If you want the DMV to feel like Disneyland come here, hands down the worst customer service experience Ive ever had, they swapped the labels on my college book returns send them to the wrong addresses then absolutely refuse to offer any help. I went in gave them my two books and the addresses and it seemed pretty simple. The only reason I knew something went wrong was when I got a warning reminder from the rental company. You might as well get hired as part time because youll do all their work for them. Skip this place go to FedEx or UPS and know your package will arrive or youll be in good hands.
Every time I go here to print off a shipping label they try to over charge me (third time in a row) until I tell them that I always send it to them and get it printed off for a certain price. Extremely rude staff that do not help at all and are very dull to put it nicely. I honestly hate going to this place and will just start driving a little further to not have to waste my life here. Stay away if you can.
Watch out for this lady in the front deskI dropped by to ship a package containing a magazine earlier today (4:00 pm) at postal Annex 92154 and was attended to by a Hispanic lady. She took my package and weighed it and told me that since my package weighed 1.04 lbs I would be charged $9 for shipping it to Vallejo, CA. I handed her $20 and she went to a second cash register manned by another clerk to get change. Her co-worker immediately said, what are you stealing this time? This made me wonder why she would say such a thing. The Hispanic attendant claimed thats how much it costs for packages weighing close to 2 lbs. (is 1.04 lbs close to 2 lbs?). Realizing that she was over charging me, I asked her to cancel the shipment and just return my money and the package. She quicker than a snap of a finger ripped off the postage sticker and didnt allow me to see it and handed the package and the $9 back to me. Earlier in the day, I shipped the exact kind of magazine through USPS along 13th Street along Imperial Beach and the lady weighed the package and charged me $3.59 including the cost of the envelope.I am very disappointed.
I went to the postal annex on Saturn Blvd and the lady there gave my mail away to a customer that came in and asked for it it had a 357 check in it I was sending a the bill to sdg&e
Lot of extra charges for pakage left over 3 days etc. Changed policies without notice. Not respected contract agreed when box rental was paid.
Went today and had 3 different transactions. Great customer service. Very helpful. Will come back for my future transactions.
These people are so nice,propt,and helful..they always have my back..passport,fax,print,shipping,and they collect my mail.Hard workers, keep up the good work!!!!!

Went in with a lot of boxes no clue on how the process worked and the guys were all helpful and overall just pleasant.
Easy acces and great prices . Very convenient close to freeway and plenty ofnparking spots.

2022-06-23I would like to share my pleasant experience with Ms. Claudia. She is very helpful, kind and very efficient and knowledgeable. I returned a merchandise two months ago and I never received the credit back so I called Ms. Claudia and ask for her help coz I lost the tracking # and she was able to find it in less than two minutes with her help I was able to get my credit back. Thank you Ms. Claudia for all your help and I will give you 10 STARS because you deserve it.

2021-04-15I had an excellent experience here. The manager Claudia was very professional, polite, informative, and helpful. I had made a mistake with a shipment and was in a rather unique position, and Claudia made a solution very quick and easy. Instead of turning it into a big complicated ordeal. I highly recommend using this company, but specifically this location and the manager Claudia for all of your postal needs.

2021-12-14First time coming here to print a shipping label and was helped by the staff. I was able to leave my box with them to have it be shipped off. Will come here again if I ever need to ship packages, thank you !

2021-04-15Went and returned my picked up uhaul. I completed the return on .y phone and was walking to drop the keys off I the drop box, per requested. I walk by the door for the Postal Annex and then hear yelling to bring them inside 3x by some lady who was working there. Then this guy comes out and basically seems shocked that I already closed out the rental. He said nobody yelled at me. Um, yes she did and it was crazy because she was helping others and had a line. Let me drop the keys where I was told and move on. Jeeze. You dont yell for people to do this or that. Be better

2018-05-18I use to dread having to go to this Postal Annex on Saturn Blvd. years ago. The last owner and crew were rude, and manic up - down with attitude. I went there today and I believe my conscience self is conditioned to think this isnt going to be pleasant . ... Wrong! Stellar customer service ! !, Great eye contact, full sentences, kind and helpful associates, It seems everyone who now works there knows what they doing and they are willing to share their knowledge . Its a great place with less drama than the post office, awesome folks that are friendly, even fun that work for their paycheck . If you havent been in a while you should check it out again soon. Shipping, Tax Forms,, Stamps....
