I travel ALOT and I stay in ALOT of hotels. This is by far one of the best experiences in customer service I have EVER encountered. Upon check in, my corporate card was INCORRECTLY declined as was my personal card. But Jocelyn, the Front Desk Manager, took this as an opportunity to show off her incredible customer service skills and take what could have been a VERY bad situation into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She knew immediately this was her systems issue and assured me not to worry, she would take care of it all. I hurried off to my conference (not completely confident that I would have a room when I returned) but low and behold, upon my return, over 8 hours later I arrived back at the hotel to have Kyyra remember me by name, and explain that Jocelyn had already explained everything and we were good to go. So not only did Jocelyn make me feel like I was still a valued customer but also communicated to Kyyra saving me the time upon my return of having to explain everything. This young lady is amazing. And that was just the beginning...everyone of the staff from Brandon, the general mgr, to Kyyra, to the housekeeping and maintenance greeted everyone at breakfast, welcomed sleepy guest with good morning and were so pleasant and welcoming I thought I was at their home NOT their place of business. We had the pleasure of meeting another young woman who I believe was administration or bookkeeping and once again, we never felt like we were an interruption in her day. This team has been trained well and more importantly, walks the walk of their training. I not only would recommend this hotel, I want to hire them all! Dont lose these folks. They make all the difference in a guest stay and are a rarity in our world today. I hope the Executives for their franchise & Marriott recognize this is the way that business is done and reward ALL of the team for their consistent attitude and efforts for their guest. Especially, Ms. Jocelyn. She is extra special and certainly leads by example. Amazing...Amazing...Amazing...oh, and by the way, the location was central to convenient things & the wineries and the rooms were nice, too!
Loved loved loved our stay! Mid June we flew from Italy to attend our families wedding in Napa. It had been over a year since our last stay; which was during Covid. Although, slower and limited staff it was also a great stay. Brandon the GM, Jocelyn at the Reception and all of team made our return stay like “coming home!”. Our room was impeccable and Guadalupe in Housekeeping was so kind and attentive. We love the location and will most definitely return.
Our stay was very nice. The rooms were spacious and the location was key for us as we had a wedding down the street. There was a lot of construction happening close by so it created traffic but cant wait to see what it looks like once its all done. The staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. Would definitely stay here again with my family!
Great location! The hotel is very clean and accessible from the main road. Spacious rooms with a separate kitchenette/living room area. This was by far a big plus for leftovers that we have from dinners out or drinks while getting ready. The bar is great in the main lobby area. Buffet breakfast tasty.. and the pool/firepit area are huge and very enjoyable.
The staff and General Manager, Brandon, were incredibly accommodating and made our trip to Napa and Sonoma genuinely fun and easy. Such a great facility - everything was great, food in the morning was very tasty with good options, front desk staff was very helpful, esp. given that we kept losing our keys, pool area was clean and tidy with lots of towels (although they were a bit small), the pool was clean and refreshing and the hot tub was warm and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend.
More than just a room. I stayed here with my wife for our 20th anniversary trip to Napa. The room layout was great, we loved the king size bed and separate couch area with a desk. The breakfast was nice, the bar was cozy and convenient. Nice amenities on the property.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Napa and the wine country in general. Although located in an industrial area, it was quiet in the evenings, and there were no people loitering, unlike hotels in a busy area like downtown that can be noisy and troublesome. In just a few 5-10 minutes drive, you can have lunch or dinner in nice restaurants by the Napa Riverfront, and go on a romantic gondolier ride with a pro singer. In just half an hour, you can drive to Calistoga and go wine tasting, get a spa treatment, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. Oh, and you cant beat admiring Old Faithful geyser spew its steaming hot water that comes from the deep, deep recesses of the earth! It was great. Our stay at the Napa Springhill suites was great!
Positive: A very clean hotel. Had a great pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing area. Friendly staff. Only a short drive into the center of Napa. Negative: Breakfast would have been good if it varied from day to day. Of the 8 nights we stayed breakfast consisted of the same cereal, scrambled eggs & sausage patties. Some different cereal and bacon would have been good. No OJ on 2 days.
We loved this place! This is the best SH Suites that we have stayed in (I have over 700 nights in Marriott brands). It is more of a resort than most of the basic properties in this brand.Rooms were nice, beds comfortable and A/C efficient and quiet. No maid service, but fresh towels were delivered promptly on request.Easy login to Netflix on the room TVLOVELY gardens and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff.Good breakfast choiceBe aware that it is not in (or even near) Napa - it is on an industrial estate 15 minutes from Downtown. But it was worth the effort to get there.
Really great hotel. It’s a bit older but was very clean and had a great home feel. Rooms were well taken care of and front desk staff was outstanding. A lot of reviews have issues with bird poop. It’s an issue with sparrows that live in the area. Park to the left of the front driveway and there are no issues. Great location for Napa Valley visits. Uber is around $14 to get to downtown. Will definitely stay here again.
Everything was pleasant for the most part. The lady at the front desk was very informative when we arrived letting us know of all the perks they had to offer during our stay. Let us know the pool was open, hours for breakfast & all the good info. Only problem was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the sofa that made us not want to even sit on it. Maybe they should be deep cleaned from time to time. But beside that, it was a nice stay.
My husband and I had never been to Napa and didn’t know the area, or what to expect. This was our first trip since COVID, so maybe my expectations were too high, but overall the hotel was “meh” Pros: inexpensive, room was clean and quiet, bed was reasonably comfortable, friendly staff. That’s where the pros stop.Cons: the hotel is smack in the middle of a bunch of warehouses under construction, bar is closed, housekeeping is only upon request (we ran out of clean towels), if you don’t rent a car, be prepared to be at least 30+ mins from getting to downtown Napa. Lyft and Uber are short on drivers so the wait time is awful and the hotel has no shuttle service, nothing is walkable from the hotel. Bottom line: if you just need somewhere to rest for a night or two and have a car, then go for it. Otherwise I’d recommend looking for a better location.
The room was clean and service was friendly. Amenities were very slim as compared to my other Marriott experiences. No lotion, plastic cups, or plastic bags for dirty laundry in the room. Breakfast was a joke, no toaster for bagels, no fruit, eggs looked gross. Bar was not open. The fridge in the room turned off every 2 hours which caused our food to go bad. AC in the room was loud when it turned on causing us to need to turn up the TV each time. The following night we stayed at Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Sebastopol and it was absolutely fabulous (and breakfast was delicious). I even was handed a bag of water bottles and candy when I checked in!I feel Springhill blamed Covid for the lack of amenities, breakfast, and bar simply to save money. As a gold BonVoy member, I was not impressed with my stay.
Just spent 4 nights here do a little vacation time with the family. The property was well maintained and our room was clean. These rooms are nice because they have a sitting area in addition to the beds so you have somewhere else to sit other than on the bed. The room had refrigerator, bar sink, coffee maker, hair dryer and an iron as some of the amenities. The breakfast is a pretty typical for a Marriott breakfast and they are offering it again, although they have someone serving the items that require a serving utensil like the oatmeal, eggs and sausage. The pool and outdoor area here is very nice. It includes a large fir pit with seating for about 10 people around it. The pool has little cabanas around it to make you time in the sun even more enjoyable. There is a hot top and also a separate seating area out side where you can do breakfast or sit around at night an have a drink. They are still not servicing rooms right now Due to Covid which I think is a way for them not to have to pay staff for this job but still collect the same amount for the room. Need to get rid of this and get back to providing the basic services to the customer or reduce the price.Final item of note for this hotel. They have hundreds of swallows that have taken up residency under the eaves of the hotel. By law they are not able to do anything about it so there is bird poop everywhere. Parking on the northside of the hotel and walking to your room just a little forward will help you avoid needing a car wash, or worse a change of clothes.
Service here is amazing. The front desk is very warm and welcoming. Upon entering you instantly feel at home.Their breakfast has been modified for covid, but they flow it seamlessly, as to be expected in this time frame.Parking is a little confusing with the construction in the adjacent street but once you figure out the entry it is not bad. Park around the back to enter by the elevator.I would absolutely stay here again. Received more than my value for the price.
Hotel is nice but obviously older. Renovations were good but still showing age. The rooms are directly on the pool and we had an issue with teens sitting right outside our balcony talking, laughing, etc after pool closed. As the AC fan does not allow for the fan continuous running, room is very quiet and we could hear every word being said and had to call the desk twice. They claimed teens were told to be quiet, but I explained the 2nd time that any level of talking was unacceptable and they needed to leave the pool area. 15 minutes later they left. I would suspect this is a constant problem and the hotel should be aware of how to address it without being told by a guest. Otherwise hotel is nice, but I would not return for the concerns about the noise and AC fan settings.
Be aware when checking in early. I did and was charged to downgrade my room to a low floor and double beds. It appeared to be an inconvenience to the staff. I have high status with Marriott too. They were also not friendly to my guest checking in and made him feel uncomfortable.
This stay have been very disappointing starting from check-in. I was was not greeted with smiles, nor any appreciation for being loyal mairrott gold status member. I asked if I could change a king bed room to 2 queens, but I was told immediate I need to pay for the difference which I asked whats the difference. The receptionist didnt know how to look up the rates in system and went back to the back room to call out the manager. When the manager arrived, she didnt look at me at all or acknowledge my presence. She gave several instructions to the receptionist and walked away. The receptionist finished my check-in, and walked away. I had to call her back to ask if i get any welcome gift as part of check in and let her know I was planning to use late checkout. She went to back room and ask for additional help, and told me I would receive 500 bonus points which I still havent received. When I arrived in the room, there was no water so I requested some from front desk, they told me water are for sale, but are available during next day breakfasst time. That didnt make sense to me, but not a big deal...On check out day, i called the front desk to let them know i plan to use late checkout, and they told me no problem. However when i return to my room around noon, my card keys expired. I went to front desk, and the same person answered my call in the morning sold me the key self check out at 11a. I asked why they didnt tell me earlier and ask me to come down to extend it, and reception told me the key have a mind of their own and system are different.Service is sooo bad. Staff are not very friendly or patient , and they really dont care of the customer staying with them other than making sure they get in and out. They dont think from customers prospective nor being helpful to customers. As for room, it was clean. But smaller than usual Springhill I am used to. Layout of the room doesnt make sense as TV cannot be viewed from one of the beds. Seems like they are cutting corners on decors.Would not stay again at this hotel...
Great accommodations. Clean comfortable rooms. Free parking, WI-FI, no resort fee and complimentary grab and go breakfast if you so desire. That’s a lot of bang for your buck in a time of feeling like the price of the room has another $50-75 in hidden fees. GM Brandon is doing a tremendous job with limited staff. We will be back!
Excellent location. Lots of available parking. Very clean inside the hallways and rooms. We appreciated having luggage carts available at most of the entry doors. We were also thankful to have breakfast available to pick up at the front desk (not an option at other Marriotts I’ve stayed at recently). One minor issue was the hot water not working in our room. I called the front desk and we were offered the room next door. It was an inconvenience as we had an appointment with family that we were late for. However, the staff was very accommodating, and it worked out in the end. It’s easy to access the highways and a 2-minute drive to the airport. (Keep an eye out for the local turkeys, sheep, and rolling hills covered with blooming flowers) Plenty of gas stations, grocery options, and restaurants nearby. Thank you, Marriott! We’ll be back. Mike
We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary which I made know when reserving this hotel. Upon arrival and during our stay not 1 time did we get acknowledgment on our celebration. No “ Happy Anniversary”. A verbal greeting doesn’t cost anything, neither does a little hand written note. Pool towels are like the 70’s gym towels. Small snd thin. Coffee/tea is only available during breakfast time. Why not have it available throughout the day? The staff was friendly. The protective birds that roost on the building left an absolute mess in the parking lots. Bird poop everywhere but the hotel couldn’t do anything about this because the birds are protected under law.
This is a great location for touring Napa. The cost to value is very good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We had a problem with our AC unit and the front desk staff handled it very satisfactory. Ericka at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming every time we walked by.
This hotel is one of the nicest properties that I have stayed at within the Marriott brand! I travel over 200 nights annually, and am not easily impressed.Classical music greets you as you enter the lobby with vaulted ceilings, and a full length wooden bar. Perfect Napa setting! The room was very clean, and comfortable. The front desk assisted me with a printing project when the printer in the business center ran low on ink, and printed the materials I needed for a meeting. Ill be back whenever Im in the area!
Having stayed here before we were excited to be coming back. Unfortunately we encountered many problems with our room. Two were minor but one was major. Please fix the remote controls for the TVs. Im not sure why you have to wrap a remote in a bag but our remotes barely worked it was frustrating. We asked for another one and this wasnt any better. I was happy to see that you offered a remote for the phone this didnt work any better and after the first time using it I couldnt find how to access it again. The major problem was the hot water in room 318. It was non existent. We called to ask and was told to run the water for 5-10 minutes. Really if thats true what a waste of water? We tried to get it warm but cold showers are unacceptable. Finally my wife goes to dry her hair and the hair dryer didnt work. All these ty things added up to a dub par stay. In the midst of covid we have so many choices and were disappointed with this choice.
By far the worst Marriott experience. This hotel lacks everything. The room feels dark and dirty. Basic amenities like cups are not provided until you ask. Even then, they say “come get it” no delivery to the room. Breakfast ? Same junk you buy at gas stations. Unbelievable. They have a list to choose from but only 2-3 choices are available. With covid, we usually buy food to go, and eat at the hotel room. This time we felt gross that we didnt want to come back. Marriott should be ashamed with this hotel. Its ruining the brand.
Nice rooms. Great free breakfast! Only loose 1 star because its the 1st hotel I ever stayed at that didnt have and bathroom goodies by the sink. No LOTION😮 or shower cap. All I got was a bar of soap and a makeup remover wipe. The shampoo and conditioner in the bath was good quality. They have ceramic mugs and glasses in the room bar but I prefer paper cups for sanitary reasons. Overall nice and clean.
The Springhill Suites in Napa is a wonderful place for either business or pleasure. I was there on business but will definitely return some day for a weekend getaway. The hotel grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was cordial, cheerful, and all seemed happy to be there. Obviously management at this location understands the importance of a motivated and happy workforce. I did not see a single employee that looked like they were counting the minutes until quitting time which is unusual in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was actually tasty, well made and provided plenty of variety. I would just like to say thank you for a great experience!
This hotel is great! Very Clean, well managed property. Breakfast was great, better than most hotels that include breakfast. Rooms are basic but well designed and VERY Clean!! Pool area has awesome seating areas with lush plants and flowers making it feel relaxing! They also have a fire pit. The highway is on other side of pool area, but you cant hear it do to all trees and berm that act as a sound barrier. We stayed on the backside of hotel on 3rd floor away from pool and it was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
Room was okay. Reward was not very generous. Bill had to be corrected so check your bill. If you get late checkout be aware that your room key stops working at 11:00 so you need to get a new key. I was on the third floor so had to go back down to front desk for new key. What a pain.
We chose this hotel to stay for a quick weekend getaway. And… We were not disappointed. Everything was as I imagined. From check in to check out our Marriott experience rocked!! Our Room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The outside amenities were absolutely beautiful. And the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody that’s looking for a beautiful place to stay while in the Napa Valley.
We came to Napa for a wine tasting day and used our reward night to stay here for the night. The hotel was nice and new, everything was clean and modern and all the staff were really great. It was very easy to Uber to our different wine stops and dinner. We will totally stay here again and recommend it to others. We arrived early in the morning and they even let us check-in. Great free breakfast buffet in the morning too!
We stayed at SpringHill Suites for a family reunion. The hotel itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean. But it was the staff that made the visit so nice. They have a warm friendly staff that accommodated our special needs for some elderly relatives and made the stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napa. Oh and the pool area exceeded our expectations. Wonderful stay overall and highly recommend the hotel for business or pleasure.
Easy to find, this stylish hotel is welcoming, comfortable and clean. Although I did not get a chance to get into the pool, it was a lovely layout with lots of chairs/places to layout. Next time! Great breakfast with very good choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful! You can’t go wrong at this hotel !
Staff is excellent.Breakfast and coffee nice.Room excellent. What I liked the most was the open concept in bedroom and living area. Great bed comfort.Loved the fridge and wet bar with cabinets. The living room had a great day bed designed to look like a couch. The art in the room was nice as well.
We had a great time staying here.staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The pool area was nice and clean and relaxing, comfortable chairs with nice shading if needed. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have a more selection of liquor, I know its Napa Valley but some people dont like wine and beer. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
SpringHill Suites has very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. You walked in and it smelled clean. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was there to help for any issue you may experience. The location was out there but everything was very easy to get to. If you want to be able to walk to places, then this isnt the hotel for you. Overall, I would recommend the SpringHill Suites as it very much so served its purpose.
We typically love the spring hill suites but this hotels Covid restrictions forced us to go elsewhere after one night. No services available, just a packaged muffin for breakfast, no coffee or tea in the rooms, zero services available, pool and outdoor areas closed. If you’re going to have so many covid restrictions just stay closed.
Although a little out of the way, this was a great hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were very well kept and not too busy. The extra bed for our son was either a trundle bed (which doesnt work too well for him because he is tall), or on top of the sofa with the cushions removed. This provided a very nice and comfortable sleep and relaxation area for him. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was extremely busy and seemed small for the size of the hotel. But overall a very good hotel that I would recommend.
Our stay at all Marriott properties have been wonderful that is why when we arrived we didnt expect any less. We had been on a 10 day family roadtrip and unfortunately we had to stay in other hotel chains due to the size of our party. The other places we stayed were ok thats why when we arrived Springhill Suites a Marriott property we felt like we were coming home. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the place was supper clean. Something that would of made it even better is a kitchen with room service. But overall we had a wonderful experience.
Stayed with my husband. Easy to find. Nice complementary breakfast with variety of health choices. Pool ate is comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the filtering at night and visiting wirh other guests.room was clean and bed comfortable. Would choose the property again.
We love this place. Just a few minutes off the wine path but well worth the extra time. The grounds were very nice and the people there were more than willing to help with anything we wanted. The room was very clean and the breakfast was not bad either. A great place to stay while on a wine tasting trip. Stay here you wont be sorry.
My drive was long and the purpose of travel was family emergency, and although I have traveled Napa for almost 50 years I have never had to stay in a hotel or find one at the last minute! So it was particularly important to have smiling, courteous staff that were helpful and listened. And then my room was immaculate and large with really all the comforts of home! One thing that is hard for me is room noise so the heat/cool system was quiet and easily adjusted and my suite was quiet! And climate was always perfect. The gym was a little busy but met my needs; pool heated to 82 which I did not use. It is a little remote in a business plaza but an easy 15 minutes or so to the town of Napa and lovely grounds. The lounge has beer/wine only and menu is snack-like which met my needs. And there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee in the suite.
I really enjoyed my 3 day stay! It was clean, welcoming and roomy. Staff were friendly and performed very professional. Housekeeping were very efficient and fast! Breakfast was well stocked and helpful wait staff ready and friendly nearby. Dont waste time looking for cheaper rates in town, SpringHill Suites wont disappoint!
I am very disappointed in this hotel! Had high expectations especially as my husband & I came here to celebrate our honeymoon. The front desk made our process stressful, they were not friendly & I wanted to leave right away. There was a wedding happening & the whole night we tried to rest it was loud. Why on earth would they put us on the first floor where there’s a wedding happening that night? We couldn’t sleep, people were being loud all night long until about 2:30 AM when I finally was able to get some sleep & everything was quiet. Also, the front desk didn’t give us any info about breakfast hours, pool hours, etc. What a disappointing experience I will for sure never come back here ever again. Will not recommend to anyone. I don’t know how this place has high ratings, cheaper hotels have been way better than this.
Overall the hotel was excellent. The grounds were beautiful. Plenty of EV charging. The interior of the hotel was well maintained. The buffet in the morning was excellent. The only issue was the front desk staff. I got the feeling they were too busy talking in the back room instead of watching for and taking care of the customers at the front desk.
Really nice and clean hotel. Free hot breakfast with your stay from 7AM to 10AM. They also have a waffle maker, which you can make your own waffles. Staff are very friendly there. They have a heated swimming pool, which I really wanted to go swimming but it was raining. The rooms are pretty roomy. Great location, 10 minutes away from downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
This is definitely the worst hotel Under marriot I’ve ever stayed, over the past 10+ years with Marriot. The amenities were poor, the room feels like a 2 star hotel, staff is unfriendly. Poor location (next to a loud highway). Will not recommend and will not go again.
- rooms are very clean & neat, staffs are friendly.- shampoo / soap / lotion brand are good (1st day I did not request for room service, but requested on the 2nd day but the shampoo & lotion that was put in the room seems to be a used one )- complimentary breakfast including hot food such as oatmeal, waffles, pancake, scramble eggs, bacon or sausage. Also have fruits, yogurts, pastry, boiled egg, cereal etc... - location is a bit far from wineries but is acceptable consider of the price.- we have total of 3 rooms, 1 room (2 queen bed) got bottle of waters but the 2 rooms (1 bed) did not. were a little confused if the water is complimentary or just left over from previous guest??- itll be nice if there are slippers upon request (days before we checked-in, I received an ad e-mail from Marriott.com that slippers / tooth brush and others service are available upon request so none of us brings slippers). But we found out its not available in this hotel.
Absolutely fantastic. The staff here, everyone, the front desk, housekeepers, kitchen staff, is friendly and goes above and beyond. We stayed here to escape the pg&e Power outages, and they were beyond accommodating with allowing a 9am check-in, and late check-out. They recieevs packages for us, and made sure we had plenty of towels and accessories. Ive stayed marriots all over the world, and this is one of the best customer experiences Ive had. Thank you so much to all of the staff that made our stay the getaway we needed.
SpringHill Suites was an amazing choice for our wedding hotel. In addition to providing a great (extremely competitive) rate in Napa, the quality was amazing. The rooms are really nice, the pool is lovely, continental breakfast is exactly what you’d expect, bar (with beer and wine) is nice and hang-out areas abound (including a fire pit). There were plenty of places for our guests to hang out, so even though there were other groups in the hotel, we could always find each other. We also took advantage of the ability to keep the bar open, so we were able to have an “after-party” both after our rehearsal dinner and our wedding (for a minimum spend). I would definitely recommend SpringHill Suites in Napa for big groups!
FD colleagues were informative and efficient. Service equally as engaging throughout the visit. Every colleague you encounter is friendly and kind. Breakfast was lovely and well presented - more importantly, the F&B attendant paid close attention to all guest needs and was always visible with a smile. Hotel was very clean with comfortable accommodations. This is a well organized operation and I highly recommend.
This hotel was a great hotel, friendly service asked the front desk for recommendations on tours they gave us two wine tour recommendations. We went with one and that was a wonderful tour. The complementary breakfast was wonderful great food big selection. We also enjoyed the complementary suckers it was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the hot tub but we cannot get the jets to work. The only thing is this hotel is far away from downtown there is nothing to do near the hotel.
After I left my original review the owner chooses to respond by saying I dont know what Im talking about. On my trip I traveled from Las Vegas to Lake Tahoe to Naple to San Francisco and this was the only hotel that didnt offer amenities. This was the only hotel that didnt offer a coffee pot in the room. The television was also put in a very awkward position between 2 rooms so you cant look directly at the television from the bed or couch. To be honest it just felt cheap. I asked the staff for more coffee from the lobby at 9:47am and they refused by saying it was too close to 10am. They have a section for complimentary breakfast but theyre using Covid to not even offer a protein bar. I just feel that the owner is incredibly cheap and is using situations to save as much money as possible. Spanish families with yelling little children are everywhere and the owner cant even give them a pool to enjoy. Stay away from booking here!
We stayed here for a wedding. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was as good as can be expected from a hotel. We never tried the pool. It felt pretty expensive for what we got, but for Napa, I imagine it was probably right on par. Id give it 3 stars but the staff were attentive and friendly so they deserve 4
I stayed here as we had an early morning start to our wine tasting day the next morning in the Napa Valley area. Room was clean and comfortable and is all within a short drive to where we needed to go. I will definitely stay here again even though I dont live too far from the hotel I chose to stay here as its more of a convenience when you have a very early start to your morning with winery plans.
Tanya and Sally put together a smooth, beautiful meeting for us. They were friendly and easy to work with. All day, 30 person corporate meeting with breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and breaks. A/V worked like charm. Plus ones who stayed the night enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we worked. We will definitely come back.
Excellent hotel set in a very pleasant landscaped property. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant and responsive to any requests made. The only, tiny, issue is it’s location to any decent restaurants. Still, would stay here again without hesitation.
About 45 min from St Helena, but not too far from down town Napa. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was decent. Mostly continental style with a scrambled egg station + bacons/sausages.The bed and pillows were vet comfortable. The ground was nice and well kept. Did not use the pool and hot tube since it rained the whole time we were there. The bathroom was a little out-dated but functionalable. The staff was very friendly. The gym was super small: not big enough for 4 people to work out at the same time. Having said that, the dreadmills were really good (able to handle serious runners)All in all, good place to stay for a few days. I would stay there again.
The hotel is clean, comfortable. and the location was suitable for the time we spent in Napa. Staff handling check in and check out were knowledgeable and helpful. There were however issues with overnight staff and their inability to resolve major issues in a timely manner. Management should ensure that all staff are equipped to deal with customer complaints regardless of the time of day.
It is a nice hotel, and the suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just fine, all the basics. Friendly staff. Great location for visiting vineyards in Sonoma, Napa, St.Helena, Yountville, Rutherford, Calistoga etc. However, similar to many other hotels in USA too much waste is produced by using plastic dishes and manual soap in the bathroom.
Hotel was in a good location considering we flew into the Napa airport. It was a busy weekend for the hotel and as such was a bit noisy. No big deal... nothing got out of hand. Outdoor fire place was a nice feature. Myself and my business colleague enjoyed a drink in the evenings beside it.
Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very pleasant and cordial. Room was exactly what I had asked for (first floor/accessible). Lobby was nicely decorated and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was standard but good. First time at a Springhill, usually stay at Residence Inn, but would definitely go back.
Quiet area despite being not far from airport. Service and staff were outstanding. Complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. Room was great, we didnt want to leave half the time. Not close to much stuff though. Nearest shopping center is about 2.5 miles down the road.
Great place my only reservation was this is should be more geared toward the familyleisure vs business traveler. No vending machine options so your pushed to the expensivemini mart when your already paying a premium as a guest. All rooms/suites the same sizeagain great for a business traveler but fam of 4 could use more space. We loved the heatedpool and hot tub! Seriously GREAT place but for my family on vac next time a more roomyplace with 2 queen bed options.
Very crisp clean property inside and out. Rooms well thought floor plans are spacious while retaining a cozy feel. Surprisingly quite rooms teamed with heavenly beds allow for a while truly relaxing stay. Great pool, hot tub and even a 24hr fitness room. Also located ideally for business purposes or vacationing that encompasses not only rolling wine country but all the Bay Area. Almost forgot there is also a complimentary breakfast buffet that is Awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not matter what time of day it is. Worth every penny!!!
We needed a reasonably priced perfectly located hotel near a conference we were attending where the rooms were sold out. Yes, we could have paid twice as much to be with our friends. Just down the road, Spring Hill Suites was over-the-top perfect! The bed was the most comfortable, the rooms were super clean, the staff was super friendly, and thats what did it for us! Their people are the most down-to-earth friendly that you could find at an up-to-date, completely outfitted suites hotel. Breakfast was just perfect! Do yourself a favor and stay at this Marriott location. This hotel is bringing us back to Marriott.
Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The price was great compared to other Napa Valley Hotels. Not very close to wineries but if you have a vehicle its just fine. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
We stayed here because it had good access to the Napa Valley wine country. We were hoping for a comfortable and attractive place to stay. Very disappointed on both counts. The rooms were dark, dingy and dank. The lighting completely in adequate. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was a refrigerator and microwave. The bar looked good but wine prices were outrageous. Breakfast buffet was barely OK. Eggs were dried out and overdone. The only saving grace was make your own waffles. We ate there twice and went elsewhere the restaurant of the stay even though breakfast was included. Tried to get food one evening. The hamburger was was frozen and not quit thawed in the microwave so it was inedible.
I had a good stay. I especially liked that the breakfast buffet had veggie sausages (very tasty), spinach, salsa and soy milk. Lots of the usual stuff too (cereals, juice, fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, etc.). The pool/spa area is on the east side of the property and in the late afternoon it was too shady, cold and windy. In the morning it was warm and sunny. I didnt think much of the spa jets. They were spaced too far apart and too low to adequately massage my upper back and neck.I requested a quiet room and got a 3rd floor room on the west side so it was away from the noise of Rt 29 (very nice).
Needed a place close to our facilities in Fairfield CA and found the Springhill Suites in Napa Valley. The hotel was great all around including the design and maintenance of the hotel. All member of staff were friendly and helpful and even though I arrived around midnight, still received a genuine welcome of thanks for being a loyal gold member. Not much in the way of dining opportunities within walking distance, but plenty of options up the road in Napa. This is now my place to stay when travelling to the area for business.
Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was good. Very crowded during check in because a wedding party was staged in the lobby and entrance. I would not recommend this hotel for families on vacation. Too far from the downtown areas and wineries. It is better suited for the people on business trips.
Mr Patrick was very kind, accomodating and understanding. He allowed us to have an early check in because we are arriving very early coming from LA.The lady at the buffet area is very nice and very helpful. She always asked if everything is okay.Housekeepers were very nice. They all greeted us and made us feel welcome.
With all the signs that spell out CDC guidelines, it was definitely not enforced by the staff. We even saw some staff members not adhering to the mask rules, which set a precedence for guests to follow suit. While my friends and I wore our masks inside and outside of the hotel, many other guests did not. Additionally, the room next to ours was clearly having a party, with tons of ppl, and no one stopping it from carrying on.We only stayed one night, but that’s all I could take too. It’s really unfortunate how ppl here were ignoring CA COVID rules. Stay safe out there.
No, its not a resort (e.g. Meritage), but presents an overall outstanding value. Besides the free breakfasts, with its vast array of offerings (and Excellent coffee), nice-sized, dual-purpose rooms - the Customer Service - starting with the personnel at the Front Desk (Go Rachel!), was Outstanding, quite attentive and very professional. Cleanliness and overall ambiance was great for the money.
We stayed here for a three day family trip exploring Napa Valley. The hotel is in a convenient location, has clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. There are a number of food and drink options, but it wouldve been great to have regular sausage and not just vegetarian sausage. The complimentary parking is also a great amenity.
SpringHill Suites Napa Valley is a great place to stay when visiting the Napa Valley wineries! The hotel which is located south of all of the wineries is a great location to begin touring the wineries because all you need to do is drive north! The hotel itself is lovely, has a great sort of southwest feel, spacious patio and large fire pit with ample seating. The free breakfast was great every morning, with plenty of food options from yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, cereal and breads. The coffee was especially good! Also the suite type rooms are perfect for setting up your lap top and not infringing on the bedroom area. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Napa Valley!
The SpringHill Suites at Napa Valley exceeded every expectation we had; from the room itself to the service from their staff, we would highly recommend this location to couples, families and business travelers. The hotel is modern, well designed and offers free breakfast which is more than comparable hotels in this price range. The rooms are well furnished, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable and the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and include outdoor fire pit and pool with cabanas. For the value, this is an ideal location and you will not be disappointed!
We have stayed at the SHS Napa each of our biannual trips to Napa/Sonoma over the past 8 years. The staff, housekeeping, buffet and management have always been and continue to be excellent. The rooms décor and room layout never fail to satisfy our travel and comfort needs. The location of the hotel close to the vineyards in both Napa and Sonoma as well as the excellent restaurants in downtown Napa and along Route 29 cannot be beat. We consider the SHS Napa to be our home away from home for our week in wine country!
Excellent hotel and was sad to leave! Beautiful accomadations. The breakfast was amazing. The pool/jacuzzi were great as well. The pool is heated so even though we visited in the spring was nice to enjoy. The fitness room was small, as to be expected but was never really crowded. Great time and hope to visit again and stay here!
Our group was very pleased with the hotel, facilities, staff, and location. We stayed there as an overnight stop on a two-day tour of Napa Valley. Spacious room, nice pool, good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are next in Wine Country.
The Napa property stands by itself and has the aura of a resort. There is a small fridge and microwave. There is the usual Marriott excellence regarding staff interaction, cleanliness and overall positive atmosphere. The price was reasonable, as were laundry prices. There are not many eateries in the immediate area but they are a short drive away. TripAdvisor is an excellent resource. I recommend Gotts Roadhouse near Oxbow Market and the Napa Valley Bistro. There are nearby Walmarts and other stores toward American Canyon or Napa. I didnt try the hotel bar.
The room was amazing and the best was extremely comfortable. I had a drink at the bar prior to heading downtown for dinner. They have a nice outside area next to the bar and so I sat out there while enjoying my glass of Chardonnay. After dinner I returned and got in the hot tub, which was lovely
I do not have an issue with the hotel per say. The hotel was beautiful and clean as most are. However, if the service provided by the attendants is not satisfactory, then it can place a damper on the overall experience. A host or attendant should be willing to assist and provide the costumer service required within reason to keep customers satisfied and willing to return. As a transit guest, I really needed to use the laundry service provided by the hotel. I chose this property because the hotel provided a laundry service for the guests. In addition, the hotel also provides complimentary laundry detergent. My concern was with the customer service provided be the attendant at the front desk. The attendant did not even check if they had quarters available to exchange for single bills in the cash drawer. Instead their lack or desire of wanting to help as if I was disturbing them was evident. The above is the problem. The solution is to either provide the front desk with quarters or training to assist attendants on how to respond to guest when they are unable to satisfy a request. Customer service is the key to a successful business. Telling or implying to a guest that they must provide their own change (quarters) is asinine.
This is a really great hotel. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great and even offers vegetarian sausage, Bluetooth speaker in the room, room was clean and very well put together. Its away from any major cities so its very quiet and the hotel itself was an overall welcoming place. Highly recommend! Well definetly be coming back when Im in town again for work.
I travel quite a bit and and am always glad when I can stay at the Spring Hills Suites in Napa. I work for the California State Government and, unfortunately, the Spring Hill does not always offer state rates. That said, I really like the design of the rooms. They are very functional and well thought out. Between the way they share the TV with the two distinct areas, sleeping and living/working areas, the bathroom being large and buffering noise from adjacent rooms and, the nice kitchenette nook, the rooms really meet my needs. Probably the only down side is that their location is a little remote. This has its advantages, for one making me feel very safe in the parking lots etc. For where I have to go (the State Hospital) the location is very convenient, and besides, Napa is not that big so getting to nice restaurants really isnt difficult. And, besides, they offer a descent breakfast with the rate so youre really only talking about dinner. You just have to be aware of the traffic patterns (Devlin Rd is a great way to avoid the morning/evening commute on Hgwy 12). The Spring Hill Suites is always my first choice when traveling for business in Napa.
Free ample parking, nice pool and outdoor lounge area. The room was large, very clean and in great condition. Free breakfast in the morning with egg, oatmeal, assorted breads and cakes, fruit and a few veggie options. It might be a tiny bit far from Napa city center, but its not a real issue for the motivated. There are a number of food options available but you will need to drive about 10 min at least.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the thanksgiving holiday. Our arrival and check-in were fine and the hotel was clean and welcoming. However, throughout our stay we had internet issues and were not able to watch a movie that we looked forward to watching as it was just released that day on Netflix because of the internet issues. Originally they thought it was our room so they switched our rooms only to find out it was an internet issue throughout the facility. So we didn’t get to watch the movie or any other movies during our stay. On Friday morning We had a tee time at 7:51 at Chardonnay Golf course. We called requesting a late check out, and due to a frost delay we wouldn’t be teeing off until 8:45. This would mean that we wouldn’t be finishing up until closer to 2:30-3:00pm. The gentleman, Patrick told us that if we wanted to extend until 3pm, “it would be half your daily rate.” We said we’d call back in a few hours to let them know, to which he said was fine. Around noon we called back and a very rude woman who answered my call said, “I’m sorry you must have been mistaken. We don’t offer half daily rates. You must have heard him wrong.” Which was really disappointing taking into consideration the other issues we had already incurred during our stay. Just a heads up, but your associates should at least be more patient or at least choose their conversational phrases more wisely when they’re in customer-facing roles and interacting with your guests. That and have correct information when answering guests’ questions so that they are accurately assisting guests plan their days. I’d like confirmation that this email was received please as we had to forfeit 2/3 of our golf game that afternoon based on the incorrect information given to us and the poor attitude of your front desk associates. Thank you.
We stayed at this SpringHill Suites in early September. It is located in a secluded area away from Napa, but within a short drive of the city and the highway. Property is well-kept and has many free amenities. However, when the breakfast buffet got busy, the staff wasnt keeping it stocked and clean. There wasnt additional staff to assist long wait times at the Front Desk. Fitness Center machines were not maintained. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for the area.
More business-like hotel, but worked just fine for us and our baby. Swimming pool wasnt crowded, rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and nice and WiFi was free. Just off the freeway so not a bad place to setup for day trips to Napa or Yountville, though if I spent the day wine-tasting, it would feel far.
While the hotel is set in a rural area, it is conveniently located and a short drive from the downtown Napa and the Silverado Trail. The rooms are well appointed (along with a refrigerator and microwave) and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and check-in was a breeze. While there is a complimentary breakfast in the morning, the evening fare is very limited, so you would need to have dinner elsewhere. The fitness center is very small (1 bike, 2 treadmills and a dumbell rack), so if youre looking for a hard workout, you might consider a local gym.
One of the nicer SpringHill Suites Ive ever stayed in. All staff was pleasant and helpful. Some minor kinks - no soap holder in the shower; old-style shower mechanism (where you pull up on the lever on the bath spout)...doesnt work well. Very quiet room and property is kept clean. Ample parking.
The location is clean, neat and provides a place to sleep. We were there to experience Napa wine country and were disappointed in the location and the lack of social, eating or drinking options offered. It was an average night in a hotel, and not what were told to expect. It is not a unique & fun experience, which is what we were looking for and we spent too much time driving and looking at maps rather than a walk to a close location. Also, no shuttle service is available at this location. I was told to call Uber if I wanted transportation.
Surprised with the added facility and property size, amenities and open space for a SpringHill localé.Seemed almost Resort like. This one is a cut above the always very good SpringHill properties. It is convenient to all Napa/Sonoma wineries, restaurants and attractions, their breakfast is the usualgood offering, and the lobby and perks are an added bonus. The lobby, pool area and back patio areall peaceful and capacious. Have stayed in the past in Fairfield, thinking thats the closest affordablespot, but this SpringHill has changed our minds. Staff was very attentive and thorough on our stay. Its simply a great option ... we fully recommend it.
SpringHill Suites Napa Valley is a great hotel to stay at and use it for a ground base for your activities in Napa Valley. It is located in business park remote from restaurants and entertainment. There is only one but very nice Italian Restaurant within 1 mile. Rooms are equipped with modern furniture and overall you have the feel you are in Tuscany (looking at outside) as well as the feel you are at home (looking inside). Rooms are overall clean and bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Few more little touches and a little bit better pricing will make this hotel perfect choice for your vacation in Napa.
Stayed there for four days for vacation (with a few work/business tasks). Location was on the southern end of most of our activities but overall easy access to Napa and Sonoma Valley, so a little bit of driving at times but was aware of that when booking the room. Hotel clean, room clean, staff excellent. Would definetly stay there again
Really enjoyed our stay a SpringHill Suites Napa Valley. The hotel has a lot of amenities like the free breakfast, fire pit, and jacuzzi. Staff were very helpful. Its a short drive to downtown Napa so there isnt much to see near the hotel, but the price was good and its cosy and the bed was very comfortable.
My family and I stayed at the Napa Springhill Suites for the Napa Valley Marathon in March 2019. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and really helped us to effectively plan for our trip and associated hotel needs. The hotel is very up to date, clean, and stylish. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the overall facility was very comfortable for the 3 of us.
This is by far the best place to stay in Napa! For the price, you get way more than what you pay for! The staff is super friendly and professional, the hotel itself is beautiful...not at all a standard SpringHill Suites, but more like a boutique Napa hotel, the rooms are equipped with everything we needed, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here next time were in Napa!
Away from the best and path, so makes a very isolated experience. Daytime staff were friendly, night crew not so much. Great breakfast, gym, pool, and spa, rooms are nice. However the walls are thin and beware you will get calls for just talking with friends. There calls to be exact. I asked the night crew man if I and my friends could just sit by the pool so we can talk he let us. That was nice of him because I was tired of noise complaints. Also I told the front desk we would be a loud group so they should have housed us accordingly.
The hotel is clean, well maintained, has a pleasant atmosphere, and has friendly staff. The hotel bar serves good food and drink and, when I had an issue with my room (technically the people in the room adjacent to mine) in the middle of the night, they were quick to take care of it.
This is very nice hotel in southern Napa. It was great being right across the street from Napa Smith Brewing Co.The room was very nicely decorated with a warm feeling. The beds were super comfortable. I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel. The only thing odd was the location of the TV in the suite. Someone in bed could not watch TV if someone else was watching from the living area. One other thing was the location of our room, an I think because we were at a discounted rate, we were put in the furtherest room from the front desk and side entrance door which was quite a hike with a huge cart full of luggage.
We planned in a girls night out. Lunch in Sonoma and dinner in Napa. Pros: This place was great because of location. Easy access to freeway going home and to other places in the area. The price was good for Napa(generally more expensive) . Priced well especially with a yummy breakfast and internet/ parking included. The spa and pool area have cabanas. So classy. Towels are rolled up and placed decoratively in cabanas. And at night an outside fireplace and inside bar makes you feel like youre in a resort. The rooms are all updated and clean. We were comfortable with a pull out couch and double beds. Even two closets. The front desk let us use a wine opener and glasses for our wine purchases made during the day. And we asked for extra towels, without a problem. Very accommodating staff. The breakfast was better than a lot of hotels where I’ve stayed. I stay ay Hilton family hotels a lot. Fresh ingredients. Eggs, spinach and fruit. A veggie sausage pattie was added for vegetarians. Yogurt, pastries, juices, and several toasters. We didn’t wait long like at other places I’ve stayed. And good strong coffee. Lots of places to sit and an adjoining sitting area with couches. Cons: close to freeway. But we felt safe. Not much to look at from hotel. No views. By warehouse area. By American Canyon location wise. There is a back road that took us to Napa ,ask about it as this will save you time getting there during the busy week.
I stayed at this location for two weeks for a business trip to Napa. I was very pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing and my room was kept in great condition for the duration of my stay by staff. I would definitely stay at this location again as it is convenient.
Great service and room. Not too far from town to catch Ubers/lyfts, but youd definitely save money by just renting a car for a trip. Beautiful landscaping in the back with great areas to relax outdoors. Always appreciate a place that serves fresh fruit at breakfast too.
Beautiful, it was a made for star gazing. The interior feels fancy but the price is very reasonable. Clean, no noise pollution, large rooms, lots of amenities. Free wi-fi, pool, breakfast, adjacent to dozens of wine tasting areas. The staff was friendly and helpful even at midnight when I got there. I would stay again.
Nice hotel to stay at. Very clean inside so no complaints there. I had only one interaction with staff and that was during check-in. He was very friendly and professional. They offered breakfast but we didnt get a chance to try it out as we were in a hurry that morning. Check them out if youre in the area.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Napa. Staff v. efficient, helpful and friendly. Room was large and v. clean, with v. nice amenities. The suite was a definitely asset to our comfort.Enjoyed breakfast at the bright and airy breakfast room that looked out into the beautifully landscaped garden and patio.
Excellent service at the Springhill Suites in Napa. I was only there for one night to attend a wedding but all the ladies at the front desk gave outstanding service—definitely service you expect from a Marriott. Also I’d like to note that they were quick to respond to my question in the chat box on the Bonvoy app. I appreciate it!
This hotel was clean and affordable. However, the front staff was lazy and clearly did not care about taking care of their customers. We tried to book an additional 2 days on to our stay but the man said. No more rooms. I went online and no problem. I could still book. Because of how rude he was I chose not too. Then upon arrival I told the front desk girl and she said yea we get that way sometimes. Were short staffed... no offer to accommodate and look to see.. just very non chalant and rude.
No appetizers due to something breaking down. Front desk personnel very poor customer service. Breakfast closed at 9:00 am on new Years Day Eve so no breakfast. Gym a pit. Equipment not working including TVs. Water fountain overflowing. No wipes for equipment. It is hard to believe that Marriott allows their name to be associated. I believe they need to do a thorough inspection. They would fail. The longer I am here the worse it gets. Day 2, New Years Eve, no bar again as “ the bartender did not show up”. It just gets worse and worse.
Hotel was fine, friendly professional staff, manager very argumentative, not truly solution oriented, one of the new generation having an answers for everything without taking responsibility. My reviews, of course highly individual, focus on the overall cleaningness, efforts by the staff to cater to its clients considering the price and star level of the establishment. Here, the location, touch and feel is like an slightly overpriced airport hotel (regardless if there is one close by), Industrial buildings close by and close to Napa, which is probably the overpriced situation coming from. Underwhelmed could be the better description. Hard working people. With a little more empathy and passion for excellence, the short comings could turn this place into a destination. The feeling here for it is missing.
This hotel is conveniently located at the southern end of Napa Valley and just off the highway. There is a somewhat new brewery across the road and two ways to access the highway from this property. The building is nicely styled and in good condition, rooms are good sized for two adult travelers, and there is an in-house bar with seating both indoors and out. We enjoyed the fire pit located just off the pool area for a picnic.
A really convenient location for exploring Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Very quiet, spacious and clean rooms, pretty scenery, heated pool and fridge/microwave make this an ideal hotel to stay. And to top it off, the breakfast was shockingly well executed. Eggs somehow stayed perfectly cooked, even when out for a while and the bacon was all perfectly cooked and nowhere near greasy, a feat I didnt know was possible in buffet style breakfasts. The cooks represented Napa Valley dining well. Oh ya, every employee we came across was always so gracious and friendly. Every one of us has them. I look forward to staying again!
I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member. I’ve visited a lot of Marriotts to earn this rating and been incredibly loyal to the brand. Whenever I am at a Marriott they always provide complimentary bottles of water.Upon my stay at this location they told me “not even platinum members get free water”. I would have to pay four dollars for a bottle. I was also told that this location is part of a franchise. I didn’t realize Marriott was franchising out their hotels. Bad idea. Starting to rethink my loyalty.
For the price and location of the Napa Valley Springhill Suites, you cannot go wrong! Staff was excellent, the hotel manager exceptional for customer service. The pool area and outdoor firepit area were very welcoming and the bar service was great!Highly recommend this hotel.
Ive stayed at this hotel many times and as the amenities are great! Pool is warm all year and the outdoor fireplace is relaxing in the evening. My only gripe is the breakfast is the same every day, except they change bacon for sausage on alternate days. I dont understand why they only have the waffle maker out on weekends as having out every day would increase variety.
Beautiful view to start with. Very close to many viniards for great wine tastings. Far enough from the road to habe no noise pollution. Clean, inviting, spacious, felt like a great price for the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful even at 2am when I got there. Good breakfast, free Wi-Fi, pool, just a really nice place. I would stay there again.
This hotel located very close to center of Napa valley, very clean , comfort hotel as Springhill Suite level. this hotel has pool. spa, gym, business center, bar, and also include breakfast. most everything for basic needed for travel except for high end dine , golf etc. when talking to $, this hotel is first choice visit Napa Valley. by the way, this hotel also has Tesla charge ( I try to find this information but could not find it in hotel web site) that is great for visitor driving Tesla.
I posted a review on here a couple weeks ago about the bird poo. I received a response from the GM. After I was schooled and I had read about the birds I now fully understand. I know at times we are against the odds and this is one of those times. The staff are all friendly and the rooms were clean.
Springhill utilizes the space in a functional and comfortable manner. It has a nice working area, and sitting area, while still affording privacy and quiet time. But both rooms need more power plugs. I would stay here again but bring my own power strip. Staying here was a pleasant surprise!!!
We had over 40 military personnel staying at Spring Hill Suites from 4-11 October. They would receive a week ofintense training at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, CA. We also held several meetings at the hotel. The staff were the most accommodative and the most supportive staff I have ever dealt with in 50 years! We hadan early meeting on Sunday where we had to leave at 7 AM. Although breakfast opened a 7 AM, the staff camein early to ensure the military personnel had their meal before they left. The SpringHill Suites staff sets thestandard of excellence for all to emulate. Thank YOU!!

2022-06-29We had a great time at this little hotel. It was small yet felt close enough to all the wineries . Scenic views as you drive through town! Breakfast buffet was good . Could have had better selections but overall it was impressive ! Coffee could be stronger , but like I said great breakfast ! And it’s free. Wish we had complimentary water like any other Marriott . Overall it was clean! It was a big room and the grounds were beautiful !!! Free parking was also a nice touch !

2022-02-18This hotel is beautiful. It was built in 2008 and it is well furnished and the size of the rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, i cannot help but to comment on the freeway noise that is very bothersome especially late at night. I would like to say that after speaking with the front desk, they did their best to look for another room, unfortunately the only room available was also located facing the freeway and the noise was significant. The price per night is not cheap and I would hope that the rooms facing the freeway would get a different price.Overall, a pleasant experience.

2022-05-02I was super impressed with this place. The photos online are good, but dont do it justice. Great pool area and lots of spots to sit and relax outside. Bed was very comfortable and the included breakfast was great. I was here for a quick weekend away, and it definitely did the trick. Very relaxing.

2022-05-23What a gorgeous hotel!!! The grounds were amazing with so many amenities. The pool and fire pit were better than I have seen at any other hotel. The staff, especially the General Manager, Brandon, were so nice and accommodating. We had a large group so we had 2 rooms. Everything was clean and well kept. The rooms were very spacious. I have never seen the trundle bed couch before. We probably all could have shared one room because of it. I hope to stay here again really soon. Thank you for the great stay!!

2022-02-12Really clean hotel. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, buffet) were all very friendly and nice. Check-in process was quick and painless. The breakfast buffet was great -- good food options plus coffees with non-dairy options and hot chocolate and hot cider. I would absolutely stay here again. Great location. A great bargain for Napa!! The business center was a great plus too. I was able to print something that I needed, and it was so easy.

2022-04-29We stopped here for three nights in the first leg of our honeymoon. Super excited to get off the plane after our wedding and get to Napa, my husband and I go to check in and the woman at the desk isn’t rude but puts a dark cloud over our initial excitement. We were checking in 30 minutes before the slotted check in time and we said with smiles “it’s our honeymoon” and she didn’t even say congratulations! Instead she proceeded to look skeptical about a room being ready because it was before check in time… by 30 minutes. She mentioned it a third time when we asked “is it always this peaceful and quiet?” And she responded with “it’s not check in time yet so no one’s here.”My husband and I looked at each other like this woman is nuts but we politely pointed out we were only 30 min early and if it was an issue, even as Ambassador Elite Marriott members, we could wait by the pool. She then gave us a room but it was just a weird check in experience. Then we went to use the pool… you could not sit anywhere. There are hundreds of protected birds everywhere and droppings are all over the property and of course the pool chairs.Upon checkout day, we asked for 4pm checkout. They said no problem. We get back at 1pm from lunch and planned on resting for a bit before our flight but got back to the room and they had started cleaning it and had already stripped the bed. So instead, we napped in the lobby couches in front of the two front desk associates who didn’t offer us an alternative. We tried to go to the pool and sit on a lounge chair but every single one was covered in poop.Horrible experience.

2022-02-10They have a basic bar which is nice after a long day. The king suite is huge! Separate space for lounging and a nice closet area. The dim lights are also a nice feature if you tend to fall asleep watching TV. The rooms are also very quiet. I would stay here again.

2022-01-18Only 15 mins outside of Downton Napa. Hotel appeared clean and modern. Rooms were large and typically hotel rooms, nothing fancy. Beds were just ok. Staff were friendly. There is currently (Jan22) ongoing construction next door if you plan to be at the hotel during the day. Free parking and complimentary breakfast is offered. For the affordable price in the area, I would stay here again.
