I am impressed with the changes to the party packages. Great food options that they keep filled while you bowl. They even made sure to have a bottle of hand sanitizer on the buffet table for our group to use. Our server could maybe use a little more training to remember things like bringing serving utensils with the food and checking in on those ordering from the bar more than once every half hour.I also appreciated that they ask you to take any balls you handle back to your lane so that they can sanitize them before putting th back on the rack.
I love coming here! Lots of changes are happening, but I’m really optimistic for the finished touches! Since Bowlero took over, the place doesn’t look as run down or dirty. It’s clear they’ve made necessary upgrades already! Stars was my favorite bowling alley as a kid, but it just was not the same as I got older, so the change is good.I can only imagine how difficult it is to take over such a popular business during COVID and low employment. However, the new games are loads of fun and bowling has a new feel to it. Excited to see what they do next!
The food and service was horrible. I cant believe it was just a few short months ago that you could get a great hamburger at Stars. Now, with this new management, the food has been drastically downgraded in no time at all. You cant even get table service, you have to order your food at the bar. What a shame, Ill never be back there again. Stay away people.
Health: nobody was wearing any mask. No hand sanitizing stations available. Everything is greasy and sticky.Value for your money: This place is a total rip off. I paid upfront for 3 games for 2 people and when I checked out, they told that I paid only for one and they charged me again. The manager claimed that the lady who took my payment is new and still under training. I will never visit this facility again. Too bad it has potential but they are ruining it themselves with their dishonesty and greed.
New company owns this place as of November. Prices increased, no more options of paying per hour, all vending machines removed, and total lack of face mask enforcement other than a constantly scrolling message on the scoreboard that 98% of their customers ignored. There also didnt seem to be any sanitizing of the bowling balls either like they had before.
Just went to a lovely wedding at Stars and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was friendly. I did not expect it to be as nice as it was. My only complaint is that the kitchen staff was very loud and boisterous and had to be told to tone it down during the wedding ceremony. They did not have the best attitude.
I loved it. When I was a little bit younger this is the place the family would go. The only thing I didnt like was the bathrooms. They dont even lock correctly and you kinda feel uncomfortable. I always felt like someone was gonna barge in on accident. It looks like nobody cleans it but either way it was still fun for the family
Dont get me wrong we love coming here but its more so just for the fun I have with my family bowling. Other than that its a little pricey an if you play in thr game room moat of the games dont work an if they do you usually lost half your point card to them cause it takes a couple swipes for the game to a actually work an theres usually not an attendant there to work it to help with any issues. Even on a busy weekend. Theres always an hr wait an you have to be put on the list in person an if you dont know what deals are going on sont expect the employees to let you know. Other than that its fun bowling with your friends an family.
Would have been 1 star but food was sooo good. We arrived at 9 pm and by closing time 12 am we did not get a chance to bowl. The front desk staff claimed there was a waiting list however multiple people walked in and bowled....we were told wait times were longer because of covid...then a party of at least 8 came in and were given lanes. Extra star for good drinks at the bar...great Apple Washington. Sadly it was the lack of customer service at the front desk that keeps this review from being a 5. Normally, I would shrug it off but it was my cousins birthday.
Place is very run down and is filthy! Front doors were highly touched by bowlers and people sitting at the bar. After I looked around with out anybody saying a word to me. I turned around and walked back out to the car. I didnt even bother asking to be seated for dinner.
My family had a great time! We felt back to normal. It was a nice distraction from the craziness going on. They have some procedures in place to keep people safe from COVID-19. You get a disposable glove to use when selecting your ball. When finished bowling you bring your ball to a rack so it can get disinfected. They spaced people out nicely on every other lane for social distancing. Food and bar is open. Very fun way to get out of the house with the family!
Havent had the opportunity to actually go bowling yet because I have been going there for the live music in their City Sports Bar and Grill. Music has been great. Plenty of seating, pretty good food (appetizer sampler platter is very satisfying for that late night snack), you can get a variety of beers by the pitcher or bottle and a full bar. Definitely will be back again soon.
The staff is great, they’re friendly, quick and happy to help. I don’t know if I haven’t chosen the right food, or if I simply don’t like the food they have, but I’m not a fan. I bring my 6-year-old here to bowl occasionally, but he’s more interested in the arcade section, which is my biggest complaint. I’m not sure how much money I’ve lost in the machines that don’t work, but as they’re advertised as an arcade online, you would think they would put much more effort into fixing and updating their machines. Its more of a bar than an arcade or “recreation center”, but the beer selection is limited. I haven’t been upstairs, maybe that’s what I’m missing with all the good reviews. If they would fix up their arcade room, even just repair the broken machines they have now, they’d probably get more a diverse set of customers.
Special Olympics Bowling Practice today from 11a-1p was fun. After we stayed till almost 5p bowling with another family. It was awesome. The staff at the counter is so polite and friendly. Thank you very much for an awesome day of bowling and lots of laughs. You rock!!!
Such a fun place to visit with the family or for a night out with friends. They have so much to do! Bowling is fun, the lanes are in great shape. Laser tag and video games will keep the kids busy, and theres a full bar and grill for when you get hungry. Theres often live music on the weekends and lots of pool tables in their upstairs area plus another bar!
After many friends recommending City Sports Bar & Grill, we decided to check it out. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Jared. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some recommendations on what we should try. We started off with the Mushroom Bomb as an appetizer. It was so good and very filling.Onto our dinner, we chose the Cajun Catfish & Prawns as well as the Chicken Fried Chicken & Hot link. Each was served with mashers and steamed vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoning wise and temperature.Jared provided some of the best service Ive had in a while, which was refreshing. He ultimately cared and his guests experience. Great food and amazing service from Jared, is why I will definitely go back.
Been here more than once but it’s best to avoid this place around this time of the year as of now. Bowling league was yesterday, understandable. Me and my family go to the arcade. Half of the machines don’t work and a majority of the out of service machines don’t come with a sign stating so. I tell the guy upfront who then tells me it’s okay at your own risk unless it’s Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. What? What type of joke is this? The machine ate up a whole dollar from me and a few from my other family memebers from machines we expected to be functioning correctly in the arcade. I then lost a quarter to the machine that I tried to exchange for a token for my father, and when I informed the person up front again he just told me to suck it up. I’m an older teen, but any amount of money taken away from me without reason matters highly to me. So I sent my little brother over there, he comes back with a token luckily but tells me that the guy up front says to not ask for anymore (but we were simply just asking for a refund on what was our money to begin with)? Anyways, save your money and go to the movies or something, the working games at the arcade anyways are mainly overpriced, me mainly talking about the Halo one they have setup in particular. While the diner and food wasn’t bad, the experience last night was just very pity, depressing, & mediocre. Don’t waste your money on poor service and treatment.
We came to have a nice evening out with our family. We recently became a party of 4 and getting out to accommodate all of us can be a task. Anyway we were having a good time until our lane had dead balls. I went to ask for assistance at customer service and after at least 15 min NO one came. Its a Saturday night its busy, no problem, I have patience. Went and asked again, still no help. By this time might as well pack up, baby is getting restless. Attempted to talk with manager about said service and he called security on us. Mind you yes we are BLACK but we were being patient and respectful. There was no need to call for security. Fix the dead ball or give us our money back. Just a horrible disturbing experience and we wont be going back.
We visited for a fun family day. Our Lane kept freezing so the guys at the front decided to move us to another one. It was nice because we didnt have to restart. Our game was transferred as in play. It really great of them because I never would have thought to do it. Its a four star only because things seem to be technology funky. The two gentleman from the front desk were both friendly and helpful. It made our day better.
Very Good. I did not get the minimum 12 kids for a B-Day party and Stars allowed me to forward my deposit to Bowling lanes instead. 8 kids showed up and had a blast. I was able to order pizza and a second bowling alley as needed. Booked laser tag and the little rats had more fun. They got sweaty though. Twice I bought 120 tokens for $30 on my Visa card at machine and kids went nuts in Arcade. I think I spent around $250 for everything from 11am to 2:30pm. Pizza was surprisingly good considering it ran through what looks like a giant toaster oven. Even my wife liked the pizza. Stars also stored B-Day cake in freezer at no charge. By 1pm the place was packed for a bowling tournament but I was still able to get help at the desk etc. A little patience is all it took. Realize the staff have to watch all the lanes while serving at the desk. The light weight kids balls are at the desk. Ask for them.
Lots to do but arcade had lots of equipment out of order. Also, could not find a bowling ball the hole size and weight needed. Very busy as expected for a Saturday night. Friendly staff and very helpful. Dinghy looking and feeling as the table tops and chairs were sticky and carpet areas both dirty looking and smelling. Lots of teens present and parking lot lots of pot friendly folks and people drinking beer, partying. Building on game end not well lit and dark parking areas.
Bowling alley is open 24 hours a day so the fun literally never has to stop. They dont have anyone working in the arcade unless its Friday or Saturday night, which means its a struggle to redeem tickets any other time. The food is pretty good for s bowling alley though.
Watched the football game, had a few menu items. Usually service is impeccable, but I ordered a cup of hot tea. Took forever to get honey. Was cold by the time it arrived at my table. Bathrooms were a mess, which was also surprising. Still like the place and will return, but seems the waitresses were over extended.
If you are just there to bowl I would give this place 4 stars, but the arcade is a real rip off ( The games are super expensive and the air hockey table turns off the air automatically after about 3 minutes, regardless of the score.) The food is typical bowling alley food lots of chicken strips and fries and pizza, all pretty mediocre. The bartenders are friendly and the whole place is open 24 hours.
Bowling service was great. The atmosphere in the bowling area was okay. Ive seen way better. The arcade sucks. A lot of games my kids wanted to play looked abused. Missing buttons, stealing our coins just all bad for my kids. My kids response to me was we should of went somewhere else.
All know it was a fun environment to be in but the equipment on the Bowling Lanes kept breaking down meaning the games keep freezing in the middle of each play once you play the second game. Video games more than 20 of them were broken. And the crane machines but Im supposed to entice the children to only give you 30 tickets. The staff all those seem very friendly the service for the food was very very slow. Much lower than it true anticipated time which should be no more than 10 minutes for some nachos instead you have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes before you get your meal. Im dining at this establishment you must bring your patience with you in your pocket your purse and your because you will be waiting. Although staff was very friendly they are extremely frustrated with the maintenance for the machines as it keeps breaking down and the customers
Im there every week for my bowling league. I love the place. My main issue is that they allow smoking outside in front of the door. And Everytime the door opens, which is often, bellows of smoke comes in and if you have asthma or just cant stand the smell, this might be a problem.
Went with a party of 7. We had to wait, so we went to the arcade area and that was disappointing. A lot of the games were not working, so we just kinda walked around back there. One of the kids was playing on an out of order game and the staff came out and said hes not trying to be a d*ck but they cant be on the out of order games. My kid is 4, so that was very inappropriate. Once we started bowling, everyone had a wonderful time! I had my highest score of 146! Definitely a great place to have fun bowling! Oh...bathrooms are not very clean.
We had a homeschooling event for Visions and it turned out absolutely great the kids were able to pull and then we had some pizza and some drinks and then after that they had a rapper where the kids want prices. I definitely would recommend other families to come out and enjoy because this place has a lot to offer great place for kids.
Bowling alley is nice..... service sucks when it come to lanes. They put you on a waiting list.... but they will have 14 lanes wide open. They give people 10 mins to answer a text from the waiting list. If they send out 6 text thats a hour waiting for people who most likely left after waiting too long Ive been here a hour and half and hella lanes are wide open and not being used ... they need a intercom to reach people after the second call go on to the next person on the list
I can only comment on the arcade as I didnt bowl. The arcade was in need of some maintenance. Several machines are my counts and the tickets did not come out of many machines. Luckily I was the adult paying for the kids I was with but if I were a kid with a limited amount of coins I would have been upset. All this said, most worked and a good time was had by all. Smoke free, safe environment.
First time playing pool with my boyfriend (who beat me 2 times and I only won once because he scratched the 8-ball after some beers by the way). Great atmosphere with great drinks. BUT upon trying to play Halo in the Arcade the game ate up approximately $2-3 before my boyfriend realized it.
Stars has a lot of things to do you can bowl you can eat , play pole, play In an archade they have very nice people that work their servers, waiters, owners, and more. If you are looking for a nice family night out or a birthday party for all the kids this is the place to go even if your a grown person looking for a night out with your friends this is the place to be. I hope this was accurate and helpful to you and your opinion.😊👍
Awesome place to bowl, can get busy in the weekends but worth the wait. You can also shoot pool or hangout at the bar. Theres something for everyone at this place! Would get 5 stars if they would work on the ventilation system. It gets stuffy and hot when the lanes fill up.
The arcade is out of order and it is a waste of money. The food was normal bar prices but not bad. We were treated pretty crappy by the staff at the door because we had out of state driver licenses, but we have experienced far worse.... after all we still went in. Its worth going to if you like bowling, drinking, music and pool tables.
Really good place to go to on Sunday morning bowling, they have revamped the bowling machines and lights. Been going there for about 8+ years. There is a restaurant that has a good breakfast menu. And a bar that opens later in the day. Along with an arcade room for the kids.
We went for bowling, more than half the lanes were empty, stayed empty. Waited for hours on the waiting list. Ended up barely getting a lazer tag spot. Machines didnt actually let us do free for all, lights didnt get turned off, when we asked why our equipment was malfunctioning we were told its fine. My debit card gets declined every time for no reason, the only place it ever happens, staff runs it as debit even after I said credit because their machines are weird. Arcade games have a really poor selection and most of them are out of order or should be. Its under staffed, over worked and sadly appears to not be maintained anywhere. I use to really really enjoy this place and Im pretty sure I just wont go back.
Went to this place last night and it was terrible. Was told it was a 30 min wait which turned in to an hour 140min. Was given multiple prices about the price for games, and the price for each player. The 2 workers at the front seem to be high with no customer service skills. The game room prize room was close and was told to come back on certain days to collect my kid prize. Bathroom was terrible, toilett wouldnt flush. This place is very over price with so little to offer. Bad
Spent my new years here and it was a huge mistake. Terrible way to start my new year. They ran out of 2 out of the 3 options for dinner. And ran out of desserts as well. The flyer says that Champaign would be given for the countdown...none was brought to our table. The band took several breaks in 2 hours of music and didnt come back for 20 30 minutes at a time. Would not return for this party ever again.
There are some slight operational issues, such as the poor handling of the waitlist. There are also several deferred maintenance issues with the lanes which dont justify current high prices. Example, the quality of the lanes (rough and beat up) and sweep mechanism (frequently getting stuck). We had fun but we would have enjoyed it much more if it wasnt for the above mentioned issues.
Its a Good place to unwind after work. Bowling is always fun but they have a pretty large arcade for the kids and evenn laser tag.the bar is large both upstairs and down. They have many pooltables and dart boards. And the food and the drinks are always good too. Servers are friendly and swift and theres and theres a motel right next store if you happen to tie one on or have the need for one.though the motel is not the nicest of accomidations its better than a car accident or a d.u.i.
The fans over the bowler tables need to be fixed. They only have one speed-90 miles an hour. Actually, the whole A/C system needs to be fixed. If the temperature was controlled correctly, you wouldnt need the 90 mph fans. And the horrendous smells in the bathrooms are disgusting. Thats the first thing you smell when you walk into the cafe. Generally, not a good thing to hit you when youre wanting to order food. These arent new problems.
By far the worst arcade ever. 80% of their games don’t work and if they do work it just takes your points and doesn’t let you play. There is a sign that says “No refunds, play at your own risk” so I’m assuming they already know that the arcade is a P.o.s they need a serious upgrade.
This place used to be a a fun place to take your family. Now its pretty run down. The lanes are in bad repair and the balls are worse. The pizza bar is now only open during certain times (I think thats code for wherever we can get someone to work the station) and they wont allow outside food so you are stuck ordering from the grease grill (check it out, you will see what Im talking about) with minimal options or the restaurant but Im pretty sure its all cooked at the grill. To boot, I counted 16 games in the arcade that are out of order and the ones that are in service are iffy at best when it comes to proper operation Its time to close your doors or step up our game Starz!
SLOW SLOW service, no sense of urgency, and it was a slow night. Our party of 4 decided not to order after the pitcher of beer we ordered took 20 minutes to get. (No they didnt have to change out an empty keg) Then after that, the pitcher of DRAFT CORONA was $35.00 and was warm..we wont be back...This was our second try at this place.
This place is AMAZINGGood place to bowl, have a few drinks and have some fun at the arcade. Its everything you wanna do in one spot. The bar tender Lorena? Is her name? She was fantastic and really made us feel welcome.Only reason why this place is getting 4 stars is cause alot of the arcade machines are broken. If they can fix that then Ill change this
Waited two and half hours for my food to arrive. At that point I had to chase down the waitress to cancel my order. The bill for the food came 90 minutes before I cancelled my order. I had to argue about not paying the bill for food that never came. I will not be back.
Walked in to play a game or two of bowling with friends and waited well over and hour and a half to get a lane. When I asked for an update on where we were on the list the blonde lady behind the counter gave me an attitude and said “Every time we have to stop and check your place it takes us that much longer to get you a lane” I said “Oh, excuse me” and as I walked away she said “I think you’re number 4”. Waited that long to get an attitude about getting a lane? How bout no thanks. First and last time being here. We walked out after waiting another 10-15 mins. Would definitely not recommend this place to anybody. The facility is pretty dirty also and looks like a million buffalos have run over their floor
The staff at the front desk was nice the set up for the games are eazy to do. While you set up each player you can set the bumpers up if you need to. There was alot of kids bowling when we went and it was hard to find a ball my boys could bowl. Had to check almost 20 lanes over before we got a ball they could carry. All said and done they had a good time. The arcade leaves something to be desired alot of games not working.
Because, they advertise Karaoke starting at 9:00pm in their bar lounge. However, if there is a game of some kind of sports like basketball, the karaoke is delayed until the game is over, which puts karaoke starting at almost 10:00! I think they should cancel on the nites there are games or honor the missed hr. and go until12:00 or 11:30 at least.
We were looking for fun kids activities in Vacaville. We found a really good guy at the front desk at Stars (Bill). This was our first time bowling with 4 kids, ages 2-8. The guy at the desk set us up with a special aiming ramp for rolling balls, plus no-gutter bumpers, then worked with us to make it a special time! The kids had a great time. Thanks, Bill!
I was in Stars last week on Wed, Oct 29th. I am writing to let you know how inattentive and rude the woman working the front desk was (slightly tall, thin, with bleached blond hair). Apparently there was a problem that she was dealing with in that a party had not been added to the schedule and she was upset. I was sorry to hear that, but she, and another woman coming out from an office who could have also made an effort, were oblivious to me and the other 6 people (4 of them children) who were with me. When she finally got around to acknowledging my presence and learning that I was not with the other customer and her guest, she asked if she could help me. I told her I would like to rent a lane. I was surprised to learn that there were none available and said Really? because I was disappointed and surprised, and in a sarcastic way she said Yeah, really. I realize that she was flustered, but your staff needs to learn to acknowledge every customer waiting for service within a reasonable amount of time. I can tell you this, Stars does not have to worry about me booking a party at this location, nor us bringing our family business to you ever again.
My band plays here often and the staff is top notch. Ive heard stories from fellow musicians about fights and general rowdy behavior in the past. There is certainly no sign of that with the current management.Food is good and there is a lot to do, from bowling to billiards. Pinball, sports bar and live music with dancing!
The laser tag equipment barely worked. Only about half of the vest sensors registered at best. Not worth playing as a competition...guess if you want to run around in a black light room with a plastic vest on go here.50% of the arcade games are broken or out of order. Beer is pricey too. I didnt bowl so I cant say how that is...hope it is better than the rest.
Took the grandkids out for family night. There were possibly 20 people in the parking lot smoking marijuana in different areas of the parking lot. Both upon arrival and leaving. Its a shame that there is no regard for the children at this establishment. Not Kid Friendly and deserves a no star
I had clam chowder which is excellent you can buy by the bowl were by the cup they make it fresh they have it on Wednesday to Sunday they make it themselves its not out of a can is very good I enjoy it go over there at least once a week if you need any help you can ask for Veronica
Half the games in the arcade were broken and didnt give the tickets due. The sad remains or a broken down play structure was heaped in the corner. Dont waste your time. It was dark, depressing and dirty...like a failing casino. I cant believe Im saying this but drive to Chuck E Cheese in Fairfield for a better arcade.
At the front counter, 2 guys running the entire bowling arena, leaving little to no cleanliness/upkeep of the restrooms. In the diner, there was only 1 fellow to take orders/cashier/waiter/bus the entire facility.Ive frequented this facility for nearly the 18 years it has been in operation. And during these past few years, I have seen a decline in pride from its owners/operators/staff. There has been dirty tables, trash left /overlooked on the floor, overflowing waste cans in the restrooms & throughout the recreation center. This saddens me, because Stars was once a place our family greatly enjoyed.
Worst arcade. Half of the games are broken. Some of them were not marked broken, & we tried to play but wasted couns. Some were impossible to play because the calibration is so off. The other games that are playable are not maintained at all. So many of the games were a waste of good money.
Poor customer service. The pin sweeper got stuck and it took 15 minutes for someone to fix it. The lane intercom is useless because staff will not answer. Perhaps Stars could use another updating. The game room area for kids, machines ate our tokens as the machines were not functioning or broken. No signs were posted that these machines were out of order.
Something for everyone. I love this place, as does the hubby and our teen.PROS:Large bowling alleyConference roomExcellent Arcade, it has everything from Claw Prize Machines, toVarious styles of Skee Ball, Air Hockey, Arcade games that cover driving, shooting, coin collector/dumper, and so on and so on. The majority of games give out tickets which can be redeemed (based on the amount of tickets) from trinkets like erasers, glow sticks to building sets, balls, etc.Great place for Birthday Parties, they have a large room off the side of the arcade forKids parties. Weve done the kiddie party with laser tag a while back and IMO it was as much if not better than bounce house. You can add the arcade, or bowling. For adult entertainment, the sports bar has more than enough screens for all sports lovers to find a screen with their team if its televised. Regardless if you are sitting in the bar, restaurant or you are upstairs shooting pool or throwing darts.Live bands are frequently there. As my child isnt old enough for clubs we havent been able to stay for any of the bands yet, though most of the bands will be familiar toSolan County Residents.Food: snack bar type deal in the Bowling Alley area. You can get food in the bar orRestaurant. I recommend that you do. The Steak Sandwich is tasty and tender, Pulled Pork, Pasta, Calamari are all great. They grill the best Pork chops of any restaurant in town. Havent yet had a bag experience with the food. Its a lot higher quality than youd expect to find at a Sports Bar or even some chain restaurants. The service is always top quality. The employees are friendly, efficient, and professional.
The most exciting place in Vacaville. What more does one need than Stars?Drop the kids at the arcade and open a door to a restaurant and bar with sports and live music. One more set of doors, and youre in the bowling alley with view of the arcade.Fun for the whole family, and fun for date nights.
-Rude staff -needs cleaning -arcade games need maintenance -they never have employees at the arcade -the arcade entrance door looks very dangerous like if anyone can come in and shoot the place or simply steal a child -wild place cuz its ran by a bunch of angry disrespectful, care free, to busy to be high, teenagers and young barely 20yr olds.. -the only older folks are the ones in the bar -they need a full upgrade -and maybe some security in every entrance -thisplaceusetobefun< -butnowadays -its ran by a bunch of ********* ***** TEENAGERS
It was hot and stuffy and when we asked to turn the fan on above our lane it came on for a couple minutes and went off and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the guy to turn it back on and we were on our last frame(2 out of 4 got to bowl) and he automatically turned off our lane so the last 2 people couldnt finish untill we complained!
There are coupons for bowling on Groupon that really take the price down when bowling with a party of 4 or more. On Friday nights, the cover charge for the bar/live-band is $10, but a Blue Moon is only $2.50. Billiards upstairs is free and there is plenty of seating for groups.
Had a great time bowling amd laser tag would of gabe it a perfect 5 if t woildnt have been that when o reserved they did the reservation but didnt want to i clude the pizza as bday party because idk why but i pade 200for 1 hr bowling and 2 rounss of laser tag basicly the exact same packagr as te bday ans didnt evem ofer a discount on pizza.bought 4 pizzas.ans 2 orders of.samplermplatters amd 8 pitchers of soda amd at the emd kids where upset because the 2nd roind the laser tag wasnt workong its ok stufd happens like that i understans even at disneylad the rides arent always working i just wish thwy woul have at least thrown in 1 pizza or discount or extra roind of bowling but love ths place 1st oarty ive had there amd decent price and we drive all the way from vallejo!
I have been continuously harrassed by the vpd because a front desk employee called the police when someone who had been banned from the establishment. had been seen speaking to me. Ever since then the vpd has been harrassing me due to false stories and statements. Instead, I feel they should look hàrder at those that are making false reports instead.

2022-04-12The seating is nice for the bowlers but it’s too close together and the seat with the stills are inconvenient, you can use them if you want to bring the table out; you have to go get a seat from the dinning area. A seat that can move up and down would be good for it that seating. All in all it’s a fun place to go when you want to have fun, the food kinda pricey though. EX: the sampler is around $30 .

2022-04-30Went here with my family to celebrate my sons birthday. The place was lively, gave me that small town family feel with its old school interior. The food was amazing, I had a burger and it was a legit 👌 My kids loved the arcades, we all had fun running from game to game, and they got a lot of prizes from the tickets they won. If youre looking for a family friendly arcade/bowling alley, this is the place. I usually go to Dave and Busters for arcades, but this was a good alternative, and gave me those old school memories from when I was a kid.

2022-03-21This place has changed ownership and currently is in shambles. Hours are not as described, management is self centered and the arcade is usually out of service. This is the only bowling alley in the area so the selfish monopoly they are creating is outrageous. Definitely not a “go to spot.” Highly unrecommended.

2022-06-28I won a gift certificate in a raffle and I have been trying to use it for over a month now but they always have a very long wait-list for walk-ins and it isnt possible to reserve a lane in advance when paying with a gift certificate. Maybe I will change my review if I got to use my certificate

2022-03-22Great place for family or friends to gather for birthdays or just a funday outting. Prices are reasonable and food was great. Plenty of things for adults and kids to do all in one area. Clean and professional staff as well as the overall environment. Music was fun and upbeat and acceptable for all ages.

2022-03-22First off, the person at the cashier charged us twice. Very bad experience had people move us from our table that didnt have any numbering and told us that this is for people that actually bowl, just the whole experience was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. And the food court was very unpleasant we stood there for 15 minutes and no one came out to take our order many people left due to no one attending to them.

2022-05-28This place is horrible in hosting. They close 25 lanes for reservations you can only make through their website 3 hours advance and have only 15 lanes for paying customers. Its impossible to play weekends and they wont open lanes despite reservations being under 25, dont waste time and money youll just disappoint your family.

2017-10-07Affordable, family oriented fun little place. Bowling is great, bar area is great, but the games at arcade section don’t work. Most of them have been malfunctioning for quite a while. Get your stuff together Stars, you have a nice venue, take care of it.
