The employees are very nice but not so tip top on making sure your satisfied. I had got a fountain drink but remember I had to ride my bike. So I asked the cashier could I please change my fountain drink to a bottled drink. Which I know Ive worked in fast food before and I know shed have to refund the entire order and redo it, its a little tedious and may take a little bit of extra finger work but it cant be done. And it was really honestly necessary if I didnt need it I was just said whatever and went on about my day but you didnt want to do it she didnt want to help me out so Im on my way home I ended up dropping my drink and I didnt have anything to wash my food down with. All because she was too lazy to help me out
Best subway sandwiches every made by a subway employee! When I buy 5 sandwiches and everyone in my family is raving about how good the sandwiches are....that one person deserves some recognition and single handedly carried the faith of this subway location! Just gained a loyal customer. Her patience with my 15 year old daughter was astounding! She deserves a raise! Waiting to see how good the remaining staff is. My Fiance, who has worked as a Subway employee some years ago was shocked at how good it was prepared as well. A++++ on her part. If proof is needed....check the cameras Monday May 17th 2021 after 12:30am!
I ordered 2 sandwiches through DoorDash and after 20 minutes it showed an update that my driver had been waiting for my food. 30 minutes later, my driver was still waiting for my food. I called the driver and he said he had been waiting for a long time and he thought something was wrong so he went into the store and said the girl working was in the bathroom and she yelled at him for coming into the store even though it was open. I continued to wait 5 more minutes then called the store and spoke to the woman working named Jenny, she told me she was on a “bathroom break” (50 minute long break) and she didn’t like that the guy walked into the store so she didn’t make the order for him and made people’s order who were after him/us. She was the only one working so I asked her how long until the sandwiches were done and she said “mm.. maybe 10 minutes or you can just cancel it” in a smug tone after I was being very polite and patient with her. After waiting almost an hour for something I could’ve picked up in 5 minutes and having to cancel my order and losing my money, I will never go to this subway again.
Food was good, everyone is nice. However the service was slow and the ladies making the sandwiches werent listening to what customers were asking, the lady in front of me had to repeat herself several times at each step of her order. The ladies working just seemed over whelmed, and trying to multitask to much that resulting in messing orders up. In their defensive some people in line were being very demanding, but they seemed to be brought on out of frustration of having to repeat themselves and employees not understanding what they were asking for. My sandwich was made correctly, but these were my observations. Hopefully it helps to Improve the location!
Manger asked customer had enough to pay for the sandwiched what I saw was a hungry person that was already disheveled made to feel smaller if thats even possible, my heart went out to the soft spoken man he replied I have EBT food card. This staff is hard working but common respect to others is harder put in next weeks PDF training tutorial . NOT COOL not appetizing behavior.
I went here yesterday afternoon with my sister and brother-in-law, and a friend. We went in with a couple of coupons that were for Buy any sub and any drink, get a 6-in. sub of equal or lesser value for free.. First, the young guy making the sandwiches helped my sister and brother-in-law and friend quickly, but took forever to help me, as if I was an afterthought. He seemed surprised that I was going to order a sandwich, too. That was weird. Then, the young cashier didnt understand the coupons at all. I had to explain it to her multiple times, saying that I have used these coupons frequently in the past, and knew what I was talking about. The food was good, but it frustrated me that the service was inconsistent and awkward. If you go in there with a coupon, which Subway puts out frequently, just study them ahead of time. I almost would rather go to the Subway on the corner of Hollywood Way and Verdugo, where I have had better service, but this one on the corner of Magnolia and Vineland is more convenient for me, and where I live, unfortunately, and the direction that we were going yesterday.
Sandwich was made poorly, I grabbed a wrong bag of cheetos, wanted the regular ones instead of flaming, didnt realize it till I opened it. I go up to the counter show them I got the wrong one and I didnt even touch the inside, asked if I could exchange, they said no. $8 later poorly made sandwich and I couldnt even eat my chips.
Unprofessional staff at graveyard shift they keep you waiting for long time.discriminating some customers and servicing others who came later.they ont pay attention to customers and ignore some for a long time. They never approach customers and ask what they want.you have to ask many times before they attend you.

2022-02-04Cynthia was working on February 1 when we stopped by for dinner. We ordered 2 footlongs, and asked if we could get soup instead of chips with the combo meal. She said we could, and then proceeded to charge us $4.25 per combo instrad of the $3.25 listed on the menu board. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, she shrugged, and said, Thats what the computer came up with. I said, Well, its $1 more per meal than whats listed, and I need to know why youre overcharging me. She got defensive, and said, I dont know. The computer comes up with the price. I asked to speak to her manager. She replied that her manager was not on site. I said, Then I need her phone number. Wordlessly, she goes to the back, gets her cell phone, and proceeded to call her manager. She then tells me, The price is higher because youre getting soup.I have a problem with this in a couple of respects: first, its not reflected on their menu in the combo price, nor is it reflected in terms of substitutions. Second, Cynthia never told me that there would be a price difference if I ordered soup, which she is obligated to do when ringing me up.This particular franchise engages in bait and switch and price gouging, which is never a good business model. Cynthia also never gave me my receipt so I could complete the online survey of follow up with the restaurant.

2022-03-18Its Subway. When I give this subway 5 stars, its not saying its the best of any place you could go to, but it is saying that based on my experience its a reliable subway experience. It seems that most Subways are closing earlier now. This is one of the few Subways that is open late, and even at a later time the service was great and the food was fresh as Subway gets. The restaurant was busy and yet the staff moved customers through efficiently and with kindness.

2022-04-20I stopped in with my family and the young lady with purple hair expressed how much she did not want to be there. Its okay that I had to fix all the sandwiches when we got home, cut them, and add the right toppings to them. No problem. Have a nice day

2022-06-02Why mark this a 24/7 sub way when you employed someone that doesnt want to serve anyone. The worker was just inside listening to music having a good time with the door locked and when I banged on the door she didnt pay attention to me till about the 7th time. After she looked at me with this stare of why are you here at this time. Im not gunna get up and open the door to make you a sandwich. Then she waved her hand to me saying to just leave. I screamed its 24 hours. She chuckled and went to the back where she cant be seen and turned up the volume up some more. I know the owner is probably not gunna read this but on the off chance he/she does this is not acceptable.i have been here before at this time, and there was a very nice girl of Spanish decent that helped me so well and made one of the best sandwiches I have ever had from sub way. Now I come and this other lady from african american decent just ruined this store for me. Not saying it in a racist way I just want the owner to know who it was and didnt want the Spanish girl to get in trouble at all.im guessing there boh night shift

2022-06-01Just went to this location which I do often, but today was not a good experience. Jasmine made my sandwich, she put to much mayo,I asked her to scoop out some mayo and she just threw it away without asking me. She clearly needs another job because shes a loose cannon.

2020-05-25This location consistantly provides solid service. My most recent visit pleasantly exceeded my normal expectations. I rushed away from the register without my free cookie. The employee called me back, asked me which cookie I wanted, and happily made my day by handing over my delicious carrot cake cookie!

2021-10-04Worst subway experience . It took them 3 times take make my sandwichFirst they make sandwich with the avocado skin still on it ..then the second worker starts to make my sandwich and nearly puts entire bottle of oil on my sandwich if you cant work fast and efficiently then slow down and dont work so fast because thats how you mess up peoples sandwich I was so angry after all that I couldnt even eat my sandwichI dont recommend this subway at all if I can give -5 stars I would

2022-03-07Nicholas was very rude ignored me when I asked for my order then another customer walked in he started making her order so I ask why he wasn’t making mine first he got mad started to cus at me right along side the customer who also started to cus at me he is very incompetent and obviously can’t handle his job you shouldn’t eat from this place they let homeless people sleep all over the tables bring all their trash and have it in their lobby it’s disgusting

2021-12-31Rude. I just called right now after placing an order and I was trying to ask about adjusting my order. The girl cut me off 3 times saying “you’re sandwich has already been made”. I’m not incompetent I heard you the first time girl but thanks for not caring about service/decency. If you don’t want to do a proper job then don’t work? I responded “ok then I’ll pick the stuff out” she didn’t even let me finish saying what I called to say and hung up on me. No need to ruin someone else’s day just because you’re not having a good one. Service & food is not with love here, won’t be ordering again, plus they mess up my order anyway. Other subways are nicer
