I went for a quick breakfast. However, and its not the establishments fault, but homeless people were inside with all of their stuff and it reeked. Im sure the poor starbucks workers were suffering, I had to quickly leave without buying breakfast.

This starbucks is always very busy. The coffee is always good. I always order through the app that way I dont have to wait in line.Update: I went to this Starbucks Monday through Friday for 5yrs the bartistas (not sure if thats spelled correctly) were awesome, always had a smile and actually knew who I was. If I wasnt in a hurry, we always exchange words . I miss you girls especially. I changed jobs and had to find a new starbucks , the one I landed on is okay but I tried a few that really make me appreciate what I had at this location. Great, amazing, the best Starbucks! These girls deserve a raise.

Ordered two tea, and one was minty. The staff caught a mistake on the label and the drink. Instead of either using a new cup or relabel the cups, the cup was washed. I ended up with TWO minty tea, and I.HATE.MINTY.TEA!!

So the girls at the West Naomi Av. In Arcadia California this morning (2/2/21 @ 7am) were the funniest and most chipper starbucks (or any service industry) staff I have ever met. They not only made me laugh at 7am pre-coffee but totally made my day. Seriously these girls were awesome! Thanks ladies!!!!
I was fortunate enough, while waiting for my drink and food, to watch Aaron making drinks and interacting with customers. A customer came in and placed a mobile order for the wrong location and Aaron offered to make the drink, so he wouldn’t have to drive to the other Starbucks. He has a great mind for customer service and should be applauded. This service is indicative of the culture of the location. Great work.

I come here almost every morning, great place to grab a coffee and sit EXCEPT one of the cashiers (young female) is incredibly rude when she takes my order when the rest of the staff are extremely welcoming, I may suggest to replace her if thats her kind of customer service towards frequent returning customers. *Ive run into this problem 3 times in a row*
This location of Starbucks has very quick and friendly service. Also,the atmosphere here is cozy and quiet that is good for people to study or prepare their business. Therefore, I love to come here for drinks especially in the hot weather.

Didnt know there was an issue with rinsing my lid that fell on the floor. Girl at register was cool about it but the barista girl gave her 2cents and said no. I thank the girl at the register for trying to be helpful and went to rinse it in the bathroom.
Friendly baristas, great coffee taste, great environment and easy parking. Store are nice and clean. Get busy most of the time. Wireless charging on most desk. They use to have Clover machine but now they changed to Nitro brew (strong and very good). No more expensive limited coffee batch. Fast Internet service (even with many users accessing at the same time). Clean bathroom (only one)
Coffee & services are inconsistent. I ran into some punk making my coffee. Eeeek. Surprise that pple are still flocking to this location. Maybe they discriminate only certain pple? I would never recommend this place year ago and NOW. I guess asian folks like drinking coffee. I cant even go there with their coffee still costs 6 dollars per grande. too expensive! sbux makes huge profit charging their cup coffee 5 bucks on average. they should be taxed but I heard they pay the lowest tax! make them donate more then
This starbuck location have had some idiots working there. I used to go for years and their coffee is too nasty, it upsets my stomach then i quit coffee. I also used to buy Starbucks at vons but now knowing how they treat me I stopped buying Starbucks. Since I quit coffee I still go there to study sometimes. They cut off my internet, the idiot guy darkskin who works there discriminate me or just being plain lamed . He gave me this look and talked behind me to his co-workers who unfortunately are also idiots. You can not complain to anyone here because they cover up for each other. After all, guess who work at Starbucks.school dropouts or idiots?I know now how they get the company in trouble if company keep hiring pple like this.Not to mention my phone gets internet everywhere and other Starbucks locations except this one. This place sucks . Stupid. If you buy a black coffee they will block your internet so slow. I went to diff placexand it works just fine. Over there it was DAMN slow. Never buy anything there ever. Not yp mentioned I spent 20 bucks for them the first week they opened and I came today with a coffee I bought some other starbucks place but they didnt lijexthar and they blocked my internet . I got a refill of iced coffee from the staff Jimmy , the bottom of the cup is full of coffee grounds and tasted sour. I asked friendly for a refill and the staff wanted me to repeat like 5 times. Very disappointing, I visit here a lot!

The barista here make horrible Iced Americano. They put espresso in the plastic cup first then water, then ice. In the end, the cup may emit toxic gas from the espresso heat, and the coffee takes a while to cool down

2022-04-10Nice predictable location with what you would expect from a Starbucks. Didnt order anything complicated. Central location in Arcadia inside a shopping complex next to Chinese restaurant. There were three outside 2 seater tables so we could stay COVID compliant albeit each table was not spaced 6 feet apart. Will be back the next time I am in the neighborhood.

2022-04-15I ordered ahead of 5 people and alexa gave everybody in front of me their drinks. Then a little girl was running around with food and bumping into everybody like it was a mario cart racing game. After i asked alexa to remake my drink bc she made it hot not iced she gave me a horrible look. horrible service. never again. The whole store is a horrible this isn’t the first time i’ve encountered people like this at this store. I’ll never return again.

2021-08-26My coffee tastes as expected, but my only thing is that they don’t follow every part of the order. i know they’re busy, but whenever i do a mobile order and ask for my drink to come in a venti cup, i’m not doing it for the coffee. i’m doing it for the ice. i’m anemic, so i need the ice. before anyway tells me to just opt for “extra ice” then they only give me half the amount of coffee. which is why i. just ask for it in a venti cup. they lose a cup either way, so why can’t it be in a cup i ask for? i did wait a bit to talk to someone about it, but no one ever paid me any attention. again, i know they’re busy, but come on

2017-10-03This Starbucks is in a plaza where has Gym, restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing shops. After finishing lunch or even a hard-core workout, this is a good place to enjoy your book reading, working presentation, or a business proposal on a laptop with non-stop music and coffee aroma filled in the store to keep you mind clear and refreshing.

2018-11-12NOTE: No drive-thru.Pro Tip: Park on the upper level of the shopping centers parking structure if you want to find something super close without driving around, looking for a spot.This is my go-to Starbucks. The employees here are friendly and they always get my order right. Its located in a shopping center with lots of parking.Strangely enough, theres another Starbucks about 50 feet away in the Vons supermarket next door but that one doesnt accept Free Rewards or do free refills.
