAIN !!I dont even know where to start so there is so much to say about this hotel... first they cancel my reservation because we didnt show up at the check in Sunday... I had booked from Monday to Saturday so I wasnt going to show up on Sunday... when I start booking again she gave me a room from Monday to Friday, after several reflections it finally gives my basic reservation from Monday to Saturday.Secondly they said a continental breakfast... I dont know if having 3 frozen pancakes 2 breads, bananas and plastic cakes can be called a continental breakfast.Then it was not indicated anywhere that the hotel would be under construction. From 7.30am they changed all the doors of the rooms with hammers, chainsaws etc and during our stay they called us into the room at 7am to ask us to leave this one so that they could do the necessary work! I pay for a room you dont have to ask me to leave for work you had to figure it out otherwise.And best of all, the next day a worker came in without knocking while we were getting out of the shower. He didnt even apologize and when I went to complain to the front desk the only thing they told was are you going to go out today so they can finish the work? Really ???I dont recommend this hotel at all, bad location, bad room and bad staff (I asked to a maid to come to the room a little later she said no...) there is not a single positive thing in this hotel.

Went to stay for one night: three adults and a baby. I was so disappointed with our room. It was ridiculously small, the vent continuously had a slow steady amount of hot air blowing through (unless you kept the AC on the whole time which was noisy), and the beds were too small to comfortably fit two adults on it. Besides being cramped in bed and sweating from the air vent, everything in the room or outside the room was noisy. I will never go back to this Super 8 ever again. And at $135 for the night, Id expect a half decent room. My advice, pay the same price or a few bucks more for a bigger and more comfortable room.
I am not one to typically write a negative review. This place was very dirty to say the least. I used a yellow stained towel (gross) to spot clean the floor, took dirty towel to the front desk where I was met with indifference, offered no apology or housekeeping to come clean. We rented two rooms for 2 nights only one room got maid service the next day. I could go on and on. Dont let the name Wyndham give you any unearned confidence. If you are looking for what we typically associate with the name Wyndham, you will be disappointed like we were.
This was one of the nicer super 8s Ive seen. I left and came back twice. Rooms were pretty clean and I didnt see any bugs plus I wasnt afraid to use the towels. I had an endless supply of hot coffee and water for tea. Happy experience.
I have stayed in many many super 8 but this was by far the worst ever. Lady at check in was friendly and said our room had just been clean but wow if that was clean I can just imagine what dirty was. Floor were dirty hair everywhere and bathroom was worse. As for breakfast that was bad too. There were out of stuff and front counter didnt bother to restock until asked to and only stocked what we said was low. Price was high for this service. I would never be back to this hotel or recommend it either.
One is greeted by strong curry odor when checking in (totally disgusting and unwelcoming). Bright ceiling light act as bedside lighting, you can hear drainage through pipes and loud footsteps from upstairs room!Room was clean and ok. Not a memorable experience.

Been here twice now. Both times weve rented the rooms with two queen beds. Very large and spacious rooms. Breakfast is lacking a bit, but the motel is well kept, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood.
AWFUL! Lady at the counter was super rude, she gave me keys to a dirty room. It had dirty tissues, towels and bedding all over. Then the smoke detector was going off which she said she couldn’t fix, went out and bought our own battery. (4.99 + tax)The whole hallway smelled of burnt marijuana. This hotel should be ashamed of its self!
This was as close to a 5 star as we could imagine without the fancy food and service. The room was beautiful and most of all, CLEAN! My wife and I took the kids for a mini vaca before the kids go back to school and I felt very secure in having my children there. As you can see in the pics, not your average room for the low rate we were able to score this jem! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A little drive from the park but we were able to see some parts of Cali we havent experienced yet
This hotel may look nice on the outside but . Once you get past the lobby its so nasty. The carpets in the halls are drirty. The walls have stains in and out of the rooms. Maids dont speak any English. Room looked very much dated. The entire hotel needs to be renovated.
Its a decent place to stay. The rooms are clean, but basic and maybe a bit dated. Breakfast is a basic set. If the TV or AC isnt on, youll easily hear your neighbors. Its a non smoking place, but there is plenty of old smoke smell still lingering in the public areas.

Room was clean, mattress was great! hard to get out of bed. Microwave and mini fridge are available, as well as a small coffee maker. If you do not feel like making your own coffee you can get it during breakfast hours. Checking in and checking out was efficient, the staff I interacted with was friendly. Price was great compared to other properties in the area. A lot of fast-food restaurants nearby, as well as Walmart in case you plan to save some money by microwaving your own food. Cable and Wi-Fi are available, at no extra cost, as well as parking space.
Best place Ive ever stayed at, the beds are very comfortable. Very quiet and lots of privacy. Plenty of toilet paper not just one roll like other places. Definitely coming here in the near future.
We ordered 2 rooms with 2 beds each. We did not get that. He refused to let us upgrade and we had to pay for an extra room including the deposit. The beds were stuff and the pillows were cheap and the bathroom was tiny. The pool was slimy and the breakfast consisted of cereal with warm milk and cheap yogurt. I would not return.
This place seemed ok on the outside but when we got our kids in the room and looked around we were disgusted at what we saw. The air vent looked like it had tiny pieces of mold all over where the air blows out, the bathroom smelled like old urine, there was a spot on one of the pillows that looked like old blood or something and there was a set for the show NCIS which was being filmed during our stay that the hotel did not inform us of. I would not even give this place a star if that was an option.
We stayed at this hotel from 28 to 29th of July, 2018. Overall our stay was OK, but my wife forgot a coat there and I forgot a jacket due to being in a rush in the morning. However, when we called, we were informed that the hotel couldnt find our clothes, although we are 100% sure that we forgot our stuff in the room. So, the personnel in this hotel does not seem to have integrity. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
This Super 8 is under a program for the homeless at the moment. Through the first stimulus package, I think? The people who run this homeless endeavor. They need to be more organized. Sims like adolescents are running it. Its just due to lack as ever having to run something like this for people. Its a learning experience. But Im off the streets during the worst part of this heatwave. Me and my service animal Cheyenne are very grateful for this.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Stains on the sheets and blankets. The Place has little parking. Guests are noisy, and to top it off, I could not get any service to change the sheets and blankets. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh sheet and change them myself. Never again. Oh and the breakfast sucks.

Nice place to stay. The beds were comfy, free WIFI, a little pool and spa area. Rooms were just right. Not to small or too large. The TVs and the breakfast area (or more accurately hallway) were really tiny. The staff was nice.

Service was fine. Just went to look at a room to see if it was suitable and it was not satisfactory. The smell of marijuana eminated through the hallway. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bed comforter had a cigarette burn on it. Not what I was expecting from a 100℅ non smoking hotel.
Staff was terribly rude, lady at front desk had no personality. Online it said they had cotts available for rent but the lady at the desk said none were available. Said they have non smoking rooms but the rooms that used to be smell terrible. All in all never wanna stay here again would rather drive some where far to stay. Girl in the front needs a personality check before she gets talked to.
Good price. Easy check in process. Outdoor pool, designated smoking area, 24hr coffee at office, clean rooms, and continental breakfast. Only thing that irked me was when I asked the night office person for more coffee packages for the room, she said no theres coffee at the office 24hrs. Quiet with easy to get to restaurants and stores.
It was okay. Just went to sleep after six flags trip. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing is THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. HARDLY ANY AND THE ONE WE FOUND WAS TIGHT. So glad the cars next to us didnt scratch our car.
Not for special needs person. The room we had for 4 days was taken from us to give to other persons. After the 3tr day. Made us move to a smaller room and bed size smaller. We where not aware off this till the 3rd.day. As for breakfast that your own cornflakes and coffee.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Poorly staffed and completely mismanaged... BEWARE!I had tried to make a reservation while traveling, and explained that I was not getting into town until 6am. They manager refused to provide even the least accommodation for my circumstances and told me that check out would be at 11 am, regardless of when I checked in, and she would not even allow a two hour difference in the either check out or check in time. I cannot believe that the manager actually told me that they cannot turn the room over (remake a bed and vacuum a floor for one room) at a time that is not between 11am and 2pm. My only option was to book and pay for two nights upfront. I will never stay here under its current ownership.
Gentleman at front desk on nights is very polite and helpful, lots of improvements going on in rooms and very nice, my only issue is the parking, the Spaces are super narrow and vehicles too close to eachother. Especially with a full size truck.
Beds were comfortable, nice large bathtub which I took advantage of, fridge worked great once I turned it up. The only downside is I wished they had a larger selection for breakfast.
Stay here quite often when visiting Magic Mountain, or just passing through. Always a great experience. Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room. And we love the new renovations & decor. Staff is friendly & knowledgible. Highly recommended!

They give you exactly what they have to-a bed, a warm shower and a secure room. Its a basic hotel. Just the essentials. Friendly enough, but I think a couple of attempts at renovation were done on the cheap and it shows.
Definitely great full for operation room key here in canyon country. Daily construction done with the city, but over all a nice area in santa clarita
Found multiple clumps of hair in my bed, my sedan didnt fit in the parking spots forcing us to park our new car on the street overnight. Neighbor through adjoining door were smoking marijuana speeping into ou room. Front desk said nothing they could do.
Hotel was nice & updated when we walked in. Clerk was very kind & courteous. Price affordbl on the fly- not far from frwy. Room was clean & bed FIRM. Had a micr, fridge, AC, all amenities worked. Got a great nights rest. Good contntl. breakfast was the norm - AND...NO CURRY SMELL A+A+A+ !!!
Really nice and dog-friendly place. Docking 2 stars because its in the 661 area code, but giving back one because I was damn fool enough to plan a trip wherein it was convenient to stay in the 661 and because I was only woken by drunken locals once in two nights there. It cant be beat if you find yourself needing an evenings repose in the goddamn 661.
Good service however my pillow wasnt changed out. It was dirty. The other pillow was fine tho. Coffee was too weak, will I stay here again? Most likely yes
Just alright. Pretty noisy hotel room. The minifridge was annoyingly loud at night and kept cylcing on/off. Every time that I touched a light switch, without fail, I would get shocked.

This place caters to homeless people people that are trying to make ends meet and theyre getting help now from the state so theres a 50-50 I think your choice there no its alright who you want to hang around with and who what kind of people live there you know saying I cant discriminate because hey everybody free country rubber one talk to you
The experience i had was acceptable for the price. the breakfast was a joke it was a small place and there was poor food only coffee, juices, cheap cereal, and packed pastries. the toilet was moving and in bad condition. quiet room with a nice view.
The location is alright. Its easy to get to. Great for me because its near where Im working for a while. Theres coffee and pastries in the morning. The room is ok but its definitely old.

Its kinda old but super cheap for what we needed. Parking sucks as the spaces are a little tiny. So I parked in the street. Which was ok. Only issue is in the forest behind parking is a homeless family staying there.

Had a reservation for 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and only got single beds, and would not upgrade or refund. Attendant was very rude. Threaten with police for being too many people in room when he would not help us
They upgraded the rooms but it smells like cigarette smoke. There was a cig burn in the comforter. I ended up not staying there after seeing the rooms.

This is my first time staying at this place and the bed is so comfortable..... The room Im in are very nice and looks to be very casual so far I am pleased with the room Im in tonight.

Horrible customer service, and I come home to find bed bugs in my overnight bag, I know for sure because the pest control just came to spray for ants and I showed him, and he confirmed my worst nightmare. Ugh plus on top of that the room smelled and the door was so hard to open I pinched the palm of my hand.
I cant believe how uncomfortable these beds are. Please upgrade on the beds, its like sleeping on the floor. Ive been here for a week and still cant adjust to them. Cant say that Ill be staying here anytime soon anymore.

The hotel and the rooms wer pretty small and cramped all around, including the parking lot. The beds werent terrible though.

This was our 5th visit to Cuba and first visit to Playa Cayo Santa Maria. Two of my husbands colleagues raved about this hotel so we decided to make it out winter vacation.

Very unhelpful staff. Overpriced, but decent. Pool is small.

Nice place...doing some fixing so cant use the pool, but maybe by the end of the week.
I gave it 2 stars because it is kinda beat down and the pool was tiny, also, there was a cockroach in my grandmas room.
Very nicely decorated; cl3an and affordable. Thin walls mean you hear everyones noise.

2022-05-13I stayed for 1 night and I had a pretty good experience with this hotel. The front desk staff were VERY friendly and welcoming really enjoyed talking to them. The pool and spa were nice and clean and plenty of space. The room was for the most part very nice and clean plenty of space and plenty of USB ports to charge all your devices. I would recommend staying here but I did just have a couple of small issues. The bathroom vent was dirty, there was a bag over the smoke detector when I showed up and I do not smoke, and the toilet had a peice broken. Other than that though I had a great stay and will be staying again next time I come down.

2022-06-03I have no idea how this motel even has 3 stars, where to begin. The rooms are cheaply, sloppily thrown together and filthy! Everytime the person above me used the sink my drain would let up this smell of rotten eggs and sewage that completely filled the entire room. Even with the bathroom vent constantly on there was no way to cover that putrid smell. The continental breakfast was literally a banana and granola bar. . Seriously that was it. Meanwhile the guy behind the counter was eating a bowl of Cheerios so clearly we know where his priorities are. Speaking of priorities they have a NO CAT policy. . . They allow dogs but no cats. . .which makes ZERO sense. Thats like saying we only allow boy children, no girls. You cannot discriminate against a certain animal its either no pets at all or all pets welcome. They even tried to turn me away with my registered service cat. I had to tell them that was illegal and make the front desk contact the owner. Which the front desk lady was nice and the wifi was fast but for $120 a night youre better off literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

2022-05-22Not a great experience at all… didnt enjoy my stay this hotel is not to stay for 2 nights or more its pricy .left second day of my stay i couldn’t handle it .. also not cleaned what so ever!! i found pieces of long hair in the towels .. so nasty asked for new towels ihad to come down to front desk and get them. and i found a hair strand again .. staff was rude . also front desk has attitude.. not a great customer service at all… ! bed sheets were stained . stains that can’t take off .. like really? i don’t like complaining, but this one got me. i would not recommend staying for more than one night… room needs to be more clean and fresh . place needs improvement. i was very disappointed with this place. hope they improve on the rooms ..

2022-03-16Pretty Cool, my only problem was I was next to the Housekeepers room, were the laundry was, so the dryer air would rebound into my window.Jacuzzi was great and pool looked clean.

2022-05-15***The hotel was very close to relatives condo!!!The office staff were very friendly.Suggestions for the housekeepers:Check if showerhead works.It would be nice to have Kleenex in the room.Ice bucket would have been helpful.

Should be a 1 star motel
