I had a really wonderful experience with SF Notary and Apostille. I needed my papers urgently to be issued, notarized and apostilled in CA. I drive to Santa Clara County government building to get the papers collected in person, and then called SF Notary unannounced wondering how to get the papers to Sacramento for Apostille. The person in charge (Gary) efficiently instructed me in person how to proceed to a FedEx office near me that he located on his phone! He also took all my information, and also where the papers to be FedExed eventually etc etc. In the meantime he generated a FedEx label on the spot, and by the time I arrived to the FedEx office, it was ready to go. His colleague in Sacramento was ready to receive the papers, put them immediately in the dropbox, and believe it or not, they were with me within 3-5 days in Europe all signed and completed. It was such a pleasure to work with Gary and I hope you all have the same wonderful experience I had.
John helped me getting the authentication of a document from Chinese Consulate in a very short time, which I had had problems with. I worked with John for my Chinese divorce paperwork. I am so grateful for his friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness. We needed urgent Apostille service. John was very responsive and even offered to help initiate the process over the weekend. He made the process seamless and very easy. I got an FedEx overnight shipping label from him over email. Just had to drop off the documents and in few days had the Apostilled document overnighted back. No hassles, very smooth. We were in a hurry and their response was super good. In less than a week contacting from Spain we got a transcript signed by the SF school district, notarized with an apostille and back. So super happy with the attention, response and the whole process.

When friend found out she had Stage 4 lung cancer, we had to change our priorities to make sure that she could get her Trust restated and her health care directives adjusted within the week. She was too ill to travel. We could not be more thankful for Mr. Cavalli. He was professional, prompt, easy to communicate with, and, above all....he actually made her laugh. We had so much to deal with between digesting her diagnosis and immediately dealing with all the legal hoops we had to jump through as we were doing it, that laughter was not something that came easy to either of us. I had a great experience with Laurel Shane, one of the mobile notaries working through Advanced Mobile Notary. She was able to come by on a few hours notice and charged a very reasonable fee to notarize a handful of documents. She even had to figure out a complicated issue with another states notary requirements, and it was no problem. I strongly recommend using this service if you need to get documents notarize or witnessed.

2022-07-28Used SF Notary to get an Apostille from the California Secretary of State. John responded within hours and was at my house to pick up my document practically same day! (I emailed him Sunday night and he picked up my document Monday at noon! Pickup was literally a drive by, he just had to grab my document from me and he did the rest.) It was back to me in just over a week, with priority overnight service thats included in their fee. I still cant believe how easy it was. Strongly recommend!
