We stayed here for 3 night to spend our daughters birthday at Disneyland. The hotel is approx. 0.5 miles from the park so conveniently located. Many eateries nearby. But the stay was not pleasant. We checked in on our daughters birthday (turned 4 years). The lady at the front desk even did not say welcome to Sheraton or something similar, neither show smile on her face. Kind of rude. Did not even bother to say Happy birthday to our daughter (she had the birthday crown). The room was nice. During check in I asked, can you please switch the 2 queens to a King bedroom if available and I am wiling to pay any price difference. She said none is available. We checked in. Upon checked in, I searched the hotels website and found king bedrooms are available for the same time period to book!! We called guest services (on 3 days) and the phone rang, no one picked up or call back. I went downstairs and they said they were busy. Busy every time whenever we called the guest service during normal business hours!! One day we came back from the park, and found house keeping was not done. No do not disturb or privacy sign on the door. Though it is conveniently located, but the hotel falls short on many occasions and the service is very poor considering the brand Sheraton. Will not stay here.
It was a very beautiful hotel and we loved the layout! Unfortunately, the fact that it doesn’t include free breakfast and transportation isn’t really helping their case. Other than that me and my family loved it! Great service, very nice lobby, and even a nice sit down restaurant! Me and my family stayed on the 12th floor and even the elevator ride up was entertaining. I definitely recommend if you’re not on a tight budget.
What a great hotel! I was on the 14th floor which is the highest floor with a beautiful room with a patio balcony that face the back of Disneyland. I was able to capture the firework show one night. The staff is outstanding! Please if you get a chance to go to Anaheim, California stay at this hotel!
We spent the last couple of years planning to go to Disneyland, from getting the time off together, to having the funds to make it a good vacation without going into debt. We thought a Sheraton was comparable to a Marriott or Hilton, since their price was within a $25 difference, but they are not on the same level. We self parked at the Sheraton, $25 per night (3 nights), and we went off to Disneyland, we came back at 1PM to rest, and it was a construction site, the drilling, cutting, hammering noises felt like they were next door, it was horrible to rest, but Disneyland drowned the bad experience. The end of the stay came, we walked to our car, sat inside and saw that the windshield was shattered, I got out of the car and saw that the hood had scuffs and scratches, my wife went to the service desk where she was received by a woman with dark short hair and glasses that said there was nothing they could do, that there were no cameras, and what they recommended was to file a police report. We drove 126 miles home with a broken windshield (unlawful in CA), no evidence to show the insurance how it happened, a $1500 deductible and super bummed out, we were not counting on this, so we spent $380 getting the windshield replaced and kept the scratched hood and fractured grille. My wife and I didn’t say a word on our way home, so much time, sacrifice and effort went into this vacation, only to have this horrible experience and nobody was held responsible, just us taking the hit.
The stay was fine however we booked a king bedroom and upon arrival they said they did not have any kings available and offered us two queens which we asked to get the king considering that is what we booked. They then offered us a king on the club floor which sounds nice but it was right next to the elevator that goes along the building so every time it passed by it sounded like a roller coaster was passing us. The main reasoning for the low review was because the cleaning crew threw away my fiancés whole toiletry bag on the first day we were there. It had his expensive cologne as well as razor, toothbrush, etc. when we told the front desk about the situation they said there was nothing they could do and reminded us about the room that we got upgraded to. Kind of frustrating but it is what it is and regardless of that we would stay here again.
We checked in on the eve of June 6th for our Disney day the following morning. What a beautiful property and a great welcome from the staff member who checked us in. She was so kind and patient with us as we sorted our family, rooms, and parking. We were happy she shared the lovely scent throughout the lobby was for sale. Just purchased some online so it reminded me leave a review and big thank you!
The hotel is fabulous. The staff were soooo helpful and incredibly friendly. Look after us so well after a traumatic trip. Alexis especially spent 4 hours organising our Disney passes. The all you can eat pizza in the restaurant is excellent. Best hotel experience by a Mile. Right on Disneylands doorstep too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
It was a okay stay on slow Sunday. The front desk agent was slow and chewing gun on the afternoon shift, but night audits were sweet. The hotel lobby and rooms been remodel but not the elevator which were shaking and smelly. pool area needs to taking care of more, there were dirty towel, trash, food everywhere. The the room was clean and nice, housekeeping did a great job!Great location about 15-20 walk to Disneyland entry; 20-25 mins walk to downtown Disney.Parking $25/30 with in and out, but valet not 24 hrs.Ps. The hotel don’t check or reply your mobile chat and amenities request.
12/28 THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. DO NOT STAY HERE DURING THIS TIME.The entire hotel is under construction. Noise starts at 7AM sharp; loud drills, hammers, people talking on walkie-talkies, etc. We were completely unaware of the construction until we arrived as it is NOT STATED ANYWHERE. Very sneaky of them. Also, if you like control of your own temperature in your room, this is not the hotel for you to stay in. The rooms are a set temp & some of them can be upwards of 80 degrees! The front desk women were very nice and helped us move rooms to a different side of the hotel where it was cooler, but it’s really unfortunate that you cannot set your own temp & be comfortable. This is the first hotel I’ve been in that doesn’t allow that. The walk to Disney is fine, but it’s not worth staying in, during construction especially. The rooms are old & the bathrooms are dirty. Paint is chipped all over, faucets leak, TV does this weird glitch every 4-5 seconds making it pretty much unwatchable. Overall it seems very unkept and the bare minimum is done. If I hadn’t bundled my flight & hotel I would’ve got my money back & stayed literally anywhere else. Super disappointed.
A few issues when my Besti and I stayed at the Sheraton hotel during the StarWars Convention May26th-May30th. Hopefully this stuff won’t be an Issue in the future, but here’s our experience:1. Water will get everywhere after you shower. The bathroom design is not the best, the shower doors when closed don’t keep the water in the shower, so expect to use some towels on the floor.2. Hotel only had 2/4 Elevators in operation and they were short staffed. (Not the staffs or maintenance fault, but just be aware things like this can happen.)3. Make sure when you book that there are no other convention events like the A.A. It’s a fend for yourself when trying to leave.4. You gotta pay for the WiFi. Unless you have their membership.5. Parking is not the best, but you’re close to Disneyland and other areas, so Uber or walking is recommended if you don’t want to lose your parking spot.6. The restaurant below the hotel is strange. We went on a Friday and they did a weird all you can eat set menu. Food was okay. But I was not expecting to have a “salad” on a flat cheese board and random slices of small pizzas.7. Some reviews on here said the hotel doesn’t clean their sheets and people have found mold on them. We did not have any dirty bedding.8. Overall staff was nice and they did their best to accommodate us. (Super kudos to the awesome bellman who was the only one working that Sunday. Felt so bad for him with having to help us and apologize to everyone. One bell guy dealing with 15+ floors of 30 rooms each is horrible.)9. Very convenient that there is a small market and a Starbucks in the hotel.10. Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was overall clean.11. If you order DoorDash/ UberEats, make sure to meet the dasher in front of the hotel.-Probably should of given this less stars. But we still enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton hotel and would probably book with them again.
My review of my stay recently. Very close to Disney land which is probably the only reason I stayed here. Upon arrival, they gave me the wrong room & was told that the rooms requested wouldn’t be available for 2 out of the 3 days I was staying and also said that the third party site was the one to blame but my emailed itinerary was correct so there happened to magically be the room I wanted open up. (Must be that Disney magic) valet is $30 which is not bad at all but the valet was not the best. I started with $5 tips but after constantly having no one to open your doors, help with bags, or even greet you upon arrival, I stopped tipping. It is sad when I have to hunt down a valet to even have them park my car. One valet actually left his phone in my car when he brought it up & another one looked me dead in the eye as I pulled up to the front drive and he just walked inside & vanished. This was about 11pm at night, I was the only car there, it was not busy. Checked my sentry mode 15 minutes later & my car was still just parked there with the key inside.
Beautiful hotel, walking distance to Disneyland. Only recommendation is take your outdated lawn equipment and throw it in the trash. Go and buy electricEGO brand. All morning while sitting at the pool the smell from the leaf blower and obnoxious scream from the blower ruined any chance to relax. There are much quieter options available that also don’t smell horrible like the mixed gas ones you use.
Looking forward to visiting again after the remmovation is complete. Arrived late on a Thursday for an event at the convention center Friday. Construction was blocking the corner of the main lot, no throughfare to the back area. So I had to U-turn and go from the front of the hotel, went through two parking gates and found a spot in the back behind the towers. Not well lit. I was alone. I walked to the back entry door closest to my car. The only sign on the door said to the effect if the door is locked, use your card key. I did so, and entered the door, and was instantly in a dimly lit hotel construction site! Dirt floors, unfinished walls. I could not see anywhere to enter the hotel lobby, and became uncomfortable, so returned to the parking lot. I called my employer, as he had just entered the hotel through that door as well. He said, Yeah, its a little sketchy in there. Just walk straight and youll see a door. Unlock it, and youll be in the lobby.... And dont use those elevators, theyre under construction too. (What?!) I followed his instructions and found the lobby. This was ridicuous. My husband is a journeyman plumber with 35 years in construction.I shared this story with him. He found it unbelievable. Basically, Sheraton needs to lock that back door. And they should temporarily make the valet parked cars in the back lot. Then, getting to my car in the morning to drop off my luggage was a challenge. There was no access, as the door through which I entered the night before was locked. No pedestrian paths or sidewalks. I had to walk through the front lobby to the parking lot, following the cars, shimmy past the parking lot gate, rolling my luggage, perspiring. And I found my car. The room was nice, recently remodeled. I asked for a king, made the reservation 3 months ago, and was in a room with two queen beds. Location was great for conventioners. Will visit again, but not until the construction is over with.
We have stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel many times pre-covid and it was one of our top favorite hotels to stay. This was our first visit back since they reopened and after the remodel. We were very disappointed with our stay. We were traveling with a group and under a group rate which shouldnt matter. We arrived a bit late (around 4:30PM) and most of our group were told that their rooms were not ready. Check-in time is usually 4PM unless you get lucky and your room is ready prior to that. Our group had an event so they needed to be dressed and ready to go by 5:30 to head to the House of Blues. They are musicians and needed their space to get ready for showtime so the fact that rooms were not ready was a pretty big deal.We were told there were three events going on at the same time (weddings and a convention). I understand it was very busy but it almost felt that our group got pushed aside for the other events going on. The elevators were either slow or not working. Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor and could take the stairs but when you have your luggage and everything else to take to your room it was very inconvenient. Parking was very limited due to the events occurring and many staying at the hotel were having issues finding parking. They were finally able to check-in my son and parents but my husband and my room was still not available. Around 5:15PM my husband went to request a key to at least get into the lounge to grab some water and it was only then he was told our room was ready. Again I understand that travel is picking back up and that places are getting busier. It just felt as if our group was an afterthought for the hotel and their staff. After this last stay I am not sure we will be staying on this property again, at least not anytime soon.
Staff were friendly and our room was in a clean condition. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The walk-up breakfast bistro had a delicious egg and ham sandwich and fresh coffee. The convenience store also had a lot of great items if you happened to forget something. We love staying here when we go to Disneyland. The upper floors of the hotel were under renovation, and we look forward to coming back and seeing what the new rooms look like.
Despite the major remodeling that has put many amenities, and room temperature control, out of commission the staff remains very helpful, humorous, courteous and responsive. Maintenance responded INSTANTLY to replace batteries in a carded door lock that wasnt securing. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The Cafesia Canteen REALLY came in handy with LOTS of reasonably-priced food and beverage items and nice staff there. The guest laundry machines definitely need updating... coin-changer was inop with no out-of-order sign or out-of-service warning light on, detergent dispenser ate $1 in quarters without locking out an empty column. Dryer didnt dry very well and sounded like a bushing was worn out. Other than that, an awesome facility and pleasant, professional staff!
Hotel was under construction during our visit with only the bottom 3 floors open. We prepaid through Costco for 2 nights and booked 1 additional night through Expedia. Not disclosed to us was the fact that they offered no breakfast and had no gym during this time. Construction was supposed to be completed a week before our stay but it was not and we were not notified of this fact. I spoke with the GM Luis on check in and he confirmed this with me. Luis said that since we had prepaid through Costco there was nothing he could do for those nights. He did lower our room rate the first night to market rate (about ~80 in savings). The rooms and hotel are very old and brown. The comforter they provided on the king size bed is little more than an additional sheet. The TV doesnt work and they give you a sheet at check in warning you of this. Ours cut out every 4-5 seconds making it unwatchable. They also overcharged my fiancés card, somehow unaware that we had prepaid through Costco. We ended up with almost $1500 over 4 charges for what should have been 1 charge for $209. When we called about this they assured us the additional charges were just holds and would drop off. Then they actually posted. We called again about this and Esperanza the lady at the front desk and attempted to explain what happen, but all she did was escalate the situation. When I said I would be calling corporate she refused to give me her name and put me on hold for 10 minutes before someone else answered. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Irving the other front desk employee that works there is cool. He should probably be the GM.I called corporate and after they opened a case and took in all my information they escalated me to a manager who told me this was Expedia and Costcos fault, which I find laughable because the hotel had already said it was there fault on checkout and they would be reversing the charges.Another thing this hotel tried to do was not speak with me because the reservation was in my fiancés name. This was extremely frustrating for both of us as she was on speaker phone with me and we both stayed in the hotel and share the same bank account. We verified everything including the last 4 digits on the card. It was little more than an attempt to further escalate/dismiss us.The hot tub was fine. We spoke to a few other couples staying at the Sheraton in the hot tub and I suspect they left the bottom 3 floors open to take advantage of these full price Costco reservations that are included with the Disney package. Everyone else we spoke with had also booked through Costco. I dont believe Costco is aware of the condition of the hotel.I wont be staying at a Marriott property again and based on my experience I suggest you consider the same.
We had been to Disneyland all day, I called them to let them know we would be checking in very late. They made it so easy when I finally checked in close to midnight. The hotel even under construction was clean and quiet. The hotel still had accommodations for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here. My next visit to Disneyland will include a stay at the Sheraton
Well ill have to admit the room was very nice. Bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff was helpful and incredibly nice. there were a few problems though. starting with the renovations process. now I can understand that with renovations some aspects of our experience was going to change but first and foremost the hotel needs a sign LEADING to the side entrance. I had to ask the gift shop employees where the front desk was. a simple sign pointing to the side entrance wouldve helped. my second issue is this. on the app I had the opportunity to give an anticipated time of arrival. I put in for noon and my fiancé and I didnt get into our room until close to 3pm. which was rough to say the least. We were first told our room would be ready by 1230. we called and they said our room was not ready for another 40 mins. 40 mins came and went and we came back to the hotel and our room was STILL not ready. we got access to the pool lounge to wait. we lingered there for another hour and I went back to the front desk to see what was taking so long and we finally got our keys.My 3rd and final issue was my room charge. I was charged my room plus a security deposit. I feel like this should be told to guests so they dont get sticker shock like I did. when I asked the employee why I was charged way more than my rate. he didnt quite explained it well enough for me to be comfortable with. A simple this is a security deposit and will go away after your stay. would have just suffice. all in all, our stay couldve been better but i understand the people are just trying their best right now. maybe after the renovations are complete, well try again and see how things have improved. for now though, we have another trip were planning on doing and I think well try our luck at the Hyatt house. Thank you for having us though.
Whenever we travel with our fur babies, we choose to stay at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim. They are very pet friendly and accommodating and this was our second time using this hotel. The location is perfect if you plan to go to Disneyland and it is near some great restaurants. Despite their current remodel going on, our stay was very pleasant and our fur babies enjoyed it as well. We hope to be able to stay here again when we travel with our fur babies, which hopefully the remodel will be completed.
Had the best time at the Sheraton. Most comfortable pillows & beds, beautiful pool and lush landscaping view from our balcony. Wonderful staff at the front desk, the pool bar, the coffee shop, and even housekeeping. Looking forward to our next Disney trip and another stay at our updated & newly renovated home away from home!
Update: The response that their sound levels and construction didnt meet my expectations are null considering I was never contacted and informed about the current conditions (I booked in October). Im very aware they had the chance to reach out (aka the phone number you have to put in to reserve the room) but was never contacted prior to the trip. Also its a little condescending to say the temperature control was less than ideal considering I had NO control over the temperature setting and as mentioned below was 80+deg. I just dont know many people who like to sleep in that kind of heat just sayin. Its frustrating when you cough up that kind of money but faults on me for falling for shady business. Just please be up front with your future customers and actually reach out to them.
In spite of the ongoing construction and lack of an onsite restaurant, this was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was super helpful and friendly and its an easy walk to Disneyland. Rooms could be a bit cheaper considering the construction but it was still a good place to stay.
Extremely rude front desk manager for the night Jenifer! I book travel for our company all the time and have never had someone act so stuck up and rude. I myself was not physical traveling and booked it for the employee that was. I always call and confirm that the room is all paid for and the employee will no need to pay for anything. I have the email from Marriott bonvoy showing at the bottom that if paid in full nothing will be charged to their credit card. The particular employee I had traveling does not have a credit card. They would not let them check in. Said they couldn’t charge the card on file???? Like what hotel can’t use the card I already “paid” for the room with when they already have it. And would only take a physical credit card. The credit card was states away…. Nightmare situation made worse by the worst customer service and least understanding person.
We love staying at this hotel, we have stayed here for about 10 years! We found it because of one of our D23 Expo trips. It is in a great spot! We love that we can walk to Disneyland and local restaurants. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. Even with the construction going on right now, the team was great! We cant wait to see what the hotel will look like when construction is done!
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3x now. The value you get is great! A. It’s own by Marriott so you know you’re going to get consistent quality. B. The hotel is only 2 1/2 blocks to the Disneyland Resort. C. The staff is exceptional, very friendly, polite and happy to assist you. D. The rooms are contemporary and clean. E. Great convenience store near the lobby. The only thing that could be better is the food at the bar by the pool, it’s weak and generic. Other than that, there is no reason to stay anywhere else. You can’t beat it for the price you pay. I will only stay here when visiting the Disneyland Resort.
Beautiful hotel, love the grounds and pool area! We have 2 teenage daughters, we did 2 rooms and it was perfect!! Love the Starbucks in the gift shop, so convenient on our way to Disneyland! Construction is going on, but we never heard anything or saw anyone, they are doing a great job and we can’t wait to see the newly renovated rooms and lobby! We will be back very soon!
Location was great, right near Disneyland which was convenient. They even had a little convenience store within walking distance of our room. We got to the room which was dark, and dreary. Furniture had worn stains and fabric on the chair was also stained. The worst part was our family waking up with bites all over our legs and ankles from this stay.
Can’t believe we have never stayed at this place before. It has beautiful grounds with a nice pool and bar in the pool area. Great location for Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated but they are going through a major renovation so I can’t wait to see what it looks like when the hotel is all done. And the price is a great deal right now while they are going through the renovations and besides not having a big lobby you will never know the reservations are going on.
When we go on vacation in Anaheim, there is no other hotel we’d ever consider staying at. From their staff, to their cleaners, to their front desk, they’re all welcoming, friendly and warm. Although they’re are renovating now & not a lot of rooms are available they happily tried and did accommodate my room request until I was satisfied. Either way we would’ve been happy just staying here but the guy insisted that he’d tried to fulfill my request and he sure did it. Like I said no other hotel room I’d ever consider other than this Sheraton.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Looking forward to the remodel as the rooms definitely need it! Hotel is doing a great job in the middle of the remodel; the pool and pool bar are awesome! Fitness center and location of hotel are great as well. Would love to come back post-remodel as Im sure it will be amazing! Again- very impressed with the staff! They communicated with us re: the remodel and since were from another time zone & there for work, the remodel didnt bother us at all. The small cafe/Starbucks area had enough variety to find something to eat; though having a restaurant and club area again will be very helpful. They provided $5/night credit at the cafe to help offset a closed Club. Thank you!
I don’t leave reviews, so for me to take the time to leave this one, take note! This hotel was supposedly renovated not to far back. Evidently, they choose not to upgrade the old flimsy doors to the rooms! The first night, you could feel the air rushing in through, but the worst part was the NOISE. The door didn’t seal on the top or bottom! We requested a room change, and got one. Guess what??? Same problem. We requested another one… same thing! On our 3rd night I packed up the family, and we left at 12 at night! Im 46 years old and travel for work and leisure. In my 46 years on this planet, I’ve never requested to be reimbursed or left in the middle of the night from a hotel! That should tell you something! Staff was pleasant though!
We made a reservation for a king room with balcony, we were given a handicapped accessible room, no balcony. All but three floors of the hotel are being renovated, early saturday morning they were making noise in the room above ours. Our keys would not activate the outside doors to the building after hours and we had to bang on the door to have the person at the reception desk let us back in. We found dirty socks on the floor of our room when we arrived. Only one of our room keys opened the room. They really should have considered doing the renovations while the state was in lock down. We’ve stayed here in the past, but after our last stay we will find other accommodations, there are many in the same area.
We picked this hotel as it was near Disneyland. The price was good and it was so close to the park, we could walk there. The staff was so nice, that when we checked in we asked if we could keep our car parked in the lot on Sunday, even though we were checking out and they extended our parking for us no problem. We were going to Disneyland that day and did not want to pay for the parking and was just hoping we could walk, the hotel staff went above and beyond in that situation. The hotel was nice and relaxing! Will definitely be back.
Overall, our stay was pleasant. There were a few interactions with the hotel staff that were not awful, but not exactly endearing. The room was clean, except for the bathtub which was just a smidgen dirty. The room smelt a little peculiar, I am assuming we are the first ones to stay in it since they opened that weekend after the shutdowns. Beds were nice and comfy. The pool and bar were fun for the kids as well. The walk to Disneyland is quite manageable, but parking is $22 a night which always irks me if you are a guest of the hotel.
Hotel will be excellent later, after construction is completed. Now, it’s without a restaurant and has a construction site in the front. The front of the hotel appears as if it’s closed, like a spooky hotel ride at Disney. They do the best they can and it’s a good price with a location within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff is helpful.
Location is the only thing helping this hotel. The whole hotel is being renovated right now, so they know that things need to be improved. I hope they improve the air conditioning controls because we were uncomfortable the whole time (see photo for details). It felt like a swamp cooler and was so very uncomfortable, which is upsetting when you pay so much to have what you think will be a nice room.
This hotel is renovating the top floors. Noise is tolerable and the limit in service is not noticeable. The shower will either scald you or freeze you. There is no in between. The parking is difficult due to construction but is manageable. However the gate was not working so I had to wait 10 minutes for maintenance to come manually open it. Just best to avoid this hotel. Might be great once all the work is completed. Definitely avoid until then
I recently stayed here for a short business trip. But I should mention I have stayed here with my grandkids and family many times when We’ve gone to Disneyland. It’s close, the price is extremely reasonable the pool is excellent the staff is great. It’s all good. Especially their Jacuzzi after walking 9 miles in Disneyland! And a bar at the pool!
Hotel is nice and a good location. It has potential and the room was clean overall. Pool area is nice. The room smelled like a previous customer had smoked cigarettes in it- and I tried calling front desk numerous times to tell them but no one answered. I left a message and no one ever responded. The pool bar had none of the mixers or wine I tried to order- no grapefruit juice, no ginger beer, no chardonnay, etc. Also- check in was confusing with the construction- no signs posted to direct people where to go to check in and no one answering the phones. That was frustrating. The hotel is nice otherwise.
Very comfortable stay. At first i was scared after reading the reviews by guests regarding the construction. But the overall experience was really good. Really neat, clean and easy check in and check out. Hotel rooms were also big and nice. Very nice experience and no issues with the parking.
I had terrible experience at this hotel. I got an email that construction are taking place and there might be a noise and some dust (which I was ok with) and some facility mightn not be working. I was informed after arrival that no of the facility are working - no breakfast, no lounge, no compensation for it. Alos lack or respect and appreciation for loyal members - I am Titanium Elite member - no dedicated line, no willing to solve issues at the front desk, always send to manager that was actually never there.Take your business somewhere else - eg. there is a Marriott few doors away .... I bet it would be way better choice.
Would have been nice to know the lobby and all restaurants were underconstruction before arriving. First room was above the water pump room and the whole room vibrated. Second room I was woken up every morning as it was next to the part of the parking lot blocked off for the construction workers. The sheets on the bed looked clean. But when held up to the light you could see mold.
The staff at check in were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On this vacation the Sheraton was the most responsive to house keeping needs, again friendly and helpful. Traveling with our dog it was pet friendly lots of places to walk him or play ball. Also it is perfectly located to Disney, the Garden Walk and many restaurants etc.
Only rooms up to the 3rd floor were available because they’re under construction but that wasn’t mentioned on the site. Parking is $22 with very limited spaces. The carpet was very stained and sticky. The room had a musty smell and our air conditioner didn’t work. The bathroom had hair all over the bath tub & floor. By the pool, half finished drinks were all over & kids were knocking them into the pool on accident. They had a movie projector by the pool & a nice garden area though.
Room was ok. Bath tub needs upgrade. Paint chips on the bath tub and the floor of the bathtub is rough. Pillows were extremely to soft were your head sinks all the way in. Felt like the pillows were going to suffocate us. Need to pay attention more on the cleaning details both before the new guests arrives and during the daily cleaning..
Took my family for a weekend retreat to Disneyland and stayed at Sheraton. The hotel is going through construction and the restaurant was not open, but besides that had a great stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the pool was great, you don’t see 10’ deep ends to often.
The hotel is currently under construction. There is no clear signage to show you where to park and where to check in. Only check in during daylight because after it gets dark, it becomes tricky to find the front desk and to gain access to the building. Some mishap happened between Expedia and the hotel, and our reservation didnt show up when we arrived to check in. The hotel staff told me I had to resolve it with Expedia, so I had to be in hold with them for 3 hours & didnt get a resolution until 1am. With a very tired toddler. I was in tears by the time it was resolved & started having panic attacks. In my opinion, the hotel staff should have just honored the rate since I clearly had a reservation confirmation email from Expedia, and I provided it to the hotel staff. The room was dark and small, and we could hear construction noises all day and night.
Spent a great day at Disney and come back to the hotel to find that the tailgate on my truck has been stolen. Someone saw this happen and the hotel left a message on my room phone instead of calling the police. My truck can’t be parked any closer to the lobby. It’s directly in front of the main doors. This is totally unacceptable. Apparently there are no cameras right outside the lobby, convenient. Never staying here again.
Rooms were quite clean, decent bed comfort, great place to stay if you go to Disneyland. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast in the hotel though, there are drinks, cereals but no hot foods. Great view from the tables though. Before the Covid period, the tables were quite close to each other, (I’m not sure if they changed it or not during the virus). It is also in a small area, its quite hard to hear your own conversation. Overall, its pretty good.
Chose this hotel because of Disney and the price . However , when we got there after a long day it smelled terribly of cigarettes. When we tried to get in bed the blankets were disgusting. There was like light brown stains on the inside but not the outside that you could see . The rest of the room was great. I would just bring my own blankets .
I usually stay here when I come to disneyland. I noticed before booking that it said there might be construction. Upon arrival I noticed a lot more construction than I thought there was going to be which was kind of annoying. The service was good as usual and I think things could be cleaner but that could just have to do with the age of the hotel. I don’t think either restaurants are open. I would come back after construction is complete.
This was my first time to Anaheim and my boyfriends second, and we decided to stay here for our stay of 5 nights because of the location to Disneyland (for myself) and the convention center for his tournament that he was attending and we loved every minute of staying at this resort! The location was perfect to certain stores if we needed something quick, the walk to Disneyland was easy and painless and felt comfortable even at night while walking with others. The staff was super friendly and the Disney help desk was amazing for my first time Disneyland questions. Our cleaning lady was amazing and always offered things just in case we needed more than we already had. The beds were super comfy and the balcony was a great touch to be able to wake up to a wonderful view of Disney and of the moments! We had a hard time leaving but we definitely be staying here again when we decide to return to Anaheim!
Don’t book this place unless you wake up and leave the hotel at 7 am. Loud major reconstruction throughout 2021 without letting you know until you already checked in and rudely wake up to sounds of hammering and drilling all through the early morning and afternoon. Sounds can be heard from every room apparently. First room had terrible smoke smells on arrival. Second room offered had sticky carpet. Terrible experience and would never recommend to friends or family. No dining at all!
Great Hotel with close proximity to Disneyland. The club room has great breakfast and evening snacks with 2 happy hour drinks included. The pool is great for a break from the park with a hot tub to chill in. Large connect four and chess game at the pool adds fun for the kids. The rooms are small but all you need for a sleep between park days. The rooms facing the park give an amazing view of the fireworks if you make it home before they start. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.
We stayed for 3 nights to visit Disneyland Parks. The room was very comfortable with great beds, fresh soft linens, refrigerator, bottled water and robes, which we had requested. The pool and gym were well furnished and clean. We ate at the restaurant (Park 55/Savor) and found the food very good and well priced. The take out cafe was well stocked and quick service with Starbucks coffee made to order. Check in/check out was quick and any requests we had were accommodated immediately, via the BonVoy app. Other reviews mentioned problems with chilly room temperature due to central heating/cooling. We mitigated the problem by turning off the fan, and opening the sliding door a crack over night - very comfortable, although the weather was very mild during our stay. Staff were unfailingly friendly and quick to help. The hotel feels a bit dated decor-wise, but really quite pleasant. Pool was clean and large - jacuzzi spa was very nice. Walked to the park every morning - maybe 1o minutes. We also bought Anaheim Regional Transit passes for the time we were there - so easy to hop on the bus at the end of a long day at the parks and get back to the hotel in 10 minutes. Will definitely stay again.
Youre going to love your stay. Extremely quiet and well maintained Hotel. The price is so affordable, I was shocked. The rooms are huge and have breathtaking views from the 10th floor. Mortons steakhouse was just steps away from the hotel which makes a lovely option for dining. Pool is open and sparkling. Plenty of shops within walking distance and still close to downtown Disney. The Sheraton hotel still gives you great service, plenty of amenities and affordable lodging away from home for a quick overnight stay-cation or mini vacation. The Sheraton hotel provides you with a safe place to escape and enjoy yourself during this time of year. As a writer/ published author (Love Sick- pages of a poetic heart :by SC AYALA)this was definitely a great place to start being inspired and relax.
We are regulars at the Sheraton Park Hotel. My family and I enjoy our stays at this hotel due to the proximity to the Disneyland Resort. The Club Lounge is great for a quick snack, or breakfast. The pool area is relaxing. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing I have an issue with are the pillows, they are too soft for my taste. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy your stay =)
A major renovation is in the works at this hotel. Loud work starts at 7:00am and does not stop until after 3:00 pm. If you have little ones and want nap time forget about it. Yes they tell you renovations are going on but not to the extent they are doing. All rooms from the 4th floor up are closed. The parking situation sucks but they charge you full price for it. Find a different place to stay!
Positive: Great location, check in/out is very easy. Negative: We were assigned an assisted room without our knowledge. This is not what we booked or were expecting. Lots of construction going on right now because of remodeling, many areas closed, and little access to food.
It was beautiful and clean location. Employees are very nice, only thing that made our stay not seem worth it was the central heating and cooling systems, which you can’t control if the heat is not on at night you get very cold, they offered space heaters but are not ideal with little Kids and toddlers. The hotel is in walking distance to Disneyland and has a little convenience shop in the lobby that is perfect for all your Disney and food needs.
The hotel was well appointed and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous, The hotel is well within walking distance to Disneyland making it am excellent location for families to get to the Park early and easily. It is also close enough to go back to mid day for those adults or children who may need a rest or nap before continuing on.
We always request a fireworks view and we are never let down. The room is clean. We especially enjoy the pool area with a bar, food, and music. The fitness center is clean and everything is in good working order. The staff is always friendly. We had our do not disturb sign on the door for 48 hours so housekeeping called to check on us, I thought that was very nice. We hope to be back again.
The location of the hotel is perfect for Disneyland and the convention center. The hotel itself needs maintenance and upgrades. By the far, the worst part is wifi is not available for free. The hotel holds you hostage in an attempt to extract additional money from guest for internet service. Because of this, do not stay here if you have kids or business to conduct. The food was ok. The drinks were a little pricey. But the location is nice. I will not stay there again due to the internet situation.
Amazing hotel for a family vacation to disneyland! All the staff were super accommodating and kind, our room was exceptionally clean. They have a program called the max program for kids on the spectrum and we were very excited to take advantage- we were shocked at the amenities available for our high needs kids and our vacation was greatly improved because of the supports for our kids. They also have a fun scavenger hunt around the hotel and a little mini golf course which is fun for your little kids. They gave us a few extras as this was our honeymoon which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. They also accepted packages prior to arrival for a small fee and if you are traveling from our of country youll understand the excitement of not wasting precious vacation time shopping.Club level had decent snacks although we only managed to attend 1 time in the evening during our stay, my husband had nice coffee each morning from there. The only downside to this hotel is that there was no microwave. For us it didnt impact our stay but for some it might. Thanks for making our family moon so wonderful!
We had our first Disney experience at the Sheraton hotel in Feb. Between the beautiful rooms and incrediably comfortable common areas is was like a home away from home. We traveled with young children and there was lots to keep them busy when we were not at the park. The wifi was fast and easy to get but not 100% clear that there was a charge if not a member, but easy enough to sign up. The staff were so helpful getting specialty items for us and providing great room service. The pool was amazing and so clean. There was plenty of shaded areas as well as access to the sun. Even in February the weather was amazing. We loved the coffee shop/gift shop. So nice to get coffee and snacks, and it was open early and stayed open late. Best ever first Disney experience.
We stayed at the Sheraton Park last year & loved it so we came back. I was a bit disappointed this year. Stayed on the concierge level on the 14th floor again. When we arrived we had to wait over 4 hours for our room because we requested a Disney view and needed 2 Queen beds, and that room was not ready. We just hung around the hotel and didnt go to the parks since we were exhausted being from the East Coast and a 3 hour time difference and flying almost 6 hours. We got in our room about 4:30 and at 5:00 we went to the Happy Hour on our floor. I was disappointed with the lack of food and the fact that they didnt replenish things. We waited and they never did. There wasnt a great variety either. The continental breakfast also wasnt great. I didnt think the muffins or danish were very fresh. It really isnt worth the extra money staying on that level. My other problem was the pool. I do love the pool bar, the palm trees and gardens, but the actual pool this year was not clean. I was very surprised. Totally different than last year. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. The staff was very cordial to us. The rooms need a bit of updating with brighter colors, but our room was clean. We had a very nice terrace with a Disney view which we loved. I sat out there a couple of nights after we got back from the parks. So nice.Im not sure I would return to this hotel. Stayed here 2 years in a row, so maybe its time to check out something else. All in all its a very nice hotel! The location is not very far from the parks. We took ART, but at times I thought we waited too long. A lot of people just take the walk.
Pros - The outside of the lobby looks nice and fancy. The building where the rooms are located in a separate building from the main lobby. Front desk staff was friendly and room was clean. My favorite thing is the heated light in the bathroom! Bed and pillows were comfortable. I did my normal wipe down routine and the wipe didnt show any dirt. The hotel is close to Disneyland. You can walk to the park if you wanted to. Uber is about $7. It is also close to a lot of restaurants if you dont want to eat at the park.Cons - This is a bit dated hotel. The bathroom and shower is a little dirty. The carpet is old and worn down. Since the temperature is central controlled, we were unable to change the temperature of the room. It was on the cool side so we just took the blankets from the second bed. The phones didnt work so we had to use our phones to call the front desk for maintenance. (The smoke alarm in our room was beeping when we walked in. The maintenance guy just changed the battery.)Parking - If you have a vehicle, they will charge you $22 a day.For the amount of money they charge per night, I had hoped for a cleaner bathroom and a room on a higher floor like I requested. I dont foresee us staying here in the future.
This was our second time at the Sheraton. First time was for a conference and we loved it so much we decided to come back for a stay while visiting Disneyland. Irving assisted us at check in and made the process as smooth and convineant as possible. We were a bit early and had requested balcony, since it wasnt ready yet he put us in a room with two double queens and a balcony and complimented us for some drinks at the bar. He was also very sweet enough that when he found out we were there for a birthday celebration, he gave us the members deal which allowed us access to the club suite during happy hour for ordorves and also breakfast the next day. The stay was awesome, everything nice and clean as possible ans staff has always been super friendly, saying hello throughout the hallways and always ensuring everything is good. Definitely our new go to spot for when we stay in the area!
Alexis at the front desk was great; very helpful! Overall grounds very clean and fitness center very well put together. Room nice, just somewhat worn, but for the most part clean 99.0%. Room door handle struggled to return to level and had to be helped to fully latch. Apparent bathroom ceiling mold in need of treatment and cleaning. TV would not stay tuned, technician was a little grumpy and reset it and left saying it would work now, but it continued to struggle. I would not hesitate to stay again.
The hotel has a great location and is easy to get to. It located near lots of shops and restaurants. Not to far from Disneyland and is a shuttle stop. The rooms themselves are nice but a little dated. They only have an outdoor pool. The convention spaces are nice and the staff is very helpful and quick to assist.
I think the rooms are great we have a beautiful view of the pool and at night the view is amazing you can see OC all bright. The staff has been excellent and quick to assist us. Only down side when it comes to staff was MONDAY MORNING extending our stay the lady that was working the front desk wasnt so pleasant to deal with. She took her time on the phone and made me go back to my room to get my keys when she couldve made new ones. Very rude attitude. Asked about the WI-FI since it wasnt working(still isnt) and was no help at all.Now just cuz of one bad seed it truly doesnt ruin the bunch.... Love itAlso the pool is so nice perfect tempature and the different dephs of the pool was really cool
We had a five night stay in September that was excellent! The staff here is superior, from check-in, to housekeeping, to Savor 1855. Our room request was honored, and was perfect. The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The hotel is a short walk to Disneyland. This is a very nice property.
Great location and space. Great service and help from staff.I only wish their lounge had scrambled eggs like Hilton’s and Marriotts for breakfast. Else, the room service was great and quick! This is a great place and would recommend for business and families. Super close to Disneyland.Hopefully would don’t run into internet problems. My room was shot as I had NO internet connectivity the morning of my checkout
When we get to the hotel our room was nice. Very spacious and good view. As we were putting our clothes in the dresser we noticed old food that had been left there. So I told the front desk and they gave me a new room on the club level which i thought was better. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, the whole floor smelled like weed and as we entered our room it was dramatically smaller than our previous one. You also have to pay for parking and breakfast that the surrounding hotels offer for free!!! I did not enjoy my stay here.
Very nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean and staff are simply AWESOME. Though, the water pressure in the sink is extremely too high causing it to splash out of the sink on your cloths and make you wet when washing hands or using it for anything at all. Also, only two elevators for such a massive hotel, and only one elevator out of two works. You will be waiting for more than 10min for it to arrive to your floor and than another 10min or more making a stop on every single floor to get you to the lobby level in the mornings.I think having functioning elevators that actually work will take some frustration off guests in the morning when everyone has to head out to where they need to go.Great place to stay if it is for pleasure, not business trip, very close to Disneyland.
Booked two rooms for a staycation at Disney. Gold SPG traveler and thought this property was very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the king configuration was exceptionally comfortable. Both the double queen and king rooms we stayed in had nicely sized balconies, comfortable enough to fit three for a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Housekeeping was attentive and the room was kept very tidy. Beds were incredibly comfortable - enjoyed three of the best naps I have had in a while. Bath products were nice. In-room coffee was actually delicious! That bed though... awesome. One miss was with the Club level amenities. For the second room, I decided to splurge and spend a few extra points to allow my parents access to the Club Lounge. It was underwhelming. Both I and my parents are frequent Marriott and SPG travelers and from what I understand this Club level really left a lot to be desired. Further, on the final day when club breakfast was being removed my folks were told that they could also go to the restaurant for two full buffet entitlements in lieu of the Club breakfast - since we were not told this at check-in, they missed out on three days of a full breakfast. That is a great offer, and think the front desk could do a better job of informing guests of the benefits of their Club Level room. Area for opportunity. I would not splurge on the Club room at the current offering, as it didnt seem to provide the value for the incremental cost/points.Otherwise, will return to this comfortable hotel.
Clean, SAFE, nice pool, decent service and its in a great location especially if youre on vacation with your family/kids. I wouldve given it 5 stars however I was only there for a few hours visiting a friend. I will say though, he definitely made it very clear how nice it is there and how SAFE he felt staying there. You need a key to get in the front doors so all guests are required to check in. Even if someone is successful getting inside the front door, a key is required just to use the elevator 😁
We had a wonderful stay in a club room on the 12th floor with a Disney view. We are frequent travelers and typically stay in 4 and 5-star properties. We really wanted to stay at the Disney resort, but just couldnt justify $900/night just for location. For the price of the room, this hotel absolutely cannot be beat! We are fast walkers and were able to make it to Disneyland gates in less than 10 minutes. And while we didnt really enjoy the atmosphere of the Club Room, it was very nice to have decent selection of wine and beer to choose from to bring back to our room in the evenings! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
Very friendly and welcoming hotel! Beautiful hotel overall! Loved our top room king suite on the 14th floor overlooking California Adventure Park and the S. Harbor Rd strip! Every staff member that we interacted with made us feel like a valued guest and every need we had was met! I definitely would recommend the top club level floor rooms facing the theme park! You can’t beat the beautiful view and the complimentary club lounge was amazing with free food and drinks during happy hour and a beautiful and delicious morning breakfast bar! Beautiful heated pool too!
Great place for families, clean, nice pool area, close proximity to Disneyland, and very friendly staff. This was our third time staying at this hotel and they have never disappointed us. Half-mile walk to Disneyland. The room is clean. Yes, there were 2 stains on the carpet but there are tons of kids in this hotel, carpet cant stay clean for more than a day. I did inspect my room and found it to be clean otherwise. It was quiet in our room. We asked for a fireworks view and did receive that. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is great for families and there is a bar at the pool for drinks and food. My only complaint is, as noted in other reviews on here, the thermostat is controlled by the front desk. It was very hard to sleep at nigh, the room was too warm. We did not open the balcony door since it only cooled down to 85 at night. Next time we wont return in Aug/Sept.
The Worst Experience. I parked in their lot used the restaurant..attended a conference and asked for a parking validation. Denied!Lame excuses .. Ive been Sheraton / Marriot client for decades. Clerk could have cared less. Huge construction zone. I dont write negative reviews however this experience all around deserves the commentary.
My husband is a Titanium Elite member, but were initially treated like trash. We made a reservation that included a free valet parking. However, when we first arrived at the hotel, the valet guy, Alberto said, No! You absolutely do not have free valet parking. I didnt bother arguing with him and just proceeded to check-in. The checkin became worse when Esperanza at the front desk said a few sarcastic remarks and made us feel as if we didnt deserve to be there. Since my husband was not present, she told our daughter, Its because of your father that you got an upgrade. She seemed resentful we got the upgrade. Since we arrived early and our room was not ready, we opted to take what was available. She assured us that all the rooms were the same. She checked us into the worst room, however. Instead of a pool view, it was a view of the roof of the building next door, was at the edge of the hotel, smelled and was terribly hot. No matter what, the temperature kept rising past 80 degrees (F). When I asked her to transfer us to a different room or at least give us the previous room we were assigned to, she said, Did you already use the room? It now needs to be cleaned. I dont think your prior room would be available anymore. She just offered to have an engineer check and correct the AC. :( Esperanza NEEDS training on hospitality to say the least. :( Later at 4pm, I called and thankfully got Jennifer. She made everything right! She gave us the upgraded room we had originally and greeted us in a very HOSPITABLE & FRIENDLY manner. She was respectful and made us feel very special, welcomed & comfortable. I highly praise and recommend Jennifer. If not for her, I would have given a rating of 1 or poorer. Jennifer gets a 10 all the way!!! Thank you so much, Jennifer!
Our stay was pleasant. Only had one issue about room temperature. The room is clean and has a microwave and refrigerator. Theres a gift shop and deli. The bar lounge is roomy and has good service and drinks. Location is good but bus service is up to you to find way to get pass or they do take $6.00 cash for one way to Disneyland. We come here often. The pool is really nice and there is a bar in warmer months. The service is really good if you tell them your needs. There is a CVS nearby and a 7/11. Parking is secured and there is self-park for a fee and/or valet. I like this Sheraton. A gem for the most part.
It’s currently in renovation. Do yourself a favor and do not book here until it’s done. There were NO directions on how to get to the temporary registration desk. There are no signs when pulling up on where it is, which was super frustrating. It was very unclear on how parking was handled. I had to pay $8 because I couldn’t get out of the parking lot. I did start a refund on that, but we will see if I get that back.I didn’t get the king bed that I booked for, which is ehhh, but when taking a shower I could only get cold water. My suggestions to staff: have BIG signs at both entrances to direct new guests on where the registration desk is, have signs around the tiffany terrace is to where the registration desk is. Send out an email with a map of where the registration desk is and where to park. Say clearly to all guests that the yellow parking pass is how to get in and out of parking lot and how to use it.I’m sure the place will be great once it is done renovating. But for right now I wish I could a refund on the whole thing, because my stay was horrible.
The rooms and the grounds are beautiful. The location is perfectly located near the convention center, ihop, and just a short walk from Disneyland. We had an issue with our air conditioning, but the staff patiently and graciously moved us to another room after attempting to remedy the situation. The Rooms are very clean, spacious, and even feel luxurious with balcony views of the nightly Disney fireworks in the skyline. This is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Anaheim for either work or pleasure. I really appreciate that they went out of their way to make us feel validated, comfortable, and welcomed.
We are staying here for 2 nights, last night being 1. We booked a 2x queen bed room. Whilst the bedding was comfortable, the room is rather small if you hv anymore than 3 large suitcases. The bathrooms are clean but super dated. I mean, a bath tub shower with curtain rails in the year 2020, is pretty miserable to be honest. The hot water is not hot enough if youre here in winter! Which sucks because all you want after a long day from a flight/Disney, IS a hot shower. And a hotel that still charges for wifi is ridiculous too. Also, the room air conditioning system is extremely noisy. Starts a blasting noise..Then stops then starts again. We arrived about 8pm + last night and no porter service or even luggage trolleys to be seen or offered! Again, not impressed as my husband and I had to drag 4 large suitcases and 1 small one between us and we had 2 young kids tagging along. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Glad we are only here for 2 nights.
Stayed here during a conference (nice easy walk to convention center) and was very happy with the room, especially the over sized balcony which was great for unwinding at the end of the day. I stayed in a room next to the elevators so the noise was excessive but I was expecting that and did not mind. Only ordered room service once for breakfast and was happy with the quality of food. I did appreciate the store in the lobby that carried a decent selection of beers and snacks. The pool and surroundings looked beautiful though I did not get a chance to use any other amenities.
This was by far the best hotel that I have stayed at when visiting Disneyland. The ART transportation is located directly at the hotel, this means no walking to and from the bus stop. This matters when youve had a long day walking with kids, especially at night. The balcony in the rooms make it so refreshing and makes you truly feel like you are at a resort. The pool and hotel grounds are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here.
We loved our stay at the Sheraton. The staff was amazing and the location is great, still within walking distance to the Disney parks, by my pedometer it was approx 1900 steps each way. We upgraded to the Club Lounge and I would highly recommend all do this. You receive a continental breakfast and appys at night. It was wonderful to have a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day and the ability to have a quick snack once we returned to the hotel. So if you want to stay somewhere that offers great service, great location and lots of choices for great restaurants in the area then I highly recommend the Sheraton at the Park.
I stayed here for an entire week. It was very busy. I enjoyed being in walking distance to Disneyland, a CVS, and many restaurants. The hotel was clean and up to date. The only issues were that because it was so busy, the elevators were slow (not the hotel’s fault), and the breakfast got boring really quick. I appreciated having the breakfast buffet, but everyday was the same thing. It was good though. The Club Lounge was nice, but I’ve been to other Sheraton Club Lounge’s that really outshine this experience. Nevertheless, I think this is a really great Sheraton and I will be back in October and using the Club Lounge again!
I stayed at the Sheraton Park for two nights on October 22nd, 2016. I was a little worried because the reviews were mixed. Upon arrival, I was very impressed with the appearance, hotel staff and swimming pool. Everything was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. Hotel staff service was exceptional. The only complaint that I have was the condition of the bathtub and beds. The drain plug was broken, and there was mold in the tile caulking around the tub. When I am on a trip, I want to take a nice relaxing bath, and it definitely was a turn off. Also, the bed seemed old, and too soft. I woke up with a back ache. Otherwise, we had lots of fun, and enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth the price we paid. The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland, but please note, the two blocks are two LONG blocks. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were great, room service for dinner, was so-so. Nothing spectacular. Service was excellent.
Front desk check in staff were efficient and friendly. Extremely clean and comfortable bed. Great location to Disneyland. Great balcony with a view of Disney parks including fireworks. Delicious and bountiful eats throughout the day in the Club lounge. Free beer/wine at times other than 5 to 7 in the club room would have been nice though! Pool area is nicely landscaped with lots of palm trees - it felt like a tropical oasis. Pool is a good size and big enough for lap swimming. Jacuzzi is nice too. In-room coffee pot and fridge were convenient and very nice to have. Our club level room did not have a microwave, which surprised me, so it made it tricky for cooking our instant oats at 4am prior to the Disneyland half marathon (hot water through the coffee pot didnt work too well). Overall - great hotel - I would definitely stay here again.
This was our third time staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim. Its a short 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland or the ART bus is available. The CVS/Walgreens are close as are restaurants. The common spaces are clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are decent but only feel like a half refresh/remodel was done. The sink area and tub still feel dated. We always opt for the Disney park view to see the 9:30pm fireworks. The elevators are non-functioning some of the time forcing a long wait, especially during busy times. The laundry room comes in handy and saves on bringing extra clothes. Overall the Sheraton is a great hotel for a fair price and my family would consider staying here again.
I was here for a week for business training. I arrived around 10 AM Sunday morning and even though check in wasnt until 3 or 4 PM, because I did mobile check in, they had my room ready to go the moment I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk Sunday morning was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name but he was great. Staff at every place in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. I know its their job to be nice but every one of them seemed genuinely friendly. Room itself was immaculate every day when I returned and the beds and pillows are great for a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back here whether its for business or a vacation.
I was coming to Anaheim for one night, but also to check out a few locations for a conference I will be attending next summer. The King bedroom on the 14th floor was wonderful. Large room, very clean and well appointed. I personally appreciate carpet in my hotel, its quieter and feels more like home. I couldnt find one problem with the room. I do appreciate that the fan has an always on setting which helps with the sounds of any hotel from inside and outside. Though the elevator was close-by I never felt like it was annoying or loud. Location is perfect if you are doing Disney or other things. I enjoy a good walk and the walk to the parks as an adult was perfect. My review of dining shouldnt count as I didnt eat at the hotel.
What a wonderful getaway. We arrived early checked our bags and headed off to Disneyland for the day. Great location close to dining shopping and walking distance to Disney. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect even had a view of the park fireworks. The room was very clean with amazingly comfortable beds and pillows like sleeping on a cloud.
We just finished up our one week stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, updated and well maintained. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We had complimentary breakfasts in the club level lounge, which was great for our small children. Special thank you to Sandra in the club lounge for taking care of us every morning, she was on top of it! The pool is clean and fairly warm. The hotel is a convenient 15 minute walk from Disneyland. Great stay, would come back.
Very clean and Disney themed! I was there for a convention and it worked out great because I missed the Disney crowds. Restaurant Cafe had a great breakfast and the bar was not too busy. Pool was busy but looked enjoyable, just a lot of young kids. I drove to the convention center, it was a bit too far to walk in my opinion since I was going to be on my feet all day but really it was only a couple blocks so I could see doing it if you wanted. Other hotels were closer so not sure why my event had a rate at this hotel. Staff was nice and prompt. No complaints.
Fantastic location if you are planning on going to Disneyland. Friendly staff. The club room was our favourite with breakfast and evening snacks which included 2 happy hour alcoholic drinks. Louis who works in the club offers the best customer service. Highly recommend The Sheraton Park.
Very smooth check-in process and hassle free parking situation. After a long day at Disney or the convention center, the last thing you want to worry about is a rough check-in experience. You just want to get in and crash into bed!The staff were knowledgeable, considerate, and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby!WiFi wasn’t complimentary, which is always a bit discouraging, and the rooms appear to all be on a centralized climate control system. You don’t have much control over the temperature of your room, but I understand the need to conserve energy. It wasn’t uncomfortable but it was a little disappointing that I couldn’t bump the temperature down when I got a little warm.
We recently stayed 5 nights at this property while in town for a childs sporting event and combined it with a Disney vacation. The property was about a 10 minute walk to parks and our rooms overlooked the parks and nightly fireworks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was disappointing that you cant charge item to your room from the Starbucks/store on property. Overall a great value very close to Disneyland with comfortable rooms and amenities.
I participated in the CHOC Walk and stayed here for the first time the night before because the walk starts at 6am. It was probably only a mile from the Toy Story parking lot at Disneyland and we probably could have walked there. The service was friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing which led to a restful great night’s sleep. My room had a view of the fireworks at Disneyland. I always appreciate a clean room and a shower head with great water pressure. Would definitely stay here again for the next CHOC Walk or Disneyland visit.
It was one of the worst experience, and I can not understand why is considered a 4 star hotel. The property is outdated, the smell of old is everywhere. The air conditioner is controlled and you can not choose settings, the bed and pillows are old and mattress is full of stain. The towels are overused, carpet gives the impression of been dirty. Our door did not lock, and did not get cleaning service. The weirdest thing was to find 2 dry black bananas hanging inside the floor lamp. The most upsetting stay I ever had. I can understand that the pandemic disrupted every aspect of this industry, but in this case is more than that, it is lack of a good management for years.
We did a quick Disney trip. When looking for a hotel, I was looking for a hotel that had indoor hallways, modern decor, and close enough to walk to the park at a reasonable price point. This hotel met all that criteria. This hotel is located on the same street as the entrance to Disney. It has a very modern feel. The landscape makes you feel like you are at a resort. This hotel has great safety features. I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel is very close to Disneyland and can be accessed using the ART bus ( for a fee) out front of the hotel. I was disappointed with the changes in the club level at this hotel. You are now allowed only one drink of only wine or beer at the cocktail hour in the evening. The continental breakfast is still fresh and delicious. Our room was a standard hotel room nothing special. The temperature of the room is controlled in a central location and it was very cold in our room. Our room and bathroom were clean and stylish. Overall a good stay.
Have stayed here before and enjoyed the proximity to Disneyland and the ability to watch fireworks from your room. This time we upgraded to club level and we really enjoyed the club level amenities a lot. I asked for a quiet room and that is what we got. The staff here are great, especially the maintenance, housekeeping and food/beverage staff. Front desk is merely average, which was my impression the last time we were here. The rooms and central HVAC system are not up to todays standards, rooms are very small but this is not the hotel staffs fault. They do their best with what they have. The pool area is also small, especially with a lot of convention folks staying at the hotel. But a great value for the location, especially the club level rooms. The free wireless and bottled water for SPG members is appreciated.
This hotel is so convenient to stay at if you are going to Disney. It is just a short walk. The staff is super friendly and wants your stay to be memorable! The rooms are big and have a nice patio, and most importantly were very clean! Also the pool and fitness center area were amazing (variety of equipment, poolside bar, hammocks, games, etc). I recommend this place!
This was our first hotel stay for a Disney Trip in decades! We usually stay at our timeshare but our son selected this hotel and we wanted to be with our granddaughters. And were we ever; desk clerk Dave put us right next door without any prior planning or requests. So right off the bat we loved this place and it continued from there. The cleanliness and working condition of everything in the room was stellar and the bed, linens and pillows were regal. The water pressure in shower was excellent - water temperature could have been warmer. The food in the cafe was excellent and the staff were congenial and very helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful in fact while using the lobby restroom I inquired for small hand lotion and was told she did not have it on her cart. I thanked her then a few minutes later she hunted me down and found me in the gift shop. Thank you Sheraton you helped create the perfect atmosphere for our family Disney celebration. The Cepeda Cabanillas House Family
We stayed at the Sheraton park hotel at the Anaheim resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and has that fresh smell to it. They let us borrow a booster seat a couple of times at no charge. The rooms are a good size, very clean and the beds were awesome. Good work cleaning staff. The only issue we had was our bath tub didnt drain. But a call down to the guest services took care of that. They had someone up to the room within 15 minutes to fix the problem. I didnt get his name but he was very friendly. The pool is a good size and lots of fun. Good hotel for famlies and only about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Thanks for the great memories. Until next time.
Excellent accommodations! The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean.and in good working order. The hotel gift shop had everything you could possibly want or need. All the staff were very friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely want to serve.
We arrived at 10am and our room was ready to check in which was nice due to the fact we were traveling for like 6 hours. Staff was nice and room was nice. There was one night where we had to get new cards because they werent working. And I was exhausted from walking at Disneyland all day and so my bf went to get it fixed and when he came back there was a guy to look at my ID but he looked annoyed. Our bathroom light went out the last night but I reported the next day due to it being really late. Bell hop and valet were really nice and helpful. My daughter and bf went swimming and enjoyed it.
This is a nice hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. For a quick family trip on New Years Eve in which we spent maybe a total of 6 hours in the room, it was fine. Check in was disappointing as there was only one person checking in guests. You can kiss that platinum status line goodbye and get to wait in the long line of guests checking in on one of the busiest days of the year...In the room, another huge disappointment. You have no control of the temperature. But the sign above the thermostat makes you feel much better as they let you know that its centrally located so you might be uncomfortable. Thanks for the heads up. Yeah it was hot and miserable...The Club level was blah... bad food and always out of water...The hotel is clean and close so like I said, just OK.
Had a great time at this hotel during our time at Disneyland. Its about a 10-15 minute walk away or a $6 uber ride from the front gates of Disneyland. The store within the hotel has great gifts, liquor and a Starbucks. The rooms were great; floor to ceiling windows, and a lot of room. The room service was great for the room; however, we did find hair in the shower and the sink was never cleaned properly. Didnt get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked nice.
This hotel is in a great location. It’s just a quick 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. There is a CVS on the corner. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. The beds are so comfy and soft. This is my new go to hotel for when I visit Disneyland. I love that it’s not too far away and can head back to the room to take a nap and not worry about it taking forever to walk there.
We stayed at this location to attend a conference. The rooms were expensive for what we received. We had a double queen and the mattresses need replacing. The pillows were fine. There were cobwebs all over the room near the ceiling, and when I advised the checkout clerk they just responded with oh, sorry. We couldnt get the room cooled until late in our second day, after maintenance had been sent to the room twice with no results. The maintenance person finally suggested he could just bring us a fan. I told him that for what we were paying for the room, the least we could expect was a/c not supplemented by a fan. Suddenly he managed to get the a/c working. We ate dinner the first night in the wonderful restaurant the front desk had promoted. We finally left after returning my food once for being overcooked and waiting 30 minutes with no new food. The pizzeria in the the gift shop, however, was awesome. I got a nice little pizza, well-cooked and with great toppings. Our meeting rooms for the conference were very nice, well-cooled, and comfortable. The rooms were clean and laid out nicely. Its a beautiful hotel and has a lot of potential. I get that its going to be more expensive because of its proximity to Disney, but please at least provide a nice, functional place to spend the night.
Stayed here overnight during a volleyball tournament. The hotel lobby and bar are nice, pool area is nice, jacuzzi is a bit small for that size resort. Self parking is $18 and decent. Easy access to hotel. We stayed in an updated room on the 6th floor that had a full balcony. It had floor to ceiling windows which I love. The room was nice and modern, very clean, the beds were probably the most comfortable Ive ever slept in. Im a big Marriott visitor, but the Sheraton beds were by far better. They also used quality comforters and higher thread count linens compared to Marriott. The bathroom was clean which is huge for me as Im a total germ freak. The room we stayed in looked like the carpet was pretty new. Location was walking distance to a lot of restaurants. This resort is next to the smaller boutique Portofino Hotel, and near Marriott Springfield Suites and Marriott Residence Inn. The ONLY complaint I have about my stay is that the A/C did not work. I was able to put the auto fan on, but the thermostat was not working. We just opened the sliding glass door, closed the curtains, and slept with the cool air from outside. I would definitely stay here again.
We had two rooms and they both were great. They were clean nice and we did not hear other guests at all during the night. We had a view of the top of a few rides at Disneyland and a little patio to enjoy the cool air. The beds were very comfy and the hotel was pretty nice. I think it is a great hotel, And I highly recommend it for guests staying overnight.
My family joined me in Southern California for a week while I was on a business trip, and this property was perfect for our needs. The rooms have been renovated with new beds, etc. The bathrooms are small as are the rooms, so the renovations could only go so far. There are very few suites, and the staff reported that they are almost never available for Platinum upgrades. What made the hotel a great experience for my family was the staff. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the club lounge to the room cleaning staff was very friendly. Most of our interaction came from the club lounge. The staff constantly went out of their way to see if they could help. Breakfasts were adequate in terms of food-- the pastries and bagels were really marginal, but we could find something decent. The coffee was good as was the fruit. In my opinion, this is not a hotel for a solo business traveler. I think that I would have been frustrated if my family was not visiting Disney while I was working. The club lounge was quite about 6am, but it was filled with tons of kids by 7am at least. It was never quite again until 9pm at night. This commotion was part of what I liked because my kids were there, but solo business people may not find it cute. The free drinks from 5-7pm were also awesome, but the food quality was not great for club lounges that Ive experienced. In short, when I come back to Southern California for business, Ill likely stay someone else if Im by myself and stay here if my family can come as well.
Booked room at this property as a prepaid room on August 02/17, upon arrival on October 22/17, and after two telephone calls in which I was assured that the room charge would be applied to the cc # provided at latest 1 week before my arrival, it was necessary for me to pay upon arrival. I booked the room as prepaid as a necessary convenience for my travel plans and of the 4 hotels we stayed at on this trip, Sheraton is the only one who did not do so.We had no control over the heat/ac in our room as it was centrally controlled. Our room had a high of 81°, and low of 74°, as did the other 3 rooms in our group, and others on the above floors spoke oh higher temperatures. But we did have a nice little sign beside the thermostat that said the hotel regrets any inconvenience this may cause. I did notice though, that the lobby, front desk area, and I would be pretty certain that the office area was cool and comfortable. I am sure they regret being comfortable while their guests are not.1 week prior to arrival SPG emailed an invitation for a relax package , which I took advantage of. Cost was $30/ night and included discounts and perks. Upon arrival front desk staff didnt know what the package was and after some research and delay, check-in was completed. Unfortunately the 15% discount for meals in restaurant, as well as the free half bottle of wine with dinner(s), free valet parking, and premium Internet were not provided. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where I was required to pay for Internet.
I thought my stay was great all the staff were so polite and helpful. While the room did get a little warm we were able to open the door to cool the room. My only other wish is i wish it had a microwave, but its not a deal breaker. If you are going to Disneyland or to the convention center this is the place to stay!
We truly enjoy the stay at your hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Disneyland, however it would have helped to have a Hotel Suttle to bring you back from the park after a long day event, and the shuttle we paid stopped running after 12:00. But, we will return and I will recommend it to family & friends. Thanks for your great service!
Highly recommend this property to anyone. Had a wonderful experience during my travel needs in Anaheim. Irving and Adam at the FD were extremely helpful and personal. The room service staff was as equally personable and prompt. The room and public areas were very clean and love the pool area. When needs arise for me in the future, I will definitely be a repeat.
I have stayed here before but decided to try another Hotel. The other hotel is 2 blocks away if you walk around the building OR its straight across the parking lot if you walk across the parking lot. Long story short, apparently the property is closed. There are NO signs and there is nothing stopping people from walking anywhere EXCEPT a guy in a car that says the property is closed and made us walk the 2 blocks extra. Talk about not being professional. If the property is closed, have signs and dont allow vehicles onto your lot.
When we first arrived, couldnt be happier-the lobby area was nice and clean, the gentleman who checked us in was quick and courteous and got us a super early arrival. Felt like we won the jackpot. Until we started examining the room after a long day at Disneyland. First, there was a thick coating of dust along the wall behind the beds (I have a picture if requested). Second, a dead bug on the ceiling. Various stains on the carpet, moldy tiles and grout in the shower. Stains on the comforter (looked like blood). Disgusting. And to top it all off, the hot water barely worked for 2 minutes. Centrally controlled heat and air was annoying, although your staff brought us a space heater about 30 minutes after requesting one. When the heater kicked on in the morning, the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. Redeeming quality of the room was that the mattresses seemed newer and were comfortable. Other nice thing was that it is walking distance to Disneyland. Will not stay here again, and will not recommend. I wasnt expecting luxury, but I was expecting a solid, clean, comfortable room from a Marriott property.
Location is what this hotel has going for it, but little else. Perhaps the proximity to Disneyland means that they are always booked without having to make improvements, but there are better nearby hotels. I found my stay to be disappointing and not up to usual SPG standards. The two most important elements for any hotel in my mind are 1) conducive to a good nights sleep and 2) cleanliness. This hotel failed in both those areas. Cleanliness: We arrived late the first night and when we turned the bed found what appeared to be blood stains. Yes, they had been washed, but they should have been thrown out. We were too tired to call the desk and have them changed that night, and just opted to sleep away from that area. I was happy to see they were gone after room service came the next day, but still yucky. The glasses in the room were dirty - very dirty. There were no shampoo/conditioner/body lotion, with the exception of one half used conditioner and lotion that was left behind by the last guest. It again gave the impression that the room had not been cleaned. These were never restocked despite staying for 3 nights. Conducive to sleep: the mattress was hard as a rock. It did not seem to be the usual Sheraton bed Im used to. The pillows were a strange combination of lumpy and flat as pancakes. Pro-tip: if youre able, bring your own pillows. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word our neighbors spoke. Seriously. For 3 days we followed the saga of the Australian family next door. Seemed like lovely people, but we didnt want to necessarily hear every conversation as we lay in bed. If you get a room in the tower, you can see the fireworks in the park at night, which was a bonus, and its walking distance to the park. However, there is no free shuttle like many other hotels, and youll pay up the nose for wifi and daily parking.
The location was great! About a 10 minute walk to Disneyland and only have to cross 2 crosswalks. The property overall was very nice but the rooms are showing their age (e.g. The finish was peeling off our tub). For the price we paid, I was disappointed but nothing was so terrible that Id urge people to avoid this hotel. If there is a comparable rate at a different hotel, Id take it in a heartbeat.
This is an excellent hotel for either or both for business in Southern CA, and for family vacation at the Disneyland & the nearby adventures. Located next to the Anaheim Convention Center, and also across from the Disneyland Resort. All rooms and suites have patio. Doors can be open fully to bring the beautiful weather and atmosphere of the southern CA. If get room facing the Park (from the mid-to-high level floors), you can see the nightly Disney Fireworks at 9:30PM. Staff is very attentiveness, and well trained to provide excellent services to business travelers as well as family on vacations. This hotel is 1 of couple hotels that have ground level with tropical feel swimming pool area to relax before or after long days at the park or business meetings. Recommend for your next trips to this Anaheim, CA area.
Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and grocery. The room itself has some strange features though. One of them is that the sink/vanity is separated from the bathroom. My main complaint is that the sliding door was stuck and we werent able to open/close the closet (at least the room that we stayed in). Overall, its a nice hotel to stay in, plus its close to our favorite breakfast spot (Park 55).
This is our second stay at this hotel while visiting Disneyland. We like the secure interior doors (versus some of the other area hotels w/ exterior corridors), the services (restaurants, lounge, laundry, gym, etc.), the tropical pool setting is lovely and we have never been down there when there is more than a handful of people. The proximity to restaurants and of course Disneyland is great! It is about a 15 minute leisurely walk, but it seems to go by quickly and one could always take the Toy Story parking lot shuttle if need be, that is just past the hotel. The hotel does show some age, the elevators are SLOW, but we didnt have any complaints with our room. All in a all a great stay and we will be back.
The good: Great location and nice property. Very convenient location for Convention Center and Disney travelers. Room clean. Pool is beautiful. The bad: Bathroom configuration crowded for 4 guests. Elevator very slow. Biggest complaint guest services and care, we interacted with a total of 5 staff members during our stay. Three were unfriendly and unhelpful. Example: Very difficult to pick up a Prime Pantry delivery. The shoes my husband traveled in went missing the second day.
We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and recognized us while celebrating my birthday. We were upgraded to a great theme-park view. We even received a food and beverage gift card. The room was comfortable and clean. I really dont have any complaints. The ceilings in the hallways, though, are somewhat low. But then again, how much time do you really spend in the hallway? The location was great. We walked to the Disneyland Resort each day, which wasnt too far. Thank you, Sheraton Park!
Don’t stay here in the winter. The entire building has central air so the staff decides if you have the heat or AC in your room. All you can do is control the air flow. I just got back from Disneyland and wanted to take an afternoon nap but my room is 76° Fahrenheit. Definitely not napping temperature after being hot and sweaty from walking all day. The staff did apologize and I believe it to be sincere. But the only option is to open the balcony door and turn the air flow off from your thermostat. One problem with that is that it’s 60° outside(not cold enough to cool the room very fast). I’ve had my door open for 40 minutes and it has only gone down 1°. Bottom line, don’t stay here if you like control over room temperature and especially in the winter. If it weren’t for that, I would have given 5 stars.
Great location near Disney, nice property, yummy breakfast buffet, and clean & spacious rooms (very comfy bed). Club lounge is a bit sparse compared to others, but very comfortable with lovely view and balcony seating. Elevators are unusually slow so dont think you can rush out.
Would stay here again. They over charged us at arrival but they did comp us for the mistake. We also checked out early due to the earthquakes that hit the area, the manager was very accommodating and only charged us for the time that we stayed. We have stayed at many properties around Disneyland, this one we would be happy to return to in the future. Had a nicer property than most in the area for the price!
This hotel is under construction. I would avoid here until everything is completed. There is no restaurant, no bar, no meeting space. The construction is ongoing so you will hear it in the morning. Also, they are changing the A/C to be controlled by the rooms individually, but for now you are at the will of the hotel.
There was dust everywhere and the air filter was BLACK! We could not use the fan, heat or A/C because it smelled SO bad. Every time we were in our room we opened the sliding glass door so we could get some fresh air. Room needed a thorough cleaning. I talked to the hotel person at check out and he took about $85 off my bill. I would not recommend staying at this property!
This is our second time to stay here. Its perfect for going to Disneyland. Nice and close. The staff is friendly, responsive and accommodating. We had three rooms. They made sure we were by each other or connecting. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. We watched the Disneyland fireworks from our room at night. We had complimentary breakfast every morning (wonderful omelettes). The rooms were spotless. There were 8 of us and everyone love staying here. We had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you!!! We were sad to leave your hotel!
We had a 2 day business convention here at the Sheraton Park. The location is great. It is an easy walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney , California Adventure park, Restaurants and shopping. The grounds are nicely manicured. The food we were served for the convention was very good. The only negative is that the rooms needed some updating. They were very clean and the beds were very comfortable but some of the furniture and fixtures needed to be replaced.
My family and I have been to many hotels pre COVID & during COVID , this hotel by far has been the absolute worst. From the moment we got there it was nothing but RUDE service, the room itself doesn’t have a coffee maker like it says it does, it was a very hot day and no where when I booked did it say I needed a reservation for the pool. So when we put our name on the list we were never called or even informed of anything . If I would of known it was through reservation I would of booked my time. Absolutely awful which was very surprising for such a nice hotel , but never again.
Worked great for our recent family Disney trip. 6 adults and 4 kids spread across 2 adjoining rooms plus a king suite with a family room with large sectional sofa perfect for both kids and storing strollers. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean and we love having balconies for sitting in the fresh air.
I was excited to stay at this hotel. But that changed the moment we got into our room. As I was getting ready to lay in the bed I pulled down the covers and found a sock under the sheets. There was makeup on top part of sheet, like dark foundation, which I do not wear. I called the front desk and requested a new room but they just sent up housekeeping. The shower had hairs and smelled like mildew. The mattress cover had holes, at first we thought it was a bug and got scared. It was not a fun experience. They only changed the sheets on one bed and we did not trust using the other bed so my son and I had to share a bed. Will not be staying here again!
While I like the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland, the park itself is very dated and is need of renovation. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last month and they were my first and most likely last stays at Sheraton Park. I was hoping the first visit was a fluke but the second was only marginally better due to service not quality. The rooms all have questionable brown stains on the carpets, wallpaper peeling in the bathrooms, and every room guaranteed a piece of existing hair on the toilets and/or shower. The restrooms were my biggest issues in all 3 rooms because there was always hair and scum around the sinks and bathtubs. I think management needs to look into their quality of housekeeping standards and consider cosmetic renovations soon in the near future. Hotel staff during this visit was accommodating after we complained about the room we had and we appreciated that a lot.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful in assisting with the surprise I had planned for my girlfriend. Every request I made, they were able to accommodate and every staff member I spoke with was very helpful and easy to work with. They went above and beyond and even sent her a slice of chocolate cake with strawberries. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a perfect view of the fireworks from Disneyland. I would definitely come back! Shout out to Guest Services and the Front Desk! Thank you to everyone at Sheraton who helped in making my girlfriends birthday weekend a great one!
Great hotel, service and location. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were celebrating our honeymoon and Dane, at reception, very kindly upgraded us which really made the stay special. The hotel is only 15mins walk from Disney and even if you dont want to do the theme park, Downtown Disney is free and definitely worth a visit. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel too.
I came to Anaheim very early in the morning, via Amtrak. Got to the hotel almost 6 hours before the 4 pm Check-in. I was quite prepared that I wouldnt be able to heck in so early, but thought Id at least be able to store my baggage and come back at 4. The Desk Clerk immediately found me a vacant room and checked me in. It was a beautiful room on the 5th floor facing Disneyland. And the park is only 2 blocks away. I was able to have a nice day at Disneyland, and get back to my room and could see the fireworks from my room! Slept well and got up refreshed and ready to continue my travels. The cool thing about this stay was I had just come from Orlando, where I had stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Sheraton. Same friendly staff and service. Its nice to know that the service is just as good in one Sheraton as it is in another, way on the other coast.
I dont know if its because its an older hotel, but the light at the entrance to my room took forever to turn on. The room was pretty small by comparison to other hotels Ive been in, the outlets were loose, so things wouldnt stay plugged in, and the walls are apparently really thin as I could hear water running, people walking and taking all day and night. And To top it all off, guests are charged for parking. Seriously, Ive never heard of that before. So even though youve already paid to stay at this hotel, youre now expected to pay $18/night.The nicest thing about my room was the balcony that had a view of the Disneyland fireworks. That said, all of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Especially at their bar! The staff here is the only reason this place gets 3 stars from me.
I was at a conference at this hotel. 2nd time and just as good. I had a pool view which was quiet. Beds were comfortable and bedding was rich and luxurious. 2 free bottles of water, refrigerator, and room safe were all a bonus. We took a cab to Downtown Disney and walked to the Garden Walk to shop and eat. On a really personal note, I got the flu while there (not their fault) but they even asked if I needed a doctor. I was impressed and thankful. Rooms were really clean. I did not partake in the pool but did have yummy chicken soup at the restraunt.
Weve stayed at this hotel in May of 2016 and had no issues. Got a room with a view of the fireworks from Disneyland. Room was clean, staff was great. In October 2017 we stayed here again liking that Disneyland and DCA are within walking distance and the service we had prior. We did an early check in of 7am as we caught the over night flight in. First thing we saw when we opened the door to our room is two quarter sized red stains on the carpet in the front hall area. I know from experience that it was not blood. There was also a black smudge mark near the closet and a lighter red stain next to one of the beds. Im sorry but no guest wants to enter a room with any type of stain on it. That is something that should be noted and taken cared of before allowing another guest to stay in that room. The sheets and pillow cases also appeared dirty and felt like it too. Almost like housekeeping just made the sheets but didnt change it from the pervious guests use. Come to find out our first night they had some kind of convention at the hotel. Not sure if thats the reason we got a junk room because we used our star points vs paying for the room. I wouldve gave this an overall two star had it not been for my pervious visit which I had not given a rating for. It wouldve been 4 star had this last visit been better.
My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel during spring break. It was nice being so close to Disneyland. It was well within walking distance! The room was just like every other hotel Ive stayed in, so there really wasnt anything special about it. Quite ordinary. The only complaint I have was the food. We arrived at the hotel pretty late on our first day and we were famished. All we needed was a good dinner. We thought trying the hotel cafe/restaurant would be a great idea, but it was not. The food was like hospital food. Not a single bit of it was appetizing. Plus they charge way too much for the quality of food you are given. In my opinion, its worse than fast food.
Its a nice place but, not a great one for us. No microwave (even in the lobby, needed to warm kids milk). AC is not controlled inside, we were frozen part of the night. When asked for space heater no one showed up (guest service us sleeping? )Gold members: Most of the hotels will do free parking, free club level upgrade, nice complimentary breakfast. Nope NOT in this one. There is breakfast but its terrible.Yes, its a nice place. Good rooms nice cleaning staff. Friendly folks at reception and restaurant. But things that we were looking arent satisfying.
Brought my family for VidCon & Disney, front desk staff during check in, very nice. From there it was down hill. Get to room, cant control AC temp...stayed at 70 - 72 degrees, way to warm for 3 people in room! Hotel staff brought up a floor fan that just circulated the warm air. The parking scanner is a complete nightmare, in our 5 day stay it only scanned our ticket once. Absolute frustration!!! Had to call the front desk each time and explain situation. 3 times we had our parking ticket replaced. $21 a day for inconvenience! Platinum members get free breakfast at hotel, epic fail again...food quality was far below Sheraton standards. Service was good but food quality needs a major improvement. We dined there the first morning and gave it a shot again the last day. Kids were not satisfied at all.The elevators had issues 2 out of the 3 days, either slow service or the door in one elevator would just stay open unless you hold the close door button. As I was waiting for doors to close I noticed the elevator inspection certificate expired 12/2017. That could be a safety concern. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it. All in all, we were disappointed in the hotel quality and will not return.
My two sisters and I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very nice. It was clean and housekeeping exchanged our towels daily. The bathroom with the sink is a little small, especially for three women trying to get ready. It was the only place with a mirror. It would have been nice to have a mirror in another place in the room. Our tv did not work when we first got there. We called the front desk and someone came and fixed it within 10 minutes. We never had any more trouble with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Downtown Disney, and Disneyland. Breakfast was not provided, so we just went to the shop on the first floor and got a muffin or breakfast sandwich. It was a little expensive, but the food was good. We ordered room service the last night we were there; and the food was good as well. Overall, our experience was well worth the stay. We were pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again.
I have stayed almost 800 night at SPG properties and this is the worst stay I have experienced. I recently stayed with family and friends for a quick trip to Disneyland. We chose the property because it is waling distance to the park. Upon checkin we went to drop off our friends luggage in their room prior to dinner. When we opened the door to our friends room we realized someone was already occupying the room. The front desk staff checked our friends into a room that was already occupied and gave them keys to another guest’s room. We immediately used the house phone to inform the front desk of the issue. While on the phone with the front desk the couple who room we were just given access to arrived to their room. The front desk moved our friends to a room adjacent to mine. Once we got off the elevator for our non-smoking floor, we immediately could smell a strong smell of smoke (and see a haze of smoke). To the hotels credit, this was beyond their control and they immediately responded to the smoke issue. When got to our room we were overwhelmed by what we believed to be a strong sewage smell. The front desk were nice enough to move us to another room (2 beds as opposed to 1 king). 45 minutes later we were in our room and were able to get a very late dinner at a nearby restaurant. After a long day at the park the following day we arrived to find housekeeping did not close the door to our room. Fortunately, nobody was in our room and I had placed my computer and valuables in the safe. I say fortunately because when we came back to the hotel there was a man hovering near the entrance and appeared to be waiting for someone to open the door for him. I brought the security concerns to the attention of Starwood Customer Service and the hotel’s General Manager. I received what I perceived to be a canned and condescending response from the hotel’s General Manager. My response to the General Manager explained I sent him a message to bring the issue to his attention and was not seeking compensation. I even respectfully decline his offer of compensation (granted his offer was insulting in comparison to what was given to our friends). I went back and forth with Starwood Customer Service and eventually got them to address what I believe to be serious security issues at the hotel. Granted, it was only after I explained that they might have more concerned if their family’s safety and personal property were put at risk. I am writing this review as I am not satisfied that the hotel’s General Manager has taken a genuine concern for what I view as serious safety issues at his property. i would have been satisfied if the General Manager would have taken what I believed to be a genuine concern for the issue and outlined specific steps he would take to ensure the personal safety of guest and the safety of their property was a top priority for the hotel. In my opinion, the General Manager was provided a canned response and did not take a genuine interest in the issues we experienced.I am sharing this review so people are aware of the issues we experienced and can make an informed decision on the best hotel for their family vacation.
I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, but the heating and air conditioning are terrible. Apparently you cant adjust the air in the rooms, only the fan speed. I went during December when the nights are cold and the days are warm and they had the heater on in the hotel, so that means that all the rooms in the hotel have the heater on. I came back in the middle of the day to find my room at 84 degrees! it was intolerable! My family couldnt sleep at night due to the fact the room was hovering between 74-75 degrees. The only thing the staff said we could do is open a window. Well, thats great, but the city is so loud, we were dealing with sirens and city noise all night! This was truly the worst 3 nights Ive ever had in a hotel. Not to mention I couldnt even go back during the day due to how hot the room was.
One word or name really Jenifer. She made things unbelievably difficult for us. She said she was unable to use the card on file that is used to book all our business travel. Even though she already had the card… somehow she couldn’t use it?? And needed to use the employees personal card. And was unbelievably rude about it.

2022-06-14The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony. It is also within walking distance of the park. Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy. There’s also the issue of the on site dining options. We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people. The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited. I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc…. However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality. I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel. Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away. You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk. It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included.

2022-04-06Checked in April 1st around late night. We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist.. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night. She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room. It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park. Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel.

2022-01-17Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms. Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest. Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and were the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work. Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete.

2022-06-16Perfect location, excellent service, great view of Disneyland fireworks from our balcony! We got a room cleaning each day, and the staff is helpful and welcoming—every one of them. The pool area is so peaceful and the landscaping is beautiful! The hotel restaurant, “Savor”, has a large variety of delicious options for breakfast. We had a perfect stay here—couldn’t ask for better.

2022-04-11An absolutely fabulous option in a sea of hotels in the Anaheim Resort area. Hotel was super clean, rooms are large and well apportioned, and the lobby smelled fantastic. Like seriously good. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, genuinely kind, and willing to help. Pool was a bit above basic and they had a nice little bar option as well. Restaurant was very good, but due to it being a fixed menu if youre staying more than one night, youll need other options as well. But theres plenty around. Will be my go to when traveling in this area.

2022-04-30Me and my family stayed here during a trip to Disneyland. Great experience! Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and made nicely when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, and theres also a snack and drink bar right by the pool, which plays music you can listen to while you swim! Had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

2022-02-18Upon arriving ,granted it was early check-in, was told room was ready. Hauled luggage up to 14th floor to find that there was no bedding, dirty towels on floor. Took luggage back downstairs and waited 45 min for room to be clean. This was after an exhausted 6.5 hr drive with tickets waiting for Disney. They offered to hold luggage but did not feel comfortable. They at least waived the $45 early check in fee. The majority of the hotel is still under construction and only room was on top floor next to room that is under construction. Was waking up to sounds of construction, so definitely no sleeping in. Shower water was hot enough for my wife (she showered first) however, when I went to shower I had maybe 1 min of warm (not hot) water. This hotel is a Great Neighbor partner with Disney, however, it is a decent walk especially on the way home after being tired from the park all day, not very convenient. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it for anyone wanting a hotel to stay at for Disney.

2022-04-29Extremely great location. The staff here were so nice. The room was very spacious. The Anaheim Marriott has a fancier lobby and building, but my room was much nicer here. It was very modern and clean. Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the loud construction in the hotel near my room from 7-9am. I cant believe this is allowed at a hotel. If there is construction, it should at least be at noon or 1pm. When people are on vacation, many like to sleep in. It was so loud that I could definitely not. Its a relief I only stayed here for one night due to a booking mixup (at the Anaheim Marriott where I stayed the majority of my trip)

2022-06-22BEWARE OF YOUR SAFETY. I didn’t want to write a bad review but I decided some action needed to be done. We had our things stolen from our room! Someone had broken into our room while my family and I were out. Never had this happen while staying at a hotel. Came back from our day at the parks to our room dark and trashed!! Luggage was emptied and thrown everywhere. They took expensive and personal belongings with identification! Spoke directly to manager who offered us a free room and our stuff replaced. Did not want to stay any longer there so was told there was nothing to be done except an incident report. I had to file a police report in hopes something more can be done. It’s been 3 days since and all my voicemails left unanswered by Sheraton. Is that how important guest safety is here??? Privacy sign on the door was on so there shouldn’t have been anyone in there period! My family and I were left with trauma and our trip ruined. Please do not stay here especially with children!
