I went to this UPS store to have a computer and two screens shipped. They wanted apprx. $43.00 to pack in a box, which I thought was too much. The lady (employee # 200107 ) that worked there was rude and not helpful at all. I made the decision to package the Computer myself and ship it at a different UPS store. This lady even charged me $4.09 to print out the shipping label. I will never return to this store.

This store has a more spacious design than other UPS stores and was nice and clean. Noelle was very helpful! Even though she was the only worker there at the time she multi-tasked very well and had great customer service. Thank you for your help Noelle!

I just left the store and the manager was very nice and friendly and very helpful she sold me a box taped my label for another shipper. I was very happy with her service excellent…

I tried to get a P.O. Box. They made it very Difficult for me. I ended up getting a refund.

Needed to print something and they were gonna charge me 3 dollars for a piece of paper other UPS charge me 1 !!!!

Word of advice… don’t return any Amazon items here … they take forever to process them and no solution is given.
