Been doing my taxes here for the past years not a bad place, all of them treat you good ... Probably those putting a one star is because they want everything to be done perfectly on a quick manner ... Everything takes time ....

Made an appointment at 2:30 didnt actually see someone till 3:30 people just talking and talking not actually doing their work making others wait
