Do not rent here!!! I lived there for 1 1/2 years and in that time. My apartment was broken into, the antenna was stolen off my car and my trash can full of recyclables was stolen off my patio. I had kids knocks on my windows and take off running late at night. People parked in my assigned parking spot and I was told there was nothing that could be done because the office was closed. Had my car blocked in before, the upstairs neighbors hot water heater leaked and cause major damage to my ceiling which they sloppily repaired and left it looking like an eye sore. And dont even get my started on the office staff! There is literally one person in that office that is nice! The manager never returns calls. They do NOT know the meaning off the words customer service! I didnt sign my lease in time so they made me pay $389 more a month to rent month to month and said I had to do it for three months no exceptions, then when the three months was over they sent me a lease renewal that would take affect the 5th month! When I refused to sign it because the dates were incorrect, I tried to reach the manger for a month and see was always out of the office so when I didnt sign it they made me move out! I left the keys in my apartment when I moved out because they office was closed and they accused me of changing the locks and charged me to rekey the apartment! All this started after I wrote a bad review about them when my apartment was broken into. I truly believe this has all been retaliation for that. So lets see what this review does!Shady, unprofessional and down right bad people running this place! I even called corporate and never got to talk to anyone that could help just a bunch of Ill have someone contact you Stay away from this place!!
I have been very aggressively apartment searching and this location is outstanding! Martin went above my expectations to find the apartment best suited for my family & I . I originally came with a exact unit in mind , Martin showed me 3.. he provided rental options I never heard of that made the rate more affordable. It is very important that “luxury living” accommodates you with great customer service ,not just amenities. I highly recommend this property. With all its assets the rate & customer service you can’t beat it!
Weve lived here for over 2 years. It is a convenient location, close to 60 fwy with lots of stores, eateries & mall nearby. The management team has been on it for the past year! Maintenance is prompt and everytime we have contacted the office for something, they are diligent to respond right away. We love all of the new upgrades in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We especially appreciate how management deals with reported issues quickly. The rent is affordable for the amenities. Of course you will always have a negative with the noise, and neighbors, it is an apartment for petes sake, but they are typically resolved smoothly. I have seen 3 roaches since Ive lived here in 2 years and when I requested pest control, they were there so quickly, I didnt even have time to empty the cabinets. The security could be a bit more assertive with loitering, but they can only do so much. I wish the security gate was closed more often. That would make me feel a little better, but over all very pleasant environment, pet friendly, clean, orderly, professional and we just renewed our lease for another year!! Home sweet home!
The apartments themselves are very nice. Great flooring and the layout is great. Complex is older so the walls are thinner and youll hear if your neighbors are fighting or watching tv with the volume up beyond normal levels. The grounds are landscaped nicely and the dog park was a great addition, but the residents here have no respect for anything so there is trash everywhere and no one picks up their dog poop despite TWO poop stations with bags for their use. Lots of children riding scooters and bikes with no regard to cars. Dogs left in the dog park unaccompanied so you cant bring your own dog in there. 3 apartments have been broken into since we moved in last October. Weve had only one maintenance issue which was the AC broke right after we moved in and wasnt really addresses until March when we began to have warm days again and we complained. Weve had more issues with neighbors than anything. Really sad that this complex and its units which are easily 4 stars are brought down by the crappy residents. We will be moving once our lease is complete.
Staff doesnt care about their residents. Lot of big dogs, little dogs always lose and theres always dog poop. Neighborhood kids are worst then the dogs, out till almost 3 a.m, gather in giant groups and if we call security they say, what do you want me to do about it. Living wise, apartments are small, over priced, roaches, tics and other nasty bugs all the time! We never had that problem with previous owners of the complex. The garbage area is always over flowed and whenever we call to get something fix it takes them days if not weeks to fix it. Didnt have a work ing stove for 2 or so weeks because they took their time looking into it. And after the 4th time fixing it they gave us a new one. These apartments need to be fumigated, dog breeds need to be stricter and staff should care more about residents. The rent here is to high for you not to care!! Been living here almost 5 years and nothing has gotten better.
I moved into my apartment aug of 2018, I had no complaints/ problems until the new management came aboard. For starters theyre rude( not all... just some). They tried to charge me a late fee saying my December rent wasnt paid on time witch was a lie( Ive attached my receipt below) I showed them my receipt that was given to me by the other company that worked here, but it wasnt a sufficient receipt. My heat in my apartment keeps setting itself to 62, Ive made to complaints about and nothing has happened. The list just goes on and on. I know that I definitely will not be renewing my lease!
Since the previous owners left a year ago this place has went downhill fast. Such a shame because this used to be a amazing community. We never had a pest problem until the new owners opted out of pest control (or so it seems) because my apartment is full of big cockroaches and when I told new owners they told ME TO SPRAY. And lets not talk about the mouse problem.. the landscaping used to be immaculate with previous owners, not looks stale, brown and dead ....I have lived here 4 years and NEVER had a problem until new owners took over. The previous manager was a blessing, Veronica is so mean. she doesnt listen to you or your problems inside the apartment she just wants you to pay rent. And please dont ask me to call the manager in your reply to this...because I have spoken to her Veronica face to face many many times and she just flat out doesnt care.....
The experience living in Sorelle is decent. When I first moved in, the staff at the moment was very rude. After a few months living here, new staff began to work at Sorelle. Since then the service has been pretty great. What is stopping me from giving the complex five stars is the current neighbors Im living with. Trash is left behind, noise, and harsh rudeness. Just the other day, those neighbors started a fire on a bush right outside!! The office did not do much about it other than dont do it again.I would like the peace in these apartments back.Security is nice but never answer the phone. When theyre needed they are hard to reach.I honestly wish they would stop loiterers from cutting through the apartments. Instead of security always being on the phone, I honestly wish they could walk around the property more to make sure everything is in order. When I first moved in, I saw roaches. After getting lest control to come in, the problem seems to have been fixed. If you are looking to have spectrum, this is not the place. I had Frontier for the first year living here. Their antenas only give users 7 Mbps... thats a constant buffer every 10-15 minutes if you stream movies. I switched over to Consolidate. It seems to work very fast! Im paying for 100mbps and its cheaper than the 7mbps Frontier offers. When releasing, my rent did go up. I wish Sorelle could be like other apartments that offer a rent lock in to their residents in hopes of retaining current residents. The gym facility they have is pretty great! You could work everything out with the cable wires. It would be nice if they have free weights though!
I’ve been having problems since the new owners took over with paying my rent online. It’s always something that’s why so many people moved out! The intercom don’t work, so when I have guest over I have to drive to the gate to let them in. The jacuzzi barely worked since i been living here! I saw a mice outside my door and informed the office and nothing was done! I’m definitely not renewing my lease!!!!!
I love it! We moved in right when the new management started. I was a little skeptical with all the reviews and they wouldnt let me see the apartment because they claimed it wasnt ready so I didnt want to give me down payment and not know what I was getting myself into. Well anyways I just went with it, and I walked into the apartment and it was everything I wanted! Wood floors, new appliances like washer, dryer, microwave & dishwasher! I was very pleased! We noticed a window was broken and they came right away & fixed it! Also the other day someone threw a rock at my window and it broke. I called the office and they gave me no problem and fixed it. Im very happy with the new team and all the things they plan on doing with this place!
Many hidden fees without proper justification. Portal system glitches and never really gives the full on amount with Rent + Bills. Maintenance issues take forever, staff is friendly, lots of kids (family friendly), pool is decent, gate never works, gate code never works, and overall just want not a pleasant experience. I would pay a little more elsewhere but actually have working resources. Also, office is randomly closed - I understand we all need a lunch but at least twice a week when I attempted to go in there to talk to someone ; I was unable to. Honestly, think twice. I wish I would of read the reviews.
My dishwasher wont drain and my window screen fell off. Both of them have been put in the same work order and its now been a week and 2 days since I went into the office. I went back to the office and was told the maintenance supervisor will be told he has an outstanding work order to be completed.I dont think Jenny vee and I live in the same apartments as her work order was tended to immediately.Ive been living here for 3 years and the amount of rent that is being asked for now is ridiculous. If youre willing to spend 1300, look around Canyon Crest area where its actually worth it. Youll just get robbed or broken into here. One last thing, I saw that they have living green on their site. I dont know what they consider green but the smell of the paint they use to refurbish the apartments was definitely not low in VOCs. If youre already in the process of getting an apartment here, do not accept the key or apartment until it is in prestine condition or else you will regret it. Any work orders you end up placing wont be tended to until they decide to get work. The place was never great but for the price, I give it 1 star because its still a roof over my head.
If you want high rent with low services and low overall value, this is the place for you! Management is dysfunctional and haphazard. Maintenance, Im sure doing the best job they can with the tools management gives them, is lacking. Security is an absolute, ineffective joke. Landscaping used to be lush and green is now sparse, brown and dead. But rent will keep going up and up and up. Youll get numerous emails about picking up after your dog, while at the same time youll see trash literally everywhere, as well as trash enclosures overflowing with garbage and discarded furnishings and appliances. Yet they claim to take pride in the appearance of the complex. And your fellow residents will be, well, lets just say, less than civilized. However, if you need buddies to smoke weed with, play loud music with until all hours of the morning, look no further than Sorell! Simply put, the quality of life here is...not so good. Oh, and dont be sold on the model apartment they show you. Youre not getting that apartment, or even one close to being as nice. Before you prepare to sign a lease here, make sure you see the apartment they plan on sticking you in. In all seriousness, avoid this place unless it is your absolute last resort.
I would not recommend living here. They will not accept a check at the office. Payment has to be made online. If you use your ATM card it is a $17 fee. My rent went from $1079 to $1385 in one fell swoop. I have asked for several items to be fixed. My stove. It is old and the temp is off. I was told maintenance would come back to fix it. As of 3 months ago still waiting. They have two pools but we can only use one. By main office. The other is not maintained. The Jacuzzi does not work and not heated. No patio chairs. You have to sit on the cement. BUT WORSE OF ALL...COCKROACH INFESTED. I HAVE USED so much of my own money to get rid of them. The complex is trying to fix outside of buildings but could care less about the people living here. All they want is more money and dont bother them. Also Ive left several messages and they have never called back. Just cant be bothered. Look elsewhere..
So, I lived here from july 2013-september 2014. My husband and I were shown the model and were happy with the size and lay out of the 2 bed 2 bath. We were told that the apartment that we rented would have wooden floors just like the model and we went ahead and did the luxury upgrade, which we were told gave us a washer, dryer, microwave, and upgraded cabinets. So a month later we are given the key to our apartment and I was very unhappy, no wood floors, tears in the linoleum in the hallway, ugly cabinets with water damage, no screens on the windows, place looked like it was cleaned in a hurry, the shower stall had no handles, the cabinets in the kitchen were missing handles, there was an awful mildew smell in the bathroom and again water damaged cabinets hastily painted over and the door had a huge gap at the top of it. So, I voiced my concerns to the girl who did our walk-through with us, susie, and she told us we could use another apartment if we wanted to wait for the apartment to be ready. It shouldve been ready the day we were moving in, so I told her that because we already had all of our stuff in a UHaul and we wanted to get everything in the apartment so we can return the U Haul the next day, I told her we would just take the apartment with the carpeted floors. She wrote down all of the things wrong with the apartment including the torn linoleum. It took months for us to get them to fix anything and some NEVER got fixed, like the gap on the top of the door! The ac broke in high summer, i had no screens on my windows, so I had to stay at my moms house for 2 days because we couldnt even open our windows and we have no AC, I had a 2 and 3 year old at the time and I wasnt about to sit in the house with no AC and not be able to open the windows because I was afraid my kids would fall out of them. I think it took a whole year for us to even get any screens on the windows. And let me tell you about the roaches... they are everywhere and it is so disgusting and they do nothing about it. And where do you think these roaches are going to go? Straight to your apartment! I am NOT a dirty person and I will not live with roaches! I had my apartment fumigated twice and bombed it myself a few times and they kept coming back. They refused to spray the outside which is where they are all running around. Dont take an evening walk in the apartment complex because youll step on millions of them, its downright terrifying. There were a lot more issues I had with getting things fixed around my apartment and it always took anywhere from 2 weeks to a month and I had to hound the front office about it everyday. Finally in September 2014 we decided to get a house. we move to the last of our stuff out on the day we were supposed to leave the next day was the day we were supposed to turn in the key and it happened to be a holiday. I called the front office and ask them what they wanted me to do with the key and the man told me to turn it in on the next business day I did so and the manager misty told me that I had to pay an extra day for rent because I didnt turn the key in on time. When I proceeded to tell her about what her employee told me she told me that I should have turned it in the day before the day we were supposed to turn it in or I should have put it in the rentbox and she was very snooty about it. I warn anyone I know not to rent these brokedown, roach infested apartments. I have lived in quite a few different apartment complexes and this one is by far the worst one Ive ever lived at. Please do not waste your money on this place yes the prices are cheap but it is not worth it pay the extra $200 and go somewhere else.
Didn’t renew my lease here don’t feel safe and of course safety comes first I had a couple of incidents happen here far as someone been trying to get into my home and nothing has been done, I’m trying to break my 30 day notice because I feel I shouldn’t be responsible for it especially since I’m having these problem it’s just me and my daughter. I feel like since any issue I have had ,Ive called and keep reaching out because no one acts like they want to call me back or act like there’s nothing they can do about it because it’s not them
I used to live here. The ladies are nice. But there is some down fall to living here. One sometimes the gate key wouldnt work, someone rams the gate, shooting at night down the whole street and young janitors shouldnt be trusted. I no longer live here and its a good thing. Im only making this review for others safety and concerns. If anyone needs anything fixed, please be home before you let the janitors in. A few years ago a young janitor came into my apartment way earlier than time expected, and he didnt fix nothing and stoled some personal jewelry and documents. If you set a time then the janitors must come at that time.
Horrible place to rent!Been there a year an with in that year my truck was broken in to just 3 weeks after moving in. Then now just a day a go my apartment was broken in to and they stole several things from my home. We notified the leasing office and they didnt seem concerned what so ever. Like it was a normal thing to them.To know that a place that im renting from does not seem to care about whats going on in there comlpex is a slap in the face. What kind of security do they provid when they dont care.We wont be signing another lease one are lease is up.
I just moved in to Capri Apartments, witch was once known as El Dorado PointAs of Oct 1st 2014 Ive been a resident here. here is my review as of now.i would like to start with a warning the model they show you isnt anything like the apartment you will receive. The model is 100 times better. the paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, restrooms everything! When we got our apartment immediately my wife and I noticed that there was something different. The smell of paint and dust was strong as we walk in, we realized that all the cabinets were quickly painted over already big dry lumps of paint. When we slid opened cabinets on the corners along the entire cabinet big gulps of wet paint.Ill start with the kitchennothing was stainless steel like the model was. cabinet shelves missing or falling apart. the wall between me and my neighbor in the kitchen is weak. if you lean on it the entire wall moves!!!! the stove wasnt working or cleaned. My son started to craw around the apartment when i picked him up i realized that his hands and knees where completely black!the restroom.the door had a 3-4 gab on top! who ever put the door on put it backwards! You can tell who ever lived there punched a hole on the wall. there is a peace of paper that was placed over the hole and painted over. if you want to wash your hands you need to hold the bottom of the sink and pull on the handle other wise you will pull out the sink that is how hard it is to turn the water on!I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH MORE I CAN SAY BUT IM AFRAID I CAN BE HERE ALL DAY.here is some good thingsThe maintenance people have been very friendly and so far have been coming pretty quick to fix things (but to be honest i rather never see them and have my stuff working correctly in the first place)havent had any issues with people. everyone has been pretty polite.plenty of parking.to CapriYou really need to fix that gate. if people keep breaking them and thats your excuse as to why your not repairing it. that shows lack of safety concern for your tenants. if someone is breaking it DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!I WILL FIGHT MY CLEANING FEES AND OR REPAIR FEES IN THE END OF MY RENT AGREEMENT! I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING AND I WILL USE THEM AGAINST CAPRI.im not saying this is the worst place ever! i just moved in and i will keep posting reviews each month. i will add or remove stars as i go.
I lived two years at Capri Apartment Living, the laundry room smells like car piss and machines never work, maintenance takes weeks almost two months, we were promised gates would be working a year and a half ago, people come in and jump the fence and dig through the trash, internet and tv are restricted to their reps and is expensive no deals. to live at a luxury apartment that is $400 more in rent would only cost $200 more a month to have all appliances and fast TV/internet bundle.
OMG after 1 YEAR rent increased $200 more PER MONTH w/lease OR $500 without! Spent first couple of months fighting roaches, about 5 months NO Pool furniture, as well as NO gym, endless hassle of construction, BUT The icing on the cake is that you have to use consolidated smart systems internet and direct t.v. NO bundling and INTERNET is always OUT and painfully SLOW!!!! Outside of elect and gas bill, you will pay 60 to 80 water bill and if you dont have checking acct be ready to PAY FEE when paying rent and water, I wish I wouldve looked at reviews but Im older lady and to trusting. Thankfully Im moving and learned a valuable lesson before renting apt again
Tried to go and check out this 2 BED 2 BATH apartment looking to move in asap. But the staff wasnt there they had Im sorry we missed you sign saying that theyll be back by 1215 but we were there 30min after too and then this chick rolled up and started her 1230 to 130 break. I called the phone but no one picked up. I dont know Who avenue 5 is but they need to be let go ASAP.
I have enjoyed meeting the staff here at the Sorelle Apartments , the management team are very helpful well experience. I lived here through three different agencies ..Thank you ladies for your concern for me and my family needs, its a pleasure knowing i can be comfortable in the Sorelle Apartment with a wonderful team.
10/10 would not recommend. I have been here for a few months now and it been horrible. They have done nothing about people who come in and out blasting music at 1 am. The security do nothing to ensure everything is in order. All he does is stand around in the shade or go by the pool and stare at girls while being a creep. Not making my $1535 a month worth it at all....lord help us all...
Mantanice man is horriable they never come fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in or ask them . The juccuzi in the back doesnt heat up and the security gaurd does nothing but sit on the stairs and talk on his all day hes not securing anything . He actually scares me hes creepy & super weird
Bad bad bad i just left as of 2020 they have pinch bug problems maintenance takes forever they never answer their phone and they have no sympathy even if your 3 days late with the passing of your mom .dont move here run as fast as u can from this place the outside is trasy .

2022-04-21Ive only been in these apartments for a couple months but heres what i have observed. Each tenant is allowed one sheltered/designated parking space and consequently, if you have two or three vehicles then you must utilize free parking spaces throughout the complex. However, there are Inoperable vehicles throughout the complex utilizing prime free parking spaces and as i have brought to the attention of management, one vehicle in particular has Cobwebs displayed on all four tires and has NEVER moved since the day I moved in. My question is this, Regardless of if this inoperable vehicle is registered BUT in a prime free parking space, is it fair to the remaining tenants within our complex having to search for parking while prime parking spots are monopolized with no chance to gain access? Hypothetically speaking, if someone within this complex decided to open up a Home/Auto/Repair in Sorelle Apartments, placing random vehicles within free parking spaces to be repaired leaving paying tenants simply out of luck, would that be Fair?? Heres another scenario: What if approximately 10-20% of the tenants within the complex all had a second registered but Inoperable vehicles littered throughout the prime free parking spots then where would that place the rest of us? Just a thought.....................

2022-04-20Don’t rent Apts in building 5 if you can. The neighbors are loud and play music constantly. It’s all the way at the back of the lot next to the exit gate to ironwood that can only be opened by a car on the inside so your not gonna be able to go in unless someone is leaving. Coming in from hemlock there’s speed bumps every few yards so good luck if your behind another person. The leasing contracts say there’s no smoking allowed anywhere on the property but it’s not enforced so if you have pets or young children… you know…Edit: They’re always giving last minute notice when working on your building. And they work it almost every month since January. Our building got repainted twice since February (it’s April rn) last time they told us about renovations two days after they started. Another thing to note- even if you have a designated parking spot you’ll still need a parking pass and if you lose it it’s $50(currently). And you only get one visitor pass that would also be $50 to replace.

2021-07-03Misty in the front office really went above and beyond to make sure we had every thing we needed to get approved. Along with her co-workers they have all been very helpful. It was our first time moving into an apartment complex and they don’t hesitate on answering any questions in a friendly manner. As far as the apartment complex it is kept well maintained and we have taken full advantage of the benefits like the pool & gym, you do have to make an appointment but it works out better that way so the pool isn’t over crowded. Definitely recommend this for first time apartment renters! And make sure you ask for Misty :)

2021-06-30My name is Denise and I have been living here for about two years going on. My second week here I was having problems with the tenants up stairs with continuous noise from jumping off furniture, slamming doors, and stomping. All of this take place mid day until about 1-2am in the morning. And I have to be up at 4am for work every day. I made several complaints with management. I believe they spoke with the tenants as well as I did. For my understanding their should only be the mom and her son there. I’m not sure if she updated her information with the apartment manager with the number of people living in the apartment. But, from I’ve seen since I been here is a total of six people living there. That’s two adults and four kids and a cat. I am still continuing to have this problem with the tenants up stairs and I’m tired of it as well I am tired of complaining and the only thing that chances is them getting louder and worst then before. I was told I was going to be moved to another apartment before I renewed this last leasing agreement. Like I been telling the front office. Something needs to give. I’m tired of all the noise. They have no respect for us that live under them.

2019-05-09Please listen to my review of this place, and seriously consider not renting from here if I could I would do 0 stars. I lived in this apartment complex for two years. The first year was amazing. After the place got bought out from the current owners, the apartment went down. The staff does not care about you. All they want is your money. They do not want to help you out when there is a problem and you need maintenance. Their rent keeps getting higher and higher. There are cockroaches everywhere. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. Here is my story as to why I will not give this apartment a good review. My contract ended on March 23, but I left my apartment on February 1st. I kept paying till March because they said if I broke the contract early I would pay 2.5 months of rent. Alright, that fair. I hired people off Amazon to help me clean and make sure there are no problems with the apartment. After they cleaned it up on February, we left for the whole month leaving it empty and clean. When we came back the day my contract ended I had their maintenance person to come to check out our apartment. He(Joel) said it looks good but as soon as he stepped into our Bedroom he said: I can smell piss. I have never let a dog in the bedroom. There was no dog pee or stains in there. Joel said when they clean or fix the carpet they will take pictures as proof of actual piss Before I left the apartment I took my own pictures of the unit to show how it was. I was told to wait 2 weeks after my contract ended to get my check for the deposit back. Just to find out they sent the check right back to their apartment complex.(How does that make sense?) I kept calling them to ask where the check was. All they would say was it will be there soon. I know by law they have 30 days to give the money back. I then spoke to Veronica (The manager), she was so rude and aggressive. I asked her for pictures of the proof for the piss she said it was only an Odor and how can I take a picture of the air. If it was only an odor why did they take out over 100$ to fix the odor. Then they charge a 58$ fee to paint the apartment. That is fine if they needed to paint it. Our walls were clean. From 750$ deposit they only wanted to give me 300$ back. I can post pictures if anyone wants to see them. It will show how clean it was.

2021-07-03Been living here a little over a month now, everything has been pretty great, we had some issues in our apartment and there was a leak behind our fridge and they were very quick to fix everything. Management has also been very helpful with the whole aplicación process. Big shout out to Yadria & Misty who worked with us for over two weeks making sure we had everything in order get get approved.

2021-01-08They tow cars with no notice. we have had 2 cars towed from them without any notice and we had the auto pay setup it ended and they gave us late fee and they would not even consider waving it even though it is the time during covid-19 and they dont help the residents with any problems. the dumpsters are always full the parking always full and they even charge for any repairs in the apartment like light bulbs and the blinds for the windows. this is absolutely ridiculous and not a good place to live in.

2020-07-07UPDATE:Pretty disappointed, we really planned on leaving a better review upon our move out, however management has proven to be incompetent and unable to do their jobs. We originally moved in 2018, and we initially believed this management company to be better than the last, but we are now realizing they are not. When we renewed our lease we worked with Gabriel, who helped us upgrade into a larger apartment and made it pretty easy, we liked him and we liked maintenance. We are now in a situation where when we attempted to renew our lease we were not allowed to...yes, you read that correctly... we attempted to STAY here, but were told we could not renew our lease because someone who initially signed onto the lease with us would not be signing again, mind you this person was never and has never been in any way financially responsible for this apartment- and yes Sorelle knew that. The only way we would be allowed to stay is if we went on a month to month basis which would be an additional $200+... now these apartments are OKAY, but definitely not worth the amount they are trying to get us to pay (roaches out everywhere we had to spray around our apartments as well, management that never answers their phone, apartments that are falling apart, rats, etc.) So, we could not renew our lease and we cannot and refuse to pay so much for the apartment on a non contract lease basis, so what do we do? We put our notice in... BUT WAIT. WE CANT DO THAT EITHER. Because apparently someone that does not live here and has not lived here in MONTHS ALSO has to sign. Weve submitted our intent to move out however management refuses to accept it. It has now been three days since the manager was supposed to call us, but everyday shes unavailable. And dont bother speaking to anyone at the regional office because theyre just as painful to deal with.Dont bother moving in here, and if youre already living here make sure you read your lease agreement carefully after dealing with them because apparently they dont know whats on there as well and will attempt to lie to you and scam you out of more money.

2020-08-29They will keep your deposit, careful!!I just moved out of these apartments, I left the place very clean to avoid charges but they will still charge more than 100 dollars for a professional cleaning. I spoke to complain because this is not in the contract and the manager Veronica answered me very aggressive and rude, she told me that they charge this to ALL residents and that if I wanted to we could go to court because they were going to charge it anyway. There is more reviews that complain about this and about her so you can confirm this, look for a better place, dont stay here!!!
