Ive only been in these apartments for a couple months but heres what i have observed. Each tenant is allowed one sheltered/designated parking space and consequently, if you have two or three vehicles then you must utilize free parking spaces throughout the complex. However, there are Inoperable vehicles throughout the complex utilizing prime free parking spaces and as i have brought to the attention of management, one vehicle in particular has Cobwebs displayed on all four tires and has NEVER moved since the day I moved in. My question is this, Regardless of if this inoperable vehicle is registered BUT in a prime free parking space, is it fair to the remaining tenants within our complex having to search for parking while prime parking spots are monopolized with no chance to gain access? Hypothetically speaking, if someone within this complex decided to open up a Home/Auto/Repair in Sorelle Apartments, placing random vehicles within free parking spaces to be repaired leaving paying tenants simply out of luck, would that be Fair?? Heres another scenario: What if approximately 10-20% of the tenants within the complex all had a second registered but Inoperable vehicles littered throughout the prime free parking spots then where would that place the rest of us? Just a thought.....................

Don’t rent Apts in building 5 if you can. The neighbors are loud and play music constantly. It’s all the way at the back of the lot next to the exit gate to ironwood that can only be opened by a car on the inside so your not gonna be able to go in unless someone is leaving. Coming in from hemlock there’s speed bumps every few yards so good luck if your behind another person. The leasing contracts say there’s no smoking allowed anywhere on the property but it’s not enforced so if you have pets or young children… you know…Edit: They’re always giving last minute notice when working on your building. And they work it almost every month since January. Our building got repainted twice since February (it’s April rn) last time they told us about renovations two days after they started. Another thing to note- even if you have a designated parking spot you’ll still need a parking pass and if you lose it it’s $50(currently). And you only get one visitor pass that would also be $50 to replace.

Misty in the front office really went above and beyond to make sure we had every thing we needed to get approved. Along with her co-workers they have all been very helpful. It was our first time moving into an apartment complex and they don’t hesitate on answering any questions in a friendly manner. As far as the apartment complex it is kept well maintained and we have taken full advantage of the benefits like the pool & gym, you do have to make an appointment but it works out better that way so the pool isn’t over crowded. Definitely recommend this for first time apartment renters! And make sure you ask for Misty :)

My name is Denise and I have been living here for about two years going on. My second week here I was having problems with the tenants up stairs with continuous noise from jumping off furniture, slamming doors, and stomping. All of this take place mid day until about 1-2am in the morning. And I have to be up at 4am for work every day. I made several complaints with management. I believe they spoke with the tenants as well as I did. For my understanding their should only be the mom and her son there. I’m not sure if she updated her information with the apartment manager with the number of people living in the apartment. But, from I’ve seen since I been here is a total of six people living there. That’s two adults and four kids and a cat. I am still continuing to have this problem with the tenants up stairs and I’m tired of it as well I am tired of complaining and the only thing that chances is them getting louder and worst then before. I was told I was going to be moved to another apartment before I renewed this last leasing agreement. Like I been telling the front office. Something needs to give. I’m tired of all the noise. They have no respect for us that live under them.

Please listen to my review of this place, and seriously consider not renting from here if I could I would do 0 stars. I lived in this apartment complex for two years. The first year was amazing. After the place got bought out from the current owners, the apartment went down. The staff does not care about you. All they want is your money. They do not want to help you out when there is a problem and you need maintenance. Their rent keeps getting higher and higher. There are cockroaches everywhere. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. Here is my story as to why I will not give this apartment a good review. My contract ended on March 23, but I left my apartment on February 1st. I kept paying till March because they said if I broke the contract early I would pay 2.5 months of rent. Alright, that fair. I hired people off Amazon to help me clean and make sure there are no problems with the apartment. After they cleaned it up on February, we left for the whole month leaving it empty and clean. When we came back the day my contract ended I had their maintenance person to come to check out our apartment. He(Joel) said it looks good but as soon as he stepped into our Bedroom he said: I can smell piss. I have never let a dog in the bedroom. There was no dog pee or stains in there. Joel said when they clean or fix the carpet they will take pictures as proof of actual piss Before I left the apartment I took my own pictures of the unit to show how it was. I was told to wait 2 weeks after my contract ended to get my check for the deposit back. Just to find out they sent the check right back to their apartment complex.(How does that make sense?) I kept calling them to ask where the check was. All they would say was it will be there soon. I know by law they have 30 days to give the money back. I then spoke to Veronica (The manager), she was so rude and aggressive. I asked her for pictures of the proof for the piss she said it was only an Odor and how can I take a picture of the air. If it was only an odor why did they take out over 100$ to fix the odor. Then they charge a 58$ fee to paint the apartment. That is fine if they needed to paint it. Our walls were clean. From 750$ deposit they only wanted to give me 300$ back. I can post pictures if anyone wants to see them. It will show how clean it was.

Been living here a little over a month now, everything has been pretty great, we had some issues in our apartment and there was a leak behind our fridge and they were very quick to fix everything. Management has also been very helpful with the whole aplicación process. Big shout out to Yadria & Misty who worked with us for over two weeks making sure we had everything in order get get approved.

They tow cars with no notice. we have had 2 cars towed from them without any notice and we had the auto pay setup it ended and they gave us late fee and they would not even consider waving it even though it is the time during covid-19 and they dont help the residents with any problems. the dumpsters are always full the parking always full and they even charge for any repairs in the apartment like light bulbs and the blinds for the windows. this is absolutely ridiculous and not a good place to live in.

UPDATE:Pretty disappointed, we really planned on leaving a better review upon our move out, however management has proven to be incompetent and unable to do their jobs. We originally moved in 2018, and we initially believed this management company to be better than the last, but we are now realizing they are not. When we renewed our lease we worked with Gabriel, who helped us upgrade into a larger apartment and made it pretty easy, we liked him and we liked maintenance. We are now in a situation where when we attempted to renew our lease we were not allowed to...yes, you read that correctly... we attempted to STAY here, but were told we could not renew our lease because someone who initially signed onto the lease with us would not be signing again, mind you this person was never and has never been in any way financially responsible for this apartment- and yes Sorelle knew that. The only way we would be allowed to stay is if we went on a month to month basis which would be an additional $200+... now these apartments are OKAY, but definitely not worth the amount they are trying to get us to pay (roaches out everywhere we had to spray around our apartments as well, management that never answers their phone, apartments that are falling apart, rats, etc.) So, we could not renew our lease and we cannot and refuse to pay so much for the apartment on a non contract lease basis, so what do we do? We put our notice in... BUT WAIT. WE CANT DO THAT EITHER. Because apparently someone that does not live here and has not lived here in MONTHS ALSO has to sign. Weve submitted our intent to move out however management refuses to accept it. It has now been three days since the manager was supposed to call us, but everyday shes unavailable. And dont bother speaking to anyone at the regional office because theyre just as painful to deal with.Dont bother moving in here, and if youre already living here make sure you read your lease agreement carefully after dealing with them because apparently they dont know whats on there as well and will attempt to lie to you and scam you out of more money.

They will keep your deposit, careful!!I just moved out of these apartments, I left the place very clean to avoid charges but they will still charge more than 100 dollars for a professional cleaning. I spoke to complain because this is not in the contract and the manager Veronica answered me very aggressive and rude, she told me that they charge this to ALL residents and that if I wanted to we could go to court because they were going to charge it anyway. There is more reviews that complain about this and about her so you can confirm this, look for a better place, dont stay here!!!
